Very good hotel. Rooms are good, staff was always nice and the location is excellent, walking distance to various attractions and restaurants Just be careful with rooms close to the club, unless you want to sleep-party

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

Large rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast, clean generally speaking. Right in the middle of the city. Nice to walk both ways from the hotel.

The best hotel I have stayed in by far! I travel often and have started at many Radisson suites and this was the best definitely!

Wonderful staff in the kitchen, they prepared a beautiful steak with bearnaise sauce for my husband, on his request, even though it's not even on the menu+++! Table service also excellent, both in the bar and dining room

This hotel is quite spectacular and ideally located next to the metro. There is a pool, but you have to pay around £8 to use it

On a positive note, there were two smart TVs, and the Wi-Fi was stable with a consistent speed of 100 Mbps for both uploads and downloads. Restaurant: Breakfast was okay but lacked variety, especially for a 5-star hotel

For those interested, there’s a gym nearby where you can get a day pass for half the price of the hotel’s fee. Hotel in General: This hotel is perfect for art lovers, with paintings and sculptures displayed throughout

After a few days, it became repetitive as the same options were offered daily. Surprisingly, there was no option for an omelette. If breakfast hadn’t been included in the room rate, I wouldn’t have paid extra for it

Spa: When I booked the hotel, it wasn’t clearly stated that access to the gym and pool wasn’t included in the price. I was disappointed to discover there were additional charges for these amenities

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center, few steps from Vitosha Boulevard. The room was very spacious and easily fit our family of four. Everything needed was in there, including a small mini bar

I had an issue with my booking, it was totally my fault, but they were ever so helpful with the emails, and in person. Next time I am in Sofia I will definitely stay there

We've stayed at Best Western Art Plaza Hotel just for a one night last weekend. or I should rather say half night as we had a flight home at 6:00 AM the next day

I booked a room for my parents, I didnt actually stayed here but I met the wonderful reception team and the managers, they were absolutely fabulous

Good hotel part of the Marriott offering globally (I think the only one in Sofia); location is great - as you can see from the photos attached; near by are many key sites to visit and explore; only potential issue - if you are on the top floor room you may hear music/noise from the hotel bar on the roof

This hotel boasts an excellent location, though be mindful that rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. The deluxe rooms are spacious and come equipped with a bathtub, providing a luxurious touch to your stay

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city. Very nice SPA, excellent breakfast on the top floor with a wonderful view on Sofia! We had a perfect room with a top view on Austrian and Italian embassy

Beautiful spa area and in a perfect location. We should have asked for a higher floor but no. We visited the rooftop bar for a drink and views are very good

Perfect welcome, but the checkout felt a bit cold. The room was very spacious, modern and had a beautiful view. The sky bar was excellent, and the restaurants offered very good cuisine.

We stayed 10 days at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia and the experience was exceptionally good. The staff was great at corresponding before we arrived with shuttle arrangements. The housekeeping was fantastic

Since we visited only the restaurant for a company celebration, I can only assess this and it was good. The food was well presented and delicious. The menu can be adjusted to one’s need and taste

A good hotel, the lobby and halls are very beautiful, the interior is stunning, the park at the hotel is incredibly elegant, very beautiful, a very good place for high-level events, but the rooms in the hotel are quite old-fashioned and shabby, and the room service is also at a very low level

Huge and amazing Hotel. Service was great and you have gym and Pool access. The breakfast was fresh and always delicious. Only point, the rooms became old. So like water lecks and old doors.

The arhitecture of the hotel is well known in whole Sofia. Guests are treated with respect and the Service at the lobby bar is perfect. Hope to see this beautiful Place again!

For example, the maid just threw a blanket on the bed, straightened it out and said that she had a lot of work today, and she would not clean, that's the kind of service

What a great hotel! Excellent location, well appointed rooms and if you take the breakfast (and you would be crazy not to) you needn't eat all day!! Sadly we did have lunch and dinner as well and I took the excess baggage home with me around my waistline

It is in the best location, right in the center, in the most beautiful area for tourists in Sofia

Both times I stayed I had to leave too early for breakfast but they made me a breakfast bag to take away with me on my journey which was very helpful, none of the other hotels I stayed in offered this

We booked a suite, which had a separate room with a sofa and tv. Also a balcony, but only 1 chair outside? Breakfast was very good. Great location in central Sofia.

It's a well situated and good service hotel. The rooms are spacious and it has nice showers. Value to price ratio is good.

The receptionist was a bit rude, got annoyed that we bothered her, and made us wait for almost half an hour, but good customer service was not something I was expecting specifically, so it won't affect the final rating so much

From an emotional point of view, this hotel is forgettable, lacking any charisma, and loosing points for cheapening out at certain building/decorative features (things that shouldn't happen in place with 4 stars)

The room I stayed in was one of the renovated ones, so the furniture was pretty nice (and I really liked the walk-in shower!). The mattress was comfy, and I hope the white sheets were clean for real

Not bad service, but the language barrier was obvious. No one informed us about a card in the closet which we have to use for cleaning the room the opposite way a "do not disturb" sign works

Location was really close to the Asics Arena and had multiple food places nearby. The rooms were quite basic but they were spacious if a bit unclean. Good value for money and there was a good choice at breakfast

This place was amazing and affordable. I stayed in the presidential suite and it was comfortable. I ordered room service and the food absolutely delicious...the best Burger I have EVER had!!!

Great friendly service all the way from the communication prior to arrival to arranging the shuttle to and from the airport. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We'll definitely stay again when we return

I came in late, looking for a friendly place to stay the night and was warmly welcomed. Everything was clean and cozy. The location is superb, you can explore downtown on foot yet it is a very quiet street at night

Nice helpful people working at the hotel front desk too. Very good place I would definitely stay here again. You do need to pay a tax when you arrive but it’s normal, I think it was about 1% so very small

There is a heater and air conditioner in every room that works well. There is a TV with some local channels to watch. And there is a big desk and good wifi so I was able to take a work call here

The only change I would make is to get bigger duvets. I’m not sure if the one in my room was a summer duvet but it was thin. However I had the heater to use if I wanted it

The location by the airport with an airport shuttle is excellent. A/C controls only in the range of 20C to 25C. Restaurant on site has a decent menu

Stayed here at beginning and end of Bulgaria cycling trip and extremely helpful about storing bike bags and organising transport back to airport. Huge, delicious tasting breakfast spread.

I could get a vary generous pour of scotch and rakia, my girl got some white wine as well. Overall, the staff are lovely and friendly. I would stay again if I come back to Sofia 😀

The hotel location was very good. There are a lot of tourist destinations near it, and the rooms were nice and clean too. However, i have one complaint:in the room i was staying, 215(i think), the window was broken

The room was beautiful with amazing view. Extremely clean and cozy rooms. The morning breakfast was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices

I think that a good receptionist should be helpful and Katie has been a great resource for us! We had a lot of difficulties to rent a car by ourselves but thanks to Katie we could rent it in order to visit the Monastery of Rila and save our holidays
