Hotel Bora Bora in Sunny Beach

We have just returned from this hotel location is great but our room sockets wouldn't work near beds 1 was hanging off hairdryer had tape wrapped round it and the handle got really hot tv wouldn't work.The cold meats and cheese were fine at breakfast but the eggs and beans were always cold the 2 young boys at bar were really good as was Stephanos on reception pool was lovely but not enough beds for everyone you had to get up at daft oclock I wouldn't return to this hotel for all these reasons I think Tui needs to look at it this is a honest review

Went there last year for a week never again what a place a dump locked out twice nothing to drink or eat after arriving at 11.30 at night nothing in the room to make a cup of tea breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced the was the most basic I have ever seen one staff member most of the time she locked us out twice we had to bang the door to wake her up to let us in I could go on and on never again what a dive

My friend and I booked a week at this hotel in September 23. We were told it had balcony with a sea view. Well when we went in the room it was really depressing and dark. We went on the balcony and right in front of us was a derelict building the sea view was right in the distance. We went down to asked to be moved. They did say they couldn't move us till Saturday this was Thursday so we excepted it. Before we left that room the toilet became loss as you will see on the video. We got up the next morning looking forward to breakfast but when we got there, about 9.10 (they serve breakfast till 10) there were flys and wasps all over the cold meat. There were no covers on them. So I went to look at the hot food but it was a tiny bit of scrambled egg with a dry crust on top, there was only a dessert spoonful of beans. You made your own toast took for ever. So as you can imagine we never had breakfast down there at all. In our new room the cleaner's had only cleaned where you could see as I dropped something underneath the cupboard so I bent down to get it and found all this dust. We never had our room cleaned the hole week we were there. No clean sheets either, or towels.They came in and empty our bin but nothing else. As our beds were left how we left them when we had to catch a bus early. Let's just say we will never go back to this hotel and I wouldn't recommend anyone else going there.
