This hotel really deserves its 5 stars! Nice comfy and big rooms, great everyday service, helpful and kind administration team. Perfect location, quite silent, short walk to the beach, full of shops and services

And very tasty for me :) what I didn't like is people smoking everywhere. They sit outside usually but it's all covered by common roof so smoke spreads easilly. But it's a common problem in Bulgaria unfortunately

Also waitress service is nice and always in the place. Breakfasts are repeatable as some already said, but amount of things to choose is enough to change even every day during a week stay

It has a restaurant with delicious menu and normal prices. Everyone from the personal is friendly and trying to help you with everything. The apartments are huge and had everything to make you feel comfortable

Ok, might see some small breaks on the wall and really a small bit of smell, but if you don't require perfect Western European 5* standard, you will not notice

The staff was very friendly and supportive. The wide range of food and you even don't know what to choose. The building is newly renovated, rooms are good. Animation also is good. The cleaning lady comes everyday.

The grounds of the eye hotel were absolutely immaculate inside and out. The accommodation was very good, although no disabled rooms

Just stayed a week and really enjoyed it, we arrived late and had sandwiches in the room on arrival. Staff very friendly and hotel very clean and tidy. Food variety was good and catered for all

The pool area was cleaned unbelievably by all the staff in the morning There was literally a squad of 20 people cleaning the pool and the area. The staff were very helpful for me as I'm a disabled person

Amazing family hotel with 5 star service. We had food allergies in the family but received excellent help and food to choose from. The staff is very friendly, and Mimi in the animations team makes every day extra

Very clean and tidy everywhere. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Water bottles are also complimentary. No problem finding a sun bed by the pool. And easy to choose if you want sun or shade

Kids friendly, good service and environment. The relation between quality and price it's good. The localization is an other positive point: close to the beach.

We spent a few days on the way back to Ireland. Well,really suprised for a 3 Star Hotel, it is absolutely great, the same quality with a 5 Star Hotel in terms of tideness, service, and clean rooms

People were down at 6 am reserving sun beds which was a pain. The restaurant staff needed lessons in customer service. Otherwise we had a good time, the apartments were spacious & clean

You can find what you need in the rooms mainly, always hot water and clean kitchen stuff. The people in reception are professional but also friendly. Just 5-10 mins walking to beach but also great swimming pool

The place is fairly new and it looks very good, and it's very clean. If you're a picky eater, than you should reconsider taking anything else but breakfast there. The lunch and dinner didn't offer too much variety

I’m a very fussy eater and there was always something I could eat, only down side was it wasn’t very hot, the themed nights were great. Although the pool is a little small the grandchildren loved it

Evrething was perfect,rooms ,service and location! Specially I like the animation! There is 3 kids who are very lovely and very polite! This 3 kids they make me feel child again I really enjoy dancing with them !

The room was very spacious, the location of the hotel is a dream, the excellent atmosphere maintained by the hotel animators, the bartender very smiling, and the manager of the restaurant very kind and friendly

Very tasty and varied food, clean and beautiful rooms, and we can’t help but mention the animators, three young people made fun, interesting games for us every day, you can become real friends with them

They will always greet you with smiles on their faces

There are also evening shows, for example, Michael Jackson, my younger sister really liked him, everything was top notch, if there is another opportunity, we will definitely come back to you!❤️

Good hotel, very close to the sea. Nice, territory with swimming pool and a many beautiful roses around. Food was good enouph, maybe not as much as in Turkey, but still tasty.

Overall a good place to stay comparing price and distance to the beach and the center. I'm giving 2 stars less due to 2 reasons

Completely fine for a cheap place to stay! I was a bit scared after reading some reviews, but I enjoyed my time at Hotel Colosseum. Right next to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to the 'strip' of bars on Flower Street

There wasn't a huge choice or variety of food, but I always found something to eat - even if it was just chips, chicken, bread and fruit! They serve ice cream cones and cakes etc from 4pm too, so that's a nice touch

Breakfast basic but plenty, full cooked available at extra cost. Food in restaurant very good, quick and fairly priced. Hotel is 600 m 15 mins walk from beach, 500 m from Flower Street

This is a beautiful little hotel with pool and restaurant. Rooms and beds very clean and comfortable. Cleaned daily, bedding and towels every two days. Fridge but no kettle, shop 200 yards away with kettle £12

Stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and I have to say that I had a very pleasant experience. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. I had a great time and will definitely come back someday

The hotel has a private beach not far away with a small beach bar opened from 10 to 16:00 where you can find drinks, ice-cream and some sandwiches but is all the time crowded, you have to stay minutes in the sun to get something

Overall are not enough and it can be frustrating to come in vacation and you have to chase for the free facilities. In conclusion, it is a nice hotel with many facilities but to crowded

Many guests put a towel or something on the sunbed at the beach and the pool from morning until evening even if they are not physically there, leaving the others without any sunbeds

The personnel from the hotel should make some rules and organize somehow the sunbeds. Also a room can use for free only 2 sunbeds but some guests use even 4 sunbeds for one room

Very good hotel , located in the a good place, the food is great and the whole environment is well maintained and organized. There are many pools there and a big aqua park for the older and the younger

The bar staff - a couple of good ones but generally there is no order to who they serve and if you're not stood directly in front of them, or someone points out you were next, you're not getting served

Pools good and a good amount of entertainment. The main thing that let things down for us was the service from a lot of the staff - not all, there was the occasional good one, but not many

Arrived back home from here today 29/8/23 after spending a fantastic week. The hotel is absolutely perfect,away from the noise and hustle and bustle of flower street. The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for you

The tables of the restaurant were really clean (with white linen and all cutlery and glasses were sparkling clean). There were almost no Covid-19 measures in place

He provided all the needed information with a smile and was a very nice interraction. We arrived and checked in at 11:30 am but got our room after 14 pm. We went to lunch right after our arrival

What I did not like about the pool side was that there was a huge sign “DO NOT DIVE” and still both children and adults were diving in splashing everyone all the time without having someone to tell them to stop

The restaurant is quite basic but the food is varied and very, very tasty. Not once have I felt that they missed something. They had every kind of food for everyone, and tasty dishes as well

The outside pool is large, there are two separate large pools and you are always entertained by the animation team which is a plus

I did Aqua gym, morning yoga, my husband played water polo and darts, very nice games and fun times to do around the pool side

So the forbidden sign to dive in is there for nothing. you will get splashed even when you are minding your own business doing Aqua gym

All together, it is a very beautiful hotel for both old and young and whoever desires a good mix between shopping and going to the beach - this could be the perfect place for you!

I stayed in Hrizantema in July 2020. In 2021 the hotel is closed due to renovation works. Hrizantema is a nice hotel located in Sunny Beach region. Trip between airport in Burgas and the hotel takes about 30 min

Vacationing in 2016. I liked it very much. Good food, great location, good hotel staff.

Walk between the hotel and the beach takes 5 min and there is plenty of free of charge space so you are not forced to pay for sunbeds and an umbrella like in Golden Sands region

Rooms are typical for touristic hotels in Bulgaria but they are clean. Food is tasty in my opinion and everyone will find something delicious

Water coast is shallow, for instance 100m off shore water depth is about 2m. In Golden Sand region 2m depth is 2-3 times closer

At first, I didn’t liked their food on the dinner, but then I realized that there’s something called snack bar from 12 to 14 and you can eat things like fresh pizza, fries and others

Placious stablishment with decent swimming pools and it was hella quiet, which was great. however cousine was almost the same for entire week. Seriously that was the weakest part

Overall a good stay, but when we checked out reception had to ring someone to check our room before we was allowed to leave which was a bit weird

The food was simply delicious, with a huge assortment of meats and salads (including fish, prawns, mussels, rabbit, lamb, pork, and chicken). Pastries and the buffet in the cold section were also very good

The food is excellent every night is different foods and every night it was fabulous. There is lots for children to do, I have a 4yo daughter and she loved every minute of her holiday

She told me” I want to live here forever” there is a lovely playground and children’s club/ entertainment. The entertainment staff are so lovely and very welcoming to all children

The bar staff have great sense of humour and are very smiley and welcoming. The rooms are lovely and clean , cleaned everyday and sheets and towels changed everyday

Good accommodation,great food but I have to complain about the parking. It is way too small plus you are rushed when you park in front of the hotel,even to get out your luggage from or to your car
