Apartments in Sunny Beach

Pleasant experience at the begging of September. Special impression was food. The chief is very creative, there were a lot of interesting tastes and creations. Bravo for him! The stuff in the hotel is mostly from Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. Some of them very nice, specially girls from Ukraine, but some of them always frowning and cold. Well, we need more local Bulgarian stuff !

Rooms are really clean, pool is amazing. The place is just tre right size, not too much walk to bar/restaurant/pool. Perfect place with kids. Little playground right next to it. Food was tasty, maybe a bit more snacks would be nice in-between meals and another person behind the pool bar but all together great value and really enjoyable holiday.

The food is mainly good but it's very repetitive. The room are ok, but the mattresses are no good, especially if you have back pain. The room service is nice but they don't clean your room for the whole of your stay which is a bit of an issue when you stay for 2 weeks. Staff is nice but most of them have limited to non English, but you can have support at the reception. The hotel is 6 minutes walking...

Nice location - quiet but point to all kinds of transport - bus, mini train. Perfectly clean hotel and all hotel area. Food very tasty and various. Thematic nights in the dinner time. Very polite staff, all people working there want that you feel very special. I will highly recommend the hotel. Thank you to all the staff!

The Hotel is with a great location. Rooms are cleaned each and every day, spacious... Amazingly soft bed mattresses. The chef is from Turkey, so you get the best of the Mediterranean cuisine, drinks are on the house all day long, very generous and friendly bartender. Amazing, simply amazing..

Great hotel to stay, perfect 👌 ambient, employees goes out of their way and beyond to serve hotel guests. Food variety is excellent 😋,every day different meals, freshly BBQ fish, meet. Rooms are always spotless clean. Cold water but god damn the food and rooms were amazing the location it is a bit far from beach but a nice little morning walk is also nice so it didn't really matter to us if it was far (it's like 15 minutes slow pace) the ground are beautiful and there were cats

Bed was broken, room was dusty. A lot of food but the same every day. Great location, close to beach, 3 pools with loads of chairs, very nice park, loads of plants. Great bartenders by the pool and 2 o'clock snacks really good. Overall 4 stars rating,

This hotel is lacking in a lot of areas! I’ve just spent 1 week here with my family and it’s safe to say we won’t return. Everything is great, room clean, bed really comfortable, the pools are clean and has areas for children, park for them, most of the stuff does not speak English, the sweet part of the bufe is quite weak, but all in all i would come back

Great atmosphere, the animation team is doing a great job (miss u guys), the food is good but the disadvantage is the cleaning service which was a little bit poor. Overall a great place to spend your vacation!

We loved our stay in TSB apartments. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The apartments are serviced with daily cleaning and bed linen change every few days. There are 2 great pools, plenty of sunlounges, supermarket nearby and Lidl, around the corner. We did not eat in the apartments, although we had everything we needed to cook . We stayed here August 2024 our first time to Bulgaria. The hotel is very basic room could have done with a revamp, kids said the sofa beds were a bit uncomfortable. Two pools one massive. Lovely pool bar great range of food and drink and brilliant service. Usual reserving sunbeds very early dispite signs saying not too. Stayed in this hotel 26th may 2025 for a week with my husband. Rooms a bit dated but absolutely spotless,cleaners came nearly every day. Pool clean and a nice size. Many food restaurants near. Close enough to everything. Staff friendly. All in all had a very enjoyable stay. Dawn and mick

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday here. All the complex is spotless and the pool is well-maintained. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to look after their guests. We had a great time and will be going back. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from a lovely part of the beach and their are all amenities that you would need on the doorstep. Definitely one to recommend.

Had great time in sunny vivtory have already booked for next August staff very helpful would like to say a big thank you to emil dimi and our house keeper vili. Rooms basic but very clean and we had all we needed. Lidivery close just across road easy to get to. ***** close. Ehop on site too.

The vacation in this hotel was great however food was horrible and was same all time. Staff was awesome and kind. And the best was Moni Animation. She was amazing and her activities was so funny.

Did not stay here, but used their pool. 5e entrance pp. Very helpful receptionist. Not enough bins around the pool, people keep leaving rubish on floor, shame.

The pool is nice, the foog and the bar is great, but the best thing is the staff. Every worker there is very friendly, especially the animator.

Best place to stay in Sunny Beach! Great location, amazing view, very good value for money! Felt like we're in a presidential suite! Beach is just outside the pool, clean and a lot of places. Very much recommend!!

The pool is great and clean. The restaurant is one of the best in sunny beach but not many people know about it. The kitchen and the service is perfect! Great place!

Rooms are spacious, food is good. Prices are affordable, only downside is that its a bit long walk to the beach, a taxi is better to get to the strip.

For 3 stars good hotel. Nothing fancy, but all ok. Rooms they clean everyday. Sometimes in bathrooms was unpleasant smell of canalization. Stuff nice and frendly. Pool and area clean. Food normal, just all reapeted so was boring. Location good.

Hotel is quite basic but adequate, room spacious & very clean, It would be quite a challenge to cooks a meal with limited utensils but numerous restaurants very close to hotel. Please be aware that rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy from the main road which runs past the hotel, we moved room to the back of the hotel, we were offered a choice, breakfast was quite good the usual kind of thing...

What a wonderful place to stay for a holiday. STAFF, are brilliant, polite and respectful. LOCATION, is outstanding, beach, shops are very close etc. APARTMENT'S, are large well equipped, air con and peaceful. POOL, no problem with lido's any time you go to the pool. All in All a great little Village to stay.

This place is fantastic! The location is very good. There are many restaurants around. You cross the main street and after a while you are on the beach. The rooms are very spacious and large. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can eat for 6-7 Euros. The pool of the hotel is very clean and quiet! We strongly recommend Sun Gate - Sunnny Beach!

Fantastic hotel lovely staff, close to the beach and bars 10 minute walk. We will be booking again for next year, room was clean and tidy, cleaners were excellent and very friendly, cleaned daily, bed was very comfortable, local bars were excellent and very cheap.

Genuinely a fantastic little spot- run by the loveliest people. Came here with a group of 6 girls for a party/chill holiday. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming, the rooms were fantastic, huge, clean and cleaned every day. Taking us to the room making the second bed etc etc.. we noticed a folder which obviously had the rules etc in.... If l'm honest we read it and panicked thinking we would be blamed for everything... So with that we took photos of every inch of the place just to be sure...

Nice accommodation in a nice location Positive: one spit from the beach, nice staff, you can pay by bank card. Negative: it has only been used since the handover ... it could be renovated ... Wifi only on the ground floor. The rest later ....

Great hotel with awesome terrace, close to the beach (actually first line) and away from the noisy center with discos clubs and pubs. It has swimming pool, also really nice restaurant downstairs. The beach is less crowded that the center of Sunny Beach (Slnchev bryag). Walkable distance to Sveti Vlas (Sveti Vlas). Also you can rent a bike from the Rent-a-car downstairs and reach the old town of Nessabar

The only negative is the distance to the sea. Otherwise excellent apartment

Clean location, spacious apartment, but there are problems with how to get to the location because the booking address is not correct. Otherwise everything is ok.

A little difficult to find the reception. We had to ask twice how we could get to the front desk. Accommodation very ok, very nice complex.

There is everything you need for a less demanding tourist to spend their holidays in Sunny Beach. You can rent a room with a kitchenette for PLN 1200 ... for two weeks. In the room there is a pot, plates and a cooking machine as well as a fridge. It's nice and most importantly at night there is perfect silence. To the store a few steps and to the beach and the sea a little further. It's a 15 minute...

The price-quality ratio is OK. Those at the reception are very busy, the cleaning is done daily, the apartments are spacious with air conditioning, TV, balcony, kitchen equipped with everything you need. The only inconvenience in front of the hotel and the bathrooms are too small.
