Nice, shame you are right next to sister hotel and can only look at the pool while sat at the pool bar you can use, some of the food areas are not open which is a big shamr seing the place in both hotels looks pretty full, beach told to get off sun loungers for sister hotek and have to sit on sand, 👇🤔😳 there are things that could make it all so much better, but im enjoying what we have at this moment...

Arrived BH Monday. Rooms are basic but do the job. Food isn't great, white meat often looked like it wasn't cooked thoroughly which was massively off putting, especially at 8 months pregnant. Staff were friendly enough serving on the bars but they give you less than half a cup of what you asked for. Mostly it was OK but been in a mobility scooter the streets were not good for getting around just hopeing I've done no damage to my new scooter

The best thing about this Hotel is the food and the Female staff, the men working the Lobby Bar and the Night Bar are as miserable as sin, I can't help thinking they're both in the wrong jobs, no interaction with guests and no manners, please, thank you or even what would you like don't cost anything !!!!

Here at the moment, the Hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean. The bedrooms and balcony are a great size and cleaned every day. The staff are very pleasant, so far the only issue we have had is the food being cold, and I can't eat food that's to hot so that's saying something. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel; my first time in Bulgaria but certainly won’t be my last. Great food and service was really good. Location was fantastic and with the added benefit of adult only I could not ask for a more relaxing 2 weeks. Quality services, large rooms, fresh food, very well located, I got the room with the best view over Nessebar. Simple breakfast, without variety, without too many vegetables. They do NOT offer champagne in the all inclusive drinks package (especially since it is an Adults Only hotel), only wine, beer and a few cocktails.

Stay of 8 nights with 3 youth adults. We enjoyed our stay. The small pool with a 180 degrees view was perfect. Enough space to stay around the pool. The whole experience was exceptional from the first minute we stepped in the hotel. The staff is quite friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and luxurious and the food is delicious and there is plenty to choose from. What really stood out was the gourmet dinner A-La-Carte in the rooftop restaurant of the hotel. The food was first-class and the view is stunning.

My sister, niece and I stayed at this hotel from 01/07/24 to 8/0724. We were very happily surprised at the quality of the hotel. Every thing was spotlessly clean. Great value for money. Large rooms with new furniture. Breakfast is delicious and you can choose from many options. Staff is polite and ready to help. I recommend the rooms with sea view... You wake up with the sunrise to your balcony and it s relaxing

We only stayed for 2 nights but this hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel is right on the beach. There's a pool, spa, restaurant and bar but we didn't use any of it because we were out most of the time so I cant comment on them. Location wise, I found it slightly too far from anything. It's a 10 minute taxi ride to Sunny Beach and the same to Old Nessebar...

We got moved here as our apartment was unavailable. View amazing. Room good. Pool in shade till about 4 and closed at 6 so no good if you want a pool day. Loungers in sun from about 10, but by bit.

The service definitely prefers customer satisfaction over immediate cash gain. Staff speaks excellent English and acts very professional. Oh, and the hotel´s location right by the entrance way to Old Nessebar is just awesome. I can definitely recommend this place to my best friends.

The hotel is in the best place. It is right at the edge of the new city with a beautiful view of the old city. Both the old city and the new one are within walking distance. The room we booked for our stay was very comfortable and had a great view. There is also parking for the guests of the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful. I was there at the beginning of September with my family. We were with 2 small kids. It was fantastically. The service was awesome. Everyone were polite. There were a lot of things which kept the children busy and happy. I can't think of something bad to say... We will go again for sure...

The hotel staff is also very helpful and attentive and smiling.The food is incredible, you eat as much as you want, not as much as you can.
