Just outside the centre but comfortable walking distance and on the flat. Nice, big rooms. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Cleaning team always say hello. Great selection for breakfast

A good luxury hotel in the heart of Sofia. Its ideal for visiting the city center. The price is ok , but the rooms need some work

Lovely hotel, nice rooms and staff. Altogether very comfortable. Only problem was the hot breakfast was always quite cold and I had to ask for a reheat. However the variety of breakfast items was great.

It has 23 floors and in the top a roof garden bar/restaurant, additionally it has a great view in the city of Sofia also in ground floor inside of hotel there is a casino

In the room I stayed the door handle was coming off , the bathroom door had a dent from punch , and some other vandalism actions that are not expected in such a hotel

New hotel, modern magnificent design, creating a feeling of airiness of the interior of the entire hotel! Huge rooms with shower and bath in the room, restaurants with excellently selected staff, I liked everything very much!

this was amazing! everything, actually! i went there with my family for 2-3 days and it was fantastic. the rooms had many space and sometimes rooms werre connected by doors as if the guys in the room were roommates

not only that, but the food and drinks were awesome! the fries were served very cooked and hot with alot of condiments, the burgers too, and there were many varieties of food and areas like spas, pools etc

Clean, neat, very responsive reception, which is rare in Bulgaria. Special thanks to Savva, a top-class professional, very tactful and polite. All rooms are from 50 m2, what can be called a suite

along with that, customer service was great. the employees and staff treated us very comfortable, they were kind and understandable and were nice people

The spa is excellent—worth the visit even though it's an additional cost for standard room guests. Unfortunately, my partner experienced a distressing moment when the lift broke down in complete darkness for 20 minutes

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

You can walk everywhere to get around(important and interesting places). Very comfortable bed(mattress, pillows). The first night it was hot under the duvet. The rooms are comfortable and cozy

There's a nice swimming pool and spa in the basement. My room had a view of the mountains. Perhaps the best thing about this hotel is its location in the center of the city

Good hotel part of the Marriott offering globally (I think the only one in Sofia); location is great - as you can see from the photos attached; near by are many key sites to visit and explore; only potential issue - if you are on the top floor room you may hear music/noise from the hotel bar on the roof

This hotel boasts an excellent location, though be mindful that rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. The deluxe rooms are spacious and come equipped with a bathtub, providing a luxurious touch to your stay

Beautiful spa area and in a perfect location. We should have asked for a higher floor but no. We visited the rooftop bar for a drink and views are very good

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city. Very nice SPA, excellent breakfast on the top floor with a wonderful view on Sofia! We had a perfect room with a top view on Austrian and Italian embassy

Only (small) minus was that is was possible to smoke in the roof-top-bar during night and the music was very, very loud! Nevertheless for our next visit in Sofia we will come back!!!

3* for service as when I asked what is the reason why mini bar wasn’t available in the room, I was told I need to prearrange it? Although I never received any email regarding that?! The woman at the reception could at least try and recover the service and ask if we wanted anything in particular and get it arranged

Good value for money compared to the other hotels in the center of Sofia. Check in was fast and without issues. I can recommend it for a night or two. The location is also good, 10 minutes walking to Serdika.

The reception staff were excellent and spoke English to a high standard particular mention to Evan on reception he was extremely helpful. We had a excellent stop over and will use this hotel next time we're in the area

The people who worked there were very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice but if a third person is added, one person needs to sleep on the couch which isn't as comfy as the beds but still a decent option

Yes, the carpet needs updating and it would be good to have some tea & coffee to go with the kettle, but hey, I’m sure if you ask they’d provide. Had to borrow a usb charger, which they gladly offered

A long review, but TL;DR: Great hotel, but make sure your stay is in a good time! We were on a long trip that ended up in Sofia, and we were looking forward for a relaxing stay for 2 days! Unfortunately, it was not what we hoped for

Stayed here at beginning and end of Bulgaria cycling trip and extremely helpful about storing bike bags and organising transport back to airport. Huge, delicious tasting breakfast spread.

Good location, fast wifi, a huge variety of TV channels (132 channels were available!) for kids, movies, news, talkshows etc. - channels for everything and in many different languages

5 minutes walking from vitosha street, 17 minutes from the free city your. Big rooms, big shower, vary options to breakfast, and the crew is just awesome

Another reason to buy a new matress would be that you can literally feel every spring, or just a new bed, because when we sat on it, the front beam just fell off, leaving a lot of sharp screws to the open and we had to be careful not to get hurt

The lady at the reception was nice, and we could check in after about 5 minutes (with reservation). We paid 65lev for a double bedroom with a fridge, TV, air conditioning, private bathroom, and a shared balcony

The bathroom installed within the actual room is a weird choice and our bathroom door was broken. The curtains weren't in the greatest shape and the spring bed isn't most comfortable

A relatively new but run down hotel. Prime but not quiet location. Good size rooms and bathrooms. Basic. Not well maintained. The discount rates are close to good value for money.

Very cozy and comfortable place. The owner is a very nice man. The location of this place is perfectly located in the centre, 5min from Vitosha/NDK. It's very affordable even for groups. Highly recommend.

Very good communication with all of them, four stars are because one day there have problem with water ( we didn't have water at all- half of the day) and next day we didn't have hot water, and also I think they should add some shelves in bathroom

Staff is excellent, they are the best thing in hotel, especially worker in the bar
