Apartments in Sunny Beach

We were lucky to get an apartment at the back of the resort (the sound of kids didn’t bother us at all). Place is clean, food is average but most important: the price is adequate for the facilities it supplies.

Accomodation as good as advertised, rooms are decently equiped, 2k smart tv-s, AC, kitchen are all good. The pools are open 24/7 and the temperature is perfect. The restaurant/bar makes good food, portions are okay for the price. The pizza is excellent though.

Sunny Beach is a tourist destination in one of the poorest countries within the European Union (Bulgaria). There are numerous accommodations from beach front hotels to self catering apartments, and I have visited a few of them, for which I can describe a lot as not fit for rental purposes, but this place is by far the best place I have ever stayed in and also reasonably priced. Situated just near Action Waterpark, this complex is a very good place to stay for vacation especially when you have a family. Plenty of green spaces, nice, clean an quiet. Apartments are clean and well maintained, with air conditioning systems in each room. Prices are fair. The only disadvantage is the distance to the beach, about 1,2 km walk. Wifi is good, the food of the two inside complex restaurants...

The hotel and the staff can only be recommended! Top ! Own pool with restaurant directly at the pool. Very clean and cozy. Everything in close proximity to reach, shops, stadium, bus station, beach etc. A quiet hotel right on the main road and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Nothing is missing.

The best hotel!

First Class on a Budget. although we were on a budget holiday with TUI. this hotel and the staff pulled out all the stops to make sure all their guests had a memerable time. Food first class and nothing was too much for them as one of our party was a fussy eater. five stars doesn't do it justice

Stayed there with a family in summer. We had a clean room with living room, two separated bedrooms and a balcony with a nice view of the outdoor pool. The hotel is close to sunny beach and Nesebar.

Thanks a lot for our holiday. The apartment is how it was described and showed on the pictures. The kitchen is almost packed. You have, everything to cook on your own if you like it ( but we had to buy a fried pan). Glasses, cups, knifes, cutleries, a laundry mashine, an air con per a room. Elite 1 Apartments are great , just in need of a little modernisation. Staff are fantastic nothing is a problem. Bar staff kiril ,Jack and the team a what really makes the place will definitely return.

Overall pretty good. A little fresh renovation in our apartment, but everything worked. He liked the rest more than a 5-star Turkish all inclusive (been several times). But this is just our taste. PS was 13 nights in a room with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen-Studio (98sq.m.). Three adults + two children (3 and 5 years old).

We made the reservation for Nessebar Beach Hotel Sunny Beach, however 2 days prior that due to partial hotel installation failure(a reason we were told) we were redirected and booked to Trakia plaza. A lovely and calm family hotel, away from the noise of Sunny Beach. The beach itself is on a 5min slow walk. Very kind hotel team. Amenities are good, our kids love the pool (and there is toddlers section too).

Just back from two weeks staying in Top floor Apartment we had a fantastic time this is our second year staying in this apartment and will be going back next year Cleaners In changing towels and bed twice a week fantastic balcony and owners well the Guys are brilliant Thanks we had a brilliant time highly recommend it Liz

Wonderfull place for holiday on the seaside. The rooms are clean and tidy . All of them has a huge balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening dinner. It is situated on a best location of Sunny Beach as the most famous beach "Cacao Beach" is just infront of the complex in 7 walking minutes. Absolutely normal prices. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull on every each point...
