The hotel exceeded above and beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely polite. My room/suite was clean and spotless. I had a dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was prepared to perfection

New hotel with a modern "scandinavian" style design. Everything is well thought out. Breakfast is very good and prepared to order. Staff is exceptionally friendly, our stay here was short but sweet :)

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

You can walk everywhere to get around(important and interesting places). Very comfortable bed(mattress, pillows). The first night it was hot under the duvet. The rooms are comfortable and cozy

I have stayed at this place several times when coming to Sofia; it's like coming back to to a family who meet you with all the extras a hotel offers

The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The location is good, very close to Boyana church. There are a restaurant and a bar next to the hotel. No public transport to reach the city center, unfortunately

Set in leafy beautiful Boyana, rigth in the quiet centre, a couple of minutes away to the lovely gardens of Unesco designated Boyana church

The staff at the hotel are extremely considerate and friendly, they certainly bring pride to the Novotel brand! Even though I come just a 2-3 times a year, due to its very convenient location near the airport (and next to a big mall), they always remember me and go out of their way to make me feel welcome (airport pick-up after midnight, some food & fruit in the room, etc

They provided me with excellent advice on local attractions and must-visit places. I was particularly impressed with their detailed recommendations for hiking trails in the area. The bar was another highlight of my stay

It's was quite far away from the center which was disappointing but the hotel itself was very nice. The food was good and the staff were pleasent and very helpful when I needed help organising the next stage of my trip

Staff of course was rude, or that's just how they are. Bathroom had women's hair , its color is on purpose so you don't see dirt , but once you walk barefoot you can feel how dirty it is, so always wear slippers

Windows are sound proof because I was able to hear all the noises from outside. I heard the upstairs neighbors as well as next door neighbors , so if you're looking for a quiet night , you will not get it

I was woken up in middle of night because upstairs decided to move furniture. Hotel is in the center of Sofia , so all restaurants are walkable. I don't think I will stay in this hotel again

Breakfast is not included , and if you wanted it, it would be 12€, looked at the sad breakfast and realized for 12€ you can get a fancy breakfast outside of the hotel

The room was smaller than looked in the pictures. The shower door leaked causing the bathroom floor to get very wet

If it was nice weather the balcony was great to sit on, but in bad weather lacked somewhere comfortable to sit

We had a great 4 day stay at Casa Ferrari. The room was large and spacious, bed was comfortable with a bath room en suite. Our host 'Lucy" could'nt have been more helpful and kind

10 minutes walk to metro station, it is a big and old hotel, but rooms are clean, mini bar is warm not cooling. ROom view is amazing💚💚💚

We went for afternoon tea in restaurant Panorama. The view was amazing regardless of the rainy weather. We have a beautiful view over Sofia. The service was friendly and helpful. We have a very enjoyable afternoon.

We stayed 10 days at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia and the experience was exceptionally good. The staff was great at corresponding before we arrived with shuttle arrangements. The housekeeping was fantastic

The absence of pool or gym also don't make it 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is good but not very various. Mini bar which was not cooling beverages inside it. You want to take something to drink, but it's totally warm

We stopped at the Hotel Budapest on our way to Spain by train. What a find! We were checked in by Maria (Superwoman!) to our well appointed room, had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and a night cap in the lobby bar

TV programs in various languages and I enjoyed multiple channels of Bulgarian folk dance and music! On a street car line with bright street lights which might bother dome people

If you are a party of 3 or 4, consider taking a presidential suite - we were a party of 3 and paid $140/day for2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite. The front office staff are very helpful

There was some bad things happened. When I ask for transport they sad that there was no airplane that time and no room booked, so they coulden’t pick me up! They where wrong and they didn’t say I am sorry or something

Food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing and yet very inexpensive. Quick and easy access to the city centre (Serdika) by public transport. Slight problem with shower which wasn't fully rectified during our stay

The room was basic but clean and absolutely fine for the night. We had a nice breakfast and the hotel organised shuttles for everyone to get back to the airport. Overall a very nice experience in a very unlucky situation

Although the hotel had to deal with a lot of unexpected guests (most people from the cancelled flight), they managed the situation very well, stayed calm and friendly and managed the shuttle from the airport to the hotel as fast as possible

This is a budget hotel 5 minutes from the Sofia, Bulgaria airport. Some reviews said the air did not work, ours worked perfectly. Other reviews stated you could hear everything through the walls, we didn’t hear a peep

Great place to come to very clean rooms were beautiful swimming pool was nice and customer service was great however, the swimming pool staff member with long hair was very rude he rudely told us to get out of the pool because we weren’t aware of wearing the shower caps

I can only review the coffee bar, since I've been there twice and in both occasions the coffee was excellent - strong and fragrant, and my Crème Brûlée was simply fantastic! Highly recommend to try it! The service was good, including English speaking waiters

There is nice costumer service and lovely stuff. breakfast is OK but they have no free espresso. Dry cleaning prices are so expensive u can check the prices from my pictures. but room service and diner who I order its ok

Everyone was delightful but 1/2 people made a really great impression, the chef that cooks the omlettes in the morning, he will always greet you and smile but overall his energy made you feel very welcomed

We paid for 2 rooms and 4 people 370 € that means the one room with 2 beds about 90 euros !! THAT MEANS THAT THIS HOTEL IS VALUE FOR MONEY FOR SURE !!! because it offers everything and with the most luxurious way !!!! ((((((!!!!the only drawback is that if you let the car into the hotel they will charge you 15€!!!!)))))

The arhitecture of the hotel is well known in whole Sofia. Guests are treated with respect and the Service at the lobby bar is perfect. Hope to see this beautiful Place again!

Rooms are nice but the bathrooms are quite standard, would have here expected a bit more. Service is super friendly and the breakfast is good.

This hotel was designed by a great Japanese architect. Luckily the new owners could not ruined the this beautiful building from the outside, but the horrors that they did with the interior is despicable

You have to visit and just wonder to yourself how and why. The lobby is a spectacular rendition of insane interior design and the random placement of the property even more curious

Huge and amazing Hotel. Service was great and you have gym and Pool access. The breakfast was fresh and always delicious. Only point, the rooms became old. So like water lecks and old doors.
