My friend who is particular regarding her food, found enough choice to suit her palate and praised the Vegetable Stew, the wide variety of fruit and the Blueberry Cake as her main favourite items

Very good hotel all round , food drink decent , rooms clean and beds comfortable Staff friendly, pool and activities if you want are fun Lots of space and sun beds didn’t feel packed , lovely beach location also Can get bus cab to sunny beach for bars clubs etc if you want to get out and the old town is worth a visit

The trip was very enjoyable, traveling across the bay and was one of the highlights of our week. 🌊🛥️ Our week away here was a wonderful, relaxing time and we would recommend to family and friends

Just home from a fantastic week at this amazing hotel, travelled with my 11 year old son. So much to do and the hotel is in a great location. Large spotless rooms, friendly staff and great food

Children will be kept busy and happy with the amination team. Lovely people, and so energetic. 30pm and a theatre performance at 9. Water park and other water features are breath-taking

This resort has everything that you need for an amazing holiday. The bedrooms and bathroom and balcony, and sea views are fantastic. Food is very good, and appeals to all tastes

The territory is large, clean, good animation, the water park also pleased. The beach is not great, but the sea is clean, there was always enough space. There are several children's clubs on site

Whatever I write, it will be little. to describe our incredible experience! We were greeted at the reception by smiling, positive professionals. The room was clean, spacious with a great view of the sea and the pool

The resort was so clean, the cleaners are always working (very hard) the food was unreal, I am Celica I was giving a card on check in stating this, and I only had to take it to the restaurant once and they remembered me every time

🔆 ash trays behind the tv not outside. 🔆 if your tv doesn’t work at first then your sockets wont work ( took me three days to get my travel adapter working but I’m guessing i had no electricity coming to my room

🔆staff don’t really interact, aren’t very helpful and you will be left guessing, but the life guards on the slides are very funny and very friendly. 🔆the shop man is amazing, super friendly and so helpful

It went off at 1:30am then again at 5:30 am very upsetting for kids and staff were very unhelpful hardly telling anyone anything. 🔆the evening entertainment are amazing something different every night

The food was good, something for everyone and I tried some new things while I was here. The pool was never too crowded as there are 3 across the resort plus beach access and slides

Finally, there was plenty of activities for all ages and each evening there was entertainment starting with a children's disco and then family shows. The team did an outstanding job entertaining the guests at the resort

There is the waterslide area or just a couple of minutes walk to the beach there are also loungers you can sit at offering a beautiful view of the Black Sea

The room was clean, beds were comfy, the only downside was the fire alarm going off a few times the first night we arrived - this isn't very loud and we slept through the 2nd one although other members of our party did hear it

We booked into the Italian restaurant and the food was beautiful, I really enjoyed the baked egg plant dish. The staff on the bars were also friendly but Antonio and Imren on the lobby bar are a credit to the hotel

They made us feel really welcome and always had time to talk to us, always greeting us with a smile! The icing on the cake was the weather being beautiful all week! We hope we can return next year

The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids

The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN

The rooms are large and clean, there is parking for a fee of 6 BGN /day Breakfast is not a buffet, you have a choice of 4 options, coffee, water or juice is included in the menu He accepted us with "our child with 4 paws" for 7 BGN/day and we thank you Few hotels in the area accept pets

Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly

The pros : Good location, limited but available parking spots, decent sized rooms, decent food at the restaurant. The cons : Constant noises from the electrical panel, the ACs from the other rooms (the walls are thin)

Wonderful terrace overlooking the sea with a panorama and stupendous sunsets - new sunbeds and deckchairs, as well as a bar-restaurant with simple and tasty dishes for those who want to stay on the terrace even for lunch

It is our second holiday in this clean, well-kept and strategically located family-run beachfront residence: very quiet but a ten-minute walk from Forio Porto and well connected to all the attractions of Ischia

Comfy room and nice breakfast. Chris, the owner was lovely and extremely helpful. Location is great for nessebar beach, shops and transport links

The strong point of the residence, however, is Amerigo's hospitality and sympathy, always attentive and available with a thousand suggestions to ensure you a nice holiday in Ischia!

It's a 10 minute taxi ride to Sunny Beach and the same to Old Nessebar

Moved to this hotel after a nightmare stay at the hotel I booked with Jet2. Room is perfect, stunning sea views, comfortabke, nice little touches in room, water, wine, biscuits, sweets, slippers etc

Not sure if actually enough salt in there to make difference as other places i use the floors, walls and ceilings are all salt like caves whereas this one is just panel on wall. Think really floor should be salt too

Lovely hotel with great access to the beach and lovely views of the sea. The room we were in was lovely and very clean. The swimming pool and the restaurant were also lovely. I would definitely visit again

Reception staff all very friendly and helpful. The old man, not sure if he is the owner or member of staff, helped me with luggage, and was always very nice and kind

Tried the salt therapy during my stay too, did help my bad head a little , but think could do with better chairs as too low and maybe some reaxing low music playing like others ive been to

Nice, clean hotel, very close to the beach and best restaurants in Old Town Nessebar, in a quiet area.

Comfortable rooms with a pretty garden to drink coffee mornings. The climatisation keeps the temperature cold in the rooms during summer heats. Very warm welcome, the owner was really nice

Excellent location, quiet, clean, discreet, cute patio, small grocery store just around the corner (fresh local fruits!!!). Also really nice hosts.

What a place the imperial hotel is in Sunny beach Bulgaria, staff are amazing from when you first turn up til the very end, it's clean, it's relaxing, there's loads to do and most importantly you are welcomed here from all the staff

The sunbed situation is a joke , I’m here now & people have reserved beds around the pool with towels & it is now 1 o’clock & they haven’t been seen yet

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach, and our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable

Had a wonderful stay at imperial hotel in sunny beach all the staff where extremely pleasant especially Rado who couldn’t do enough for you made our stay amazing and extremely helpful on our last day with where to freshen up before transfer to the airport what facilities where still available to us on our all inclusive my advice if you leaving late the all inclusive is only available for the lunchtime...

Loved the hotel the rooms are cleaned every day the staff work so hard Food was amazing and the entertainment staff work really hard to get everyone involved with competitions from archery, darts to win a cocktail(it’s all inclusive but it was fun) and lots more activities I went with my adult daughter and her boyfriend and we all had an amazing time

Do not leave any open food products on the floor as there will be an army of ants in it at the morning. The sunbeds are reserved with a towels before 10 am so be early if you want to have a spot

The best part of the Hotel is that its located only 500 meters from the Beach. Two sunbeds and a pafasol costs 27 BGN and if you wants, there is also free spots on a Beach where you can go with your own towel

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lion as a group of 3 in August 2024. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a pool view, balcony was a bit small but was still nice

The hotel is in a great location and not a long walk to get to the main ***** of Sunny Beach and the beautiful beach

Overall, this hotel is great and I would definitely recommend staying here on your trip to Sunny Beach!

Friendly staff, and the animation team did a great job creating activities for both kids and adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach

The swimming pool is nicely cleaned, there are free drinks, ice cream and pizza, the cleaning service was excellent, we didn't have any problem with it, the workers are really nice and helpful, the entry to the beach is just across the street with a wooden walkway, all and all a really nice hotel

A very good basic+ hotel,cheap.very clean,at 1-5 minute walk to beach,shops,restaurants,bars,in the middle of action.The food are OK,bars are good,the hotel staff is very polite and kind.Hot water comes at 7 am.

Great hotel for families, located a little south of the chaotic Sunny Beach shopping streets. Super clean hotel, absolutely shiny everywhere at all times

Beautiful location, crowded restaurant, and beach. The food is terrible and the pool is very dirty. I give no more than 3 stars.

We went last year in the middle of June and it was really good. Simple clean and everything to hand. Among the minuses, the beach bar and sunbeds are not free. Otherwise good level of service

The main room had a sofa, foldout bed, fridge, desk and a TV. The bedroom had a large bed, wardrobe, coat and shoe rack, desk and a TV. The reception area is clean and always staffed. The bar opens from 11 am until 11 pm

The restaurant, on the second floor, is spacious and you also have the option to eat on the veranda. With three sitings for breakfast, lunch and dinner there is plenty of time to sample the various dishes

The food is filling and tasty, with something for everyone. It's not anything special, but was nowhere near as bad as some reviews stated. The pool area is clean with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas

restaurant was to busy ate out most nights & when we did eat in hotel at night not much to choose from not very good at all

Hotel next to beach and all the local shops, its a great location. The hotel very clean, cleaners work hard all day to keep it clean. Rooms are a bit dated but again clean

The Fenix pool bar (happy hour 24/7) is just fabulous, well prices, the most friendly staff you can find. Downsides The breakfast and evening meals are still very poor, breakfast is bearable but evening meals very poor

5th Year They have started upgrading, the pool is brilliant again, it seems the rooms are being redecorated etc. Staff great, the Fenix restaurant is ok for simple good food

I was in this hotel for 1 week. The hotel is beautiful, it has a great location right next to the beach, it is very convenient. The rooms were nice and clean, the food was delicious and varied

The location is fantastic, it has its own beach, the food is excellent. But the maids are extremely rude and don't do their job properly every day

Very tasty and varied food, clean and beautiful rooms, and we can’t help but mention the animators, three young people made fun, interesting games for us every day, you can become real friends with them

There are also evening shows, for example, Michael Jackson, my younger sister really liked him, everything was top notch, if there is another opportunity, we will definitely come back to you!❤️

Every evening there is a show and some entertainment programs as well as during the day, the animators were responsible for the entertainment, to whom I want to say a huge thank you

They also charge the parking garage and block your car so it takes you a whole day or two to get your car out

This hotel doesnt look like 4 stars at all. It is close to the beach but they do not have any sunbeds for their guests. The personnel is nice, the food and bar OK. Some improvment is needed for sure

Completely fine for a cheap place to stay! I was a bit scared after reading some reviews, but I enjoyed my time at Hotel Colosseum. Right next to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to the 'strip' of bars on Flower Street

The beach is very close and is being cleaned every night. So is only sand - no rocks or pebbles. Colosseum has no agreement on the beach - no sunbeds or drinks there - outside of the hotel you're on your own

Booked this as All Inclusive through On The Beach, and I think it was good enough value

Overall a good place to stay comparing price and distance to the beach and the center. I'm giving 2 stars less due to 2 reasons

In Sunny Beach I saw other hotels with a better approach. Guess each manager applies different rules

You pay extra to get VIP service as such but it was a farce at the Preferred pool area, anybody could go in due to the fact orange towels are issued with your bag on arrival but once they were put for wash you were given brown towels the same as all hotel guests so in my opinion it’s wasn’t really worth the extra money

The orange towels were to differ you from other guests, we did ask at reception but told no more as they were waiting on an order for them coming in 🤪🤪🤪

It had everything you could want from a holiday. Lots of restaurants to eat at, some buffet and some table service. It has it's own beach with reserved beds for guests. Rooms were well set out and nicely decorated

The hotel, staff and food were exceptional couldn’t fault anything apart from The Preferred Club, it is a bit of a rip off

There was a large pool and a with a swim up bar and easy access to the beach. The entertainment team were brilliant,great fun was had with the daytime activities which enabled us to meet some lovely people

We even went to dreams which I believe is the sister hotel and watched all the entertainment staff do their own show which was amazing and added a personal touch! There English is amazing and they also spoke 3 different languages fluently to make everyone feel welcome

Only drawback did have some mechanical issues with hot water and air conditioning ( Sunny Beach is not excessively hot and cools down at night so a/c not a major issue ) otherwise would be 5 stars

We stayed for two nights but they failed to tidy and clean the room after the first night until we asked them to do so. We needed to ask them to replace the towels, amenities and water

Cons: no private beach, small pool, very few sun loungers and all are already taken at 8 am. Terrible service, in the bar, if you don't pay attention, they underfill the alcohol

Breakfast is bad. The variety is small. They collect the remaining cheese and serve 4-5 types of old cheese again the next day.

The hotel was only partially open due to refurbishment so generally a lack of customers but this did make it very spacious in public areas and the swimming pool area has ample sun beds or upright seats

The location is superb very central but away from any noise intrusion. Our rooms were on the rear of hotel so got the afternoon and evening sun and some fantastic sun sets visible over the hills

The hotel has really convenient location both to the beach and to lively streets. On the beach there are enough sunbeds and a bar where you can get water, beer, juice

Checked into this hotel for a night and found staff so friendly from start to finish. Room basic but amazing shower and comfy beds. Free access to beach bar and beds on beach

Was in a great location right opposite the beach our board was all inclusive but we ate out most nights as the food was catered for the local Bulgarians which was not our taste the coffee is good but it's served in tiny cardboard cups and the drinks are served in tiny and flimsy plastic cups

Upon checking out told us to hold onto bands for 2 more hours and have lunch and enjoy the complex bit longer. Staff made the trip more enjoyable especially the young girl at bar in lobby

Irt is really great in hot days! We were worried about the locations of sunbeds , they are not close to water, but it isn't a problem

A peaceful little gem of a hotel, surrounded by tropical vegetation in a quieter corner of Sunny Beach

Hotel is in a super location with a super clean and green garden. Very quiet place in the middle of sunny beach. Tennis courts are top maintained, and the minigolf also. Definatelly will be coming back here.

We are spending our honeymoon here, everything is amazing! Very close to the beach, shops, center. Its located on a quiet street, has a very good parking place

entertainment was poor for adults pool was cold but you get free sunbed on the beach

Told the reps and management so they had a microwave not good enough, staff ok but bar staff very slow usually only one serving behind the bars

- Some days they exceeded expectations with the menu (sushi, shark meat, wow), there’s plenty to eat, and the desserts are worth mentioning

Stayed at the Grand Victoria hotel in June 2025 good location hotel keep very clean,room ok those with a seaview it can get a bit noisy

The beach is a 2min walk away. We really really loved our holiday here

Pool spotless although the life guard needs a personality transplant. If he won £200M on the Lottery, he wouldn't smile. Staff however are polite and respectful, maintaining their professional boundaries

Stayed at worst places, location right next to the beach, bars are right next to the hotel, if you're a light sleeper take some earplugs, rooms facing the sea are the ones affected, we were round the back Room was clean , shower was amusingly low !,bed was uncomfortable, sheets and linen clean, room was cleaned daily to a good standard, cleaner's were friendly and spoke

Would we go back , probably not, it's just not our cup of tea,Nessabar old town is wonderful,we were told that the resort after Sunny Beach is ok but generally it's a five out ten

Location why's, it couldn't be faulted, straight on to the shopping strip and onto the sandy beach which was immaculate. Would I go again? Maybe to the area but not the Hotel

A number of people, not us suffered from bad stomachs and diarrhea, they'd complained to the rep regarding this , we found the food ok , it's a matter of choice, personally I don't usually go all inclusive but we did this time , we're not picky but plenty of folk moaned

The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful, rooms very dated and small for a family of four. The bathroom always flooded when you have a shower. The sofa bed that's provided was pieced together with timber

If you like tat shops and getting p@#£ed all week, fine whilst rotting in the sun but hey ho. This is my honest opinion, go and make your own mind up , happy holidays peeps

If you are traveling with children (I wasn't), good luck getting them to sleep due to the loud atmosphere around the hotel. On one side you have one of the main hotspots in Sunny Beach (Fat Cats and other bars)

Nice view, best location!!! First roll to the beach and close to bars, shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, there are airconditions, fridge and everithing. Perfect for families and for single

Its okay, cleaning service okay but they don't speak English at all. Rooms kinda small but everything alright. Good location for young people. Very loud at night.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good, but nothing can make it up for not being able to chill/ sleep in your own room because of all the noise from the bars, crowds, and the amusement park exactly next to the hotel

On another side there is an amusement park for kids that is open until late at night. Warning to parents with small children- the music is so loud and echoes through the hotel hallway like there is a disco in the hotel

I am happy I didn't see this previously. -If you are planning an early checkout as we were (0615), you will have to call one of the numbers posted on the door as there is no one at reception during this time

Very clean and well maintained and about 15mins to beach and main strip. Lovely little pool and plenty of sunbeds. A very good choice of food also in the hotel. Thank you L&B hotel from Mags and Mick from Ireland

This is a beautiful little hotel with pool and restaurant. Rooms and beds very clean and comfortable. Cleaned daily, bedding and towels every two days. Fridge but no kettle, shop 200 yards away with kettle £12

Breakfast basic but plenty, full cooked available at extra cost. Food in restaurant very good, quick and fairly priced. Hotel is 600 m 15 mins walk from beach, 500 m from Flower Street

Walking distance to the beach, the sunny beach strip, and lots of restaurants close by. Also very close to the bus station and easily accessible to nessebar by bus

Modern and clean. Friendly staff. 15 minutes from the beach. Very close to shops and restaurants. Fast Wi-Fi.

We had a complaint about the shower and the air conditioner and the staff wasted no time in checking it out for us and even offering us an alternative room free of charge
