Hotels All-inclusive in Pomorie

We didn't complain, they're not going to change it for one British couple. Drinks were fine, always somewhere open and a decent choice of local offerings. No sugar free pop though so diabetics beware

I had the same experience as many of the other reviewers. Hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are great - ours had a bit of a sea view. Food not so good compared to other all inclusives we've stayed in

We are for the second time in this hotel and we are grateful for what we find here. Hope that it will not be the last time

There's a few local shops, a 10 minutes walk into the local shopping area and probably an hour's walk into the lovely Pomoria town centre (also buses and taxis cost 20 Leva (about £8))

If you don't like Eastern European food, which is where most of its guests come from, perhaps best not to come here. Perhaps best not to come to Bulgaria, thinking about it

The administrations on the reception, bartenders on the bar and the restaurant staff kind and useful. Thank you very much for the fantastic experience

Lovely place with smile, polite and helpful staff. First line, literally few steps next to the beach, lovely swimming pool and really tasty cousine

Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated

We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. A day before our leave, their population reduced. The hotel is between the lake and the sea

Not far away from Saints Petar and Pavel Hotel, probably 10 minutes by walking. I would not recommend it as there is no strict pedestrian area. The hotel needs a bit of maintenance

The place is nice and has a lot of potential. The food was tasty, it needs a bit of diversity at breakfast. The rooms are clean but neglected

You can get drinks with your meal or at the small pool bar but nowhere to sit and socialize. But me and my family had a great time!

Very clean, staff friendly, food good. Had many a good night in the Green Bar connected to the hotel. Short walk to the beech and water park. For me the only negitive is there is no actual Bar

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big, but the bed was very unconfortable. The bath-hub was stucked(the water didn went away). The food was not good at all and it was the same every day

The price is too high for what you receive

Every morning is making Benedict omelette and at dinner a special meal 🥘. Every dinner is enjoyable with spectacular artist with many language

Good resort and fill of opportunities. The owned beach area is a gift and clean. Every morning is cleaned like the outdoor pools. The chef is great and very good

The Aqua park owned by the same resort is a plus for guest who can enjoy a good time. The à la Carte restaurant is a good choice if you want to avoid the high traffic at the lunch movement

It was great, but for me 7 days is too much, but I think in a resort you don't have too much to do, besides eat, bath and sun

Great place for a family holiday with a large beautiful beach and several swimming pools, including children's pools.

Beautiful, clean, near the bus station, bank branch, excellent view from the room, the first line - fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf.

the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the staff can be improved a little not very polite the food is very tasty and there is a choice there are two swimming pools suitable for children

It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie

Sauna is meant to detox you with high dry heat so anything you wear into it ,will be baked including those plastic wears and then you inhale them. Plastic slippery and plastic swimming suits are a no no

You broke the record and that’s very sad especially considering the fact that your hotel is spa hotel and not cheap! Location: great location FYI: No free car park. Expensive car park was right opposite to the hotel

We used the Sauna different days and it’s so good;small though and might fit in max. (Please,to all using the sauna:educate yourselves on what you can wear inside the sauna

You are given a towel for a reason. Breakfast was delicious with different varieties of choices and new additions every new day. The bathroom was very bad with wall mold

We have never been in a hotel both cheap or expensive with mold

I feel amazing now, no pain and straight back! I bought the package of 5 massages and will do it in a future again :) The SPA managed was super friendly and helpful; helped me reschedule my appointments and suggested the correct timing for the best experience

Amazing staff !!! Perfect customer service. Next to the beach the hotel has a luxurious SPA with special Balneo and wellness procedures. The special medical mud is taken from the lake behind the hotel

The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job

But just keep in mind, not like in other hotels, you are not only relax here but you become healthier! If you will do at least the package of massages, you will leave the hotel as a different person - younger and healthier

I feel like I re-born after 30 min back massage. Irina said “here I see your computer work” but I even did not tell her that I work with a computer! I was amazed how she detect where my problem is

The Doctor and Physiotherapist on site were both very helpful, caring and interested in helping my partner to recover as much as possible. The treatments have been a great help and her health has improved

This Hotel & it’s Fantastic Location is the Best there is around -they had Excellent Service as well as delicious Food and the entire staff is trained to make sure you feel at home whether you are swimming in the Black Sea or the Beautiful pool at their site you will enjoy being their guests in the very large & super comfortable rooms and restaurant-it’s a Great Deal and a wonderful way to enjoy Bulgarian...

We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1

Although my list of negatives is longer, the good far outweighs the bad and I would happily stay here again, although probably would not recommend for someone’s first time in Bulgaria

A lot of the bad reviews I read before this made me worried but I’m glad I stayed here

5 leva and 4 leva to Burgas, purchase tickets on board using cash

Everything is very comfortable in the apartment, new modern furniture, in the bedroom there is a large comfortable bed, in another room there is a kitchen with a dining table and a sofa, there are all utensils for those who want to cook

It can be seen new or after repair, everything is clean and new. Located in the central part of the old town, good location, the sea is a step away from the beach, near a supermarket, cafe, fruit market

Modern furniture in good condition. It is great to have breakfast on a spacious balcony overlooking the wasteland. The apartments are cleaned every other day

Each room has air-conditioning and TV making it very comfortable to feel at home. I advise all my friends and acquaintances to stay here

The only strange thing is that the hood worked inside and when someone smoked downstairs, the smoke went into our toilet

Cons: poor state of repair, air conditioning not cleaned for years, shower right next to the toilet, no curtains on the windows, bed and towels with stains
