Great hotel, awesome comfortable rooms. The facilities are great, the bar and restaurant are of good quality. The gym has new equipment and fantastic airconditioning. The sauna and steembath were both great too. The only thing you could miss are a hot tub and/or pool really.

Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. Great for the price they offer, especially with the breakfast they offer. The reception area has a lot of seating area so you don't have to sit close to strangers and make it awkward for everyone. I booked a 2-bed room, and they gave me a room with a double bed. I couldn't share the same bed with anyone else. They said the room was full and they couldn't provide the room I booked. Finally, they added a makeshift bed next to it. , it was super uncomfortable to sleep!

The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. On 31 Aug 2024 Milen provided excellent customer service in helping my partner retrieve her phone from a taxi. He went above and beyond in retrieving it. I couldn't rate his customer service higher! The staff is not willing to take responsibility, so we will not recomend this hotel. While cleaning the room the threw away the lids of the contact lenses box. No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense... Negative attitude is no way to treat customers...

I didn't like the surface very much as it doesn't bounce the ball much. We are not professionals but it was not very good. It is saved through the online system, which is a big plus and most of the times it is calm, but the unpleasant thing is that when the ball comes out, it takes 1, 2 minutes to get it back since there are nets and it enters the other fields easily.

Stayed here for one night due to a late flight arrival before continuing our trip in Bulgaria the next day. Very good choice instead of the hotels that are a bit closer to the airport. Nice, spacious and quiet rooms. Food at the rooftop bar and restaurant was good. We especially liked that they had rooms for three people since we were travelling two adults and one child.

If possible i would give 20 Stars. We celebrated our wedding there, and from the beginning we received a bespoke Service that overexeeded our expectations. Perfect location for private or business event. The stuff was extremely polite and helpful, they helped me to organize my small private event in the SPA zone and everything was exactly like in my mind. Last but not least they were very flexible with regard to the current pandemic situation and they did their best to meet my wishes and needs.

This is the best hotel in Europe in this price range.
