This is a great hotel with a chilled out vibe. No rushing for sunbeds, or queues for the buffet. The food was nice and for the youngsters, they have a pizza oven, which is on all day. The staff are nice, and a special shout out to the animation team for always putting on a great show. The gym needs a good upgrade as some machines were broken, and were broken throughout our stay.

Probably one of, if not the best hotel in Sunny Beach. When we booked, they said it had a beach bar that's not been open for a while, apparently, and has been removed from the website. Good and cheap hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Food was really really good. Not a lot of choise but what they serve is fresh and tasty and that's what mates the most. Cocktails are not amazing they put way to much alcohol in. But for what i paid i got an amazing holiday.

Probably the best value for your money on the Black Sea Coast. Can't fault a thing, maybe except the people that put towels on sunbeds, but i understand that that's difficult for a hotel to police.

I spent 4 days in this resort late September and I really had a great time. Stayed as a family of 5 in August 2023. 2 rooms but only one was cleaned in the week stay. The food was to a good standard. The quests were mostly Eastern European. When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly. We had no balcony and when we asked to upgrade they wouldn't. The best hotel I have been to in my life! The pools and aquapark are amazing! My stay at the Helena Park Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. Lovely hotel & staff; the food is great, the beetroot they serve is amazing. I usually don't indulge in beetroot but when I saw it cut up like that on the buffet table, amongst all of the vegetables; I knew it was calling me. So good, so red, so juicy! Tasted amazing and I ate it every single day for every meal. Easily the best beetroot I've ever had and the best part of my entire trip!

The rooms are new with all facilities, a lot of space for families. The food is fresh and good and variations. The pool water is clean and sunbeds for everybody. The entertainers did a good job with kids and adults with a lot of games. It was a good vacation. The sea was not good because of sea wood.

Definitely one of the best hotel on the Sunny Beach. Breakfast costs 18 leva per person and it's very very rich. Hotel is clean and employees were always nice. We had one issue with noise from hall (A/C pipes) and they repair it in hour after anouncement. Thank you!

Spacious room, delicious food,polite staff,close to the sea and surrounded by many shops and cafes. Of the minuses: no Wi-Fi (bought a separate card for Internet )and not cleaned the room (had to go and ask to change the towels and clean the room),in the end, the maid service did not impress.

Hotel lovely, restaurant is a bit of a shambles. Not enough staff to get the tables cleaned for the next ones to come in .. can never find any sugar for coffee the staff don't know how to fix the coffee and tea machine if it needs resetting. Or replace the gas on the pop or favouring. Such a shame coz it could be great. Food could be improved as it's a little bland for UK tastes
