One of the better hotel options in Sofia. The rooms are quite basic but the beds are comfortable and it's quiet. There was no mini bar, just a bare fridge which was odd, but they did have a coffee machine. Good restaurant, great buffet breakfast, amazing spa and very decent, well equipped gym. The hotel exceeded above and beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely polite. My room/suite was clean and spotless. I had a dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The waitress was very nice. This is one of my faforite properties anywhere within the Hyatt system. The staff are outstanding. The club level rooms are perfect for my needs and I actually prefer them over the suites. Great location, walking distance to main site seeings such church as Russia, Alexander church, cafes and restaurants. The hotel has a good spa facility (steam room, sauna, salt sauna, and pool) and gym. The restaurant is also very nice!

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

The hotel has the largest hotel rooms I have ever seen but even though they are so big, they lack iron & ironing boards. For me this is quite strange for a business hotel and can make a big difference (especially if you compare with next door Hilton as the prices can be similar). They do have an ironing room but it’s extremely small, with no windows or air-con and it can get extremely hot in there...

Perfect welcome, but the checkout felt a bit cold. The room was very spacious, modern and had a beautiful view. The sky bar was excellent, and the restaurants offered very good cuisine.

Great sized rooms, although lacking some comforts such as an iron, a box of tissues and modern casting service from your phone to the TV. Breakfast was very nice with an amazing selection to cater for everyone. It was have been nice to have seen some complimentary water / fruit or sweets around the reception area, something you would expect to see from some of the bigger branded chain of hotels....

Grand Hotel Millennium is certainly one of the best hotels in the city and I cannot recommend it highly enough. My wife and I stayed there one night with our 1 year old baby. I will strongly recommend it. It was very clean, staff is very polite and professional. Restaurant was about to close, but they still served me food. I would definitely stay there again .!

I stayed for 11 days and today is my last day... Everything was perfect, they gave me a early check-in, which was very appreciated. If possible i would give 20 Stars. We celebrated our wedding there, and from the beginning we received a bespoke Service that overexeeded our expectations. This impression lasted during the whole event and our journey. All of our guests loved the place and the people also. We highly recommend this place and will definetely come back. Perfect location for private or business event. The stuff was extremely polite and helpful, they helped me to organize my small private event in the SPA zone and everything was exactly like in my mind. Last but not least they were very flexible with regard to the current pandemic situation and they did their best to meet my wishes and needs.

The room is confortable and clean. Excellent staff. You can ask for bathrobe and slippers at the front desk. The breakfast is the "but", it could be improved, we had dinner and the difference of quality is notable.

Good hotel part of the Marriott offering globally (I think the only one in Sofia); location is great - as you can see from the photos attached; near by are many key sites to visit and explore; only potential issue - if you are on the top floor room you may hear music/noise from the hotel bar on the roof

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city. Very nice SPA, excellent breakfast on the top floor with a wonderful view on Sofia! We had a perfect room with a top view on Austrian and Italian embassy . Only (small) minus was that is was possible to smoke in the roof-top-bar during night and the music was very, very loud! Nevertheless for our next visit in Sofia we will come back!!!

The staff is not willing to take responsibility, so we will not recomend this hotel. While cleaning the room the threw away the lids of the contact lenses box. No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense... Negative attitude is no way to treat customers...

It's a well situated and good service hotel. The rooms are spacious and it has nice showers. Value to price ratio is good.

Not bad service, but the language barrier was obvious. No one informed us about a card in the closet which we have to use for cleaning the room the opposite way a "do not disturb" sign works. Great breakfast and bar. Nice rooms but noicy crowds.

All-in-all, the experience was reasonable. But for several reasons I won't come back, and I won't recommend the place to others. From an emotional point of view, this hotel is forgettable, lacking any charisma, and loosing points for cheapening out at certain building/decorative features (things that shouldn't happen in place with 4 stars). I didn't like the surface very much as it doesn't bounce the ball much. We are not professionals but it was not very good. It is saved through the online system, which is a big plus and most of the times it is calm, but the unpleasant thing is that when the ball comes out, it takes 1, 2 minutes to get it back since there are nets and it enters the other fields easily.

Pretty good place. There is a kitchen that is not bad at all. There is also a variety of drinks.

After spending one week at the hotel, I would say that the experience does not correspond to the image and price of the hotel. The curtains did not cover the whole windows, and it was very bright in the room at 6:00 a.m. The bath robes were not changed as often as officially stated. Did not have a great experience with the staff, either.

This was my second stay in this hotel. Very good value for money, the rooms are good sized, the bed is comfortable and I like the location - 10-15 minutes away from the center by taxi & 5 minutes away from Bulgaria mall and a big Billa shop.

I recently spent a night at Festa Hotel when they were having some hot water problems. The water was warm enough to take a comfortable shower but again never hot water. Though it took some hours for the hotel to discover the problem however the staff were gracious and understanding. I was offered a nice hotel gift and a discount on my next stay as compensation which upon reflection is adequate and...

I came to meet someone in the hotel, and actually I haven't entered any room. But while waiting for my friend I ordered a cup of tea at the bar, and they gave it to me in a broken cup on the lip. And actually the attitude of the bar tender wasn't so welcoming.

The jacuzzi was not working, they said one of the guests broke it. I'm not sure why the hotel is 4 stars. Other then that it's close to some nice locations (with a car), it's clean, quiet, you can get a nice massage that costs extra, but it's worth it, it's pet friendly as well.

I stayed for 2 nights only. Has a nice mountain view, it's clean and new. I didn't like that smoking is allowed in the rooms and the room smelled terible. Had to keep the window open due to the smell and winter is not best time for it

Very good hotel. The rooms are very big and the beds are good for hotels.the service is good. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant serves good food in the rest of the day. Just make sure you don't stay in the first floor because sometimes it can be noisy and smells from cigarettes.

The hotel was still some how under construction. Our room wasn't all done. Like our toilet ring was loose, most of hangers where loose also and the carpet was dirty. But receptionist was really helpful and nice, they take dogs and the bed was OK. Parkin was really good, road to the hotel was horrible. Breakfast was nice.

Extra large room (25sqm) with very strange stripes on floor-which are unsimetric to the room equipment and that make fuzzy feeling. Location is quiet, small parking. Indoor pool and gr8 restaurant.

The hotel is located in the Vitosha District which is really close to the mountain thus the air is quite fresh. The hotel itself offers big and well and well facilitated rooms.

We booked this hotel for a week with booking.com for a good deal, breakfast included. The reception at the arrival was good, we felt welcome. The room is very nice with a big bed. Missed a little desk to place our little belongings on. Dont like the bathroom that much. Shower is next to the toilet without a seperate basin for collecting the water. Meaning the floor is wet for more than 24 hours....

Very good restaurant and garden. There's a lot of place for kids to be able to play without any concerns. Plenty of parking spots. It's located at the one of the best places in Sofia. It has stunning views. If you take dinner in there you can spend some time with your beloved watching the amazing blinking lights of the Sofia city. Service is good and bartender is kind and polite. The meals are delicious...

The yacht room is of course far from the boat. But overall the room is good. I enjoyed the stay at 6ato(Chateau) hotel.
