Year 2023: Congratulations to the Chef - he made a lot of improvements compering to the previous one (it was a woman). A lot of various food to choose, f.e. rabbit, duck's legs, big fish,...
The only hotel that's literally on the beach - directly from the lobby you step on a sand.
Year 2024: What a disaster!!! They change the Chef ! This year the food was so ordinary and boring and every day the same. And every day we had some stupid milky sauces poured over the meat (pork and chicken), No creativity, no ideas, just food as in some student canteen. BRING BACK THE PREVIOUS CHEF!!!!!!
Only downside was the WiFi is not great...but at least the kids didn't spend much time on the iPads...and the elevators are not great with long waiting times...
The animators are amazing they truly make it special....my kids absolutely loved them and joined in all the activities. Thanks for an unforgettable holiday.
The food was good enough to survive on.
Towels were changed and trash was taken out regularly.
They had air conditioning.
Negative Points:
The staff was extremely rude. We booked a "sea view" room, but it was really just a view of a sandy field, with only a slight sea glimpse from a certain angle. When we complained, the receptionist refused to call the manager and insisted she knew best. This was unprofessional.
We paid 40 euros for parking for 5 days, and on the last day, our car was blocked by another vehicle as the dates were messed up, as we were leaving before the guy that was blocking us. The parking system was poorly managed.
The hotel room was very small, as was the balcony. The furniture was old, and the bathroom had a really unpleasant smell. There was only one power outlet by the door, making it difficult to charge your phone. I had to take out either the fridge or TV to charge my phone as we didn't have many power outlets. And this is considered as a must when you are at least more than one person in that hotel room.
Regarding the food, I don't think it's right that at an all-inclusive hotel, the janitors or whatever staff cleans the tables after someone finishes eating reserve tables for their local friends. To be brief, an older lady "politely" shooed us away and said "nononoono" when we tried to sit at a table to eat. This happened twice, showing their "professionalism." The food was repetitive, and we ate almost the same thing every day. The drinks at the bar were often very watered down and tasteless, especially the juices, which tasted like water with coloring and fizz.
The elevators were chaotic, leading to long waits and sometimes taking us to the wrong floors. We had to use the stairs most of the time, which was inconvenient, especially since we had requested a room on a lower floor due to a medical condition.
After you come back from the beach, you don't have a water pump or anything to clean yourself from the sand to get back into the hotel, it has a mutual brush where you can "clean" your feet, I bet you can get a very bad bacteria from using that so I skipped on it.
Overall, I won't be returning to this hotel and do not recommend it. P.S: One of my family member also got a bacteria from their food, after we got back home he felt very sick and had to get tested to see what is what.
The place is so beautiful.
Congratulations to the Chef - he made a lot of improvements compering to the previous one (it was a woman). A lot of various food to choose, f.e. rabbit, duck's legs, big fish,...
The only hotel that's literally on the beach - directly from the lobby you step on a sand.
The bathrooms are also quite small. The service is ok, cleaning so n so, like almost all hotels they leave the bathroom floor unwashed.
There is only one wifi, in the lobby. It doesn’t reach the upper floors (our room is at the 18th floor).
The restaurant offers a good variety of food and desserts, my only recommendation would be for them to add a fee for uneaten food, the amount of spilled food every day it’s unbearable to watch.
The pool is clean, the beach is right out of the hotel door.
The kids love it here :)
