I'd never been to Bulgaria so didn't know what to expect, the views and the position of the hotel was excellent. However the hotel could do with renovating as the rooms were tired and the bathroom in the room was poor with cracked tiles and black mould, we asked them to change the shower head as it black with mould, this they did straight away, to he balcony was Ok but the chairs were uncomfortable...

Just returned from our first family holiday at the Festa Panorama and it has been wonderful. We were at SOL mare July with ITAKA. It was a wonderful holiday. Thanks to the reception for putting us in two adjacent rooms. The food was delicious. There is also a water park. The kids didn't want to leave the last day:) We will visit the hotel again☺️

A top ten complex. The room was very ok, equipped with quality air conditioning. The bathroom is very nice. The whole experience was exceptional from the first minute we stepped in the hotel. The staff is quite friendly and make you feel at home. Great hotel, with great location and really clean. The staff is very kind and friendly, the food is good and always fresh! The only negative thing was a group of Romanian people who were behaving like animals! The service definitely prefers customer satisfaction over immediate cash gain. Staff speaks excellent English and acts very professional. Oh, and the hotel´s location right by the entrance way to Old Nessebar is just awesome. I can definitely recommend this place to my best friends.

The hotel is in the best place. It is right at the edge of the new city with a beautiful view of the old city. Both the old city and the new one are within walking distance. My favorite hotel in Nessebar. I will definitely be coming back next year! The apartments are the best choice, especially for longer stays. The hotel and its staff are most welcoming, there are many options for an extremely comfortable stay. There's great care for the customer and you have freedom to order food from different places.
