Visited the Pool/Bowling Hall downstairs from this Hotel. Great place, 2 American Pool Tables, 1 Snooker Table along with 4 Bowling Alleys. Pool hall downstairs and 10 pin bowling alley great night tables run true less than 15 lev for 2 hours of pool great value. Bombay gin reasonable priced 13 lev for 2x50ml plus two bottles of fanta lemon. Only downside neon lighting and poor air conditioning means the room is very hot.

Large spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Everything is clean. Large balcony on which you can fly the big bird to entertain You. Good restaurant. Helpful staff. The child warmed up pizza without any problems.

The service definitely prefers customer satisfaction over immediate cash gain. Staff speaks excellent English and acts very professional. Oh, and the hotel´s location right by the entrance way to Old Nessebar is just awesome. I can definitely recommend this place to my best friends.

The hotel is in the best place. It is right at the edge of the new city with a beautiful view of the old city. Both the old city and the new one are within walking distance. The room we booked for our stay was very comfortable and had a great view. There is also parking for the guests of the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful. Just returned from our first family holiday at the Festa Panorama and it has been wonderful. We stayed as the last customers for 2024 off-season. Superfriendly customerservice and everybody spoke/understood english as well. We never felt like we were in the way even if they were closing for the winter. We even got a late checkout for free. Lovely place with the most friendly hosts! A dream-come-true vacation on the seaside with amazing sunrise view. There was good variety of food in the restaurant's menu. The seafood we ordered was tasty, the service - at high level. We were surprised to find out that the hotel offers auyrveda doctor's consult and massage as new service.

My favorite hotel in Nessebar. I will definitely be coming back next year! The apartments are the best choice, especially for longer stays. The hotel and its staff are most welcoming, there are many options for an extremely comfortable stay. There's great care for the customer and you have freedom to order food from different places.

Our stay in Paradiso overall was very good. Hotel located just opposite a beach and a walking distance from Old town. We had a double room, very spacious with lots of storage. Towels changed every day and room cleaned. We’ve been to the pool just once as water was cold. Breakfast option was good yet every day the same food so a bit boring. Enjoyed my stay here very much. The service was proffesional and very welcoming. The rooms clean and with an amazing view. For a lazy day I chose the pool and amazing cocktails. The food was amazing, never skiped a single delicious breakfast. Great access to town and the beach are also what made the experience more enjoyable. Loved it!
