My recent stay at Hotel Sunrise was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the appalling hygiene standards. The apartment was filthy, with dirt and grime evident everywhere. The kitchenette had broken doors, and the bathroom was infested with black mold, making it a health hazard.
The garden was equally neglected, with a broken step and iron rods dangerously sticking out of the kids' pool. The hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, adding to the overall sense of neglect.
The personnel were not only unhelpful but also rude. The waiters repeatedly questioned whether we had paid for our breakfast while we were eating, which was both embarrassing and unprofessional. The bartender at the bar was clueless about making basic cocktails, and the bar itself was cluttered with empty bottles, seemingly to fill the gaps between the few full ones.
The lack of maintenance was glaringly obvious in both the rooms and the public areas of the hotel. This experience was not just disappointing but unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at Hotel Sunrise.

I recently stayed in the hotel with my family and friends the room was extremely dirty, the staff wasn’t helpful and willing to help at all.the buffet table was most of the time empty and kitchen staff smoking on the bar most of the time .The owner however didn’t show any understanding amd only gave the excuse that she knows the staff doesn’t do their jobs but she said she cant do anything . Not organised place and miscommunication between manager , staff and owner completely disappointing and waste of money and time

My and my just married wife planned a trip together with the godfather and his wife. We made reservation like a month ago and the 2nd day after the wedding we proceded to a 15h trip providing the credit card to the company for rezervation. The waiter from lobby told us there has been a mistake and our building for our private event was given to a man with almost the same name. An ugly lie... please proceed to check them and make them pay for our worst nightmare trip. A ruinned honeyweek....
Ps: the lobby staff had no regret even seeing my new wife crying...those businesses have no place in bulgary and we hope actions will be taken. Everytime we came to this country for a vacation, we were very pleased ,but this time, it was a shame. We are verry dissapointed

The rooms are amazing. The service isn't so bad but I didn't like that there was this man that cept on saying that we can't go in the restaurant. I HATED that part!!! He was so RUDE to us. My friends and I went in at 19:17 and he said we can't come in "after 10 minutes." We came back at 19:27 and he said we can't come in. Although the food was the great. Round of aplaus for the cooks/chefs!!! The location is amazing because it's so close to the South Beach.

Everything is super, the service is decent, the cuisine is delicious, my family and I really enjoyed it, we will definitely come again next summer))

The hotel is falling apart! No water for the most part of the day, which was absolutely terrible, coming from the beach you have to stay salty and wait hours until the water shows up to take a shower. The room was clean, but not in a good condition. The floor inside the room was wet, oblivious they had some leaks going on. Bathroom door was broken. The first couple of days there was no Wi-fi in the room. We spoke to the manager and the answer was there is nothing I can do, you need to use the lobby Wi-fi, since the one in the room is not working. The second evening there was a boy on the reception called Ivan which was the nicest person in the whole hotel . He took the problem serious and fix the internet issue in a few minutes! Obviously the manager didn’t know how to fix it ! This boy deserves to become a manager, anything I asked him for was solved and delivered quickly to the room! The breakfast wasn’t anything special, there was no refills for the most part of the buffet! We stayed in a deluxe room, there was nothing close to it! For that price, I truly recommend you to look for another option before you have to choose that hotel! I would return there for sure !!!

The overall experience at Sunrise was unique. Plus for us was that we had the opportunity to be with our pet. The hotel is quite with a united staff and a pleasant atmosphere. For the children there were animators who are quite concerned with entertaining them with quality, ie. they are not those who run a program as long as time passes. They invite children, protect them and are extremely concerned. The same goes for the boys and girls from the bar, restaurant and reception.
The room we were staying in was exceptional. Stylishly furnished and with a very nice terrace.
Free parking is provided.
There is a supermarket nearby.
Location I would rate as very very good. Away from the noise, at the beginning of the city, but at the same time within walking distance of the southern beach and the center.
An ideal place for a family vacation that we will visit again. :)
I hope they will be able to keep the lineup they have built.
Things that can be improved are:
1. Restaurant - there were delicious dishes, but there is still something to be desired.
2. Cleaning the room - here I did not understand why they did not go through our room to clean it, change the towels - I guess there was some confusion, because in general the restaurant, common areas, outdoor areas are kept quite clean.

Yesterday I've booked a room in that hotel (which was available according to Booking), after that they confirmed my reservation. Today I've called the receptionist, she said that she'll give me a call back after 2 mins, but that didn't happened...so in my next try to communicate, I received rude and nervous attitude as a response. She said there is no room available. That means they don't update the info in Booking...which is totally unacceptable in 21st century. 😡 Funny thing is that if I wanted, I could also pay...to learn later in the day that it's not available. I don't recommend you visit that place. Bad organization and staff. I see why the rating here is so bad.....

Very disappointed with the service. I have booked a room, they confirmed, I have payed the deposit but 3 days before check in they wrote me they have no rooms. I wrote them by email - no answer, I called them - they told they will check and will call me back but there was no call. I call them back but no answer. Very unprofessional!
