Rooms are luxurious, views from sea side rooms are unsurpassed, even side-view rooms have good views! There's room service daily and towels refreshed couple of times a week. Rooms are a bit on the high-end price wise but still worth it. The only thing I wish was different/better is that the location of the hotel is in a totally over-crowded beach with practically no sand strip to accommodate anyone from the hotel. This of course can be "fixed" by going to nearby beaches, but that somewhat forfeits the idea of a beach-line hotel...

Hot meals were cold, service was terrible.4 meals took 90mins to arrive at the table and then they managed to forget 1 of the meals with 0 apologies. Possibly the worst meal I have had in Bulgaria,If Wish did meals this would be the place. Avoid at all costs.

drinks were good, food was delicious exceptionally delicious. food was prepared fast. do not hesitate to come here one of the better places in the area

The hotel is nothing special. Too expensive for what it’s offer tbh. The location is good -first line. The restorant is awful , the waiter was with one t-shirt all 7 days we was there 😄. Two of the days we didn’t have hot water.. lower your prices , is not worth it!

Location: you can walk to Nessebar Old town; quiet area many taverns in the area with very good food; quiet beach, many markets and shops in the area. Host: kind, empathetic, pretty good English. The view from the room: exceptional. Cleanliness: very good. The furniture, the room facilities, the bedding, the internet - everything was very good. Price: exceptional. I recommend.

Only thing good is the price. Parking is small. Staff is meh. Breakfast is decent. Views are kinda nice.

Terrible Service. Old furniture. Pictures in Internet do not apply to the reallife appearance of the hotel. Price is same like a 4.5 Stars hotel. They clean up room only every 3 days..

The service was absolutely terrible from the beginning. We kept receiving negative feedback about every replacement order we would place on account of not having any of the seafood and some of the poultry in stock. Ordering took about one hour and we ended up not receiving a few items on our order. When politely confronting the staff, they were rude and wanted to charge us for the undelivered food. Even though the view is nice and the setting is acceptable, the terrible service cannot earn this place a recommendation. Overall, I would advise against dining in this place, especially as a foreign tourist!
