Blue Pearl Hotel - Ultra All - Inclusive

When the towels of our room weren’t replaced; we asked for it. We came back and still the towels weren’t replaced.

The food was horrible, fries were warmed up from the day before. I confronted the kitchen staff and simply asked for some new fries (because the other food was disgusting too and I hoped some fries wouldn’t be too much to ask) but they wouldn’t serve it. Vegetables got a brown color.

I went to the receptionist and she told that the cleaners were gone after four. While we asked way earlier than that (around 13/14?)

I also confronted her with the bad food and told her that the kitchen staff didn’t participate on the complains. While I simply asked for some fries (because the other food was horrible, I hoped to solve it with some cheap fries while it is all included) She raised her shoulders and told me she didn’t know what to do. I told her; just give me some new towels? How hard must it be? Finally after pushing through she gave me two new towels. She didn’t do anything about the food and I had the feeling that I had to be pushing through to get simply tasks done (solve my own complains because she couldn’t come up with it)

Later on I understood that it was her fourth day and that she is just 18 years old. Why isn’t she supervised??? Why are you letting someone alone who is barely speaking English and can not simply think about; hey let’s grab some new towels?
