Good hotel not far from central area. There is a casino but in fact only live roulette others are automats Two restaurants working till 23 Beautiful panorama on bulgarian mountains out of window

The rooms were very clean and organized, the air-conditioning was highly functional, the views from the hotel rooms were pleasant, on-site amenities were enjoyable, and staff service was very friendly and accommodating

Lovely hotel, nice rooms and staff. Altogether very comfortable. Only problem was the hot breakfast was always quite cold and I had to ask for a reheat. However the variety of breakfast items was great.

I went to the restaurant on top of the hotel and not actually hotel itself. The food was good but I was hoping they had more traditional food added to their menu. It is more westernized than Bulgarian.

Like any 4*hotel in Sophia, the breakfast is poor and the coffee is hardly drinkable. The casino downstairs is a bit out of my taste. Half of the people are nice, half of them are a bit cold, none of them exagerates

On its negatives the long wait in the elevators due to their incorrect programming, the small variety of breakfast while it is a 4* hotel, long waits at the coffee machines, and while it looked clean there were hairs from the cleaning staff every day in the bathroom and not detailed cleaning of the sanitary ware

Honestly, it says more about them than it does about this fantastic hotel. To the staff: you have my full respect and gratitude. You handle yourselves with more grace than most could ever manage ❤️

Loud complaints, senseless arguments, and a general lack of basic manners – all directed at the very staff who go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome

Frankly, I’m more shocked by the vulgar attitude of these guests than by any of their so-called grievances. And then to see them leave negative reviews? What a performance

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

You can walk everywhere to get around(important and interesting places). Very comfortable bed(mattress, pillows). The first night it was hot under the duvet. The rooms are comfortable and cozy

3* for service as when I asked what is the reason why mini bar wasn’t available in the room, I was told I need to prearrange it? Although I never received any email regarding that?! The woman at the reception could at least try and recover the service and ask if we wanted anything in particular and get it arranged

Very nice 2 week business stay. Rooms large and clean, personell friendly - hospitality as it should be! I especially enjoyed the very good breakfast, but also had a few lunches and dinners

Radi was so helpful, friendly and provided great suggestions of where to eat and what’s unique to shop. Hotel is in a great location walking distance to city center, 5 min walk to the famous cathedral

The room is quiet, clean and centrally located. The room is on a low floor and the view is average. I didn’t pay much attention to the breakfast. The room is spacious and has floor-to-ceiling windows

Nice experience staying in the hotel. Recepton staff friendly & helpful, prompt reply to questions. Location is ideal walking distance place of interests and metro to Sofia airport. Morning breakfast choices acceptable.

We reached the hotel about 10am n they graciously gave us an early check-in on a complimentary basis. Their gesture made e stay really nice.

The accommodation is pretty good

The rooms are a bit dark, it is impossible to turn on a brighter light. The air in the room is very dry. Opening the window, despite the noise, did not help: at night, the throat and nose dried out so much that it hurt

I was very happy with my stay, spacious room, renovated bathroom with lots of plug-ins and nite lites, comfy large bed, balcony, and desk. Reception was kind and supportive.

Great stay. Close to supermarkets and walkable to sites. Front staff were welcoming and helpful. No laundry service as advertised since covid. Totally recommend

The large bed is so comfortable (So much so, that I have wanted to stay in bed for a little bit longer in the mornings after waking up)! The location is ideal, very well situated, as the Central Railway and Bus Stations are just around the corner

The journey fom Sofia Airport is only around 30 minutes on the Metro, if that. Getting to the hotel was so easy. I have had a very pleasant stay and will return, I am sure

Trams, busses and the Metro system can be accessed within a 5 minute walk and the cost of tickets to use these forms of transport is so cheap, it costs next to nothing

Good big apartments! Restaurant was very good, stall were very engaging. Good choice for seightseeing located in the historical district of Sofia. The roman ruins inside the lobby are nice.

Good hotel part of the Marriott offering globally (I think the only one in Sofia); location is great - as you can see from the photos attached; near by are many key sites to visit and explore; only potential issue - if you are on the top floor room you may hear music/noise from the hotel bar on the roof

The location is great, the hardware is very good, and there is English service at the front desk, but the software, service and soundproofing are not good. The front desk was still under renovation when we went there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sense Hotel Sofia for the second time during a business trip. The hotel's location near the city center is truly convenient

This hotel boasts an excellent location, though be mindful that rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. The deluxe rooms are spacious and come equipped with a bathtub, providing a luxurious touch to your stay

The drawback is the cleanliness for a bathtub. Wifi is super fast and reliable. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast seems to be ok (7-10 am)

This place is in the heart of Sofia and from it you can see a lot more. Moat definitely a place you need to stay

The room was insane, it was huge, almost the size of a flat, the bed was so comfy, the mini bar was very reasonably priced and everything from the lotions and amenities they supply in the bathroom to the bath salts and robes for the spa bath was just another level

I could get a vary generous pour of scotch and rakia, my girl got some white wine as well. Overall, the staff are lovely and friendly. I would stay again if I come back to Sofia 😀

5 minutes walking from vitosha street, 17 minutes from the free city your. Big rooms, big shower, vary options to breakfast, and the crew is just awesome

Another reason to buy a new matress would be that you can literally feel every spring, or just a new bed, because when we sat on it, the front beam just fell off, leaving a lot of sharp screws to the open and we had to be careful not to get hurt

The lady at the reception was nice, and we could check in after about 5 minutes (with reservation). We paid 65lev for a double bedroom with a fridge, TV, air conditioning, private bathroom, and a shared balcony
