The room was very nice and clean and the housekeeping stuff were amazing. The bartenders and the servers at the restaurant were very pleasant and nice and were very good at their jobs. The only things we didn't like much was the food. Sometimes wasn't cooked good..the same things mostly were served all week..not many choices given..the salad choices were only 2 or 3..the deserts weren't good..very simple and not tasty. But overall our stay was great.

From start to finish, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel like a valued guest. The room was a haven of tranquility, with tasteful decor and all the comforts of home. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and city's attractions. The attention to detail and personalized service truly set this hotel apart. I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had!

Currently on holiday here. Booked the hotel with booking.com with the prior arrangement of paid for parking space underground. This exchange was clearly communicated through email. Upon arrival praking space was denied and we were further informed that vehicles running on gas are not permitted undergorund.
On reception we were told we have an all-inclusive stay after we asked for a double check on that all-inclusive status everything seemed okay. A phonecall later we were brought down and stripped of our wristbands thus terminating all-inclusivity. Looking through the official website there was a price mismatch. Offering further pay we were asked to provide a sum equal to 50% of our entire stay, despite the all-inclusive price being lower for our time period.
If you want the bare minimum of a summer holiday, this will not be the place for it.

Excellent location, helpful staff, Wi Fi and underground garage (limited capacity max 7 cars) available. Pa oramic pool on the hotel roof.
