We had a great holiday at this hotel. If someone wants to rest and relax, this is the place to go. The staff are all very accomodating, without being intrusive and the cuisine is just great. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Hotel Cappella.

It is our second holiday in this clean, well-kept and strategically located family-run beachfront residence: very quiet but a ten-minute walk from Forio Porto and well connected to all the attractions of Ischia. The rooms are comfortable and functional, some with a sea view. Wonderful terrace overlooking the sea with a panorama and stupendous sunsets - new sunbeds and deckchairs, as well as a bar-restaurant with simple and tasty dishes for those who want to stay on the terrace even for lunch. The strong point of the residence, however, is Amerigo's hospitality and sympathy, always attentive and available with a thousand suggestions to ensure you a nice holiday in Ischia!

Fantastic little hotel in a very good location. The host is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in good shape. I had a room at the top floor with a round bed and balcony and it was lovely. I also had panoramic view but even though I could see the ocean there was a lot of houses in the way. The breakfast buffet was small but had most of the basic food the bigger hotels have. And it was served by the pool which was so nice. The pool itself was small but clean and there was a bar. Really enjoyed it. Downside was that it was very noisy all night long. You could hear people talking on the street very loud and the biggest problem was the seagulls that had nests on every roof around. They were soooo loud but that’s not to blame the hotel for. Maybe it’s the same everywhere here. I really recommend this hotel and I would absolutely stay here again.

Horrible hotel. Rooms photos are fake. The accomodation is on a anex building. Very dirty place. Scam hotel! Once u paid, and u cannot recive money back, they gonna make un an downgrade, with no choice, like take it or leave it. Breakfast with flyes and insects.

Very nice hotel, well kept, and the staff actively want you to be comfortable. Small to US standards, the big hearts of the staff make it better than the bigger chain-type hotels. Easy walking distance from Old Town Nessebar. Great continental breakfast. Strongly recommended!

A very warm and welcoming host! Rooms were cosy and warm. Good match for the price. Breakfast was rich and delicious. All the best to the owner, if I have the opportunity will visit again.

The hotel is extremely cozy! I am beyond satisfied with my stay.
Warm rooms in the winter, comfortable sauna, lovely bathtub in the room, huge soft bed.
The breakfast was rich, fresh and tasty.
But the five starts I give for this review are mostly based on the service. The host Krasi is the nicest and most well-mannered man I've met. You'll definitely receive personalised and attentive service.

SHOCKING!! HORRIBLE!!
The hotel owner went in our room, took our car keys and drove the car to a different parking spot whilst we were at the beach, without informing us in any way whatsoever... He wasn't even planning to tell us, we offer nly got to know that when we went to the car yo grab something we had forgotten. We were utterly surprised and shocked to not see our car where had left it the previous night.
He didn't even apologise, started making ridiculous explanations that this was something they normally 'provide as a service' there for all their guests, and then until that point no one had complained... absolute nonsense
On top of that, we had no hot water two days in a row, and the owner kept sayinghe doesn't know why, and there must have been due to the fact that everyone was taking showers at the same time...
Did not offer any apologies, didn't look like he felt sorry in any was possible, just kept telling me to crheck again in 30mins...
That was totally unacceptable customer service

Arguably as a friendly and helpful host/hotel manager as you can get. Certainly equivocal of 4-5* in London. Nice appartement too. Highly recommended.
