old but quality hotel. the food is delicious. the environment is big and tidy, drinks are varied. cocktails are good. the only misunderstanding is that the territory of the three hotel complex is shared, and only after buying they say that you can't walk in the others (although no one checks).

The beach is nice, clean rooms, lots of activities for kids on evening but you have to pay for. The room was cleaned every day!! I was there at the beginning of September with my family. We were with 2 small kids. It was fantastically. The service was awesome. Everyone were polite. There were a lot of things which kept the children busy and happy. I can't think of something bad to say... We will go again for sure...

The hotel staff is also very helpful and attentive and smiling.The food is incredible, you eat as much as you want, not as much as you can. We were at SOL mare July with ITAKA. It was a wonderful holiday. Thanks to the reception for putting us in two adjacent rooms. The food was delicious. There is also a water park. The kids didn't want to leave the last day:) We will visit the hotel again☺️

We had 1 week holiday at Bay-hotel at the beginning of July. There was enough space at the pool. Sadly there was this typical issue that people reserved places with towels and did not show in several hours. But still we could find place for ourselves. Visited the Pool/Bowling Hall downstairs from this Hotel. Great place, 2 American Pool Tables, 1 Snooker Table along with 4 Bowling Alleys. Pool hall downstairs and 10 pin bowling alley great night tables run true less than 15 lev for 2 hours of pool great value. Bombay gin reasonable priced 13 lev for 2x50ml plus two bottles of fanta lemon. Only downside neon lighting and poor air conditioning means the room is very hot.

Large spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Everything is clean. Large balcony on which you can fly the big bird to entertain You. Good restaurant. Helpful staff. The child warmed up pizza without any problems.

Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

The hotel is on the south side of sunny Beach but the centre is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride away. The staff in reception are very helpful and speak good English. The pool is big and the children's pool with slides is a must. Walk through the rear gates of complex over a road and straight onto sand and sea.

Fittet perfect on our demands. Cheap and quite. Although we were lucky with the side - on the other side of the hotel is on of the largest discotheques at sunnybeach, Lazur. We have been coming to Globus for 5 years and we always have a great time. This Hotel is on the beach and close to centre of sunny beach which makes it a great base. The hotel is clean and staff friendly and very helpful.

Spacious room, delicious food,polite staff,close to the sea and surrounded by many shops and cafes. Of the minuses: no Wi-Fi (bought a separate card for Internet )and not cleaned the room (had to go and ask to change the towels and clean the room),in the end, the maid service did not impress.

We stayed at this hotel from 2nd to 16th September from the first day we were very impressed with the staff food was good the room was cleaned every day and bedsheets changed every 3 days location to beach and flower street we great special mention to the manager at bar was a great guy thank you for a great holiday

My partner and I are just back from here and what a great 10days we had. The hotel was lovely, rooms cleaned more than I expected, staff very friendly & welcoming, Antonia the waitress is just a sweetheart girl always greets you with a smile and will do anything to help... Bar staff are also lovely, i heard a few moan about valentine being sour faced but what people need to remember he is dealing...

Just back, stayed a week. Rooms were large. Whole hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and after the first day they knew exactly what I wanted from either the breakfast or the bar. Short walk from the beach and flower street. Definitely going back next year. Thank you to all staff as they make a happy holiday.

Nice clean hotel and good location, not to keen on the breakfast all hot food was cold. Only found one member of staff friendly and that was Martina an Irish lady who was very helpful, hopefully she will still be working there next year if we return next year, your help and friendliness was much appreciated.

Overall, we had a great stay here. However, the lack of entertainment & poor drinks selection would probably put us off coming back. This hotel is elegant and situated on the first line, the beach is in front of the hotel. Everybody from the staff is really kind, helpful, never too busy. This is a great hotel with a chilled out vibe. No rushing for sunbeds, or queues for the buffet. The food was nice and for the youngsters, they have a pizza oven, which is on all day. The staff are nice, and a special shout out to the animation team for always putting on a great show. The gym needs a good upgrade as some machines were broken, and were broken throughout our stay.

Probably one of, if not the best hotel in Sunny Beach. When we booked, they said it had a beach bar that's not been open for a while, apparently, and has been removed from the website. They have becks beer on tap and the food is very good but can be a little cold. Lovely hotel & staff; the food is great, the beetroot they serve is amazing. I usually don't indulge in beetroot but when I saw it cut up like that on the buffet table, amongst all of the vegetables; I knew it was calling me. So good, so red, so juicy!
