Two minutes walk away is the Fiesta beach bar good for lunches and watching the sports. All in all a great holiday, good food, great staff and kept immaculately clean; we would come back here again

Overall, we had a great stay here. However, the lack of entertainment & poor drinks selection would probably put us off coming back. The Good SERVICE 5/5 - the hotel has (mostly) chosen a really great team

Always very friendly & efficient. LOCATION 5/5 - the hotel is on the beach FOOD 4/5 - lots of choice, tasty, a little repetitive ROOMS 3/5 - A little dated, more 3-star quality, but acceptable

POOL AREA - 4/5 - it's enormous, you'll always get a sun lounger. The pool was chilly though! The (Not so) Good DRINKS 2/5 - both beers were dreadful, the wines were undrinkable

Brilliant stay. Very clean. Food pretty good. Staff very attentive. Lots of loungers by the pool and on the beach. Excellent snack bar. Well worth the stay, definitely recommend.

No Bottled drinks, except beer in the Asian restaurant. After 2 days out of a 15 day stay, we drank in bars along the beach or went to the Carrafour supermarket in front of the hotel and drank on our balcony

I will give you 5 stars because for my opinion everything was great. The bar with drinks and beer was great. For this price I think everything was very good

Good accommodation,great food but I have to complain about the parking. It is way too small plus you are rushed when you park in front of the hotel,even to get out your luggage from or to your car

Wonderful hotel, far exceeded our hopes. We very much liked the big room, the friendly staff, the tasty food, the location - central but also close to Nessebar, and as close as it can be to the beach.

Large rooms and balconies. Tasty and varied food. There are animators, and a gym. There is only wifi in the lobby. Three swimming pools and a small slide for children.

A hotel that has disappointed expectations. Advantages - it's close to the beach, has very spacious rooms and the evening program for kids very successful. Disadvantages - the service which leaves much to be desired

It give the impression that it's not finished. There are still many things to be improved. Big rooms with old and used furniture. Bathrooms are big but without shelves and hangers

Very clean hotel, fantastic water park for the kids and entertainment in the evening for them. Food is really good quality and you always find something you fancy

The premium rooms are really close to the beach, where we could have beers and soft drinks and the resort is really well located. In other words, if you organise a big trip with a group of friends, it is worth coming

I think that coming with 50 other people from Budapest helped because they treated us as special guest, they gave us a free champagne bottle on our last day and let us host a small party in a reserved area

The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The lobby was stunning and we had amazing drinks there to set the tone for our beachside escape

But our showerhead in the bath was two times broken, because of low quality, we asked at the reception and they sad the craftsman will come in 30 minutes, but he never come

Wonderful place! clean rooms, cleaned every day, a lot of food, snack bar, ice creams, clean waterpools, water slides, bodyguards, everyday their animators did a show which was amazing, nearly to the beach and sea, on the one side city and on the other sea and little shop

The Food was bad, I heard from a lot of people which I learned in Bulgaria Sunny Beach that in almost every Hotel food is not great. But outside is always delicious food

Just came back the food and services we're rubbish the only good about the place was the outside bar and snack bar and the pool also they need to cut them trees down as we couldn't see the pool off the balcony

Great hotel for a family holiday. Rooms spacious and clean - daily cleaning was standard. Very friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the bars and main restaurant

Hotel is great, near the sea, it has a lot of good, fresh food in a canteen (also in snack bar- pizza, kebab, french fries, ice creams). Rooms and pools are clean, staff is friendly and helpful

All together, it is a very beautiful hotel for both old and young and whoever desires a good mix between shopping and going to the beach - this could be the perfect place for you!

I stayed in Hrizantema in July 2020. In 2021 the hotel is closed due to renovation works. Hrizantema is a nice hotel located in Sunny Beach region. Trip between airport in Burgas and the hotel takes about 30 min

Rooms are typical for touristic hotels in Bulgaria but they are clean. Food is tasty in my opinion and everyone will find something delicious

to buy as well as many many restaurants and bars it is very fortunate to be here. The way to the beach is also just a 5 to 10 minute walk. The only critics: the free WiFi connection does not work (good) in the rooms

Water coast is shallow, for instance 100m off shore water depth is about 2m. In Golden Sand region 2m depth is 2-3 times closer

Water is the pool is perfectly clean and warm. Hrizantema is a good 4* Bulgarian hotel with an excellent pool area and close to a nice beach where you aren’t for forced to hire a sunbeds

Arrived back home from here today 29/8/23 after spending a fantastic week. The hotel is absolutely perfect,away from the noise and hustle and bustle of flower street. The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for you

Private beach is 2 minutes away from the hotel. Great coffee, money exchange with fair rate directly at the reception. This time we came without travel agency for the first time

We have just returned from our 10 days family stay in this fabulous hotel! The selection, presentation and quality of food were excellent! No complaints from us

He is what makes this hotel, he has brilliant hospitality and customer service and would return based on that alone! The room sizes are very generous for a family of our size which we love! The staff in the upstairs restaurant are lovely and friendly and very patient

Lots of space around the hotel and activities to keep guests busy throughout the day. The beach was just a 5 minute walk away with beautiful views. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future it was brilliant

We went as a family for the first time to Bulgaria, we wish we had of came a week earlier as a lot of places-trips were closing for the season, but with that in mind we still found things to do with our family

My partner and I stayed here for a week (checked in 26th September 2024). I can not fault this hotel and had a all round lovely experience. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and food was fantastic

The beach is a stone throw away which the kids loved! We had an incident happen whilst we were there but the General Manager Alex was quick to help And reassure us

( The cakes and desserts were amazing ) The outside area and pools and sunbeds were spacious and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The hotel was in a good location a 10 minute walk to the beach and resort

The cleaners were freindly and always said hello. The hotel manager spoke good English and was helpful. The food was nice and varied and something for everyone

I have just stayed at the marvel hotel for 11 days Sep 2024. The hotel was very clean there were always cleaners to be seen around the hotel inside and outside. I had my room cleaned every day with clean towels

The staff is just amazing, the animation team did a great job of keeping kids and adults entertained. As a picky eater I can say the food was absolutely delicious

This hotel Is good and funny, The room Is beauty and confortabile. And the pool Is good with the games room,spa and all. But the service isn't very good because they don't ask indication and don't give help at the people

The rooms with sea view are not worth the extra money; we exchanged ours for one on the other side (with the pool). As for the food, there is diversity, very very good food

The problems with no food, variety of dishes, operational work for adding food on the dispensing table, very quickly remove the dirty dishes from the table. Guests: in the subjective view of 80-85% - Germans

Animation only for German pensioners. First line, left-pool and from the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid on the beach. Get a room with sea view-sooo cool!!! View of dining - we had the top floor

The stuff works very much so that tourists can have an enjoyable vacation. I admired that 🙏 Large apartments, clean pools, they even have a library 🙂, animation programs for all ages, good food & icecream 🍧

The hotel is on the south side of sunny Beach but the centre is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride away. The staff in reception are very helpful and speak good English

We had a really lovely week here, the hotel was spotless with a fantastic pool and water slides. Food was good, drinks average, snack bar was terrible though

Room cleaning and towel replacement daily. They speak Bulgarian, English, German, Russian. Daily animation program, games, water aerobics. Suitable for youth holidays, as well as family holidays with children

Great hotel with a great location. Close to Nessebar and the center of Sunny Beach. Nearby there is a children's playground and shops and restaurants with delicious food.

We much preferred Nesibar old town which is 10 minutes on the bus and only a couple of £s, it's beautiful there and the bars and restaurants are lovely

Great value, nice and clean. The cleaners are brilliant! The pool bar is the best on sunny beach, Ivan the bar man makes a great piña colada! Had a great stay here for 2weeks

Fairly basic hotel, clean enough and in a decent location. The pool is shared with the adjacent hotel, but it is huge, so plenty of space. Breakfast is very good and recommended

There's no kids club or any kind of entertainment or activities, but places with evening entertainment nearby

Next time I would choose only breakfast and try other restaurants nearby

Very good service but please do not believe the swimmingpool because there is nothing of such. This hotal is very close to the city station and there is a road behind this building.

Had a lovely time here with the staff being so friendly. Room service was very good with towels being replaced daily and the general upkeep of the room maintained daily

Service towards the end of our stay regarding the bar by the pool slowed towards the end of our stay but overall the quality was good with us having a brilliant time

Enjoyed this hotel very pretty and offers lots of facilities, and right on the beach ,rooms could do with redecorating and better cleaning service, the spa and beauty treatments are well worth a visit, meal's are good local food and continental breakfast, offering plenty of choice

We had one issue with noise from hall (A/C pipes) and they repair it in hour after anouncement

Very clean, big rooms, good food, nice atmosphere, well trained personal. What we didn’t like was that half of the beach seats were occupied with towels at 6 am, even though the hotel policy forbids it

The hotel was super clean, the people very friendly, and a great place to stay and enjoy. Pools are a little cold and not a lot of animations on the evening, but you can access the other Riu 50m away if you want.

I'm overall giving it a 4 star rating on Maps, as I would rate the hotel as 4 stars (using standard hotel ratings) I recommend against the SPA services - the tables they use for massages are torture devices, the head holes and tiny and uncomfortable, and it's impossible to breath

Really nice place to stay and rest. Only two things that are minus and why I give 4 stars: 1. The private beach is always full from the early morning and you can't find a spot even before 8am

Most of the time people never even come back to their seats or stay very little, while the ones who actually stay at the beach have to wait for someone to take their towels

Sunny Beach is not a place to recomand. There at many hotels, the beach is very good but the side walks are in very bed shape. The pietonal road that is along the beach is very bad with a lot of hols in it

We had a fantastic holiday here. The staff, buffet, pools, activities, entertainment, bar. Those people seem to believe the resort is located in Monaco and set their prices thereafter. Everything else was fantastic

My 3 year old loved every moment of it. The private beech was OK, but we prefer the public beach in Sunny Beach

Expected so much more from here. Cold food in the snack bar which was covered in feasting wasps. Not a smile from any of the staff! As we went nearing the end of the season, we felt like we were in the way

It is a good hotel, well placed , almost on the beach. The pool was great, clean, enough space, enough sun beds. The rooms were cleaned everyday which was a big plus, spacious rooms, good food, enough variaties of foods

This Hotel is lovely, prime location for beach, shops, bars & restaurants. We were in room 12A, beautiful room with a view that was gorgeous. Facilities in hotel were good, staff all friendly and helpful

We stayed in your hotel for 2 weeks in September. Very big, beautiful, clean room. Very polite, friendly staff. And, of course, very tasty food in the hotel restaurant. Viktor, Estonia

(surprisingly it's a 301 room as other, very judgmental commenter also, seems the issues are fixed already!) Restaurant is very good - tasty food, very big amount of places to sit and really reasonable prices, especially for daily offer

And surprisingly not many people in the end of August (most prefer the sea, as me :) Last but not least, as I'm disabled person, i got a comfortable room, close to an elevator and with helpful adjustments in the bathroom

And very tasty for me :) what I didn't like is people smoking everywhere. They sit outside usually but it's all covered by common roof so smoke spreads easilly. But it's a common problem in Bulgaria unfortunately

Also waitress service is nice and always in the place. Breakfasts are repeatable as some already said, but amount of things to choose is enough to change even every day during a week stay

We had the best time at Helena Park Hotel when we traveled to Bulgaria! Everything was great from the food, rooms, room service, cleaning team, entertaining team and staff

They even have their own part of the beach right in front of the hotel where you can find a lot of sunbeds. We recommend Helena Park to all of those who want to have an unforgettable experience in the Sunny Beach area!

We always had somewhere to eat as they provide a late breakfast and evenings when we had pizza before dinner which was amazing. The all inclusive menu had everything that we could imagine and more

The best hotel in all sunny beach! Cozy and Stylish rooms, friendly stuff, delicious food in restaurant, nice swimming pool, jacuzzi baths is a special love!! Comfortable location: in 5 min from central bus station, 5-7 min from beach, around plenty restaurants, stores! What else do you need to have a great stay?! It was amazing experience there! Definitely recommend and will come back next year!

I had an excellent stay at Best Western. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home right away. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped

None of us have any complaints of this hotel, the rooms are a good size, comfortable beds, nice walk in showers, quiet at night and conveniently situated for everything Sunny Beach has to offer, Flower Street, Bus Station, Bars and clubs

We Enjoyed Our Stay 4 of us, (2 couples, all pensioners) have recently returned from a 10 day stay at the Best Western Hotel

Food let the place down in all honesty most of time evening meal was lukewarm at best but there was a microwave if you wanted to warm anything through

Good location too about five mins walk to flower street which I imagine is a neon strip in season, similar amount of time to beach also
