POOL AREA - 4/5 - it's enormous, you'll always get a sun lounger. The pool was chilly though! The (Not so) Good DRINKS 2/5 - both beers were dreadful, the wines were undrinkable

No Bottled drinks, except beer in the Asian restaurant. After 2 days out of a 15 day stay, we drank in bars along the beach or went to the Carrafour supermarket in front of the hotel and drank on our balcony

Fresh juice was the worst, definitely a disappointment to what you would expect fresh juice to be. Pretty much just weak juice, watered down. Pools good sizes, plenty of sun loungers available

Overall, we had a great stay here. However, the lack of entertainment & poor drinks selection would probably put us off coming back. The Good SERVICE 5/5 - the hotel has (mostly) chosen a really great team

Brilliant stay. Very clean. Food pretty good. Staff very attentive. Lots of loungers by the pool and on the beach. Excellent snack bar. Well worth the stay, definitely recommend.

The outside pool is large, there are two separate large pools and you are always entertained by the animation team which is a plus

Large rooms and balconies. Tasty and varied food. There are animators, and a gym. There is only wifi in the lobby. Three swimming pools and a small slide for children.

Wonderful hotel, far exceeded our hopes. We very much liked the big room, the friendly staff, the tasty food, the location - central but also close to Nessebar, and as close as it can be to the beach.

I will give you 5 stars because for my opinion everything was great. The bar with drinks and beer was great. For this price I think everything was very good

A hotel that has disappointed expectations. Advantages - it's close to the beach, has very spacious rooms and the evening program for kids very successful. Disadvantages - the service which leaves much to be desired

Good accommodation,great food but I have to complain about the parking. It is way too small plus you are rushed when you park in front of the hotel,even to get out your luggage from or to your car

It give the impression that it's not finished. There are still many things to be improved. Big rooms with old and used furniture. Bathrooms are big but without shelves and hangers

Plenty of choice for food and drink Only small fault I had was that the food could have been hotter Loads of sunbeds and towels supplied and a nice flat walk to centre so ideally placed

Pour yourself beer taps in snack bar and premium restaurant. Pool beach side is nice and quiet. I would definitely go there again

The premium rooms are really close to the beach, where we could have beers and soft drinks and the resort is really well located. In other words, if you organise a big trip with a group of friends, it is worth coming

I think that coming with 50 other people from Budapest helped because they treated us as special guest, they gave us a free champagne bottle on our last day and let us host a small party in a reserved area

Very clean hotel, fantastic water park for the kids and entertainment in the evening for them. Food is really good quality and you always find something you fancy

I spent 4 days in this resort late September and I really had a great time

Honestly a great place to be, great clean rooms, new figures made from towels left in room everyday, daily room cleans to keep them clean and tidy, great food and wide variety to please all eaters, wonderful friendly staff working hard to keep the restaurant clean, hard working entertainers keeping all guests smiling and plenty of sports for those unhappy with just sitting by the pool all day

Not a lot of choise but what they serve is fresh and tasty and that's what mates the most. Cocktails are not amazing they put way to much alcohol in. But for what i paid i got an amazing holiday

Many guests put a towel or something on the sunbed at the beach and the pool from morning until evening even if they are not physically there, leaving the others without any sunbeds

Probably the best value for your money on the Black Sea Coast. Can't fault a thing, maybe except the people that put towels on sunbeds, but i understand that that's difficult for a hotel to police.

The big issue on the beach and at the pool area are the sunbeds. There are not enough for the big number of tourists even though for the moment are opened only B and C building

If you arrive at the beach after 9:30 there is no available sunbed. At the pool from 8 o clock in the morning are taken

But our showerhead in the bath was two times broken, because of low quality, we asked at the reception and they sad the craftsman will come in 30 minutes, but he never come

Wonderful place! clean rooms, cleaned every day, a lot of food, snack bar, ice creams, clean waterpools, water slides, bodyguards, everyday their animators did a show which was amazing, nearly to the beach and sea, on the one side city and on the other sea and little shop

The Food was bad, I heard from a lot of people which I learned in Bulgaria Sunny Beach that in almost every Hotel food is not great. But outside is always delicious food

Placious stablishment with decent swimming pools and it was hella quiet, which was great. however cousine was almost the same for entire week. Seriously that was the weakest part

Just came back the food and services we're rubbish the only good about the place was the outside bar and snack bar and the pool also they need to cut them trees down as we couldn't see the pool off the balcony

Great hotel for a family holiday. Rooms spacious and clean - daily cleaning was standard. Very friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the bars and main restaurant

The pool area is very tidy but only three slides available no other entertainment in the evenings. The bar to the resort closed at 23:00

A number of people, not us suffered from bad stomachs and diarrhea, they'd complained to the rep regarding this , we found the food ok , it's a matter of choice, personally I don't usually go all inclusive but we did this time , we're not picky but plenty of folk moaned

The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful, rooms very dated and small for a family of four. The bathroom always flooded when you have a shower. The sofa bed that's provided was pieced together with timber

Would we go back , probably not, it's just not our cup of tea,Nessabar old town is wonderful,we were told that the resort after Sunny Beach is ok but generally it's a five out ten

If you like tat shops and getting p@#£ed all week, fine whilst rotting in the sun but hey ho. This is my honest opinion, go and make your own mind up , happy holidays peeps

Staff were helpful but not generally chatty, the language barrier doesn't help but then again being arrogant and ignorant back helps neither!

The hotel also has a good DJ, as well as the chef who makes delicious burgers!, Ground floor shop, Billiards, and pool bar!Umbrellas and sunbeds can also be taken at Ultra all inclusive or directly on the beach,At the pool beds and sunbeds for everyone!The rooms are cleaned every day, it is a hotel for all ages! Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No way I am ever staying here

The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

Appearance gorgeous, but for a 5 star hotel a lot of minuses-the rooms, the corridors have not seen the repair. Linen and towels are changed rarely, the rooms are also clean rarely

Location, on the beach The terrasse Bar looks beautiful, drinks average good The salad bar was ok Always fruits, pancakes Good enough coffee The chef and the bartender, the most nice people

Lovely place. Buffet is delicious. Beds could be a little a softer yet, staff is very helpful and welcoming.

There are enough sunbeds for all guests in the pool area and no one decided to make reservation by putting towel on it. I really appreciate this! The pool area is totally great and large enough

Water is the pool is perfectly clean and warm. Hrizantema is a good 4* Bulgarian hotel with an excellent pool area and close to a nice beach where you aren’t for forced to hire a sunbeds

You can find two shallow pools for children and one deeper for those who can swim. There are holes in pool underwater wall so you can swim through (nice attraction for elder children)

Walk between the hotel and the beach takes 5 min and there is plenty of free of charge space so you are not forced to pay for sunbeds and an umbrella like in Golden Sands region

I stayed in Hrizantema in July 2020. In 2021 the hotel is closed due to renovation works. Hrizantema is a nice hotel located in Sunny Beach region. Trip between airport in Burgas and the hotel takes about 30 min

Rooms are typical for touristic hotels in Bulgaria but they are clean. Food is tasty in my opinion and everyone will find something delicious

We are gutted it's already booked up for next year!

I had a 12 day vacation in this hotel and I had such a good time now I’m just sad to be home again. We got the exact room we asked for, it got cleaned properly every day

Great hotel, pools and slides were a huge hit with the kids. Only thing thay let the hotel down was not enough choices for kids at lunch and dinner. Everything else was spot on and we are going back next year

I also loved swimming in the pools. There’s probably more to say but I feel like I’ve made my point. For reference, I was an 18 year old girl travelling with my parents

I am there now, and although the rooms are basic they are comfortable and the food has been good... probably could do better with English bacon but then that says more about me. Great time and would come back again xx

What a fantastic hotel for the kids! The slides are great fun! We had a junior suite so loads of room. A massive super king-size bed in a separate bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area for our children

-There are a lot of trash around the pool and sunbeds, because people cannot keep clean. In Aqua park there are many people which are not guests of the hotel and this is very uncomfortable

Last year, we stayed at Barceló, but I have to say, Kotva surpasses it in every way. Pool bar running from 12 till 18:00 with plenty of food variety. The rooms are lovely, and the food service is well-timed

With 4 pools and brilliant slides, our kids are still having a blast after 4 days—they spend all their time in the water and haven't gotten bored yet! The slides are very safe, and the staff is wonderful

Lovely and conveniently located hotel. Tidy and air-conditioned rooms. Appears to be wheelchair friendly. The hotel has multiple swimming pools, some with swim up bars

Negatives: -Cleaning of the rooms is bad. They changed hand towels only twice and bath towels only ones for seven days. They don not changed the sheets. -Air conditioners are very noisy for the night

Positives: -Animation is good -There are food and cocktail on the pool all the day long -Rooms are big enough. -Bathroom is big -The New pool with is a little bit hotter than the others

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

Service was great with room cleaners and very good and helpful service in dining room. Sea is very close and pool is cool

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

It should be much better place if there are normal guests

Besides you have wellness center, sauna, steamroom, Indoor Pool and hamam if you meet a storm

I recommend the hotel, the rooms are large and clean, the food is fresh, diverse and very tasty, the yard is large and it has a lot of plants and trees

Arrived back home from here today 29/8/23 after spending a fantastic week. The hotel is absolutely perfect,away from the noise and hustle and bustle of flower street. The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for you

The rooms are clean and tidy and kept that way every day by the great cleaners. The food is 5*****!! If I was to go to this area again then I wouldn't hesitate to book Helena sands hotel

And don't forget - the food is like a 5 star Michelin restaurant. If you're wondering where to stay in Sunny Beach - this is the place for you

I would like to thank you very much for a great summer vacation. We visited your hotel already fot the 6th time. The service is really on 5 star level, food is great, rooms are clean and very nice

Lots of space around the hotel and activities to keep guests busy throughout the day. The beach was just a 5 minute walk away with beautiful views. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future it was brilliant

Lovely hotel, good food, friendly staff, nice rooms, clean pool area. Evening entertainment is a bit crap but ok for little ones.

What a beautiful hotel, we loved it! Rooms were very clean and spacious, bathroom was very clean and spacious too. The food was lovely with a different theme every night lots of choice including English options

Breakfast was good too a nice selection of cooked and continental. Lots of pools to choose from however I was quite happy with the heated indoor pool

He is what makes this hotel, he has brilliant hospitality and customer service and would return based on that alone! The room sizes are very generous for a family of our size which we love! The staff in the upstairs restaurant are lovely and friendly and very patient

My only real issue was with the Spa staff so rude and ignorant shouting at the kids ,and kicking them out of the pool for no reason!. Calling my daughter crazy was beyond normal behaviour

( The cakes and desserts were amazing ) The outside area and pools and sunbeds were spacious and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The hotel was in a good location a 10 minute walk to the beach and resort

not enough spaces for taking meals. No rules for the Seats from the pool; some people blocking seats with towels ,but all day no one comes there!!!

I have just stayed at the marvel hotel for 11 days Sep 2024. The hotel was very clean there were always cleaners to be seen around the hotel inside and outside. I had my room cleaned every day with clean towels

I recently stayed at Hotel Marvel All Inclusive and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, offering modern and comfortable rooms that made my stay extremely pleasant

The staff is just amazing, the animation team did a great job of keeping kids and adults entertained. As a picky eater I can say the food was absolutely delicious

Only negative was beach did not have enough sunbeds and umbrellas

Every morning I want to Wake up in this hotel, it is cozy and big, the pool is huge, but the beds paid, but it's in Bulgaria. It is worth to stop and look at the beautiful atmosphere of the hotel and Bulgaria

This hotel Is good and funny, The room Is beauty and confortabile. And the pool Is good with the games room,spa and all. But the service isn't very good because they don't ask indication and don't give help at the people

Was really nice holiday, sincerely I don't know why the rating is so low, it's perfect for family's, food is good, the room was clean and large. The children had a great time.

You can communicate in Russian and English. On the territory there is a swimming pool. The beach is a 10-minute walk away

The rooms however were very clean, the towels were changed daily, also the rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaning staff found a way to do it very discreetly

The rooms with sea view are not worth the extra money; we exchanged ours for one on the other side (with the pool). As for the food, there is diversity, very very good food

Everything is done by foot and nearby. The dinner is not very much different every evening but there are so many restaurants nearby for not a lot of money

The hotel is close to the Main Street and the beach. The water in the swimming pool could be warmer and there could be more day activities for younger kids

Breakfast and lunch is very good and the snackbar is very nice with kids. They can get ice cream, food and drinks all Day on their own. There is a lifeguard That watches everything very good

Animation team is very friendly and shows interest. The bathroom and rooms are clean and the airconditioning works perfect

Nice animations: mini disco for kids, darts, water polo, aqua aerobic, Zumba and yoga, foam party and Michael Jackson’s live performance. Friendly animators, bar and reception staff

Air cooling system was not working at first night ant it was very hot. After informing receptionist about that she/he did write something on paper, and same for several times

After harder discussion in reception we got another room. Anyway hotel is quite good with good kitchen

The Fenix pool bar (happy hour 24/7) is just fabulous, well prices, the most friendly staff you can find. Downsides The breakfast and evening meals are still very poor, breakfast is bearable but evening meals very poor

restaurant was to busy ate out most nights & when we did eat in hotel at night not much to choose from not very good at all

5th Year They have started upgrading, the pool is brilliant again, it seems the rooms are being redecorated etc. Staff great, the Fenix restaurant is ok for simple good food

Great hotel,was in 2013 and 2014 with a child. The food is delicious , with an open balcony and hear the music

Lovely hotel. Maids on 4th floor are so lovely. Food not the best but only went b nd b. Location spot on.

No control in and around the pool or in the restaurant, where the children were seen barging in front of people to get food, dipping their fingers in sauces etc to taste, taking bites out of pieces of bread then putting the back in the tray

I stayed here for a week with my two children and found the hotel very good. The room were clean and of a good standard. The pool and chutes were brilliant and spotlessly clean

Rooms not very well looked after, cleaning service is ok, pool area, you will see cups all over the place, there’s no service pretty much, you have to help your self to a drink, you have to stand at the bar to get a drink

the list goes on and on and on. Complaints galore were lodged with the front desk but it took TWO days for the Hotel Manager to react to those complaints and to speak to someone

The food was good and we never found it repetitive or bland

The moment the kids were 'released' they reverted to sort. Dont get me wrong, the hotel is fantastic

A very solid hotel. On the first line. Gorgeous views from the rooms. In the heart of the resort. Next to Luna Park. Cafes and restaurants, entertainment for every taste. Huge private pool.

Animation only for German pensioners. First line, left-pool and from the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid on the beach. Get a room with sea view-sooo cool!!! View of dining - we had the top floor

Very nice staff, varied food and the entertainment team had a lot of activities planned. Bulgarian themed evening food was the best. If you visit, remember to ask for your a'la'carte dinner.

The problems with no food, variety of dishes, operational work for adding food on the dispensing table, very quickly remove the dirty dishes from the table. Guests: in the subjective view of 80-85% - Germans

Spacious studio, modern. Extremely clean. Good & various food but just desert must be improved. Personal very kind. Merit its 4 stars A bit expensive but Quality is there.
