Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. This aspect negatively impacted our experience during our stay.

The staff are friendly, the room was serviced every day. Breakfast was fine and the coffee was most acceptable. The pool is rather small and regularly dominated by guys playing 'handball'. I complained to management, but nothing was done, there was no oversite of the pool, and no attempt was made to control this selfish behaviour. The beds are comfortable but the bedding is too small and does not fit...

We had a week stay, found the hotel spotless clean, more than enough choice for breakfast. Our room was to the side of the hotel, with sea views & very large balcony. Great hotel for location, directly on the beach with a lift down to it. The downside is that the lift to the beach goes into the hotels beach bar, which closes around 5pm, so have to use the stairs. Only 2 floors up, so no hardship. Excellent experience. Beautiful, side view, of the sea. Large rooms. Close to the beach and also restaurants pedestrian area. Be aware - the boiler for hot water doesn't have a big capacity. We were a group of 4, but the last 2 always had to wait for hot showers.

I was there at the beginning of September with my family. We were with 2 small kids. It was fantastically. The service was awesome. Everyone were polite. There were a lot of things which kept the children busy and happy. I can't think of something bad to say... We will go again for sure...

A top ten complex. The room was very ok, equipped with quality air conditioning. The bathroom is very nice. The hotel staff is also very helpful and attentive and smiling.The food is incredible, you eat as much as you want, not as much as you can. The beach looks very good, clean water (you can see small fish in it). The water slides are very cool and well guarded by lifeguards.

We went as a family for the first time to Bulgaria, we wish we had of came a week earlier as a lot of places-trips were closing for the season, but with that in mind we still found things to do with our family. There were some minor inconveniences like some stuff around the rooms being broken or people leaving towels to take up the sunbeds around the pool. The parking is expensive and the fitness is disappointing. It's close to the beach, but it's really far away from the main attractions in Sunny Beach...

One-bedroom apartment is well equipped, spacious living room, big terrace. The hotel is on the south side of sunny Beach but the centre is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride away. The staff in reception are very helpful and speak good English. The pool is big and the children's pool with slides is a must. Walk through the rear gates of complex over a road and straight onto sand and sea.

Nice place with live music and decent and tasty bulgarian food. We chose the chicken-pork-beef and vegetables for 2. It was very well cooked and delicious.

Good and cheap hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Food was really really good. Not a lot of choise but what they serve is fresh and tasty and that's what mates the most. Cocktails are not amazing they put way to much alcohol in. But for what i paid i got an amazing holiday.

Probably the best value for your money on the Black Sea Coast. Can't fault a thing, maybe except the people that put towels on sunbeds, but i understand that that's difficult for a hotel to police.

The rooms are new with all facilities, a lot of space for families. The food is fresh and good and variations. The pool water is clean and sunbeds for everybody. We have been coming to Globus for 5 years and we always have a great time. This Hotel is on the beach and close to centre of sunny beach which makes it a great base. The hotel is clean and staff friendly and very helpful.

The room we got is massive for 2 adults, 2 children and an infant. The pool is good and the kids love it. The food is not good. Breakfast is ok but main dinner is awful.

I was not a guest there but I walked into the lobby and asked for help with finding a local car rental and the clerk was very helpful she searched on Google and called to make sure they have cars available.

Definitely one of the best hotel on the Sunny Beach. Breakfast costs 18 leva per person and it's very very rich. Hotel is clean and employees were always nice. We had one issue with noise from hall (A/C pipes) and they repair it in hour after anouncement. Thank you!

Enjoyed this hotel very pretty and offers lots of facilities, and right on the beach ,rooms could do with redecorating and better cleaning service, the spa and beauty treatments are well worth a visit, meal's are good local food and continental breakfast, offering plenty of choice.

Spacious room, delicious food,polite staff,close to the sea and surrounded by many shops and cafes. Of the minuses: no Wi-Fi (bought a separate card for Internet )and not cleaned the room (had to go and ask to change the towels and clean the room),in the end, the maid service did not impress.

The hotel was lovely, rooms cleaned more than I expected, staff very friendly & welcoming, Antonia the waitress is just a sweetheart girl always greets you with a smile and will do anything to help... Bar staff are also lovely, i heard a few moan about valentine being sour faced but what people need to remember he is dealing...

Just back, stayed a week. Rooms were large. Whole hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and after the first day they knew exactly what I wanted from either the breakfast or the bar. Only found one member of staff friendly and that was Martina an Irish lady who was very helpful, hopefully she will still be working there next year if we return next year, your help and friendliness was much appreciated.

The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful, rooms very dated and small for a family of four. The bathroom always flooded when you have a shower. The sofa bed that's provided was pieced together with timber. Food was hit and miss for quality was usually cold or slightly under cooked, we were all inclusive and tended to eat out on some occasions. The pool area is very tidy but only three slides...

Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas...Pretty empty. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No green. No way I am ever staying here.
