Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

You can walk everywhere to get around(important and interesting places). Very comfortable bed(mattress, pillows). The first night it was hot under the duvet. The rooms are comfortable and cozy

The atmosphere is good, gives the feel of a luxurious place. The food is amazing, just a bit over the mid pricing. The staff is very friendly. Overall, loved it! :)

This hotel is quite spectacular and ideally located next to the metro. There is a pool, but you have to pay around £8 to use it

A very unique hotel! I really enjoyed my stay here and would book again! There is beautiful abstract art covering most walls and all empty space is filled with sculptures

A very good deluxe hotel locared centrally in Sofia. Comfortable and good equipped rooms, super facilities, clean pool & spa, delicious breakfast in roof restaurant with superb view!

Good hotel part of the Marriott offering globally (I think the only one in Sofia); location is great - as you can see from the photos attached; near by are many key sites to visit and explore; only potential issue - if you are on the top floor room you may hear music/noise from the hotel bar on the roof

This hotel boasts an excellent location, though be mindful that rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. The deluxe rooms are spacious and come equipped with a bathtub, providing a luxurious touch to your stay

The only thing I regret regarding my stay at Sense was that I didn't stay longer. Very chic design hotel with all the amenities to match. The pool area and the roof top bar is great additions to this hotel as well

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city. Very nice SPA, excellent breakfast on the top floor with a wonderful view on Sofia! We had a perfect room with a top view on Austrian and Italian embassy

Only (small) minus was that is was possible to smoke in the roof-top-bar during night and the music was very, very loud! Nevertheless for our next visit in Sofia we will come back!!!

Perfect welcome, but the checkout felt a bit cold. The room was very spacious, modern and had a beautiful view. The sky bar was excellent, and the restaurants offered very good cuisine.

We stayed 10 days at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia and the experience was exceptionally good. The staff was great at corresponding before we arrived with shuttle arrangements. The housekeeping was fantastic

We stayed on the 20th floor and we could see the mountains surrounding us. We really appreciate George and Micheal and Anthony for their helpful service at reception

Also we enjoyed a massage by Alexandria and Daniel and the spa services. We will definitely return when next in Sofia. Thank you for the superb experience!

The hotel may not be 4 stars, but the prices for the stay are adequate and even low for what is offered! Breakfast - from bacon to croissants, various drinks included in it

Perfect location, helpful staff, big rooms, pool. The restaurant is open again, and the menu and service are gorgeous! Not too many dishes, but there is something for everyone. Very good selection of wines and drinks

If we happen to be in the neighborhood again, we`d definitely come back

Close to pretty much everything. Also the trolley and bus stops are with in a 3 minute walk. At the corner you have a 24/7 store. So if you need something you can walk up there

I`ve never stayed in the hotel but we visited the restaurant today

It's about a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport and the train station, but if you're hungry at night, there's nothing local open, so you have been warned! We stayed here on our inbound and outbound journeys and we couldn't fault it, on either occasion

A wonderful hotel...

A good hotel, the lobby and halls are very beautiful, the interior is stunning, the park at the hotel is incredibly elegant, very beautiful, a very good place for high-level events, but the rooms in the hotel are quite old-fashioned and shabby, and the room service is also at a very low level

For example, the maid just threw a blanket on the bed, straightened it out and said that she had a lot of work today, and she would not clean, that's the kind of service

Rooms are nice but the bathrooms are quite standard, would have here expected a bit more. Service is super friendly and the breakfast is good.

Beautiful morning

In general, a very beautiful hotel with many restaurants, a very beautiful lobby, and an incredibly beautiful parking area

The hotel exceeded above and beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely polite. My room/suite was clean and spotless. I had a dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was prepared to perfection

Great location, walking distance to main site seeings such church as Russia, Alexander church, cafes and restaurants. The hotel has a good spa facility (steam room, sauna, salt sauna, and pool) and gym

The lounge is spacious and comfortable with a solid happy hour. There is an excellent spa with both sauna and steam rooms as well as a pool area that has high pressure jets

Exceptional service, comfort and cleanliness with all the right amenities. I stayed at the Hyatt during August of 2024 as part of a delegation to a special convention

This is one of my faforite properties anywhere within the Hyatt system. The club level rooms are perfect for my needs and I actually prefer them over the suites

It's a well situated and good service hotel. The rooms are spacious and it has nice showers. Value to price ratio is good.

The receptionist was a bit rude, got annoyed that we bothered her, and made us wait for almost half an hour, but good customer service was not something I was expecting specifically, so it won't affect the final rating so much

From an emotional point of view, this hotel is forgettable, lacking any charisma, and loosing points for cheapening out at certain building/decorative features (things that shouldn't happen in place with 4 stars)

The room I stayed in was one of the renovated ones, so the furniture was pretty nice (and I really liked the walk-in shower!). The mattress was comfy, and I hope the white sheets were clean for real

Not bad service, but the language barrier was obvious. No one informed us about a card in the closet which we have to use for cleaning the room the opposite way a "do not disturb" sign works

All-in-all, the experience was reasonable. But for several reasons I won't come back, and I won't recommend the place to others

Good welcoming the breakfast was more than excellent for more or less price of 6€. The restaurant on the 6th floor was super tasty and the chef prepared and cooked everything on the spot

I stayed two nights and overall I am very pleased! There is a beautiful park next to the hotel which I also recommend! I will come back there for sure!

I came in late, looking for a friendly place to stay the night and was warmly welcomed. Everything was clean and cozy. The location is superb, you can explore downtown on foot yet it is a very quiet street at night

Nice helpful people working at the hotel front desk too. Very good place I would definitely stay here again. You do need to pay a tax when you arrive but it’s normal, I think it was about 1% so very small

There is a heater and air conditioner in every room that works well. There is a TV with some local channels to watch. And there is a big desk and good wifi so I was able to take a work call here

Nice little hotel is the center of Sofia. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was nice and soft, the bathroom was clean and the shower worked properly. The front desk was nice and helpful.

The only change I would make is to get bigger duvets. I’m not sure if the one in my room was a summer duvet but it was thin. However I had the heater to use if I wanted it

Very good value for money, the rooms are good sized, the bed is comfortable and I like the location - 10-15 minutes away from the center by taxi & 5 minutes away from Bulgaria mall and a big Billa shop

This was my second stay in this hotel

I recently spent a night at Festa Hotel when they were having some hot water problems. The water was warm enough to take a comfortable shower but again never hot water

I was offered a nice hotel gift and a discount on my next stay as compensation which upon reflection is adequate and correct

Hotel is very good. Service is poor. Lunch qnd dinner basic. They dont clean room daily. Waiter in restoran very bad.

Though it took some hours for the hotel to discover the problem however the staff were gracious and understanding

The staff at the hotel are extremely considerate and friendly, they certainly bring pride to the Novotel brand! Even though I come just a 2-3 times a year, due to its very convenient location near the airport (and next to a big mall), they always remember me and go out of their way to make me feel welcome (airport pick-up after midnight, some food & fruit in the room, etc

They provided me with excellent advice on local attractions and must-visit places. I was particularly impressed with their detailed recommendations for hiking trails in the area. The bar was another highlight of my stay

It's was quite far away from the center which was disappointing but the hotel itself was very nice. The food was good and the staff were pleasent and very helpful when I needed help organising the next stage of my trip

I had the chance to visit hotel Vega on the wedding of friends of mine. It was very good organized and the whole event went more than well - rooms, restaurant, food and decoration, everything was perfect

Super nice... the beds are king size and there is a hint of chic and "expensive" everywhere, but the food in the restaurant is really expensive. There is a market nearby and everything is great.

Nice small hotel. Despite the size the rooms are good, the staff is polite and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant has a garden and in general is worth trying but is a little overpriced.

Great and resonable hotell. Located litterally 5 steps from all restaurants/bars that looks like La Rambla in BCN.. Beers are really cheap in BG. Breakfast is really good with choises from meny. Large omelette...

Location is in the middle of the centre. TheHotel was ok, the stuff is helpfull and very service oriented however they are a bit amateur, so therefore there were some tech issues but nothing serious

The room is SUPER clean with all amenities included. The decoration is based on flowers thus the name “fleurs”

Staff of course was rude, or that's just how they are. Bathroom had women's hair , its color is on purpose so you don't see dirt , but once you walk barefoot you can feel how dirty it is, so always wear slippers

Windows are sound proof because I was able to hear all the noises from outside. I heard the upstairs neighbors as well as next door neighbors , so if you're looking for a quiet night , you will not get it

I was woken up in middle of night because upstairs decided to move furniture. Hotel is in the center of Sofia , so all restaurants are walkable. I don't think I will stay in this hotel again

Breakfast is not included , and if you wanted it, it would be 12€, looked at the sad breakfast and realized for 12€ you can get a fancy breakfast outside of the hotel

The room was smaller than looked in the pictures. The shower door leaked causing the bathroom floor to get very wet

If it was nice weather the balcony was great to sit on, but in bad weather lacked somewhere comfortable to sit

We went to the swimming pool with our baby, Alex was our instructor and he was great! A perfect experience!

Extra large room (25sqm) with very strange stripes on floor-which are unsimetric to the room equipment and that make fuzzy feeling. Location is quiet, small parking. Indoor pool and gr8 restaurant.

We had a great 4 day stay at Casa Ferrari. The room was large and spacious, bed was comfortable with a bath room en suite. Our host 'Lucy" could'nt have been more helpful and kind

He was also very good at sitting with us and telling us about Bulgarian history and culture which was really interesting. We would highly recommend staying here!

Quiet, I think there where only 3 rooms. Ludmil, the owner is very friendly, speaks good English and knows a lot about Sofia and advises what to see and do

A fine apartment faithfully furnished in beautiful Italian style. The host goes to great lengths to see that his guests enjoy their stay to the full.

Good service for a great price. The owner will tell you where to go in Sofia and will also take you on a day trip to see a monastery outside Sofia

Great place and fantastic owner! At the spot you can find whatever you want - water, snacks etc. Breakfasts are delicious 😀
