The place is nice and has a lot of potential. The food was tasty, it needs a bit of diversity at breakfast. The rooms are clean but neglected. We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. They are just annoying. A day before our leave, their population reduced. The hotel is between the lake and the sea. Not far away from Saints Petar and Pavel Hotel, probably 10 minutes by walking. I would not recommend it as there is no strict pedestrian area.

The service was really nice. People are nice.

The hotel needs a bit of maintenance.

Lovely place with smile, polite and helpful staff. First line, literally few steps next to the beach, lovely swimming pool and really tasty cousine. The administrations on the reception, bartenders on the bar and the restaurant staff kind and useful. Thank you very much for the fantastic experience. Definitely recommend.

Not clean at all. everything is old and unrenovated, private beach is small and dangerous. rooms moldy and not cleaned. toilet was used by last tourists and not clean. we managed to get part of our money back. this place is awful. found for the same money alot better place in sunny beach. hotel is maybe 2stars at best.

Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated. Right now it's an ugly accessorie to this place.
