I can only review the coffee bar, since I've been there twice and in both occasions the coffee was excellent - strong and fragrant, and my Crème Brûlée was simply fantastic! Highly recommend to try it! The service was good, including English speaking waiters

We stayed 10 days at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia and the experience was exceptionally good. The staff was great at corresponding before we arrived with shuttle arrangements. The housekeeping was fantastic

this was amazing! everything, actually! i went there with my family for 2-3 days and it was fantastic. the rooms had many space and sometimes rooms werre connected by doors as if the guys in the room were roommates

It has several restaurants on site as well as a bar. There is an indoor swimming pool and one of the best fitness centers that I have seen in a hotel. It has weight machines, free weights and an area for stretching/yoga

A good hotel, the lobby and halls are very beautiful, the interior is stunning, the park at the hotel is incredibly elegant, very beautiful, a very good place for high-level events, but the rooms in the hotel are quite old-fashioned and shabby, and the room service is also at a very low level

Rooms are nice but the bathrooms are quite standard, would have here expected a bit more. Service is super friendly and the breakfast is good.

The arhitecture of the hotel is well known in whole Sofia. Guests are treated with respect and the Service at the lobby bar is perfect. Hope to see this beautiful Place again!

This hotel was designed by a great Japanese architect. Luckily the new owners could not ruined the this beautiful building from the outside, but the horrors that they did with the interior is despicable

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

I am giving 5 stars for the bellhop guy at the entrance. At the time we went, we were unaware of the racism issues in Bulgaria. We were not in the city long before we noticed the issues

Like the idea that they provide bottles and water dispenser. Room is large, more than enough space. Able to see the nice sunrise every morning. Some tea spoons in the room would be a good improvement

It's a 4 stars hotel, close to airport but far away from city centre. It's also close to a shopping mall. Restaurant is ok, with good meats, but do not order fish. Big rooms, with nice bed, and breakfast quite good.

Having the Mall a short walk was also handy. The staff were superb and I liked the sustainability touches on lighting and offering easy refills for water too. The breakfast will also set you up for a great day in Sofia…

Good welcoming the breakfast was more than excellent for more or less price of 6€. The restaurant on the 6th floor was super tasty and the chef prepared and cooked everything on the spot

Location was really close to the Asics Arena and had multiple food places nearby. The rooms were quite basic but they were spacious if a bit unclean. Good value for money and there was a good choice at breakfast

Not bad service, but the language barrier was obvious. No one informed us about a card in the closet which we have to use for cleaning the room the opposite way a "do not disturb" sign works

The receptionist was a bit rude, got annoyed that we bothered her, and made us wait for almost half an hour, but good customer service was not something I was expecting specifically, so it won't affect the final rating so much

No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense. Negative attitude is no way to treat customers

The doorframe at the back door/parking lot entrance was raised so if you have a stroller, wheelchair or heavy luggage you're out of luck. We ordered food to go from their restaurant and it was delivered 1

In the Restaurant the chopska salad was fantastic and the duck breast really excellent. Risotto dishes were quite good and Service very friendly

I oslo once wanted to order a cockail from my room at about 22:00h and they said they had nobody to make it. I really dont know who rates these places. Come once to Serbia and you will see what an actual 4 star hotel is

Staff were friendly with excellent English however there were a few things that were missing which I would have expected in a 4star hotel - the cleaner didn’t replace toilet paper when it ran out, our tea/coffee wasn’t topped up daily etc

This place gives you positive vibes and a calm mood. It feels more private than a grand hotel and the restaurant terrace is just wonderful with it's diffuse light coming all over you during the day

The neighborhood is mostly nightclubs and bars filled with young people. No noise makes it to the room. This time we did not chose to have breakfast since I found it to be poor and to expensive for 10€/person

Bed /pillow awful for me, too soft I couldn't sleep at all. The bathroom shower didn't work as it should. Excellent front desk / reception staff. I stayed longer than expected, so they tried to accommodate my extension

When you enter the hotel you can get that socialism feeling because that's when the hotel was built, but the rooms are actually pretty good and renovated and clean, the towels and bed were tidy

Good value for money compared to the other hotels in the center of Sofia. Check in was fast and without issues. I can recommend it for a night or two. The location is also good, 10 minutes walking to Serdika.

The airconditioning didnt work in my room, but it was not that bad. The location is very good - the city Center is only 1,5km away. The hotel is cheap and breakfast is good

Nonetheless, the 'worst offender' is the breakfast food: there were some moldy olives, tomatoes had seeds sprouting (sic!), scramled eggs with greenish-brownish parts and some filodough puff pastry was very rubbery in taste

the hotel location is excellent for visiting the city of Sofia. kind and helpful personnel (useful for foreigners). another plus, is the free parking facility, although, it has limited spots

Great price, reception is good and the guy was nice and answered all my questions well, breakfast is ok. Rooms are old and some of the amenities are broken, but for the price it is not bad.

The fitted carpet was stained on the floor and so was the mattress. The bathroom is very poorly planned (water leaks through mixed type shower cover and from the sink) and has seen its better days (some damages to tiles)

On one hand, the hotel is located very conveniently near the centre of Sofia, very close to Opaltchenska metro station and tram lines nearby. Room was generally quite spatious. The staff was generally quite nice
