This a great little hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful ready to offer suggestions on food and sightseeing. Location is ideal for walking around the city center and all the main sights. We will stay here again anytime we are in Sofia.

I was only on this hotel for about 8 hours but it was a great stay. Close to the Metro and very easy to walk around town from. The person working the dean when I got there around 1am was very nice and helpful. As was the man who took care of my luggage until time for my bus to Plovdiv
Breakfast has a good assortment of hot items, cold items and sweet options.
There was an elevator and mini fridge along with air conditioning.

Sadly, I am only here for two nights. Thus hotel is one of the best I have stayed. The rooms are bright and clean. Excellent facilities, including kettle, tea & coffee in the room. I still have one more night here but when I visit Sofia in the future I will most certainly stay at this fantastic hotel. Staff are most polite!

I arrived here by bus around 6am in the morning, way earlier than the check-in hour....I didn't expect the front manager to open my room as early as at 8am! He even let me have coffee and breakfast while I wait until the room is ready.
The room was huge, clean and cozy - more than enough to make me relaxed after a long night bus trip.
They gave advice for visiting any places I wanted, information card for free walk tour and maps. Thanks to the advice I was able to cover everything I really wanted!

The hotel is located in a very central part of the city next to many attractions. Our room was on the 5th floor so we didn't hear the commotion. The reception staff were very helpful and helpful in answering any questions. The room had 2 single beds and was clean. the breakfast of European standards and with variety.

Do not stay at this hotel. I was heavily pregnant and was put in a room with a mattress so soft I couldn’t get off the bed. They moved us to another room with the same problem and where the heating was blasting and the AC didn’t work. The breakfast was stale and inedible. We decided to check out early and were promised a refund over a month ago, but have not heard anything since.

A hotel at an excellent place, in the centre of Sofia. Staff very very kind, the room was spacious and comfortable. Good enough breakfast. Definitely value for money.

The hotel was amazing! We found rooms even without booking. The rooms were really clean and warm. The hotel in general in very good condition but the cherry in the cake was the receptionist. He was super friendly and he helped us with everything, sightseeing, parking, restaurants etc. We certainly suggest the hotel and we will visit it again in the future.
