Comfortable and clean rooms.Had small problem with the shower handle.The reception is just ok.The place is perfect if you travel by plane.They have a car to pick you up from and to the airport .They are ready to give my personal breakfast at 4:30am tomorrow before to go to the airport. It's close to bug shopping mall and not far to downtown too.

Very good service overall. Sometimes the staff could be snappy at you for no actual reason. Amazing atmosphere. Makes you feel really welcome to Bulgarian.

Clean and tidy place, pretty much fine for the price. However the old lady on reception is unpleasant and demanding unnecessary things. Looks like she is prone to scandals so evade her if possible.

This is the best guest house I ever slept in. The woman was very friendly and explained everything. We only had a little problem with parking our car but with the friendly help of the owner and her son everything was solved as soon as possible.

This hotel is undergoing renovation. It will be managed by Italians to offer a nice and very familiar environment for the Italians who will go to Sofia. It is located in Gorna Banya, a reserved place outside the city cause. Hotel Fency is located outside the center of Sofia, but in a short time you can go downtown.

Good accommodation conveniently located close to Sofia Airport. I have been a loyal customer for many years now and I never hesitate to book a room during a long trip. The rooms are decent and clean and the customer service is top-notch.

If you get a room for three, one of the beds will be quite troublesome, as I found out myself. I literally slept with mattress on the ground because it was more comfortable. But other than that it is very nice.

It is ok. Sometimes in the wordrobe smells like kitchen which is not very nice. That also doesn't have software which makes difficult every time for the invoice. The breakfast is good but the chairs are not comfortable.

This place is a hidden treasure. Big modern rooms at low cost.

The rooms were clean and comfortable , complete with air conditioning, tv and mini fridge. The staff was nice The only complaint I have is regarding the breakfast: it takes long to order and to receive the food, plus the menus aren't customizable and I saw a lot of food go to waste because of misunderstandings. The hotel is clean and calm with very basic services. Breakfast is...you can alive, but forget about vegetarian or vegan food. Restaurant serves standard Bulgarian food - good and very cheap.

It is located 5 minutes from the NKD metro station. It is a cheap hotel with airco and good shower. Not very special, but a good place to stay.

The place is a very reasonable stay in Sofia. For the price you get a bed to sleep in, not that much more. It’s nice though. The view from some rooms is amazing especially at night

Very nice hotel, cleanliness spot on , changed towels daily and made beds , friendly staff and helpful, just one down side we had to eat breakfast in the room as restaurant was shut and we couldn't get a drink (soft) when we had been out , but other than that it was a lovely little hotel

Lovely hotel! The staff are very welcoming and extremely friendly. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The pizzas in the hotel are to die for. The quality is great, the sizing/price ratio is the best on the market. The location of the hotel is lovely because it's very close to the public transport connected to the route for the top of Mount Vitosha. You can always take a walk...

Three starts is a rather generous rating for. Before moving into Darling Hotel I spent 2 weeks staying at Vitosha Tulip Hotel. Basically accounting for all the basics, the hotel is alright.... ita clean, rooms are if an average size, sone rooms even have double beds. But showers are combined with toilets, so after you have taken a shower you will need to wait for the floor to dry up before entering...

Clean, comfortable situated in a very nice quarter with local shops and restaurants and near the metro for any more distant travel. The owner is incredibly helpful and there's plenty of hot water. A great find!

This family run hotel is quite charming in its own way. Good mattresses and amazing view of Sofia from the top of the hill. Hot water. Hotel was on a hill, but the view in the morning was amazing. It's a family run hotel. Rooms are a decent size. Thr hotel is very quaint, and rustic if you like that, then this is up your street. I prefer these type hotels to newly built, as they have more character.

The hotel is very nice, altough is a little hidden. The staff is friendly, but pay attention that they speak only basic english. Bit far from city center, about 20-30 minutes by car. There is noi shower cabine, so after a shower the whole bathroom is wet.

My stay was incredible! I'm glad to meet Ivan- the best host ever! :) Excellent service and atmosphere! Krasi is cooking very delicious national cuisine which I'll remember for a long time. Definitely want to come back!

The hotel was in good condition. The room was arranged, clean, has basically as every hotel equipments. TV about 21", air-conditioning, small size refrigerator.has a restaurant on the first floor (beside the reception). The staff is very helpful and responsive. My stay was very smooth. A cheap and cheerful place to stay, located right in the centre of Sofia. The lady who greeted me for late check-in was very helpful and friendly. The building itself is very hard to find though as there are no signs. Ultimately, I have no complaints - you get what you pay for!

Great WiFi, great location, great staff, great price. 'Weird' shower and the appearance of the building from outside leaves a bit to be desired (no complaints from the inside)
