this was amazing! everything, actually! i went there with my family for 2-3 days and it was fantastic. the rooms had many space and sometimes rooms werre connected by doors as if the guys in the room were roommates

not only that, but the food and drinks were awesome! the fries were served very cooked and hot with alot of condiments, the burgers too, and there were many varieties of food and areas like spas, pools etc

If it wouldn't have been for the nice staff and cleanliness of the room, this hotel is not value for the money at all. I hate the fact that bulgarians always overrate their hotels

The hotel is very nice, it has a vintage look. I had included in the price of the room the gym and swimming pool but unfortunately I wasn't able to use them since I went on a business trip

But I had the Novotel experience, which was far worse, so I might give them a second chance in the near future. The hotel looks good on the inside but also on the outside and it is quite clean

Breakfast in this peaceful atrium every morning will be the highlight of your day. Possibly the best coffee I've ever experienced. Parking available, but also a very walkable location

I took a business room because I had to work, but I didn't notice any differences in the restaurant or at the reception, which made me happy

Good hotel part of the Marriott offering globally (I think the only one in Sofia); location is great - as you can see from the photos attached; near by are many key sites to visit and explore; only potential issue - if you are on the top floor room you may hear music/noise from the hotel bar on the roof

This hotel boasts an excellent location, though be mindful that rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. The deluxe rooms are spacious and come equipped with a bathtub, providing a luxurious touch to your stay

Beautiful spa area and in a perfect location. We should have asked for a higher floor but no. We visited the rooftop bar for a drink and views are very good

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city. Very nice SPA, excellent breakfast on the top floor with a wonderful view on Sofia! We had a perfect room with a top view on Austrian and Italian embassy

Only (small) minus was that is was possible to smoke in the roof-top-bar during night and the music was very, very loud! Nevertheless for our next visit in Sofia we will come back!!!

Very good value for money, the rooms are good sized, the bed is comfortable and I like the location - 10-15 minutes away from the center by taxi & 5 minutes away from Bulgaria mall and a big Billa shop

I recently spent a night at Festa Hotel when they were having some hot water problems. The water was warm enough to take a comfortable shower but again never hot water

I was offered a nice hotel gift and a discount on my next stay as compensation which upon reflection is adequate and correct

On a positive note, there were two smart TVs, and the Wi-Fi was stable with a consistent speed of 100 Mbps for both uploads and downloads. Restaurant: Breakfast was okay but lacked variety, especially for a 5-star hotel

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency while attending an Art of Living International Even in Sofia. Participants came to Hyatt from all over the world which can be challenging for any hotel of this size

Very nice 2 week business stay. Rooms large and clean, personell friendly - hospitality as it should be! I especially enjoyed the very good breakfast, but also had a few lunches and dinners

Radi was so helpful, friendly and provided great suggestions of where to eat and what’s unique to shop. Hotel is in a great location walking distance to city center, 5 min walk to the famous cathedral

Rooms a very spacious with tons of storage and very nice shower. We had club access, which offers delicious breakfast and happy hour appetizers in a quiet pretty setting

The lounge is spacious and comfortable with a solid happy hour. There is an excellent spa with both sauna and steam rooms as well as a pool area that has high pressure jets

The hotel exceeded above and beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely polite. My room/suite was clean and spotless. I had a dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was prepared to perfection

Not bad service, but the language barrier was obvious. No one informed us about a card in the closet which we have to use for cleaning the room the opposite way a "do not disturb" sign works

Staff were friendly and helpful, and there are some good restaurants and shops a short walk from the hotel.

The staff is not willing to take responsibility, so we will not recomend this hotel. While cleaning the room the threw away the lids of the contact lenses box

The receptionist was a bit rude, got annoyed that we bothered her, and made us wait for almost half an hour, but good customer service was not something I was expecting specifically, so it won't affect the final rating so much

No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense. Negative attitude is no way to treat customers

My wife and I stayed there one night with our 1 year old baby. It was very clean, staff is very polite and professional. Restaurant was about to close, but they still served me food. I would definitely stay there again

Everyone was delightful but 1/2 people made a really great impression, the chef that cooks the omlettes in the morning, he will always greet you and smile but overall his energy made you feel very welcomed

We just visited the rooftop terrace for drinks- which has stunning views over the mountains, great place to watch the sunset. The staff are very friendly and it’s a very funky cool design inside.

Super nice... the beds are king size and there is a hint of chic and "expensive" everywhere, but the food in the restaurant is really expensive. There is a market nearby and everything is great.

I payed 98 leva (50€) for 2 nights with 2 times breakfast, super cheap! I still don't get that they can give this all for that price ? A sugestion: you can order Domino's pizza, they deliver it straight to your room and they have a big menu for a small price

Love the atmosphere, I got cozy & clean 'smokers' room with very comfy bed,nice staff, only the included so called 'breakfast' was poor, and I mean reeaallyy poor, surprisingly t even a cup of coffee, but all else was definitely best value for the price! :) RECOMMENDED!!

Breakfast was some slices meat and cheese whit some vegetables and 3 slices bread. The bread was disgusting haha xd; and coffe or tea ofcourse! The hotel is close to the airport and a 20-25 minutes walking to the stores

The beds are the best you gonna ever find,they have the adjustable remote controlled once,the rest its okay but you can definitely get a good sleeping going,close to a mall too if you have time to kill

Would definitely recommend this hotel! It's located in a relatively quiet part of the neighborhood. At walking distance from Business Park Sofia. Rooms are huge and very clean

There is private parking in front of the hotel although the places are a bit limited but usually there is more than enough place on the side of the road as well

so in few words - I really liked my stay in "Dream" and will be visiting it again! :D DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!! ;)

Breakfast was ok, it's not buffet, they have a list selection where you can choose your preference. The view from restaurant it's quite beautiful with Vithosa Mountain and the entire Sofia city

This hotel is located to the south of Sofia in the shadow of the mountains. Small, friendly, comfortable hotel it has no restaurant at present but there sre cafes and restaurants nearby

Dont trust the lift it is unreliabile. The rooms are large enough and clean. It is a short bus ride to the centre of Sofia and there are walks in the mountains

Quite a lovely place. Very old fashioned. Got there with colleagues and we had a very lovely time. You should visit if in wonder.

Very nice traditional tavern, really tasty food and very nice service. It is allowed to smoke inside hence one star down.
