Staying at Nessebar Palace Hotel has been a relaxing and wonderful experience. Myself and life long friend, arrived early hours of the morning and was greeted warmly by night staff

Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the live evening performances

We were escorted to our room by a night porter who took our luggage and referrenced the free WiFi. He left before we had chance to tip him, thank you to whoever you were

We were given a food parcel each as a welcome, for arriving after the food facilities had shut down for the day. Only reception appeared to be open

😊 We spent the majority of the week using the sun loungers by the pool, relaxing, reading and eating

Wonderful place, very friendly staff, plenty of good food, very good entertainment, funny animation team, lovely beach, wonderful slides, huge area so everyone find places to relax, clean comfortable rooms,highly recommended we will be back again

Whatever I write, it will be little. to describe our incredible experience! We were greeted at the reception by smiling, positive professionals. The room was clean, spacious with a great view of the sea and the pool

The food was delicious and varied, drinks, ice creams as much as you want. The pools and the aqua park were impeccable! The animators were of the highest level, charging with their positive energy

🔆staff don’t really interact, aren’t very helpful and you will be left guessing, but the life guards on the slides are very funny and very friendly. 🔆the shop man is amazing, super friendly and so helpful

All inclusive drinks are completely watered down and everything comes out of a machine including spirits! Cleanliness of hotel was its only positive

The room was clean, beds were comfy, the only downside was the fire alarm going off a few times the first night we arrived - this isn't very loud and we slept through the 2nd one although other members of our party did hear it

There is a stop near the hotel, you can easily get to both the old town and Burgas. A ferry leaves from the Old Town to the city of Sozopol. We had a great rest, I recommend it to everyone 😊👍

The food was good, something for everyone and I tried some new things while I was here. The pool was never too crowded as there are 3 across the resort plus beach access and slides

Try to get a lounger at the pool early as it gets busy. You can only get one at the hotel you are assigned to. If they are all taken, don't despair

Finally, there was plenty of activities for all ages and each evening there was entertainment starting with a children's disco and then family shows. The team did an outstanding job entertaining the guests at the resort

The rooms are large and clean, there is parking for a fee of 6 BGN /day Breakfast is not a buffet, you have a choice of 4 options, coffee, water or juice is included in the menu He accepted us with "our child with 4 paws" for 7 BGN/day and we thank you Few hotels in the area accept pets

The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids

The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN

The pros : Good location, limited but available parking spots, decent sized rooms, decent food at the restaurant. The cons : Constant noises from the electrical panel, the ACs from the other rooms (the walls are thin)

We had kitchen and a small pool. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and you have all kind of stores and restaurants around you. The only negative thing is the wifi which you can use on first floors and the pool

I am very satisfied from the hotel. The beach it is just 3 min walk from the hotel which is most important for me. The apartments are nice and clean. It is a perfect choose if you are comparing price and location

With 4 pools and brilliant slides, our kids are still having a blast after 4 days—they spend all their time in the water and haven't gotten bored yet! The slides are very safe, and the staff is wonderful

-There are a lot of trash around the pool and sunbeds, because people cannot keep clean. In Aqua park there are many people which are not guests of the hotel and this is very uncomfortable

Positives: -Animation is good -There are food and cocktail on the pool all the day long -Rooms are big enough. -Bathroom is big -The New pool with is a little bit hotter than the others

There are plenty of bars, and the location is perfect. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff quickly resolved it by giving us a new room with no hassle

We highly recommend Kotva Hotel as our top choice, and we travel a lot. Well done, Kotva, for running such an amazing place for families! ❤️

Negatives: -Cleaning of the rooms is bad. They changed hand towels only twice and bath towels only ones for seven days. They don not changed the sheets. -Air conditioners are very noisy for the night

The hotel is 3 stars so you get what you pay. Next to pool is the best ( simple) food place and best people to serve you (with reasonable prices). If we come back it is bekose of the food place!!!

Wine, cocktails in the restaurants and bars are available 24 hours. In the large swimming pool, sun beds, a small water Park and entertainment staff. Children entertainment enough for the whole day

I'll allow myself to comment on the good and bad aspects of the hotel. The good: The rooms are very quiet, and overall, it's not noisy. The pool and slides are very nice. The hotel's location is excellent

They cleaned it every day, changed the towels. We had a coffee machine and a tea kettle, which I liked. The pool was very big and there were some animation activities

The staff was smiling and helpful. The centre was 1,7 km but if you don't like ealking, you can go by mini train

The room had a washing machine - a first for us on holiday - meant I came home with literally no laundry as everything got washed and dried in the Bulgarian sun! We’ve been to Bulgaria before and loved it- opted for this hotel this time because of the water slides (son aged 10) First impressions gave us the ick instantly hotel didn’t look as good as photos - but were frequent travellers so wasn’t put off at this and know that a holiday is what you make it

Cold water but god damn the food and rooms were amazing the location it is a bit far from beach but a nice little morning walk is also nice so it didn't really matter to us if it was far (it's like 15 minutes slow pace) the ground are beautiful and there were cats

Getting into our room not so much- it was unclear from the card we were given what room we were actually in and after trying the various different room numbers written on the cardboard (yes there was multiple) it was back to reception to get some help

Rooms were the biggest positive for us- it was an apartment style so our son was set up in the living room / sofa bed and we had the bedroom. Lots of storage for unpacking and having the suitcases stored away

My son did hurt himself one day resulting in his leg pouring with blood from a cut- getting help with this was almost impossible. No sense of urgency and the staff were not trained in first aid

Stayed here for a week, found it a bit of a let down, the 2 slides are only on at certain times, hardly any staff speak English, Food is cold every night and not a great choice, and everyday during our stay approximately 50 kids turned up for some kind of summer camp about 3 times a day and filled half the pool which spoilt it for the kids who have paid to stay here

This hotel Is good and funny, The room Is beauty and confortabile. And the pool Is good with the games room,spa and all. But the service isn't very good because they don't ask indication and don't give help at the people

At the beginning of June our family had a great week at the hotel Planeta. The food in the restaurant was delicious, fresh and all tastes. Lots of meat and seafood dishes and lots of fresh fruits , vegetables and sweets

Perfect for families with children as it is very much the offer is, everything is manageable and everything is clean. Even the toilets by the Pool are cleaned every 30 minutes. We come next year definitely again!

The room is quite large, I have a double bed and a single. I am all inclusive and the drinks are local products with real Coke zero or normal coke. The pool is large and the area clear

The restaurant food is not catered for English guests and at best is Luke warm did try eating here twice and gave up , ended up eating out the rest of the week, pool bar staff are mostly good

The life guard at the pool was lovely and managed to get us sunbeds as people had just dumped their stuff on them & left

Family of 6 - myself and partner, my parents and my 2 kids. Location 5/5 - can’t get any better unless you go for right on the beach front. 5-10 mins walk gets you to restaurants/bars/beach in either direction

There are a number of swimming pools aimed at people of all ages. There are 2 dedicated kids pools with some water slides which the kids loved. For bigger kids/adults, there are 3 water slides which are great fun

The only small negative is the main swimming pool could ideally be bigger but all in all not really an issue. There was also games held in the pool for 20-30 mins each day such as water polo

The balcony was a wrap around which over looked the pool,sea and hills. We sat on the balcony at night and watched the entertainment. I found the hotel to be great value

Food was good especially the Indian restaurant, and the snack bar is probably one of the best I've eating out of food is always fresh and hot. Overall a great hotel, with brilliant staff and would highly recommend it

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. Food is tasty, fresh and quite diverse. I like the pool and the fact that there are many sunbeds. It is a nice surprise that the drinks are actually very strong!

At the pool it is forbidden to reserve the sunbeds but people do it anyway. The staff members try to remove towels but not enough. We stayed 7 days but only managed to get a subbed at the pool 1 day

We came back from Bulgaria yesterday and we were completely satisfied. The hotel was close to the sea, beautiful, modern, clean, every day cleaning the room, clean towels. Great selection of tasty food

There was always very long line for food during lunch and dinner. The alcohol drinks were joke, it is just an alcohol with dye served in small plastic cups, which were everywhere glasses would be much more pleasant

This is a good place for both families, couples and friends. They do lots of activities and shows for everyone. The hotel, however, does seem too small to the amount of guests staying here

Beautifully renovated and a huge buffet. The food is tasty but doesn’t offer many healthy options. Everything seems to be either pizza, pasta, fried food or swimming in gravy

You pay extra to get VIP service as such but it was a farce at the Preferred pool area, anybody could go in due to the fact orange towels are issued with your bag on arrival but once they were put for wash you were given brown towels the same as all hotel guests so in my opinion it’s wasn’t really worth the extra money

The orange towels were to differ you from other guests, we did ask at reception but told no more as they were waiting on an order for them coming in 🤪🤪🤪

I would like to see in more marine or freshwater fish, but not frozen, namely fresh local fish, fresh local shrimp, mussels, oysters, etc. If any, these two comments would have put 5 stars

The hotel, staff and food were exceptional couldn’t fault anything apart from The Preferred Club, it is a bit of a rip off

There was a large pool and a with a swim up bar and easy access to the beach. The entertainment team were brilliant,great fun was had with the daytime activities which enabled us to meet some lovely people

The room was amazing! Super clean and the bed was so comfy! We had our room cleaned every day, the cleaning staff were very friendly and we felt super safe allowing them into our room when we were at the pool

But the waterpark is very good and its up and running all day a-lot of slides and fun, apart from the sauna thats closed for “covid reasons” aka to save money

The bad reviews of this hotel are totally exaggerated. The food is acceptable for all-inclusive food for Bulgaria in the price people pay at this hotel. Some people want the Melia hotel for the price paid here

They were amazing with my 3 children,they had so much fun and they were so friendly they felt more like friends. Daniel was a gentleman and runs the team very well their all like family

I was pleased that they let me stay in my room for longer free of charge because I had a night flight. They provide us rolls, sandwiches, fruit and water which was nice. I'm not sure if I would go to that hotel again

Brilliant hotel great location stayed for a week in this hotel could have stayed longer, yes it is 3 star but it is what you make it the food in the restaurant/ cafeteria as some people called it was nice and with plenty of choice we certainly didn’t starve and tried lots of different things would we return the answer is definitely yes

Even though we are not big fans of Sunny Beach we have been twice to this hotel. The place is a bit of an enclave in Sunny Beach when it comes to the beach

The beach staff ensure you are taken care of and the call service at the beach makes this experience that much more incredible. The food and drink selections are vast and prices fair for a 5 star establishment

Service is excellent, their manager is very friendly and the restaurant is probably the best we've tried in Bulgaria - absolutely awesome! My husband has 30+ allergies and going to restaurants is never easy

The hotel has really convenient location both to the beach and to lively streets. On the beach there are enough sunbeds and a bar where you can get water, beer, juice

Checked into this hotel for a night and found staff so friendly from start to finish. Room basic but amazing shower and comfy beds. Free access to beach bar and beds on beach

I can’t say anything negative about our stay, the hotel was amazing, the animation team are amazing, cleaners very friendly bar staff great waiters and waitresses are very friendly too, the food lovely great pools rooms amazing entertainment for all ages kids club for the younger ones close to the main ***** but far enough away so don’t keep you awake if you want a quiet time

The place is suitable for family with small children. Food and drinks high quality for every taste. There are few water areas for everyone. Very well organized and green landshaft. Helpful and responsible hotel team

Pool area was immaculate, beds comfortable and always somewhere to sit. Perfectly located from the beach, 3 min walk. Beach area was decent, plenty of good bars to sit and watch the waves

The hotel is family run and this was a huge factor for us. Parents, Adult children, grandchildren and in-laws staff the place 24/7 and are so generous, helpful and friendly that as a group we could not fault them

Hotel is in a super location with a super clean and green garden. Very quiet place in the middle of sunny beach. Tennis courts are top maintained, and the minigolf also. Definatelly will be coming back here.

13 tennis pals stayed here for the first time recently for 5 nights. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! So much so that we have all decided to go back next year for a week
