Best hotel in Nessebar. Every time, every think is perfect. Staff is very smiley and caring about you. Very clean. Good vibes everywhere. Perfect location in centre of the city and first lineI in the same time. I feel incredibly and changed after my visit here.

We stayed as the last customers for 2024 off-season. Superfriendly customerservice and everybody spoke/understood english as well. We never felt like we were in the way even if they were closing for the winter. We even got a late checkout for free. Nice rooms and super clean place and theres also a Sauna to rent for private use if you want to. / Finland

Lovely place with the most friendly hosts! A dream-come-true vacation on the seaside with amazing sunrise view. There was good variety of food in the restaurant's menu. The seafood we ordered was tasty, the service - at high level. We were surprised to find out that the hotel offers auyrveda doctor's consult and massage as new service.

Amazing hotel right on the beach, everything was perfect, wonderful view, everywhere cleaned, clean pool, breakfast and dinners are very very good. The staff in the restaurant is really nice, especially Orhan and Simona, they were patient even though our English was bad, thank you. Hotel is actually ok, but depending on who is in duty , service can be ridiculeous. It is not an high end hotel, but ok fuctionning air conditionning, clean, good beds . The pool is cold and place can be hard to find in season. The good thing is that it is located a few steps from the beach, a quick walk to the old city and close to Bus stop and restaurants. Very pleased with the hotel. We had kitchen and a small pool. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and you have all kind of stores and restaurants around you. The only negative thing is the wifi which you can use on first floors and the pool.

Our family has visited Bulgaria to vacate there in the past years as well, and this was the best hotel residence we've had an opportunity to be accomodated in so far. Our apartment was clean, bright, spacious even for 5 people as promised, modern - also in a practical sense, as there was a kitchen corner with 2 hobs, big fridge (again, very handy when it comes to 5 people), oven, washing maschine etc...

Pools and garden are first class. Apartments are spacious and clean. Design is typical Bulgarian, glittery to kitch. Low quality beddings, pillows, courtains, toiletries. Brown towels while the hotel standard is white. 400m to the beach which is nice and good for kids. Overall good experience if you are able to skip the details.
