Great place to come to very clean rooms were beautiful swimming pool was nice and customer service was great however, the swimming pool staff member with long hair was very rude he rudely told us to get out of the pool because we weren’t aware of wearing the shower caps

I can only review the coffee bar, since I've been there twice and in both occasions the coffee was excellent - strong and fragrant, and my Crème Brûlée was simply fantastic! Highly recommend to try it! The service was good, including English speaking waiters

I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia

this was amazing! everything, actually! i went there with my family for 2-3 days and it was fantastic. the rooms had many space and sometimes rooms werre connected by doors as if the guys in the room were roommates

not only that, but the food and drinks were awesome! the fries were served very cooked and hot with alot of condiments, the burgers too, and there were many varieties of food and areas like spas, pools etc

A good hotel, the lobby and halls are very beautiful, the interior is stunning, the park at the hotel is incredibly elegant, very beautiful, a very good place for high-level events, but the rooms in the hotel are quite old-fashioned and shabby, and the room service is also at a very low level

Huge and amazing Hotel. Service was great and you have gym and Pool access. The breakfast was fresh and always delicious. Only point, the rooms became old. So like water lecks and old doors.

Been there 3 times, great service and rooms overall. Even when I had some issues with one of the rooms in one of the times - the issues were promptly dealt with by the reception. High recommended.

You may find the decor a bit too over the top for you taste - it is all sparkle and dazzling details. But the rooms are much calmer, nice and cozy with great atmosphere to relax

For example, the maid just threw a blanket on the bed, straightened it out and said that she had a lot of work today, and she would not clean, that's the kind of service

Negative: - no wellness/gym area - no pool - nothing inside mini bar, you need to go to the reception if you want something - bad WiFi connection

Very nice hotel. Staff is extremely friendly , the restaurant serves a nice breakfast and dinner. We were upgraded to a corner unit that provided an excellent view of mountains. Will definitely stay here again!

Super-convenient to the main centre of Sofia and to a metro station if you want to go elsewhere. Beautiful renovation… exec rooms and exec bar excellent. Breakfasts well stocked and eggs were hot every day

I recently spent a night at Festa Hotel when they were having some hot water problems. The water was warm enough to take a comfortable shower but again never hot water

I was offered a nice hotel gift and a discount on my next stay as compensation which upon reflection is adequate and correct

Radi was so helpful, friendly and provided great suggestions of where to eat and what’s unique to shop. Hotel is in a great location walking distance to city center, 5 min walk to the famous cathedral

Rooms a very spacious with tons of storage and very nice shower. We had club access, which offers delicious breakfast and happy hour appetizers in a quiet pretty setting

A bit far from touristy places. Metro/Bus stops within 10 mins walk. There are a few nice restaurants nearby. Free minibar in the room (beers, juice and water). Happy that they took care of my requests

Delicious breakfast, friendly staff speak both Russian and English, they will help you with any advice, everything you need to know, up to calling a taxi. Daily housekeeping, laundry, we are very satisfied

Not bad service, but the language barrier was obvious. No one informed us about a card in the closet which we have to use for cleaning the room the opposite way a "do not disturb" sign works

The receptionist was a bit rude, got annoyed that we bothered her, and made us wait for almost half an hour, but good customer service was not something I was expecting specifically, so it won't affect the final rating so much

No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense. Negative attitude is no way to treat customers

Staff of course was rude, or that's just how they are. Bathroom had women's hair , its color is on purpose so you don't see dirt , but once you walk barefoot you can feel how dirty it is, so always wear slippers

Windows are sound proof because I was able to hear all the noises from outside. I heard the upstairs neighbors as well as next door neighbors , so if you're looking for a quiet night , you will not get it

The hotel is not in the city center however it is easy with the subway and it is next to the Billa grocery store which was really nice

Bed /pillow awful for me, too soft I couldn't sleep at all. The bathroom shower didn't work as it should. Excellent front desk / reception staff. I stayed longer than expected, so they tried to accommodate my extension

Despite a quiet and slightly isolated location, it’s very well connected to both the airport as well as the city centre with the nearby metro which is less than 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was good with a broad selection

We went for afternoon tea in restaurant Panorama. The view was amazing regardless of the rainy weather. We have a beautiful view over Sofia. The service was friendly and helpful. We have a very enjoyable afternoon.

The hotel is very nice, it has a vintage look. I had included in the price of the room the gym and swimming pool but unfortunately I wasn't able to use them since I went on a business trip

But I had the Novotel experience, which was far worse, so I might give them a second chance in the near future. The hotel looks good on the inside but also on the outside and it is quite clean

Breakfast in this peaceful atrium every morning will be the highlight of your day. Possibly the best coffee I've ever experienced. Parking available, but also a very walkable location

Good hotel part of the Marriott offering globally (I think the only one in Sofia); location is great - as you can see from the photos attached; near by are many key sites to visit and explore; only potential issue - if you are on the top floor room you may hear music/noise from the hotel bar on the roof

This hotel boasts an excellent location, though be mindful that rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. The deluxe rooms are spacious and come equipped with a bathtub, providing a luxurious touch to your stay

Beautiful spa area and in a perfect location. We should have asked for a higher floor but no. We visited the rooftop bar for a drink and views are very good

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city. Very nice SPA, excellent breakfast on the top floor with a wonderful view on Sofia! We had a perfect room with a top view on Austrian and Italian embassy

Only (small) minus was that is was possible to smoke in the roof-top-bar during night and the music was very, very loud! Nevertheless for our next visit in Sofia we will come back!!!

Spa: When I booked the hotel, it wasn’t clearly stated that access to the gym and pool wasn’t included in the price. I was disappointed to discover there were additional charges for these amenities

On a positive note, there were two smart TVs, and the Wi-Fi was stable with a consistent speed of 100 Mbps for both uploads and downloads. Restaurant: Breakfast was okay but lacked variety, especially for a 5-star hotel

My wife and I stayed there one night with our 1 year old baby. It was very clean, staff is very polite and professional. Restaurant was about to close, but they still served me food. I would definitely stay there again

Great option to stay a night after or before the flight, I've done it multiple times. Free shuttle to the hotel (and from it), you just call the driver (English speaking) and he's there for you in 3 min
