for a 3 star hotel its nice. Location is great, hotel is clean. Rooms have big bathrooms. Basic breakfast with tasty selections. There is an electric kettle in rooms but no coffee machine. Friendly staff. Good wifi. Child and pet friendly.

Fantastic service, very polite and helpful. Clean rooms and quiet. Location is very close to the city centre and near by restaurants, bars and shops.

Excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable, with very friendly service. The attached restaurant is great quality and reasonably priced, with an additional 10% off for guests. Very centrally located and easy to reach on the metro from the airport. Would 100% recommend staying here, and would definitely stay again if visiting Sofia!

Room was clean and spacious, receptionist was super friendly (speaks perfect English). Very nice hotel. Very likely to visit again.

Very nice small hotel on the top centre. Rooms are not very big but are comfortable and quiet. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great - among the best we've ever had. We'll be back!

Oh my, what a lovely cosy homely hotel.
The hotel is right off Vitosha blvd which has an excellent vibe with many shops and restaurants. The hotel is also home to a picturesque Greek restaurant. It is a hit or miss in terms of service. I had amazing service and have also been treated rough probably a language barrier.
The hotel though was a breath of fresh air. It gave a homely vibe. Veli and Tsvetan were amazing always attentive, helpful friendly. We were there for 4 nights and these two made our experience fantastic. We will book this hotel again. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

I was quite surprised with this hotel when I arrived in Sofia it didn’t look pretty on the streets. But then when I got inside the hotel it was much nicer than I expected. I think it was just right for a fare price in a good location to shops and restaurants.

We were greated to a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived early for our stay.
Basic but clean rooms, warm with a very hot powerful shower. A little dated but definitely adequate for our needs.
The location was excellent - easy to get to from the metro and within walking distance of the major attractions and places to eat and drink. Despite its central location it was always quiet in the room!
The staff were very friendly.
I would stay again if I was to visit Sofia in the future.
