If possible i would give 20 Stars. We celebrated our wedding there, and from the beginning we received a bespoke Service that overexeeded our expectations. Perfect location for private or business event. The stuff was extremely polite and helpful, they helped me to organize my small private event in the SPA zone and everything was exactly like in my mind. Last but not least they were very flexible with regard to the current pandemic situation and they did their best to meet my wishes and needs.

The hotel was still some how under construction. Our room wasn't all done. Like our toilet ring was loose, most of hangers where loose also and the carpet was dirty. Very good hotel. The rooms are very big and the beds are good for hotels.the service is good. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant serves good food in the rest of the day. Just make sure you don't stay in the first floor because sometimes it can be noisy and smells from cigarettes.

We booked this hotel for a week with booking.com for a good deal, breakfast included. The reception at the arrival was good, we felt welcome. The room is very nice with a big bed. The hotel has the largest hotel rooms I have ever seen but even though they are so big, they lack iron & ironing boards. I would like to note that I stayed in this hotel around 60 times over the course of 1 year so I have seen every room and all other common facilities, so trust me when I say that it doesn't worth it.

After spending one week at the hotel, I would say that the experience does not correspond to the image and price of the hotel. I didn't like the surface very much as it doesn't bounce the ball much. We are not professionals but it was not very good. It is saved through the online system, which is a big plus and most of the times it is calm, but the unpleasant thing is that when the ball comes out, it takes 1, 2 minutes to get it back since there are nets and it enters the other fields easily.

Great for the price they offer, especially with the breakfast they offer. The reception area has a lot of seating area so you don't have to sit close to strangers and make it awkward for everyone. They even call you a reliable taxi with card payment. The rooms are clean but they need to maintain the corners of metal objects more thoroughly to avoid rust.

The reception was very nice and friendly. Didn't feel the room was sterilised. There was body hair in the bath top. It was tidy but the sense of clean just didn't get that feeling. Had to try the key card many times to open the door, very difficult. 5 minutes. Noise from the traffic in the morning but that is normal for Sofia. The layout of the hotel is nice and invite to comfort.

We visited the rooftop bar without being hotel guests. I admit I had greater expectations. The pool is nice but there is no bar at that level. The bar is at the lower level. The view is nothing special - just old and ugly blocks of flats. About the bar - we found it difficult to order anything that is non-alcoholic. The bar offers no food, drinks only.

The hotel has extremely friendly and helpful staff ready to assist you at any time of the day. The rooms are classic and accommodated with everything you might need for your stay. Really good hotel, well priced and very comfortable mattresses and good room. However, you'll need to take transport to get to the center. But it is cheap by train and bus and takes barely 20 mins if timed properly

The hotel was fine, but they didn't gave us the double bedroom as we had reserved it on booking, instead they gave us a twin bed room. Would definitely recommend this hotel! It's located in a relatively quiet part of the neighborhood. At walking distance from Business Park Sofia. Rooms are huge and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful and everyone speaks English. There is private parking in front of the hotel although the places are a bit limited but usually there is more than enough place on the side of the road as well

My parents stayed here and found it very nice. Staff were very friendly, everything was clean. When we ended up with a double booking thanks to booking.com, the hotel staff helped us right away and we're very kind. My parents will be staying here again happily.

We arrived late at this hotel without reservation. Staff was extremely nice and eager to help, showing us 3 different rooms. It's a clean hotel with big rooms and comfortable bed. We popped up at midnight looking for a room. Extremely professional and friendly staff received us and provided us with a beautiful room. Prices are absolutely decent and the quality is there. Breakfast was included with a magnificent view on Sofia and a very good service.
