Spacious and clean rooms. Nice balcony with seaside view. As a light sleeper, I appreciated that the room seemed to be soundproofed. Also, the AC was quite silent when it was on.

Wonderful Location Room and Hotel immaculate. Food and drink Plentiful and Varied. Rooms and All the public areas were kept pristine

Special shout out to Luda who cared for our room Everyone on Reception and Restaurant staff. The Sky Bar and Marine Bar were Excellent WE are returning in September we were so impressed

The Hotel was clean and bright. We had to change rooms as there was a terrible smell from the bathroom. Food average but always lots of choice. Pool area very disappointing

Small pool so not able to have a good swim and rather grubby at times. Sunbathing area limited with no umbrellas, so you roast or lie in the shade

They gave us a picnic bag as the restaurant had closed and it was late when we arrived The rooms are very clean and spacious. There was just enough hanging space for me and my daughter to put our clothes

Pools and garden are first class. Apartments are spacious and clean. Design is typical Bulgarian, glittery to kitch. Low quality beddings, pillows, courtains, toiletries. Brown towels while the hotel standard is white

Cleaning came on the fifth day, which was completely okay becase as I've said, the apartment was clean when we came and we haven't managed to make it dirty by the cleaning time :) The pool always had a very pleasant temperature and was clean, the surroundings of the hotel weren't noisy, the only tricky part was parking at times as there were many hosts and henceforth many cars to be parked somewhere...

Very nice personal, nice pools , vrey clean complex and pools i have never seen cleanest pools, they have underground garage if you need it, fine restaurant, no problems for young couples, very quiet, very satisfied

Very spacious apartments with stunning balcony views, equipped with all the necessary utilities (everything seemed brand new). Within the complex, there is also a bar by the pool and a restaurant

Everything exceeded our expectations! The location is just stunning! Very large clean swimming pools, surrounded by green areas that turn the place into a relaxing oasis

Our family has visited Bulgaria to vacate there in the past years as well, and this was the best hotel residence we've had an opportunity to be accomodated in so far

I had the breackfast included and the only thing that bordered me was the fact that I found some fly in the cereals, which for a 5 start hotel is something inacceptable. Probably they were stored inappropriate

Pool is clean, although sunbeds could be washed - guests are given hotel pool towels which does cover dirty part, but still. Other than that - super happy to pick this place

Room was clean and prepared exactly at 14:00 - could be earlier, but it's a middle of the season and they're fully booked. Breakfast is ok, fresh and tasty. Beach is basically less than 5 minutes away of walking distance

The food was consistently delicious, whether I was grabbing breakfast or enjoying dinner. And after a day out exploring, I treated myself to a spa session—which I highly recommend

We tried to get accommodation here, but we waited at the reception for n hour before someon came to tell us there's no room. Otherwise the outdoor area looked fantastic.

The location is alrite. Its not too far away from the centre. Most people use the bars away from the hotel for this reason where drinks can be found cheaper.

The hotel is small, but cozy. Clean and bright, perfect location to major attractions in the resort. Couple of minutes to bus station with all routes to other resorts around - Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Saint Vlas.

They give me the key and they do not bother me with any nonsense, they clean the room once a day and it is very discreet. The prices are good and the price is good.

A middle-class hotel, but the prices are also average. To the beach, about 1200 m. Downstairs, a well-stocked shop. I recommend it for a weekend getaway

Good service, good food, friendly and helpful staff. It is fairly priced, don't expect anything fancy. Take into consideration that you should walk about 10-15 min to the seaside. Suitable for traveling with kids.

Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No way I am ever staying here

Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening

The hotel also has a good DJ, as well as the chef who makes delicious burgers!, Ground floor shop, Billiards, and pool bar!Umbrellas and sunbeds can also be taken at Ultra all inclusive or directly on the beach,At the pool beds and sunbeds for everyone!The rooms are cleaned every day, it is a hotel for all ages! The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

Appearance gorgeous, but for a 5 star hotel a lot of minuses-the rooms, the corridors have not seen the repair. Linen and towels are changed rarely, the rooms are also clean rarely

Pool areas varied and amazing

It was never fixed the whole holiday so up and down 6 flights of stairs multiple times a day. Bedding and towels changed once. Even had to go out and buy our own toilet roll. Hardly any staff to get help from either

The room was dark due to all the tall trees surrounding it but the pools were lovely but cold. I’ve been to Bulgaria many times but this is not a place I would go back to, there are many more which are much nicer

We came for a 10 day stay, arrived at 11pm with a map drawn of how to get to our room, in the pitch black, after finding the building we then went into the lift as we were on the 6th floor, this then broke down into pitch black

It took us over an hour to find the room and that was only because two boys directed us. The security staff were not very helpful either. The complex itself was too far away from the beach and restaurants

Safe to say we wont be returning! Bulgaria itself is the only thing that made up for it, the restaurants and bars were brilliant, beach is about 15 mins walk away but very nice once there!

On that wider point, I'd say Bulgaria has some catching up to do and only has the fact it's marginally cheaper in its favour e

Usually enough lounger space (though there is quite a weird (from Western European perspective) VIP area near one of the pools that you have to pay extra to lounge at and no one in the 2 weeks we were there ever sat/lay there

In terms of that comparison, the pools were probably nicer at Harmony Suites and you did have the option to use other complexes that are part of the same company e

Always hard to write a review because mostly it's relative to your expectations, and I have to bear in mind this was our visit to Bulgaria, having previously had family (young kids) beach holidays in Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Spain

On this theme, I wasn't too impressed that the football activity that was available for kids - my son went once - was about 10 dollars for an hour, reflective of the fact there wasn't much that was "included" in your stay

Beds are comfortable,maids are in every day, and fresh towels are given, and the room is kept spotless. The food is good, has plenty of choice and good quality. Drink, on the other hand, was typical all-inclusive gut rot

This hotel was amazing the food was great and plenty of choice, staff were friendly and helpful although could smile more, rooms were lovely light and cheery and comfy

You are not allowed to use the sister hotel next door despite the pool being much much larger and there being lots of free sunbeds

The guests from the sister hotel however are allowed to reserve sunbeds at our pool despite being reported to hotel staff. Concerns were not dealt with fairly. The entertainment team were young and enthusiastic

The area was lovely and we did some trips out which were fab even though it was the end of season, didn’t get to try out any of the outside pools but the indoor one was amazing

Swimming pool is very small with limited sunbeds for the hotel size. It is totally impossible to get a sunbed unless you get up at 7am

Entertainment is very good, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the food is a nice mixture of Bulgarian cuisine with the best of European most popular dishes

There is a game room, mini golf, lots of pools, an aquapark for the bigger and smaller ones, a bar, a restaurant, if you are going here you will have the time of your life!

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service and a pleasant experience. I would be happy to visit it again.

Amazing family hotel, full activities for kids. Pools and waterpark are out of this world. Food and rooms are great and always squeaky clean. We never had to ask for anything everything was always at the ready

Free shuttle bus to the beach taxi & bus to other parts of the island nessebar & sunny beach still using lev the country currency but I did hear they will to changing to euro from next year 2026 Loved nessebar quaint buildings & leather, wood shops stunning all in all for a 1st visit it was a great choice

The sandy beach is lovely, there are many pools and the aquapark is open for a long time (3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon, which is longer then in other similar hotels)

Cleaning team made every single day a new surprise for my boy. Stoyan who holds the shop next to the pool was so friendly. I didn’t expect that much when I booked. Impossible to make a complain…

Nice beach, fresh but cold outdoor pools. Wouldn't necessarily recommend for families with older teenagers, but families with small kids, absolutely. As long as you like to smoke or inhale other people's smoke

However it is annoying to see that you cannot get a single piece of baklava half an hour after the opening of the restaurant because dozen pieces are taken out by some other guests, who then leave it at their table as a waste

It is not the hotel's failure that many guests cannot behave appropriately in an all you can eat restaurant and they take out extreme amount of food, which they cannot eat and therefore the level of wasted food is very high

The food quality is good and always something good to eat around since there are food stand all over the place, its a connecting hotel with the mare and palace and u can use facilities of all 3 of the hotels and the beach

The lifeguard told him that I can pay for sunbeds at the reception, but the reception doesn't know anything about it and said it was a mistake. It's a shame, I would have paid for the sunbeds

My stay at Sol Nessebar Mare was great ,the amenities are well maintained, the staff that works here are very nice and welcoming, the animation team was wonderful, the staff in the restaurant was always nice especially Stefani she was wonderful! The pool areas, the slides, and common areas were well maintained (some may need a bit more attention in my opinion)

It is possible to have sunbeds for free but not right on the beach and if I have a child with me I find the sunbeds impractical. That's the only complaint, otherwise I'm thrilled and can recommend this resort

However 2 things i didn’t like first being the deserts in the main restaurant, this is from the cheapest, lowest cost desert factory i have ever seen, the look terrible- the taste is even worse than the look! I just couldn’t bare eating them! My recommendation please either change your distributor or make them in-house! The second thing is about the reservation process for the Italian and Chinese restaurant...

Fantastic hotel, with good food and drinks, room was clean and renovated. Food is good quality not same every day like in other places. Beach is 1min away, local shops and local city centre is not far away

The sea was beautiful, even though there were no waves, it's okay because there were really cool activities to do on the water, you could be pulled by a jet ski on big floats super fast and more!! Also, if u went out the front doors of the hotel, down the road there were small souvenir shops and supermarkets, I got many nice souvenirs for me and my friends

The program was not very interesting so my friend and I spent a bit of time in the bar,she would read a book and I listened to the music. I would like to thank them for looking after us

All activities nearby , only few minutes walk from beach/ aquapark and many more. Surrounded by green area and trees close to the beach. Snacks / plenty of food all day long

The room was clean, beds were comfy, the only downside was the fire alarm going off a few times the first night we arrived - this isn't very loud and we slept through the 2nd one although other members of our party did hear it

Very attentive to security, lifeguards at all the water activities. Manager Dennis was very helpful and answered all are questions, well organised and efficient service

We booked into the Italian restaurant and the food was beautiful, I really enjoyed the baked egg plant dish. The staff on the bars were also friendly but Antonio and Imren on the lobby bar are a credit to the hotel

The pool area is lovely and food and drink were delicious, if you are a person who only likes British food, this is not the hotel for you, it's a mixture of Mediterranean and Bulgarian native dishes which were AMAZING

Pools were lovely although few tiles needed replacing. And walk into old town nessebar is a must. Lovely street of shops just opposite hotel to the left. Taxi was reasonable to sunny beach

This hotel was brand new when my daughter and i had our holiday. Plus of travelling on the dreamliner, everything went smoothly getting our key. Room was lush with cream carpets and huge balcony

Night bar too small for hotel capacity. Denis the entertainer was good. Few blips with bars timings opening. All in all we were lucky to have paid so little for such good accommodation

Entertainment was good too, something for everyone. The bathroom contains shower gel, shampoo and hand soap with the fragrance of similar to lemongrass and bergamot

I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bulgaria and Hayes travel to book with. They understood our BUDGET better than TUI/Thomson/Thomas Cook

the accommodation is excellent, the rooms are spacious and very clean, but the food was not to my liking, it was diversified but not to the liking of the Romanians, the landscape is wonderful, the outdoor pool is very nice, and the indoor one is wonderful, very Instagrammable, the sauna is a place where you can relax

the beach is very close, it takes about 3 minutes and the beach is very clean The very kind staff, especially Katya, she deserves a 10 for her patience, support and smiles in any situation, all the activities with her were wonderful and always made me go

We enjoyed a week’s stay here during the first week of the UK’s summer holiday. Sun loungers were always available both by the pool and on the beach. The outdoor pool is small but lovely

Good location and helpful staff

The sea is nearby, the river is good, the swim is great. On the way to the sea there is a cafe Water Spirit, the food suited us and everything was at reasonable prices, soup and the second came out within 8-10 leva

You must definitely visit Old Nessebar, by bus, there is antiquity and beauty going through the roof. The rest with us was a success, the weather is in early September 2019 was great

Our stay in Paradiso overall was very good. Hotel located just opposite a beach and a walking distance from Old town. We had a double room, very spacious with lots of storage. Towels changed every day and room cleaned

We’ve been to the pool just once as water was cold. Breakfast option was good yet every day the same food so a bit boring. Next time we would probably prefer to go out to nearby cafes as there are plenty around

The cleaning lady made some nice figures out of our towels. The elevator was handy when we carry the luggage, in rest we did not really use it because we were at 3rd floor- actually 2nd from the ground

We had plenty of hot water to shower. The mattress was very comfortable. We had a very good night sleep. The towels were changed on daily basis and the linen was changed on our forth day of staying

Breakfast was at Attica restaurant- it was very good, fresh, nothing fancy. We had cheese, ham, hot dogs, eggs, omelette, patisseries, French toast, water melon. Swimming pool was very refreshing

It is true - the sun does not hit it due to its position so the water is not warm, but it is good for swimming when is hot outside. The beach was very close- there was a free beach with shallow water and nice soft sands
