Staff all over the hotel are just superb, their attitude is excellent, special mention to Lora the customer relations manager, she is fantastic and can sort any problems or give advice to the guests, speaks about 6 languages

Both pools are easily 40 meters across, great for any keep fit fanatics for the early morning swim. The hotel is really child friendly, the lifts go from any floor all the way down to pool level, so no stairs

There is a kids club, a kids pool attached to the right hand pool, there is a lifeguard on duty at each pool. The areas round both pools are so big that you never feel crowded

Immaculately clean everywhere. Food options are very good, plenty of choice at the main restaurant and the snack bar. 2 a la carte restaurants, we went to the Italian- excellent, make sure to leave a tip

Just comeback from a fabulous 10 days holiday. Location fantastic, away from the noise but close enough to the middle of Sunny Beach if you want nightlife

The beach is amazing and only a 200 meter stroll from the hotel lobby. Fabulous sand and a gentle slope into the water with no rocks, super safe with lifeguards every hundred meters

Fantastic hotel. Great food and mega good service. Rooms clean, large. Close to the beach. Lots of shops nearby, Very nice service. Especially the receptionist Rado and the bartender Jenishbek.

Breakfast was good too a nice selection of cooked and continental. Lots of pools to choose from however I was quite happy with the heated indoor pool

Very clean. Food is good and fresh. Staff are very good and accommodating. Entertainment manager Alex is a top class bloke, brilliant at his job.

The animation team was also excellent, full of energy and great with both kids and adults, always keeping things fun and engaging

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, always going out of their way to help and make sure we were comfortable

The rooms are cleaned every day top service. The bar staff can't do enough for you . The swimming pool is very warm and cleaned every day

We stayed in the premium block with views over the pool and part beach. What people need to understand about Eastern Europe is the countries culture, which is often misinterpreted as rude

What I would say is that May in Bulgaria is not the warmest and there’s not many ppl about but I loved this. There is a crown exchange right outside the hotel and we just changed the money as we went along

I’ve seen one review that said the food in the premium restaurant was ‘too posh’. Pizza, pasta and breaded chicken too posh?! My 6 year old had a plate full of random food every night

We dined in the Italian which was lovely and the Mexican which was ok. We really don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel and would go again. My 6 yr old is asking to go again

If you’ve been to places like Budapest you will understand. You’re not going to get a Greek welcome. Please keep this in mind and be open minded when travelling to other countries

The market shops outside the hotel I thought were really expensive. Like UK prices or even more for snacks. We walked to flower street a few times and felt safe

It was so good I stayed an extra week and have booked my return in September

I also booked a manicure, pedicure, and massage at the spa — all three treatments were absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Total bliss! The cocktails were top-notch, too — perfectly mixed and very reasonably priced

What an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever come across

The buffet breakfast and evening meals had so much variety — there was something for everyone, and it was all delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax

Also on the territory there is a huge pool, and three bars, a large choice of cocktails, I want to note the bartender Redji will make the best cocktail, the territory of the yard is large is divided into zones, a lot of greenery

The cuisine is excellent, everything is very tasty, both first and second courses, desserts as well. The rooms are cleaned every day

All together, it is a very beautiful hotel for both old and young and whoever desires a good mix between shopping and going to the beach - this could be the perfect place for you!

The hotel was spotless and the refurbished rooms were really good. The hotel has two main restaurants and the food was second to none. there is so much choice and variety each day

just returned from a great 10 night stay, rooms were lovely decorated and comfortable, super clean and towels changed daily, on arrival had a great welcome and they took our cases an showed us to our room which was on the second floor, and had lovely pool and sea views, the lifts can be a bit dodgy as the door shut on me and I jammed my foot which is still hurting now I'm back home, staff were friendly...

Well I asked my travel agent to choose a destination and hotel, so to be fair I was going in blind. As my flight was delayed I arrived at the hotel just after midnight. All the facilities were closed

30am and alcohol drinks from 11am, which we found good, we had a great time and would not hesitate to go back to this hotel in the near future and recommend it to others

In addition to this there is a small food bar on the terrace that again serves amazing food. While there the pool area did get busy but if you get your towel on early you'll be fine

However, the hotel has left a bag with a sandwich, apple and water so that at least I had food. The hotel is situated not far from the beach (just a few minutes walk)

Pool side area is relaxing and the all inclusive drink offer is very good with wine , beer and spirits as well as soft drinks and hot drinks

I was incredibly apprehensive after reading the previous reviews but luckily went with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and helpful welcome I received. Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard

Great place for a family holiday. The location of the hotel is good - close to Nessebar, everything is nearby, there are not as many people on the nearest beach as in other places

Food is quite nice and deffo tasty. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Short walk to the beach ( did with a 1 yold and very doable). Overall good experience and would recommend

We couldn't find a parking space in front of the hotel, but they offered us a space in another parking, very close and with the posibility to keep it if you go for a short drive, which I also liked

I'll allow myself to comment on the good and bad aspects of the hotel. The good: The rooms are very quiet, and overall, it's not noisy. The pool and slides are very nice. The hotel's location is excellent

Perfect as always. This is our third time staying in Tiara Beach Hotel for the last 2 years. Highly recommend, especially for the kids. Food is perfect, location is perfect. No complaints at all!

You pay extra to get VIP service as such but it was a farce at the Preferred pool area, anybody could go in due to the fact orange towels are issued with your bag on arrival but once they were put for wash you were given brown towels the same as all hotel guests so in my opinion it’s wasn’t really worth the extra money

The orange towels were to differ you from other guests, we did ask at reception but told no more as they were waiting on an order for them coming in 🤪🤪🤪

Just returned from a 7 day holiday with friends at this hotel. It is a fabulous hotel with the biggest swimming pool I have ever seen

The hotel, staff and food were exceptional couldn’t fault anything apart from The Preferred Club, it is a bit of a rip off

The best hotel I have ever stayed in!! We have had the most amazing time. On arrival we were greeted at reception, checked in and had our luggage taken upstairs to the 5th floor for us

The Club lounge was ok but at one point we went in at night and the optics were empty it’s nothing great. Our minibar in our room did not fully stock premium spirits

Would have been good to see a show from the animation team (there is an outdoor stage) but quite low season so maybe it ramps up soon. Some of the alcohol seemed very weak. Probs best to stick with beer and wine

A very attractive and inviting hotel. I am a regular visitor and can openly say that it offers excellent quality of services along with a relaxing atmosphere

Entertainment is very good, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the food is a nice mixture of Bulgarian cuisine with the best of European most popular dishes

Good location with bus stop to Nessebar not far away and beach a few minutes walk. Always fresh salad, fruit, veg and cheese available at lunch/dinner. Selection of fresh bread including a lovely wholemeal with seeds

Good bits Rooms are bright and clean, with several mirrors and nice balcony. Pool is large and wasn't ever crowded during our stay. Animation team are enthusiastic but not too loud

Entertainment was realy good especially the shows the entertainment team put on. We would defo go back to this hotel. Special thanks to Stillian Boris & Janesa you are fantastic & provide hours of entertainment

Stayed for 7 nights, they even put food on for late arrivals… Spotlessly clean, lovely sea view room, food was really good with great choice, staff friendly and helpful

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location the staff are so helpful and the food is good although a lot of pork and chicken is served a very good salad bar and cakes to die forBreakfast is ok but very much the same every day

1) The seagulls are a nightmare… flying around all day just waiting for food and they are noisy and dirty. staff cleaned poop up every morning but you risk getting pooped on by the pool

The location is perfect right on the beach and a few minutes walk from the main ***** in flower Street. The manager Alex goes out of his way to interact with all holiday makers, making sure they having a good time

Good location at the end of the strip so much quieter. Shame it didn't have sea views as blocked by sister hotel in front of it. Food was good, varied and fresh

It is in the quieter north of the resort & is a pleasant 20/30 mins stroll, along the promenade, to the livelier centre. We would gladly return to this hotel & would highly recommend it to friends & family

The grounds of the hotel are amazing and kept very well. There definitely isn't enough sunbeds or tables and chairs outside the bar area. I would say that the one main downfall was lack of a wc outside

The room conditions are good for a 2 star hotel. There is room cleaning every day and the personnel is kind. The food is GREAT, very diversified and tasty. Awesome view to the seaside from top floors.

Checked into this hotel for a night and found staff so friendly from start to finish. Room basic but amazing shower and comfy beds. Free access to beach bar and beds on beach

Was in a great location right opposite the beach our board was all inclusive but we ate out most nights as the food was catered for the local Bulgarians which was not our taste the coffee is good but it's served in tiny cardboard cups and the drinks are served in tiny and flimsy plastic cups

Kept lovely and clean through out the hotel even the pool everyday Loads of sunloungers with 2 good size pools and a pool bar in the centre of them

Hotel area: Staff was kind and helpful, no complaint here; Cocktails were just juice, like in most all inclusive and a lot of times we had to stay in a line to get a drink (even for water); Big downside for us was that everything closed down at 11pm

Hotel food: Diversified food and tasty veggies and fruits, but some trays were always empty (like pancakes); A lot of times it would get overcrowded in the restaurant. Horrible coffee throughout the entire area

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lion as a group of 3 in August 2024. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a pool view, balcony was a bit small but was still nice

Food was varied and delicious at all meal times, however at breakfast it was especially busy and sometimes hard to find a table to sit at. The pool snack bar had excellent food choices and the food was quick to arrive

The hotel had a good location, and the food at the hotel was quite okay. There were issues with check-in, as it starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM

The hotel staff were friendly most of the time but some seemed a bit unbothered or like they didn’t want to be there at times, but friendly enough

There is not enough sun loungers for all of the guests and we had to go down at 7am each morning to ensure we got 3 sun loungers together

We are a family of SIX visiting for the second time, (as big family’s will know we do struggle to find hotel rooms big enough to cater for us) the rooms available for big family’s do not disappoint

All rooms are supplied with a washer which really helps when having children

The big minus was if you miss any meal for even two minutes out of the schedule, staff will lock the bufee door and turn off the lights, making you very nervous and putting a pressure on you not to miss a meal

I would very highly recommend Premier Fort to any family no matter the size

All in all, we had a lovely time, and our kid really enjoyed every day's activities, especially disco for kids with hotel's animators. The hotel definitely needs improvement but i still recommend it

The first room that we got was not as near as we booked (sea was barely visible, and we wanted a terrace with a sea view), so they gave us a better room with a beautiful view and a big terrace

The best spa and hotel we have been to so far in all of Bulgaria. Just an amazing spa and every treatment we did was amazing simply the best spa there is. The food in the restaurant is just amazing at really good prices

(surprisingly it's a 301 room as other, very judgmental commenter also, seems the issues are fixed already!) Restaurant is very good - tasty food, very big amount of places to sit and really reasonable prices, especially for daily offer

And surprisingly not many people in the end of August (most prefer the sea, as me :) Last but not least, as I'm disabled person, i got a comfortable room, close to an elevator and with helpful adjustments in the bathroom

And very tasty for me :) what I didn't like is people smoking everywhere. They sit outside usually but it's all covered by common roof so smoke spreads easilly. But it's a common problem in Bulgaria unfortunately

Also waitress service is nice and always in the place. Breakfasts are repeatable as some already said, but amount of things to choose is enough to change even every day during a week stay

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future

Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh
