First Class on a Budget. although we were on a budget holiday with TUI. this hotel and the staff pulled out all the stops to make sure all their guests had a memerable time. Food first class and nothing was too much for them as one of our party was a fussy eater. five stars doesn't do it justice

We were lucky to get an apartment at the back of the resort (the sound of kids didn’t bother us at all). Place is clean, food is average but most important: the price is adequate for the facilities it supplies.

Accomodation as good as advertised, rooms are decently equiped, 2k smart tv-s, AC, kitchen are all good. The pools are open 24/7 and the temperature is perfect. The restaurant/bar makes good food, portions are okay for the price. The pizza is excellent though.

We booked via Jet2 holidays as a self catering holiday for 7 nights. The apartment had a generous balcony with outdoor shower which was wonderful. Cascadas has many pools they are never crowded and can always find a quiet time. Beautiful grounds you can get lost though! Beds uncomfortable though.

Love the pools, lovely area , lost of staff to do around the hotel resort .The beds and the pillows was very uncomfortable ! We had only clean towels on on 2 and 4th day , no one come up clean for 6 days ! So We had dirty room. You could see cables hanging from the lights from the sealing ! Overall pretty good. A little fresh renovation in our apartment, but everything worked. He liked the rest more than a 5-star Turkish all inclusive (been several times). But this is just our taste. From my point of view staying in this apartment with family was good decision. Despite of narrow location of buildings the complex on the whole is felt like a reliable fortress and makes the safety inner yard area with neighbours and without outside noise. Always love my stay at Julia Famt Apartments. My dad discovered it a few years ago as somewhere nice and quiet with secured parking. We have returned every year other than during lockdown. Been staying here nearly 10 years now and love it so much, large spacious apartments, great pool, friendly staff, cleaning on request so as to not disturb you, towels changed regularly but if you need more just ask. The position is perfect for me as I can walk, New Nessebar, Old Nessebar and Sunny Beach but also bus is every 15 mins and only 2 Lev's. Can't wait to come back each year.
