Loved the place, great location on the beach, staff friendly and prices very reasonable. We went end of September when most places were closing for the season so that was dissapointing but had a lovely relaxing break all the same. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

Staff (including the cleaners) were very helpful and polite. We had one or two issues with our room, we reported the issues and staff remedied these issues very promptly. The food was excellent (4 star) and it was very varied so there was always something to suit your palette.

This hotel was amazing the food was great and plenty of choice, staff were friendly and helpful although could smile more, rooms were lovely light and cheery and comfy. The area was lovely and we did some trips out which were fab even though it was the end of season, didn’t get to try out any of the outside pools but the indoor one was amazing.

The property is in good shape overall. Yet it feels like overstaying one’s welcome at a party. Everything is winding down. Beach chairs being carted off. Nowhere to sit outside unless you can stand being cooked in the scorching sun. There are umbrellas in the seating area during the summer months but they’d already been cleared away. It’s the second time I been to Bulgaria but not this hotel it is a lovely hotel staff are all friendly and helpful activity staff wonderful and try to get everyone to join in during the day Night time activities not great could do with some outside entertainment coming in for a bit off a change food was ok plenty variety I definitely go back to this hotel had a lovely holiday thank you everyone☀️
