old but quality hotel. the food is delicious. the environment is big and tidy, drinks are varied. cocktails are good. the only misunderstanding is that the territory of the three hotel complex is shared, and only after buying they say that you can't walk in the others (although no one checks).

First I want to say a big THANK YOU to the chef from the Bay restaurant! Keep up the good work guys!! We have been visiting many 5* hotels but the food was not so good as it is at Bay!! The beach is nice, clean rooms, lots of activities for kids on evening but you have to pay for. The room was cleaned every day!! Cons: - the minibar is empty; - poor quality coffee and drinks - the water in the outside...

I was there at the beginning of September with my family. We were with 2 small kids. It was fantastically. The service was awesome. Everyone were polite. There were a lot of things which kept the children busy and happy. I can't think of something bad to say... We will go again for sure...

We were at SOL mare July with ITAKA. It was a wonderful holiday. Thanks to the reception for putting us in two adjacent rooms. The food was delicious. There is also a water park. The kids didn't want to leave the last day:) We will visit the hotel again☺️

We had 1 week holiday at Bay-hotel at the beginning of July. There was enough space at the pool. Sadly there was this typical issue that people reserved places with towels and did not show in several hours. But still we could find place for ourselves. Visited the Pool/Bowling Hall downstairs from this Hotel. Great place, 2 American Pool Tables, 1 Snooker Table along with 4 Bowling Alleys. Pool hall downstairs and 10 pin bowling alley great night tables run true less than 15 lev for 2 hours of pool great value. Bombay gin reasonable priced 13 lev for 2x50ml plus two bottles of fanta lemon. Only downside neon lighting and poor air conditioning means the room is very hot.

Large spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Everything is clean. Large balcony on which you can fly the big bird to entertain You. Good restaurant. Helpful staff. The child warmed up pizza without any problems.

Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. This aspect negatively impacted our experience during our stay.

Great hotel for location, directly on the beach with a lift down to it. The downside is that the lift to the beach goes into the hotels beach bar, which closes around 5pm, so have to use the stairs. Fittet perfect on our demands. Cheap and quite. Although we were lucky with the side - on the other side of the hotel is on of the largest discotheques at sunnybeach, Lazur. Good and cheap hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Food was really really good. Not a lot of choise but what they serve is fresh and tasty and that's what mates the most. Cocktails are not amazing they put way to much alcohol in. But for what i paid i got an amazing holiday.

Stayed as a family of 5 in August 2023. 2 rooms but only one was cleaned in the week stay. The food was to a good standard. The quests were mostly Eastern European. The staff speak English and are helpful. 2 of our group were poorly for 24hrs, a theme for most of the hotel. All in all can not complain for the price

Spacious room, delicious food,polite staff,close to the sea and surrounded by many shops and cafes. Of the minuses: no Wi-Fi (bought a separate card for Internet )and not cleaned the room (had to go and ask to change the towels and clean the room),in the end, the maid service did not impress.

Very close to the beach, really good service and pools are clean. The room I was in, which was 616 had no tv access, There were no channels to watch, Blanket also wasn't comfy and so wasn't the pillow, Elevators stop randomly at stages even tho no one is there.

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly. The food was still then cold and tasteless. This hotel has potential of being a really good hotel but clearly the staff are not putting the effort in.

The hotel was lovely, rooms cleaned more than I expected, staff very friendly & welcoming, Antonia the waitress is just a sweetheart girl always greets you with a smile and will do anything to help... Bar staff are also lovely, i heard a few moan about valentine being sour faced but what people need to remember he is dealing...

Just back, stayed a week. Rooms were large. Whole hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and after the first day they knew exactly what I wanted from either the breakfast or the bar. Short walk from the beach and flower street. Definitely going back next year. Thank you to all staff as they make a happy holiday.

Nice clean hotel and good location, not to keen on the breakfast all hot food was cold. Only found one member of staff friendly and that was Martina an Irish lady who was very helpful, hopefully she will still be working there next year if we return next year, your help and friendliness was much appreciated.

I have just stayed at the marvel hotel for 11 days Sep 2024. The hotel was very clean there were always cleaners to be seen around the hotel inside and outside . I had my room cleaned every day with clean towels. The cleaners were freindly and always said hello. The hotel manager spoke good English and was helpful. This hotel was chosen based on the high score on Booking (8.8) but from my point of view is overrated! The 3.9 stars on Google reflect the reality. The front desk manager Nasko is an absolute gem, 1000000 stars to whoever hired him. Absolutely lovely hotel in a great location. The staff is just amazing, the animation team did a great job of keeping kids and adults entertained. As a picky eater I can say the food was absolutely delicious. Only negative was beach did not have enough sunbeds and umbrellas.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Good variety of food each day. My daughter is a fussy eater but had plenty each day. Didn't have to worry about getting up early to reserve a sunbed as there are loads by the pools. Close to the beach and bars etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel, staff very efficient, near beach and all local amenities, bus 2 min walk to nessebar. Rooms a little dated but fit for purpose.
