At Grand Hotel Pomorie, we encountered a mix of positives and negatives during our two-night stay. The positives were truly fantastic. The hotel presents itself a s 5 star hotel. Maybe it was so once, not now. There is a good Spa and a good breakfast, however the maintenance of the room could be better, the breakfast is good with a big variety of food, fruits and even Vegan options, but not at the level of 5 star hotel. Strange thing is that the hotel locked some entrances leaving the only one, which demands a kind of detour.

The receptionists are very unwilling to work. Security is poor. I saw several people who were not even staying at the hotel come in and use the pool without any problem. My room was very dirty. Seemingly a nice place, but had to change rooms several times. Feels worn out and with poor maintenance. The entertainers were good, but even they complained about the bad sound and acoustics. The food menu was better than anticipated after the initial hiccups, but the overall service needs improvement.

Very good hotel, however breakfasts are horrible especially for vegans and vegetarians. Breakfasts really are not 5 star hotel level but more like motel/hostel. Spa needs servicing on details like showers are not working partly, toilet seats are broken, needs some maintainance on details. Feels like its just been cleaned but not maintained.

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie. It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third.

It is my second time here and since last year I was somewhat disappointed because of the lack of room cleaning and I got food poisoning, this year was a different story. It was very nice but you need to take the "salty hills" room to have a "good price". The housekeeping was terrible. The food was without any condiments and a lot of spiders.

Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room.. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful. The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it.. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel..

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

The rooms were very clean which is the main consideration for me. Beds were fine. The restaurant of the hotel has excellent food. However, the hallway and elevator smelled strongly of urine. The spa facilities need paint and updating. The breakfast area not very clean.

Perfect rooms, very spacious and clean , kind hotel staff that go out of their way to help with an excellent restaurant serving cheap but delicious food( Afanasi was excelent!!!)can walk along the river just outside or just a 10 minute walk to a sandy beach. Perfect place for having incredibly tasty food, excellent wine and very good service! It is very close to the beach, too. We had reserved the party hall for celebrating the school graduation of our son! Our guests were amazed at the place, the tasty food and the very nice view outside the hotel!

There are not enough parking spaces for all guests (and parking is hell in Pomorie). Rooms are fine but the studio I paid like an apartment was a standard double room with a chair-bed. Other than that it is quite cozy.

Spacious room. Modern furniture in good condition. Everything works. WiFi is weak, but it is free. It is great to have breakfast on a spacious balcony overlooking the wasteland. Close to the sea. There are shops nearby. The apartments are cleaned every other day. The only strange thing is that the hood worked inside and when someone smoked downstairs, the smoke went into our toilet. This is an aparthotel. It can be seen new or after repair, everything is clean and new. Located in the central part of the old town, good location, the sea is a step away from the beach, near a supermarket, cafe, fruit market. Everything is very comfortable in the apartment, new modern furniture, in the bedroom there is a large comfortable bed, in another room there is a kitchen with a dining table...

Apartment with two bedrooms. Impressions are ambiguous. Pros: a huge terrace where you can relax, large room area, 200m to the sea, low price (280 € 7 nights). Cons: poor state of repair, air conditioning not cleaned for years, shower right next to the toilet, no curtains on the windows, bed and towels with stains. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big, but the bed was very unconfortable...The bath-hub was stucked(the water didn went away).The food was not good at all and it was the same every day...The price is too high for what you receive.

Amazing what a beautiful area

Very clean, staff friendly, food good. Had many a good night in the Green Bar connected to the hotel. Short walk to the beech and water park . Small supermarket near by. For me the only negitive is there is no actual Bar . You can get drinks with your meal or at the small pool bar but nowhere to sit and socialize. But me and my family had a great time!
