Hotels with aquapark in Nessebar

We had 1 week holiday at Bay-hotel at the beginning of July. There was enough space at the pool. Sadly there was this typical issue that people reserved places with towels and did not show in several hours

We found staff really nice and helpfull. Our room was on mountain side. We found it peacefull, when noise from pool and resort did not came in to our room. We used "hotel taxi" and other taxies

Lots of daytime snacks available to suit many tastes; pretzels, hotdogs, chips, ice cream, fruit, doughnuts to name a few! Slides, splash pool, inside pool, private beach and access to the sea taxi - takes you straight to old town Nessebar - a must do, it cost my son and I 15 Lev which is about £7

We went all inclusive: the food variety is astonishing we ate so well (the aqua aerobics came in helpful here!) Great job Paco! The pool bar staff are by far the friendliest and smiliest

But still we could find place for ourselves. When lifeguard kept order everything went fine, but when lifeguard was not present kids started immediatelly jump to pool

Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the live evening performances

The aquapark there was pretty good aswell, slides were fun and scary, however one was slightly dangerous and you could easily hit into the side sticking out

My stay at Sol Nessebar Mare was great ,the amenities are well maintained, the staff that works here are very nice and welcoming, the animation team was wonderful, the staff in the restaurant was always nice especially Stefani she was wonderful! The pool areas, the slides, and common areas were well maintained (some may need a bit more attention in my opinion)

The rooms are okay, nothing too fancy in, they are spacious but a bit outdated, however you have everything for a nice stay

However 2 things i didn’t like first being the deserts in the main restaurant, this is from the cheapest, lowest cost desert factory i have ever seen, the look terrible- the taste is even worse than the look! I just couldn’t bare eating them! My recommendation please either change your distributor or make them in-house! The second thing is about the reservation process for the Italian and Chinese restaurant...

Fantastic hotel, with good food and drinks, room was clean and renovated. Food is good quality not same every day like in other places. Beach is 1min away, local shops and local city centre is not far away

The beach area is not large, but not busy, swimming is comfortable. Plenty of sun loungers so we didn't have to book in advance. Also convenient, daily and free change of towels, which is not available in every hotel

The rooms are large and clean, there is parking for a fee of 6 BGN /day Breakfast is not a buffet, you have a choice of 4 options, coffee, water or juice is included in the menu He accepted us with "our child with 4 paws" for 7 BGN/day and we thank you Few hotels in the area accept pets

The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids

Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly

The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN

We had kitchen and a small pool. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and you have all kind of stores and restaurants around you. The only negative thing is the wifi which you can use on first floors and the pool

I am very satisfied from the hotel. The beach it is just 3 min walk from the hotel which is most important for me. The apartments are nice and clean. It is a perfect choose if you are comparing price and location

The hotel has perfect location very close to the beach in a quite area. The apartments are very clean. I have recommend the hotel to all of my friends with small children.

I will recommend it to all my colleges at work. It is a perfect place for families with yang kids. There are a lot of attractions for the kids there

The beach looks very good, clean water (you can see small fish in it). The water slides are very cool and well guarded by lifeguards

I was there at the beginning of September with my family. There were a lot of things which kept the children busy and happy. I can't think of something bad to say

The room was very ok, equipped with quality air conditioning. The hotel staff is also very helpful and attentive and smiling. The food is incredible, you eat as much as you want, not as much as you can

With 4 pools and brilliant slides, our kids are still having a blast after 4 days—they spend all their time in the water and haven't gotten bored yet! The slides are very safe, and the staff is wonderful

There are plenty of bars, and the location is perfect. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff quickly resolved it by giving us a new room with no hassle

Dirty wallpaper and curtains, dirt in the bathroom, in the bed stale was felt. Pools and sunbeds good, but it would be better to clean. Aquapark great for children, but without all inclusive

We are currently staying at the Kotva Hotel in Bulgaria, and we couldn't be more impressed! This is our second visit to Sunny Beach, and Kotva Hotel is definitely the winner

-There are a lot of trash around the pool and sunbeds, because people cannot keep clean. In Aqua park there are many people which are not guests of the hotel and this is very uncomfortable

Last year, we stayed at Barceló, but I have to say, Kotva surpasses it in every way. Pool bar running from 12 till 18:00 with plenty of food variety. The rooms are lovely, and the food service is well-timed

The hotel is 3 stars so you get what you pay. Next to pool is the best ( simple) food place and best people to serve you (with reasonable prices). If we come back it is bekose of the food place!!!

Good food, the kids love it, there are waterslide and big pool area where they can spend thei time.

We had a really lovely week here, the hotel was spotless with a fantastic pool and water slides. Food was good, drinks average, snack bar was terrible though

Wine, cocktails in the restaurants and bars are available 24 hours. In the large swimming pool, sun beds, a small water Park and entertainment staff. Children entertainment enough for the whole day

The pool is big and the children's pool with slides is a must. Walk through the rear gates of complex over a road and straight onto sand and sea

Room cleaning and towel replacement daily. They speak Bulgarian, English, German, Russian. Daily animation program, games, water aerobics. Suitable for youth holidays, as well as family holidays with children

The stuff works very much so that tourists can have an enjoyable vacation. I admired that 🙏 Large apartments, clean pools, they even have a library 🙂, animation programs for all ages, good food & icecream 🍧

Everything is great, room clean, bed really comfortable, the pools are clean and has areas for children, park for them, most of the stuff does not speak English, the sweet part of the bufe is quite weak, but all in all i would come back

Closed area, free wi-fi throughout. On the grounds there are 2 pools, all well-groomed and beautiful. But as they say, a spoonful of tar should be added, from the sea quite far, about 700-800 meters

Bed was broken, room was dusty. A lot of food but the same every day. Great location, close to beach, 3 pools with loads of chairs, very nice park, loads of plants

Food is acceptable, room cleaning is very bad, the drinks are very bad and cheap. But in the end, they have a nice playground for small children and the pool is also ok for children.

At some point it was hard to convince the pool/reception staff to apply their own rules, they even tried to convince us to do what they were suposed to

The drinks from the bar were pretty low quality wise, although the pool bar staff tried their best to compensate with their positive attitude

The rooms however were very clean, the towels were changed daily, also the rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaning staff found a way to do it very discreetly

Some of the food was very tasty but the freshness of some was questionable. My daughter was sick for 2 days and threw up 3 times during one night

Although I'm not 100% sure what caused this, we only ate and drank what they offered as we had an all inclusive vacation

Pretty far from what you would expect from a 5 stars resort, especially the employees services, with some exceptions

Perfect for families with children as it is very much the offer is, everything is manageable and everything is clean. Even the toilets by the Pool are cleaned every 30 minutes. We come next year definitely again!

The room is quite large, I have a double bed and a single. I am all inclusive and the drinks are local products with real Coke zero or normal coke. The pool is large and the area clear

A little repetitive buffer,the rooms are not so modern,no free wifi, and a safty box costs 8 leva per day. The pool closes 18 a little early. Otherwise, the pool area is very nice

And then there's the food which is nothing less than perfect. The flavours of each element work incredibly well together and look amazing as expected. I really hope I will have the chance to stay there again

Clean and well maintained hotel with good service and food. The lack of Parking from natural collisions - if there is a place in front of the hotel, he parked for free, if not, look in the same area

In the room there is a pot, plates and a cooking machine as well as a fridge. It's nice and most importantly at night there is perfect silence. To the store a few steps and to the beach and the sea a little further

Those at the reception are very busy, the cleaning is done daily, the apartments are spacious with air conditioning, TV, balcony, kitchen equipped with everything you need

There is everything you need for a less demanding tourist to spend their holidays in Sunny Beach. You can rent a room with a kitchenette for PLN 1200

Thanks to this, you have to go through health every day - valuable! I recommend coming if you are not looking for luxuries

The only inconvenience in front of the hotel and the bathrooms are too small

Overall, Mena Palace Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday destination

One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic animation program run by Liza and Kristina

4m we were able let our daughter to play while we watched from the side. The Big slides were good too kept us entertained, the octopus for children was able to entertain our daughter

Fast service for drinks and another bar over near the relax pool (sun loungers were always available here) There was a wide array of excursions, from water parks, boat trips and quad biking

I stayed here for a week with my two children and found the hotel very good. The room were clean and of a good standard. The pool and chutes were brilliant and spotlessly clean

Rooms not very well looked after, cleaning service is ok, pool area, you will see cups all over the place, there’s no service pretty much, you have to help your self to a drink, you have to stand at the bar to get a drink

Our first visit to Burgas and Bulgaria, and we chose this hotel due to its location and slides available. we spent 7 days in this hotel, initial couple of days were amazing experience, food, location and swimming

Over all this place is good for 3 stars hence my rating. the money I paid is what I expected from this hotel, however their prices are going out. Things to note Slides only open from 10-12 then from 14

The area 20 m from the water - all paid. if you don't want to take a deckchair,umbrella. it is impossible to sunbathe on your towel in this area. The cost of these personal belongings 10 euros each

Not a lot of choise but what they serve is fresh and tasty and that's what mates the most. Cocktails are not amazing they put way to much alcohol in. But for what i paid i got an amazing holiday

Probably the best value for your money on the Black Sea Coast. Can't fault a thing, maybe except the people that put towels on sunbeds, but i understand that that's difficult for a hotel to police.

Great resort and experience at a very good price. Food was awesome; same for animation team and shows. Very good place for kids.

Many guests put a towel or something on the sunbed at the beach and the pool from morning until evening even if they are not physically there, leaving the others without any sunbeds

If you arrive at the beach after 9:30 there is no available sunbed. At the pool from 8 o clock in the morning are taken

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. Food is tasty, fresh and quite diverse. I like the pool and the fact that there are many sunbeds. It is a nice surprise that the drinks are actually very strong!

Special thank you to Beky on the front desk that always greeted us with a smile and was very helpful! It’s never quiet here so if you are looking for peaceful vacay it’s not a place for you

The guys at the bar try to make cocktails at the request of customers. Rooms are always cleaned, towels changed daily. The hotel manager always helped customers. Animation - deserves special thanks

There was always very long line for food during lunch and dinner. The alcohol drinks were joke, it is just an alcohol with dye served in small plastic cups, which were everywhere glasses would be much more pleasant

Great hotel, pools and slides were a huge hit with the kids. Only thing thay let the hotel down was not enough choices for kids at lunch and dinner. Everything else was spot on and we are going back next year

What a fantastic hotel for the kids! The slides are great fun! We had a junior suite so loads of room. A massive super king-size bed in a separate bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area for our children

My favourite part of my vacation was getting to meet the entertainment animation team, especially the one guy among them with the pretty hair and sunglasses, he was the coolest and nicest person ever and I feel like anyone could be convinced to join activities just because he asked, the best animation I’ve ever seen

I also loved swimming in the pools. There’s probably more to say but I feel like I’ve made my point. For reference, I was an 18 year old girl travelling with my parents

I am there now, and although the rooms are basic they are comfortable and the food has been good... probably could do better with English bacon but then that says more about me. Great time and would come back again xx

The hotel is right on the strip so there's loads going on (just need to avoid the "adult" clubs and shops lol). The food at the hotel is warm and there's lots to choose from with there being different choices each day

Love the location directly on the beach Plenty of privacy, big spacious well decorated clean rooms. Very efficient staff serving you on your sun lounger, not expensive at all, will definetly stay again

I would say that it is located on the zero coastline. In the immediate vicinity there are many shops, cafes, restaurants, fast food, a children's amusement park

Consistently the best hotel in Sunny Beach. Sea view rooms are superb, the restaurant is great while the location — right on the beach — can't be beat.

The hotel was recently redecorated with impeccable design and luxury custom furniture. The beach is private and one of the best beaches in Bulgaria.

This is probably the best hotel. Hotel with its own beach. I would say on the zero line right on the beach.

Hotel area: Staff was kind and helpful, no complaint here; Cocktails were just juice, like in most all inclusive and a lot of times we had to stay in a line to get a drink (even for water); Big downside for us was that everything closed down at 11pm

They would close the bar and even kick us out of the pool area, they basically sent everyone to bed; The wifi at the hotel was bad, it just randomly stopped working at times, luckily we had mobile data to use

We also had a balcony towards the city which was nice for fresh air and drying clothes (although very windy). The rooms were clean, but they didn't clean them daily. The bedsheet was never changed during our stay

Hotel food: Diversified food and tasty veggies and fruits, but some trays were always empty (like pancakes); A lot of times it would get overcrowded in the restaurant. Horrible coffee throughout the entire area

But there was always staff on the hotel floor, I'm sure they would have served us if we had asked them to. The rooms were pretty quiet, the noise from outside didn't bother us at all

We had to wait for 3 days for them to change the beach towels and, on the last day, we ran out of shower gel, as they only refilled them once during our stay

The hotel is super! Food was always enough, even if coming at the end of all imposed with the mountain. To the beach: 100 m sunbeds free. Room cleaned every day, bed sheets every three days

Fine - very good hotel. Their loungers on the beach. Liked the themed evenings which are sometimes made in the dining room, with the décor and cuisine of different countries.

Best hotel in sunny beach, i am recommending to go there. Good food and also best location, only a few minutes from the beach and also the centre

Rooms are old and need renovation. It’s a second line from the beach and it takes 10 minutes to walk there + there no sunbeds available for the hotel guests

We stayed in apartments overlooking the pool, spacious room

This hotel has tasty food and nice swimming pools, but: 1. The manager Lili Radeva has no clue how to work with clients

Service towards the end of our stay regarding the bar by the pool slowed towards the end of our stay but overall the quality was good with us having a brilliant time

Near the sea ,very nice hotel and developed infrastructure and a lot of nearby cafes and restaurants. Throughout the hotel, excellent stores you can get dressed from head to toe

The location is excellently with it not being too far from shops, the beach and a shopping centre attached to it with a discount in some stores due to staying at the hotel

- A cute 18 hole crazy golf course, surrounded by exotic plants and an aviary - A comfy and informal bar with low prices and a large selection of drinks (amazing cappuccinos :)) I travelled to Oleander House with 21 friends from my tennis club in Ireland and thanks for the staff we created memories that will stay with us for a lifetime

- Spacious rooms and comfortable beds and pillows - all rooms have a sizeable balcony with tables and chairs for sitting out in the evening

Hotel highlights: - Spotlessly clean, inside and out, with cleaning staff present throughout the day

We hope to make this an annual event and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates comfort, safety, quality and friendliness
