A good luxury hotel in the heart of Sofia. Its ideal for visiting the city center. The price is ok , but the rooms need some work

Lovely hotel, nice rooms and staff. Altogether very comfortable. Only problem was the hot breakfast was always quite cold and I had to ask for a reheat. However the variety of breakfast items was great.

Just outside the centre but comfortable walking distance and on the flat. Nice, big rooms. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Cleaning team always say hello. Great selection for breakfast

It has 23 floors and in the top a roof garden bar/restaurant, additionally it has a great view in the city of Sofia also in ground floor inside of hotel there is a casino

In the room I stayed the door handle was coming off , the bathroom door had a dent from punch , and some other vandalism actions that are not expected in such a hotel

We stayed 10 days at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia and the experience was exceptionally good. The staff was great at corresponding before we arrived with shuttle arrangements. The housekeeping was fantastic

this was amazing! everything, actually! i went there with my family for 2-3 days and it was fantastic. the rooms had many space and sometimes rooms werre connected by doors as if the guys in the room were roommates

This is simply the best Hopefully there will be a business lounge soon. But all is simply perfect Don't miss

not only that, but the food and drinks were awesome! the fries were served very cooked and hot with alot of condiments, the burgers too, and there were many varieties of food and areas like spas, pools etc

The hotel's Asian restaurant is also worth mentioning—it’s generally very good, though I'd recommend steering clear of the ramen

After we casually mentioned the incident to a staff member in the lift, the hotel immediately apologized and went above and beyond by leaving a heartfelt note and a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit bowl in our room

We loved staying here for our first trip to Sofia. The staff are so welcoming right from arrival all the way through to check out. They really can’t do enough for you

The hotel itself is beautiful in a classic and dignified way. The location is perfect, right in the centre with everything in the city centre within walking distance

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

The atmosphere is good, gives the feel of a luxurious place. The food is amazing, just a bit over the mid pricing. The staff is very friendly. Overall, loved it! :)

Wonderful staff in the kitchen, they prepared a beautiful steak with bearnaise sauce for my husband, on his request, even though it's not even on the menu+++! Table service also excellent, both in the bar and dining room

Nobody in their right minds would give 5 stars to this hotel. I hated the fact that I heard all the noises from the other room due to the door separating the rooms

Breakfast in this peaceful atrium every morning will be the highlight of your day. Possibly the best coffee I've ever experienced. Parking available, but also a very walkable location

Good facilities, reasonable rooms and competent staff. Excellent breakfast choices, although I am not sure who eats chocolate ring donuts for this meal. Only reason it is not 5 star is the rooms are a bit lacking

During the diner, the hotel manager visited me to apologise. I appreciated that and it showed that they really try to give a good experience, but it was apparently just 'force majeure' for them

Everyone at the hotel is friendly and speaks excellent English. Employees are extremely helpful. Loves the breakfast restaurant area with a glass house garden leading to alfresco sitting

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city. Very nice SPA, excellent breakfast on the top floor with a wonderful view on Sofia! We had a perfect room with a top view on Austrian and Italian embassy

Beautiful spa area and in a perfect location. We should have asked for a higher floor but no. We visited the rooftop bar for a drink and views are very good

Spa: When I booked the hotel, it wasn’t clearly stated that access to the gym and pool wasn’t included in the price. I was disappointed to discover there were additional charges for these amenities

However, some areas feel dated and could benefit from renovation. Location: The location is convenient, as the hotel is close to the metro, which offers direct access from the airport

Had I known, I likely would have chosen a different hotel. Also, note that you’ll need to bring your own swimming cap and slippers, or you’ll have to pay extra for them

My family and I often visit Hyatt Regency at Sofia. It is wonderful Hyatt property. One of best strengths of this hotel are the people working there. Everyone is so helpful and make you feel on the top of the world

Not bad service, but the language barrier was obvious. No one informed us about a card in the closet which we have to use for cleaning the room the opposite way a "do not disturb" sign works

The receptionist was a bit rude, got annoyed that we bothered her, and made us wait for almost half an hour, but good customer service was not something I was expecting specifically, so it won't affect the final rating so much

No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense. Negative attitude is no way to treat customers

The hotel front desk employees are very polite and helpful, charging station for your electronic devices is also available at the lobby and also an electric shoe cleaner/shiner! Coming up to our room we were surprised to how massive it was, and also the bathroom is very big

The room was comfortable and spacious. There were extra pillows in the closet. The staff never bothered me, unless I needed something. It's a great place for introverts. There's a park near by and a KFC right next door

The neighborhood is mostly nightclubs and bars filled with young people. No noise makes it to the room. This time we did not chose to have breakfast since I found it to be poor and to expensive for 10€/person

But it is near a metro station, a busy area just 25 minutes from the central attractions

Yes, the carpet needs updating and it would be good to have some tea & coffee to go with the kettle, but hey, I’m sure if you ask they’d provide. Had to borrow a usb charger, which they gladly offered

The reception staff were excellent and spoke English to a high standard particular mention to Evan on reception he was extremely helpful. We had a excellent stop over and will use this hotel next time we're in the area

Good value for money compared to the other hotels in the center of Sofia. Check in was fast and without issues. I can recommend it for a night or two. The location is also good, 10 minutes walking to Serdika.

Good big apartments! Restaurant was very good, stall were very engaging. Good choice for seightseeing located in the historical district of Sofia. The roman ruins inside the lobby are nice.

A long review, but TL;DR: Great hotel, but make sure your stay is in a good time! We were on a long trip that ended up in Sofia, and we were looking forward for a relaxing stay for 2 days! Unfortunately, it was not what we hoped for

The SPA: The SPA was also excellent, not many facilities though (A sauna, a steam bath, and change rooms). No couple massage room which we also found on the down sides, just two separate massage rooms

An error with my reservation had me waiting in the lobby while the staff sorted out the issue

Good welcoming the breakfast was more than excellent for more or less price of 6€. The restaurant on the 6th floor was super tasty and the chef prepared and cooked everything on the spot

Location was really close to the Asics Arena and had multiple food places nearby. The rooms were quite basic but they were spacious if a bit unclean. Good value for money and there was a good choice at breakfast

Yes, it might be more expensive than some other hotels in Sofia, but it also is brand new and unlike most other hotels in Sofia even in the same price range, it is clean and has a pleasant, modern interior

Ideal to park your car by the hotel or nearby Billa supermarket and take the metro which is 10min from the hotel to the city center. Comfortable beds and big bathroom

Because of its location the prices are good, but the rooms lack natural lighting and the lamps aren't strong with white light. The shower is great, you get your accessories
