Great, friendly host. Great location close to NPC, Vitosha boulevard, and Metro stations. You have privacy, and the place is quiet. Very antique-vibe. Great for a short stay.

The hotel is very well located just a few minutes walk away from NDK and the Vitosha boulevard.
The decor is very dated however the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower powerful but the TV not so good.
My room had a very strong smell of stale cigarettes. The tea/coffee tray had 2 teabags and a packet of sugar. No coffee at all.
The reception area looked like a chaotic mess. Unfortunately I did glance at the kitchen so breakfast was definitely not going to happen. Piles of dirty dishes and general filth.
The parking was a bonus considering the central location.
Overall this hotel is very well located, has clean comfortable rooms however there are many places better.

Location is really good, but hotel needs a lot of renovation, it is outdated! In the ground floor there is something looks like a reception but it is too messy! There is no bad smell in the rooms or toilet, like other comments said, but towels have awful smell even when they get in touch with water! The host is really good and kind, but he must do something to clean the garden and reception,at least.

Very cozy and comfortable place.
The owner is a very nice man.
The location of this place is perfectly located in the centre, 5min from Vitosha/NDK. It's very affordable even for groups.

Maby the worst hotel in sofia.at 11.30 a m.the owners almost kicked us out and they said,if you want to stay one more hour you have to pay!stay away from these rude barbarians .

Very very good place!My second time here.I stay here for 1 month everytime.Nice,clean room.Big one.New bathroom.

This great hotel canceled my booking 1 day before arrival. eventually i had to pay double finding a different one . worst experience.

It is located 5 minutes from the NKD metro station. It is a cheap hotel with airco and good shower. Not very special, but a good place to stay.
