Staff don't speak much English. The breakfast selection is poor & the hot food is actually cold. The staffs response is that you can use the microwave to reheat the food. Excellent experience. Beautiful, side view, of the sea. Large rooms. Close to the beach and also restaurants pedestrian area. Be aware - the boiler for hot water doesn't have a big capacity. We were a group of 4, but the last 2 always had to wait for hot showers.

The Restaurant at Mirage is great! Food is fresh and hot, good quality and helpful servers. Clean and welcoming tables available inside and outside with a gorgeous view of the beach. I particularly love the Carbonara - only the portion seems to be smaller each year... Decent value for money.

We stay here for the fourth time and will come again👍❤️The best location just on the beach and near the old town, amazing seaview, good service, rich breakfasts, food and drinks for low prices. I was there at the beginning of September with my family. We were with 2 small kids. It was fantastically. The service was awesome. Everyone were polite. There were a lot of things which kept the children busy and happy. I can't think of something bad to say... We will go again for sure...

A top ten complex. The room was very ok, equipped with quality air conditioning. The bathroom is very nice. The hotel staff is also very helpful and attentive and smiling.The food is incredible, you eat as much as you want, not as much as you can. The beach looks very good, clean water (you can see small fish in it). The water slides are very cool and well guarded by lifeguards.

Food was good. Always something for everyone. Queueing up for the drinks was a little much with just 1 bar person behind each bar. Not enough sun beds for the capacity of the hotel. Great for kids though. We probably will go back just for the location and the food 😊

The hotel is on the south side of sunny Beach but the centre is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride away. The staff in reception are very helpful and speak good English. The pool is big and the children's pool with slides is a must. Walk through the rear gates of complex over a road and straight onto sand and sea.

I stayed in Hrizantema in July 2020. In 2021 the hotel is closed due to renovation works. Hrizantema is a nice hotel located in Sunny Beach region. Trip between airport in Burgas and the hotel takes about 30 min. Rooms are typical for touristic hotels in Bulgaria but they are clean. Overall the hotel is not bad. Good food and entertainment the only reason I won't give 5 stars is the cheap non alcoholic drinks they include in the all inclusive. I was forced to buy juice from shops outside hotel so my child can drink something other than water.

Good and cheap hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Food was really really good. Not a lot of choise but what they serve is fresh and tasty and that's what mates the most. Cocktails are not amazing they put way to much alcohol in. But for what i paid i got an amazing holiday.

Probably the best value for your money on the Black Sea Coast. Can't fault a thing, maybe except the people that put towels on sunbeds, but i understand that that's difficult for a hotel to police.

We have been coming to Globus for 5 years and we always have a great time. This Hotel is on the beach and close to centre of sunny beach which makes it a great base. The hotel is clean and staff friendly and very helpful.

The room we got is massive for 2 adults, 2 children and an infant. The pool is good and the kids love it. The food is not good. Breakfast is ok but main dinner is awful.

I was not a guest there but I walked into the lobby and asked for help with finding a local car rental and the clerk was very helpful she searched on Google and called to make sure they have cars available.

Definitely one of the best hotel on the Sunny Beach. Breakfast costs 18 leva per person and it's very very rich. Hotel is clean and employees were always nice. We had one issue with noise from hall (A/C pipes) and they repair it in hour after anouncement. Thank you!

Enjoyed this hotel very pretty and offers lots of facilities, and right on the beach ,rooms could do with redecorating and better cleaning service, the spa and beauty treatments are well worth a visit, meal's are good local food and continental breakfast, offering plenty of choice.

Spacious room, delicious food,polite staff,close to the sea and surrounded by many shops and cafes. Of the minuses: no Wi-Fi (bought a separate card for Internet )and not cleaned the room (had to go and ask to change the towels and clean the room),in the end, the maid service did not impress.

Just back, stayed a week. Rooms were large. Whole hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and after the first day they knew exactly what I wanted from either the breakfast or the bar. Nice clean hotel and good location, not to keen on the breakfast all hot food was cold. Lovely hotel in an amazing location, I did b&b ok the food was pretty poor but it's so cheap to eat out that it wasn't a problem for me. You save money not having to go to the water park as the pool and slides are fantastic. I would definitely return here, staff were friendly too.

Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas...Pretty empty. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No green. No way I am ever staying here.

This is a great hotel with a chilled out vibe. No rushing for sunbeds, or queues for the buffet. The food was nice and for the youngsters, they have a pizza oven, which is on all day.
