Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

You can walk everywhere to get around(important and interesting places). Very comfortable bed(mattress, pillows). The first night it was hot under the duvet. The rooms are comfortable and cozy

After a few days, it became repetitive as the same options were offered daily. Surprisingly, there was no option for an omelette. If breakfast hadn’t been included in the room rate, I wouldn’t have paid extra for it

Spa: When I booked the hotel, it wasn’t clearly stated that access to the gym and pool wasn’t included in the price. I was disappointed to discover there were additional charges for these amenities

Downtown hotel in Sofia Bulgaria. The Manger and staf are polite, respectful. Nice breakfast ,alot of verity, fruit, vegetables, meat etc. Center of the city, close to all areas

The location is good and the people from reception are cooperative. The hotel itself is old and although the rooms and common areas are clean, it's obvious that everything around is in need of a massive renovation

No own hotel parking, but they can arrange a parking place 300 meters away from the hotel, where you need to leave the car keys to move the car within the parking area if necessary

The breakfast was kind of a buffet, but at least when I was there, they filled the tables once and that was it

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center, few steps from Vitosha Boulevard. The room was very spacious and easily fit our family of four. Everything needed was in there, including a small mini bar

I had an issue with my booking, it was totally my fault, but they were ever so helpful with the emails, and in person. Next time I am in Sofia I will definitely stay there

We've stayed at Best Western Art Plaza Hotel just for a one night last weekend. or I should rather say half night as we had a flight home at 6:00 AM the next day

As we had to wake up and leave really early, we were offered a packet breakfast (fruits, sandwiches, water) which was a nice surprise as well as 10EUR discount

Just outside the centre but comfortable walking distance and on the flat. Nice, big rooms. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Cleaning team always say hello. Great selection for breakfast

The rooms were very clean and organized, the air-conditioning was highly functional, the views from the hotel rooms were pleasant, on-site amenities were enjoyable, and staff service was very friendly and accommodating

Cons - Since it is near the city center and the area comes in the blue zone so Parking was bit stressful on the streets. Also in the WC the water tank was not functioning properly

Very happy to have stayed in this hotel! The staff speaks good English and are super friendly. They really think with you in case there is a problem. They give a lot of toiletries, which was very convenient

You get body wash and shampoo. Toothpaste and a toothbrush, soaps, q tips (cotton swabs), razor and shaving cream. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable

Good hotel part of the Marriott offering globally (I think the only one in Sofia); location is great - as you can see from the photos attached; near by are many key sites to visit and explore; only potential issue - if you are on the top floor room you may hear music/noise from the hotel bar on the roof

This hotel boasts an excellent location, though be mindful that rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. The deluxe rooms are spacious and come equipped with a bathtub, providing a luxurious touch to your stay

The only thing I regret regarding my stay at Sense was that I didn't stay longer. Very chic design hotel with all the amenities to match. The pool area and the roof top bar is great additions to this hotel as well

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city. Very nice SPA, excellent breakfast on the top floor with a wonderful view on Sofia! We had a perfect room with a top view on Austrian and Italian embassy

Only (small) minus was that is was possible to smoke in the roof-top-bar during night and the music was very, very loud! Nevertheless for our next visit in Sofia we will come back!!!

Perfect welcome, but the checkout felt a bit cold. The room was very spacious, modern and had a beautiful view. The sky bar was excellent, and the restaurants offered very good cuisine.

We stayed 10 days at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia and the experience was exceptionally good. The staff was great at corresponding before we arrived with shuttle arrangements. The housekeeping was fantastic

Nice helpful people working at the hotel front desk too. Very good place I would definitely stay here again. You do need to pay a tax when you arrive but it’s normal, I think it was about 1% so very small

There is a heater and air conditioner in every room that works well. There is a TV with some local channels to watch. And there is a big desk and good wifi so I was able to take a work call here

The breakfast was fantastic: eggs prepared several ways, various meats, at least 10 types of cheese, fresh fruit, bread, traditional Bulgarian baked goods, and many other items

I could get a vary generous pour of scotch and rakia, my girl got some white wine as well. Overall, the staff are lovely and friendly. I would stay again if I come back to Sofia 😀

Stayed here at beginning and end of Bulgaria cycling trip and extremely helpful about storing bike bags and organising transport back to airport. Huge, delicious tasting breakfast spread.

There was a step, then there was the window. The window stopper was broken, and the window opened all the way. It was a really big danger to small children, because it was about 1m tall

The shower is like a jet wash which is a positive; you can turn it down. It is a win win for me and I'll look to stay in a COOP hotel again no problem

Location is in the middle of the centre. TheHotel was ok, the stuff is helpfull and very service oriented however they are a bit amateur, so therefore there were some tech issues but nothing serious

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the city center. The room quality is decent. However, having only visited Sofia a few times, I find it challenging to compare it with other hotels in the area.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was nice (drank too much coffee maybe that’s why I left my passport there :D) and the staff went above and beyond to help me check for allergens in the breakfast items
