Staff all over the hotel are just superb, their attitude is excellent, special mention to Lora the customer relations manager, she is fantastic and can sort any problems or give advice to the guests, speaks about 6 languages

Both pools are easily 40 meters across, great for any keep fit fanatics for the early morning swim. The hotel is really child friendly, the lifts go from any floor all the way down to pool level, so no stairs

There is a kids club, a kids pool attached to the right hand pool, there is a lifeguard on duty at each pool. The areas round both pools are so big that you never feel crowded

the room is cleaned every day. food is generally very steep, all cooked deliciously and from the main restaurant, just not crawling. the hotel is better than expected

Just comeback from a fabulous 10 days holiday. Location fantastic, away from the noise but close enough to the middle of Sunny Beach if you want nightlife

lots of market stalls selling good quality fakes Cocktail bars along beach are wonderful and prices are soo cheap. We ate a a few local restaurants which were all lovely. you don't feel pressured to go in

Burgers chicken salads are all provided as snacks just a few to mention. The bar was fully stocked with lots of drinks good quality and these were available when we needed them obviously they close during the night

this is advertised as an aqua park hotel but the best slide is open for 1 hr per day with massive queues, other slides only open in conjunction with another, so dont expect slides to be running altogether, and not open throughout the day

The hotel and staff were amazing very helpful and friendly. clean rooms nice size plenty of storage space and a small balcony

Cleanliness from the room was not the best. but that's probably due to the carpet floor. And the inner pool area is amazing

For me the down side some of the food wasn't good, overcooked but I could always find something I liked the salads were beautiful fresh and the snack bar was brilliant lovely food

I celebrated my birthday at the Toscana restaurant with my family. We were taken care of by the staff the whole time. We had a beautifully arranged table and there was a surprise champagne waiting for us

Fantastic hotel. Great food and mega good service. Rooms clean, large. Close to the beach. Lots of shops nearby, Very nice service. Especially the receptionist Rado and the bartender Jenishbek.

The animation team was also excellent, full of energy and great with both kids and adults, always keeping things fun and engaging

Breakfast was good too a nice selection of cooked and continental. Lots of pools to choose from however I was quite happy with the heated indoor pool

Had a wonderful stay at imperial hotel in sunny beach all the staff where extremely pleasant especially Rado who couldn’t do enough for you made our stay amazing and extremely helpful on our last day with where to freshen up before transfer to the airport what facilities where still available to us on our all inclusive my advice if you leaving late the all inclusive is only available for the lunchtime...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, always going out of their way to help and make sure we were comfortable

The only downside was the older gym and the harder pull-out bed with the added mattress, but it was manageable. Truly one of the best hotels I have ever experienced

All together, it is a very beautiful hotel for both old and young and whoever desires a good mix between shopping and going to the beach - this could be the perfect place for you!

Basic room and amenities(only shower gel and slippers). Poor variety of food and repetitive, but good report price-quality. Pool area was ok.

Also on the territory there is a huge pool, and three bars, a large choice of cocktails, I want to note the bartender Redji will make the best cocktail, the territory of the yard is large is divided into zones, a lot of greenery

The cuisine is excellent, everything is very tasty, both first and second courses, desserts as well. The rooms are cleaned every day

A lot of entertainment for children, playground, children's room with different games, as well as not leaving the territory of the hotel you can do tattoo with henna. Thanks for everyone, see u next summer

The rooms are immaculately kept, and the food is varied, creative and locally produced, and tables are laid with fresh linen - lovely! I could live on the soups and fresh bread alone! It has a laid-back vibe, great staff, and it is the only hotel I have ever re-visited and will continue to revisit

Second time to stay at this hotel. This is a first rate hotel at the quiet end of the resort. Facilities are excellent as is the food. Probably the rooms could do with updating

The best thing about the hotel is the access to the beach five steps from the entrance and superb quality. Sun beds for the hotel are free

I also booked a manicure, pedicure, and massage at the spa — all three treatments were absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Total bliss! The cocktails were top-notch, too — perfectly mixed and very reasonably priced

The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and just steps from a lively street full of shops, bars, and restaurants. We had such a great time and would definitely return without hesitation

We stayed at Hotel Marvel in July with our family. Overall, our impressions were mixed — there are many good things, but also disappointing aspects. Pros: Spacious, modern hotel with a fresh renovation feel

The hotel was not too crowded, there was no need to wait for anything. Even at the pool there were always some free sun loungers. The other tourists were mainly from Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania

We had all inclusive and everything was included in the price. No complaints, the food, especially the fresh salads, were great. The meat dishes were also tasty. The fish dishes were often a bit dry

However, the selection was wide, there was something for everyone. The hotel and the room were quiet. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was really comfortable

The food was lovely but can be repetitive as expected for an all inclusive, but always something to choose from! The fresh pizzas from the snack bar were tasty! The bar staff around the pool area were hard working lads, very friendly! The pool area was always clean, never struggled to grab a sunbed, however throughout the later morning it became busy! The activities throughout the day… I do not know...

I'll allow myself to comment on the good and bad aspects of the hotel. The good: The rooms are very quiet, and overall, it's not noisy. The pool and slides are very nice. The hotel's location is excellent

The food and drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were plentiful and of excellent quality. The rooms were clean, spacious, and we were fortunate to have a beautiful view of the sea

Food is quite nice and deffo tasty. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Short walk to the beach ( did with a 1 yold and very doable). Overall good experience and would recommend

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, providing impeccable service throughout our stay. When we requested a crib for our son, they were very prompt, and it was already set up in our room upon check-in

We couldn't find a parking space in front of the hotel, but they offered us a space in another parking, very close and with the posibility to keep it if you go for a short drive, which I also liked

Perfect as always. This is our third time staying in Tiara Beach Hotel for the last 2 years. Highly recommend, especially for the kids. Food is perfect, location is perfect. No complaints at all!

You pay extra to get VIP service as such but it was a farce at the Preferred pool area, anybody could go in due to the fact orange towels are issued with your bag on arrival but once they were put for wash you were given brown towels the same as all hotel guests so in my opinion it’s wasn’t really worth the extra money

The orange towels were to differ you from other guests, we did ask at reception but told no more as they were waiting on an order for them coming in 🤪🤪🤪

We found all the staff very friendly, Marie is the swim up pool lifeguard, speak to her she is such a lovely girl. Malibu is available but you have to pay for it

The hotel, staff and food were exceptional couldn’t fault anything apart from The Preferred Club, it is a bit of a rip off

The best hotel I have ever stayed in!! We have had the most amazing time. On arrival we were greeted at reception, checked in and had our luggage taken upstairs to the 5th floor for us

The Club lounge was ok but at one point we went in at night and the optics were empty it’s nothing great. Our minibar in our room did not fully stock premium spirits

Entertainment is very good, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the food is a nice mixture of Bulgarian cuisine with the best of European most popular dishes

Would have been good to see a show from the animation team (there is an outdoor stage) but quite low season so maybe it ramps up soon. Some of the alcohol seemed very weak. Probs best to stick with beer and wine

Food you have 2 restaurants to choose from both with a good selection you won't go hungry. The pool bar also has a great selection of drinks and food

First holiday to Bulgaria Sunny Beach, stayed at the Barcelo Royal Beach, frome the start the staff have been welcoming we arrived late early hours check-in was fast was also given a courtesy food bag with sandwich fruit and water

Service towards the end of our stay regarding the bar by the pool slowed towards the end of our stay but overall the quality was good with us having a brilliant time

Todor the guest relations manager helped us on the last day as we didn't fly home till 11. 15pm collection at 8pm he kindly arranged the courtesy room for us to shower and get ready for our trip home

This is my favorite hotel at the Black Sea coast and I’ve been there 5 times so far. The facilities are clean, the food is good, the pools are great, and the sea is nearby. There’s no more to wish for!

We did not finish the appetizer, the starter, the main dish nor the dessert. The staff is weird, when we complaint that the food is not good, they answered "it is your choice to eat at the all inclusive buffet"

I would especially like to highlight Angel and Ivo, who were always helpful and served drinks to the hotel guests with a smile. There is a huge variety of tasty meals, fruits, salads and cakes as well

Our room was furnished with modern, comfortable furniture, featured whisper-quiet air conditioning, and had a spacious balcony with views of either the sea or the pool

The restaurant staff was always helpful, polite and hard-working with a smile on their faces all the time. I would especially like to highlight Christian and Ekaterina who speak very good English

The property is in good shape overall. Yet it feels like overstaying one’s welcome at a party. Beach chairs being carted off. Nowhere to sit outside unless you can stand being cooked in the scorching sun

This hotel was amazing the food was great and plenty of choice, staff were friendly and helpful although could smile more, rooms were lovely light and cheery and comfy

The coach ride there and back to the airport was also good. Going to go back next year but with my aunt and uncle, hope we get the same great experience! Great for the money

The hotel did not outsource singers or bands apart from a trio on a Thurs eve. They were good however the following Thurs it was the same trio singing the same songs in the same set order

we found it hard to get a table each morning and food was cold. Noticed a lot of people handling the bread and putting it back again. Guys in charge of towels didn’t speak

Just returned from a week at best western this was our 3rd time check in was great really polite lady on reception we arrived early and gave us our room. Room was good clean as usual, breakfast was included and was good

For a central hotel, close to the heart of the resort, it was very good but the small size of the hotel meant that there was little in the way of additional facilities that the bigger resort hotels have

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lion as a group of 3 in August 2024. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a pool view, balcony was a bit small but was still nice

Food was varied and delicious at all meal times, however at breakfast it was especially busy and sometimes hard to find a table to sit at. The pool snack bar had excellent food choices and the food was quick to arrive

The hotel had a good location, and the food at the hotel was quite okay. There were issues with check-in, as it starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM

The hotel staff were friendly most of the time but some seemed a bit unbothered or like they didn’t want to be there at times, but friendly enough

There is not enough sun loungers for all of the guests and we had to go down at 7am each morning to ensure we got 3 sun loungers together

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future

Was in a great location right opposite the beach our board was all inclusive but we ate out most nights as the food was catered for the local Bulgarians which was not our taste the coffee is good but it's served in tiny cardboard cups and the drinks are served in tiny and flimsy plastic cups

Kept lovely and clean through out the hotel even the pool everyday Loads of sunloungers with 2 good size pools and a pool bar in the centre of them

The food is terrible!! Catered for polish and Russians. Snack bar served same slop every day is same been on alot of all inclusive and has to be the worse hotel is fine apart from the food is best described as slop!!!!

Upon checking out told us to hold onto bands for 2 more hours and have lunch and enjoy the complex bit longer. Staff made the trip more enjoyable especially the young girl at bar in lobby
