Radi was so helpful, friendly and provided great suggestions of where to eat and what’s unique to shop. Hotel is in a great location walking distance to city center, 5 min walk to the famous cathedral

Rooms a very spacious with tons of storage and very nice shower. We had club access, which offers delicious breakfast and happy hour appetizers in a quiet pretty setting

Great addition after a busy day exploring Couldnt comment on food as did not have breakfast for our booking but was a wide range on the menu! Lovely roof top bar with fantastic views

The hotel exceeded above and beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely polite. My room/suite was clean and spotless. I had a dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was prepared to perfection

The breakfast was fantastic: eggs prepared several ways, various meats, at least 10 types of cheese, fresh fruit, bread, traditional Bulgarian baked goods, and many other items

I could get a vary generous pour of scotch and rakia, my girl got some white wine as well. Overall, the staff are lovely and friendly. I would stay again if I come back to Sofia 😀

Stayed here at beginning and end of Bulgaria cycling trip and extremely helpful about storing bike bags and organising transport back to airport. Huge, delicious tasting breakfast spread.

Literally everything 😃 I haven't had a big breakfast for a long time but I couldn't hold myself. The next day, my girl felt the weather was so hot and wanted to rest in the room

Then they came with a plate full of fruits, and it was a pleasant surprise. And before we went outside for dinner, they told me they have happy hr with free drinks and snacks

Breakfast is fantastic, plentiful, with sweet and savory dishes, typical Bulgarian and European dishes: you will eat good and a lot. Definitely worth included with your room

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

You can walk everywhere to get around(important and interesting places). Very comfortable bed(mattress, pillows). The first night it was hot under the duvet. The rooms are comfortable and cozy

Breakfast was little bit too busy, the staff, were overloaded with work, so they forgot to refill with tea water, plates etc

I have stayed at this place several times when coming to Sofia; it's like coming back to to a family who meet you with all the extras a hotel offers

The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The location is good, very close to Boyana church. There are a restaurant and a bar next to the hotel. No public transport to reach the city center, unfortunately

Set in leafy beautiful Boyana, rigth in the quiet centre, a couple of minutes away to the lovely gardens of Unesco designated Boyana church

It's a nice and clean location, big rooms, comfy beds. The view of the city at night is pretty cool.

The driver and reception were very friendly and I was made to feel welcome, the rooms are spotlessly clean and large and the hotel has an airy atmosphere quite relaxed with a nice bar / restaurant which is where breakfast is served

I have stayed at a number of Sofia airport hotels and to be honest all are very good but I think this one is my new favourite as it is so close to the airport only 5 minutes transfer which was efficient and on time

The master bedroom was just so comfortable, the en suite bathroom, was luxurious. The restaurant served up excellent meals. We intend to visit again in the near future

Quite an amazing hotel, overnight stay waiting for flight next day. We had what can only be described as a suite, our 15 year old daughter had her own room

In the Restaurant the chopska salad was fantastic and the duck breast really excellent. Risotto dishes were quite good and Service very friendly

Room was unbearably hot because management lock the aircon on at what they choose and refuse to let you control it. Can't open the window due to noise so you have to just cook

The hotel location was very good. There are a lot of tourist destinations near it, and the rooms were nice and clean too. However, i have one complaint:in the room i was staying, 215(i think), the window was broken

There was a step, then there was the window. The window stopper was broken, and the window opened all the way. It was a really big danger to small children, because it was about 1m tall

I went to Crystal Palace's spa and sauna cente and forgot to make a reservation and thought that I wouldn't be accepted due to the lack of lockers

but to my luck the staff told me that i could still go and that they were going to guard my stuff. They were extremely polite and helpful

The staff at the hotel are extremely considerate and friendly, they certainly bring pride to the Novotel brand! Even though I come just a 2-3 times a year, due to its very convenient location near the airport (and next to a big mall), they always remember me and go out of their way to make me feel welcome (airport pick-up after midnight, some food & fruit in the room, etc

They provided me with excellent advice on local attractions and must-visit places. I was particularly impressed with their detailed recommendations for hiking trails in the area. The bar was another highlight of my stay

I often travel to Sofia for work meetings. And I always choose to stay at Novotel because the team is professional, the quality and fast service are very important to me. The food is great, the rooms without remark

Excellent location of the hotel in the center of Sofia. Very good attention from the reception staff, they assisted us in English and also in Spanish. They offered us different options for our greater comfort

The hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was fine - the clerk said it was their best. There is a good shower with very strong water pressure and dispensers for shampoo, body wash and conditioner

I think that a good receptionist should be helpful and Katie has been a great resource for us! We had a lot of difficulties to rent a car by ourselves but thanks to Katie we could rent it in order to visit the Monastery of Rila and save our holidays

Also, the room wasn't really fresh in terms of air, and something had an unpleasant odor, though I couldn't pinpoint what it was

Even better when the next morning we had to wait in the lobby, while the staff took care of picking up our car and bring it in front of the hotel. Highly recommended and thanks for your hospitality

It's was quite far away from the center which was disappointing but the hotel itself was very nice. The food was good and the staff were pleasent and very helpful when I needed help organising the next stage of my trip

I had the chance to visit hotel Vega on the wedding of friends of mine. It was very good organized and the whole event went more than well - rooms, restaurant, food and decoration, everything was perfect

Close to neighborhood called Student city which is place with many dinner options and night life activities such as pubs, bar discos, game centers as bowling billiards and so on

Luxury hotel in communicative location. Good for city breaks or business trips. Parking avaliable, on the top floor beauty saloon with many therapies

Staff of course was rude, or that's just how they are. Bathroom had women's hair , its color is on purpose so you don't see dirt , but once you walk barefoot you can feel how dirty it is, so always wear slippers

Windows are sound proof because I was able to hear all the noises from outside. I heard the upstairs neighbors as well as next door neighbors , so if you're looking for a quiet night , you will not get it

I was woken up in middle of night because upstairs decided to move furniture. Hotel is in the center of Sofia , so all restaurants are walkable. I don't think I will stay in this hotel again

Breakfast is not included , and if you wanted it, it would be 12€, looked at the sad breakfast and realized for 12€ you can get a fancy breakfast outside of the hotel

The room was smaller than looked in the pictures. The shower door leaked causing the bathroom floor to get very wet

If it was nice weather the balcony was great to sit on, but in bad weather lacked somewhere comfortable to sit

We went to the swimming pool with our baby, Alex was our instructor and he was great! A perfect experience!

Look iv given 5 stars because there's nothing wrong, it's average, nothing special but, the service is prompt, the rooms are clean, the location is ideal, I'm happy and not uncomfortable, it's not the height of luxury but it does the job needed

Perfect welcome, but the checkout felt a bit cold. The room was very spacious, modern and had a beautiful view. The sky bar was excellent, and the restaurants offered very good cuisine.

We stayed 10 days at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia and the experience was exceptionally good. The staff was great at corresponding before we arrived with shuttle arrangements. The housekeeping was fantastic

We stayed on the 20th floor and we could see the mountains surrounding us. We really appreciate George and Micheal and Anthony for their helpful service at reception

Also we enjoyed a massage by Alexandria and Daniel and the spa services. We will definitely return when next in Sofia. Thank you for the superb experience!

The absence of pool or gym also don't make it 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is good but not very various. Mini bar which was not cooling beverages inside it. You want to take something to drink, but it's totally warm

The hotel is nice, but it's not a 4 star for sure. Rooms are good, but the shower good be better. Shower head is small, water pressure is very low and the water flows from the connection of hose and head

Very good location in city centre. Bed was good (blanket was to small for two people, the toilet kept on running water and shampoo was empty). But big rooms, good view and great location.

Fantastic hotel in the center of Sofia. It’s located right next to the iconic NDK building which is among the most spectacular buildings in Eastern Europe

I am the most satisfied with employees in a hotel. They really put all the effort in helping the guests. All of them are very kind people

I do only have one small proposition, to look into making ventilation less stronger. It’s a bit cold even when turned off

Great place to come to very clean rooms were beautiful swimming pool was nice and customer service was great however, the swimming pool staff member with long hair was very rude he rudely told us to get out of the pool because we weren’t aware of wearing the shower caps

I can only review the coffee bar, since I've been there twice and in both occasions the coffee was excellent - strong and fragrant, and my Crème Brûlée was simply fantastic! Highly recommend to try it! The service was good, including English speaking waiters

There is nice costumer service and lovely stuff. breakfast is OK but they have no free espresso. Dry cleaning prices are so expensive u can check the prices from my pictures. but room service and diner who I order its ok

The security guards were very helpful and efficient - they kept my cabin suitcase with themselves, which made my life easier

Also, the bathroom design in the recently renovated rooms, is really bad, when you take a shower the water goes everywhere, except for the drain, because the one in our room was clogged

Also we asked for a bottle of water, and was told there is no water at night, because there lock the room

The rooms were very clean and organized, the air-conditioning was highly functional, the views from the hotel rooms were pleasant, on-site amenities were enjoyable, and staff service was very friendly and accommodating

Special bonuses are the excellent italian restaurant just across the street, the student bar a couple of steps away, and the banitsa coffeshop down the block

Cozy and nice furnitured boutique hotel in a quiet area. Very well trained, helpful and friendly staff. I recommend the king suite in the 4th floor with small balcony. Great service!
