Very nice 2 week business stay. The hotel is near to perfect. Rooms large and clean, personell friendly - hospitality as it should be! I especially enjoyed the very good breakfast, but also had a few lunches and dinners. I will be back!

Exceptional service, comfort and cleanliness with all the right amenities. I stayed at the Hyatt during August of 2024 as part of a delegation to a special convention. Despite being part of a large group, I received personalized attention from the excellent staff and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend!

One of the better hotel options in Sofia. The rooms are quite basic but the beds are comfortable and it's quiet. There was no mini bar, just a bare fridge which was odd, but they did have a coffee machine. Good restaurant, great buffet breakfast, amazing spa and very decent, well equipped gym. The hotel exceeded above and beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely polite. My room/suite was clean and spotless. I had a dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The waitress was very nice. The food was prepared to perfection. Sophisticated high-end modern interior and design in the hotel. Five plus stars on my stay!!

This is one of my faforite properties anywhere within the Hyatt system. The staff are outstanding. The club level rooms are perfect for my needs and I actually prefer them over the suites. The staff is not willing to take responsibility, so we will not recomend this hotel. While cleaning the room the threw away the lids of the contact lenses box. No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense... Negative attitude is no way to treat customers...

It's a well situated and good service hotel. The rooms are spacious and it has nice showers. Value to price ratio is good.

Not bad service, but the language barrier was obvious. No one informed us about a card in the closet which we have to use for cleaning the room the opposite way a "do not disturb" sign works. Great breakfast and bar. Nice rooms but noicy crowds.

All-in-all, the experience was reasonable. But for several reasons I won't come back, and I won't recommend the place to others. From an emotional point of view, this hotel is forgettable, lacking any charisma, and loosing points for cheapening out at certain building/decorative features (things that shouldn't happen in place with 4 stars). I didn't like the surface very much as it doesn't bounce the ball much. We are not professionals but it was not very good. It is saved through the online system, which is a big plus and most of the times it is calm, but the unpleasant thing is that when the ball comes out, it takes 1, 2 minutes to get it back since there are nets and it enters the other fields easily.

A nice place for private parties, only the bartenders were so slow and the tail of the bar was huge.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and there are some good restaurants and shops a short walk from the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, March 2018, and found it to be clean, comfortable and warm. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous. Breakfasts were very satisfactory. Good hotel part of the Marriott offering globally (I think the only one in Sofia); location is great - as you can see from the photos attached; near by are many key sites to visit and explore; only potential issue - if you are on the top floor room you may hear music/noise from the hotel bar on the roof

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city. Very nice SPA, excellent breakfast on the top floor with a wonderful view on Sofia! We had a perfect room with a top view on Austrian and Italian embassy . This hotel is quite spectacular and ideally located next to the metro. There is a pool, but you have to pay around £8 to use it. A coffee maker with 2 coffee capsules is available in your room, but you’ll need to buy any cream or sugar to go in it! The hotel is a short walk into the centre.

My wife and I stayed there one night with our 1 year old baby. I will strongly recommend it. It was very clean, staff is very polite and professional. Restaurant was about to close, but they still served me food. I would definitely stay there again .!

If possible i would give 20 Stars. We celebrated our wedding there, and from the beginning we received a bespoke Service that overexeeded our expectations. This impression lasted during the whole event and our journey. All of our guests loved the place and the people also. We highly recommend this place and will definetely come back. Perfect location for private or business event. The stuff was extremely polite and helpful, they helped me to organize my small private event in the SPA zone and everything was exactly like in my mind. Last but not least they were very flexible with regard to the current pandemic situation and they did their best to meet my wishes and needs.

The room is confortable and clean. Excellent staff. You can ask for bathrobe and slippers at the front desk. The breakfast is the "but", it could be improved, we had dinner and the difference of quality is notable.

The hotel has extremely friendly and helpful staff ready to assist you at any time of the day. The rooms are classic and accommodated with everything you might need for your stay. But the highlight of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. The menu has vegan and vegetarian options and if you are a meat lover, you should definitely give their beef a try.

Lovely hotel, very cozy and clean. Very good bed, air-condition, beautiful, quiet rooms, very clean bathrooms. Very good quality toiletries are provided, there is hairdryer too. Safe parking spaces for the cars. Food is excellent, both breakfast and a-la-carte menu in the restaurant. Polite and attentive staff. I recommend it to everyone. Wish we could stay more :)

Really good hotel, well priced and very comfortable mattresses and good room. However, you'll need to take transport to get to the center. But it is cheap by train and bus and takes barely 20 mins if timed properly

I am happy to share my great experience with the staff of the Zoo Hotel, and their exceptional service. The hotel is with great location and its pricing is very competitive for the comfort paid. I was greatly assisted by the GM Atanas even in my personal matters. It is always good to receive personalised service with an outstanding smile :) I will definitely book again.

The hotel was still some how under construction. Our room wasn't all done. Like our toilet ring was loose, most of hangers where loose also and the carpet was dirty. But receptionist was really helpful and nice, they take dogs and the bed was OK. Parkin was really good, road to the hotel was horrible. Breakfast was nice.

Not bad, but with just a little bit more, the location would get a lot more appreciation. At the beginning we got a good room with a small defect into the bathroom. The reception changed the room and than we got an even better room than the first one, so it is important what room you get. Into the restaurant it could be better service because of the rude employees which is anyway a common thing around...

Very nice hotel just not a location for tourist. You need taxi or car transportation. It can be done if you care about the price.

The jacuzzi was not working, they said one of the guests broke it. I'm not sure why the hotel is 4 stars. Other then that it's close to some nice locations (with a car), it's clean, quiet, you can get a nice massage that costs extra, but it's worth it, it's pet friendly as well.

I stayed for 2 nights only. Has a nice mountain view, it's clean and new. I didn't like that smoking is allowed in the rooms and the room smelled terible. Had to keep the window open due to the smell and winter is not best time for it

Very good hotel. The rooms are very big and the beds are good for hotels.the service is good. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant serves good food in the rest of the day. Just make sure you don't stay in the first floor because sometimes it can be noisy and smells from cigarettes.

Found an Oasis in Sofia fantastic facilities. Very happy with my stay. Nice gardens in grounds. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful at all times. Great value, will look forward to my next visit with my family next time. Easy parking.

We booked this hotel for a week with booking.com for a good deal, breakfast included. The reception at the arrival was good, we felt welcome. The room is very nice with a big bed. Missed a little desk to place our little belongings on. Dont like the bathroom that much. Shower is next to the toilet without a seperate basin for collecting the water. Meaning the floor is wet for more than 24 hours....

Very good restaurant and garden. There's a lot of place for kids to be able to play without any concerns. Plenty of parking spots. It's located at the one of the best places in Sofia.
