Hotels with heated pool in Sunny Beach

Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No way I am ever staying here

Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening

The hotel also has a good DJ, as well as the chef who makes delicious burgers!, Ground floor shop, Billiards, and pool bar!Umbrellas and sunbeds can also be taken at Ultra all inclusive or directly on the beach,At the pool beds and sunbeds for everyone!The rooms are cleaned every day, it is a hotel for all ages! Super !Thank you Bulgaria and Victoria Imperial Pallace

The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

Appearance gorgeous, but for a 5 star hotel a lot of minuses-the rooms, the corridors have not seen the repair. Linen and towels are changed rarely, the rooms are also clean rarely

Entertainment is very good, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the food is a nice mixture of Bulgarian cuisine with the best of European most popular dishes

There is a game room, mini golf, lots of pools, an aquapark for the bigger and smaller ones, a bar, a restaurant, if you are going here you will have the time of your life!

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service and a pleasant experience. I would be happy to visit it again.

The guests from the sister hotel however are allowed to reserve sunbeds at our pool despite being reported to hotel staff. Concerns were not dealt with fairly. The entertainment team were young and enthusiastic

Swimming pool is very small with limited sunbeds for the hotel size. It is totally impossible to get a sunbed unless you get up at 7am

You are not allowed to use the sister hotel next door despite the pool being much much larger and there being lots of free sunbeds

Beds are comfortable,maids are in every day, and fresh towels are given, and the room is kept spotless. The food is good, has plenty of choice and good quality. Drink, on the other hand, was typical all-inclusive gut rot

The grounds of the hotel are amazing and kept very well. There definitely isn't enough sunbeds or tables and chairs outside the bar area. I would say that the one main downfall was lack of a wc outside

Keen to engage you around the pool during the day. In the evening it was the same entertainment team. Poor standard of nighttime entertainment

The location is also ideal—super close to the beach, shops, and local spots. Everything I needed was just a short walk away, which made things really easy and stress-free

The restaurant in the hotel is wonderful. The only thing I was not happy with was the staff in the restaurant. They were rude and did not want to serve anyone at all

We tried to get accommodation here, but we waited at the reception for n hour before someon came to tell us there's no room. Otherwise the outdoor area looked fantastic.

The location is alrite. Its not too far away from the centre. Most people use the bars away from the hotel for this reason where drinks can be found cheaper.

On that wider point, I'd say Bulgaria has some catching up to do and only has the fact it's marginally cheaper in its favour e

Usually enough lounger space (though there is quite a weird (from Western European perspective) VIP area near one of the pools that you have to pay extra to lounge at and no one in the 2 weeks we were there ever sat/lay there

In terms of that comparison, the pools were probably nicer at Harmony Suites and you did have the option to use other complexes that are part of the same company e

Always hard to write a review because mostly it's relative to your expectations, and I have to bear in mind this was our visit to Bulgaria, having previously had family (young kids) beach holidays in Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Spain

On this theme, I wasn't too impressed that the football activity that was available for kids - my son went once - was about 10 dollars for an hour, reflective of the fact there wasn't much that was "included" in your stay

The weather end od July is perfection, but it is pretty busy so you need to reserve in advance. Make sure you bring your towels on the beach early in the morning to reserve your sits

The food is good and the beach is two steps away. The resort has very good Spa and is very affordable for awarded hotel. The serving personal at the restaurant needs to learn to smile and become more invisible

The Hotel was clean and bright. We had to change rooms as there was a terrible smell from the bathroom. Food average but always lots of choice. Pool area very disappointing

Small pool so not able to have a good swim and rather grubby at times. Sunbathing area limited with no umbrellas, so you roast or lie in the shade

They gave us a picnic bag as the restaurant had closed and it was late when we arrived The rooms are very clean and spacious. There was just enough hanging space for me and my daughter to put our clothes

Cleaning came on the fifth day, which was completely okay becase as I've said, the apartment was clean when we came and we haven't managed to make it dirty by the cleaning time :) The pool always had a very pleasant temperature and was clean, the surroundings of the hotel weren't noisy, the only tricky part was parking at times as there were many hosts and henceforth many cars to be parked somewhere...

Very nice personal, nice pools , vrey clean complex and pools i have never seen cleanest pools, they have underground garage if you need it, fine restaurant, no problems for young couples, very quiet, very satisfied

And I'm not even talking about the attention to detail which went to the desing of the whole complex; wherever one looks, they can see statues, a great variability of plants, or architectural perks which overally create a very comfortable enviroment for relaxation and regeneration

Our apartment was clean, bright, spacious even for 5 people as promised, modern - also in a practical sense, as there was a kitchen corner with 2 hobs, big fridge (again, very handy when it comes to 5 people), oven, washing maschine etc

Concerning accessibility of places; sea is located basically down the street, and on that street there is a small supermarket, hot dog stall, children attraction park, and also a few retail shops with clothes and other things

One doesn't have to walk on foot if they don't feel like that; there are many taxis around and even buses with 2 levels going back and forth from one part to another since morning till evening

Good service, good food, friendly and helpful staff. It is fairly priced, don't expect anything fancy. Take into consideration that you should walk about 10-15 min to the seaside. Suitable for traveling with kids.

The hotel is small, but cozy. Clean and bright, perfect location to major attractions in the resort. Couple of minutes to bus station with all routes to other resorts around - Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Saint Vlas.

They give me the key and they do not bother me with any nonsense, they clean the room once a day and it is very discreet. The prices are good and the price is good.

A middle-class hotel, but the prices are also average. To the beach, about 1200 m. Downstairs, a well-stocked shop. I recommend it for a weekend getaway

Both pools are easily 40 meters across, great for any keep fit fanatics for the early morning swim. The hotel is really child friendly, the lifts go from any floor all the way down to pool level, so no stairs

There is a kids club, a kids pool attached to the right hand pool, there is a lifeguard on duty at each pool. The areas round both pools are so big that you never feel crowded

Staff all over the hotel are just superb, their attitude is excellent, special mention to Lora the customer relations manager, she is fantastic and can sort any problems or give advice to the guests, speaks about 6 languages

the room is cleaned every day. food is generally very steep, all cooked deliciously and from the main restaurant, just not crawling. the hotel is better than expected

Just comeback from a fabulous 10 days holiday. Location fantastic, away from the noise but close enough to the middle of Sunny Beach if you want nightlife

The beach is amazing and only a 200 meter stroll from the hotel lobby. Fabulous sand and a gentle slope into the water with no rocks, super safe with lifeguards every hundred meters

I have just come back after 11 nights, the food is what you expect for all inclusive and can get tedious, however there is so many choices and 3 great restaurants, the rooms are very good and very clean, some staff struggle with English but are polite and helpful, my biggest issue is the life guards ( the fun police) I understand safety but if you push someone in or mess about with your family all...

Pay extra for a pool view if possible ! Worth it as you can see all the action. And the stage in the evening from most balconys. Hard to get a seat for entertainment. Lots going on outside the hotel

Entertainment wasn’t the best as it was so busy but didn’t really get too involved and trying to get a seat in the entertainment at night was hard if you were later down. Poolside food was great and the staff so friendly

Most people speak enough English to get by and English is also spoken by the other people here as the Bulgarians speak English better than any other language ! Temp was perfect for us

Cooled down in evening so was pleasant to walk around not like some other countries. Still won’t need a cardigan though. ! Food and drinks all great

I celebrated my birthday at the Toscana restaurant with my family. We were taken care of by the staff the whole time. We had a beautifully arranged table and there was a surprise champagne waiting for us

We did not expect such wonderful service. I had another surprise from the staff when they brought me a great dessert with a candle and all the waiters sang me a song. The food was more than delicious

The private beach was beautiful, my 5 year old loved the kids water park, although the water here and in the pools was rather cold! Rooms are a little basic and showing some minor signs of wear and tear, but nothing excessive

Hotel all together is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. We went to Toscana restaurant,one of their a la carte restaurant where we were served by Ahmed who made the sxperience even more pleasant

this was again where we saw some preferential treatment some guests were waited on, brought their drinks and occasionally food from the restaurant, maybe you need to request this service… the pool was a little cold so refreshing dip after sunbathing, the towel guy is a character, we were a bit worried about him as he seemed unhappy in his job, I only managed to get a smile from him once! But he did...

This is a little gem with everything you'll need, including a beautifully appointed spa Austrian style steam house, an outstanding hamam and massage therapist, gym, and indoor pool

The rooms are immaculately kept, and the food is varied, creative and locally produced, and tables are laid with fresh linen - lovely! I could live on the soups and fresh bread alone! It has a laid-back vibe, great staff, and it is the only hotel I have ever re-visited and will continue to revisit

Plenty of sunbeds on beach and around pool. We do miss how well towels and beds were managed last time (if a bit strict 😊). The beach is wide and as we seem to be in a lagoon usually very calm

Place wasn’t too busy and we enjoyed every aspect of this hotel - from the spacious and clean bedrooms, the wide and sparkling clean corridors, the sculptures/art virtually everywhere, great food options, the private beach etc

Here last October and back again - returning to a hotel is a first for us in over 40 years. Hotel is elegantly built, sea view rooms large although as others point out getting in and out of bath/shower can be a challenge

Outside areas were also lovely, pools warm but unless you're quick the sun loungers are taken by about 6am every morning, but that seems to be the same where ever you go these days! Hotel manager was an absolute star

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, always going out of their way to help and make sure we were comfortable

Another downside was that the pool water was very cold, even on days with temperatures above 30°C, which made it hard to enjoy swimming

We spent two weeks at MPM Kalina Garden and overall, we are very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and the service was of a high standard, which really contributed to a positive experience

Pool area: The sunbeds were unfortunately very hard and uncomfortable. We also noticed that the area around the pool was quite slippery — we saw several children slip and hurt themselves

With some improvements in sound levels, pool safety, and better organization during meals, the experience could be even better

The only good thing in the hotel were the animators, they took very good care of our kid. The room had absolutely no sound isolation and we could hear almost everything happening in the hotel

You can find two shallow pools for children and one deeper for those who can swim. There are holes in pool underwater wall so you can swim through (nice attraction for elder children)

Basic room and amenities(only shower gel and slippers). Poor variety of food and repetitive, but good report price-quality. Pool area was ok.

Also on the territory there is a huge pool, and three bars, a large choice of cocktails, I want to note the bartender Redji will make the best cocktail, the territory of the yard is large is divided into zones, a lot of greenery

A lot of entertainment for children, playground, children's room with different games, as well as not leaving the territory of the hotel you can do tattoo with henna. Thanks for everyone, see u next summer

hello, during the entire stay I had a very nice and fun experience with the entertainers. They make you have fun and laugh a lot through their creative games, football, music to everyone's liking

The holiday at this hotel was amazing. The food was plentiful and delicious. The entertainers were amazing and the program was great too. The drinks and all the staff were the best

– Alcohol was poor quality — beer was watery, wine sour, cocktails full of artificial flavoring. – Beach sunbeds were "reserved" early in the morning with towels, but people didn’t show up for hours

Very varied food selection, great for families with kids — pasta, fries, nuggets, even baby food jars. We loved the live cooking stations during meals. Themed dinner nights (Italian, Mexican, Bulgarian, etc

– Only two towel sets were given, even though we were three guests. Sadly, after returning home, we noticed my husband’s gold chain had been switched. – Hot dishes at the buffet were often lukewarm or dried out

Suggestions for improvement: • Provide a guest brochure with key information. • A welcome bottle of water in the fridge would be appreciated. • Implement a sunbed reservation policy

• Train reception staff to be more welcoming. • Focus on quality over quantity in food and drinks. • Create separate smoking areas. • Heat the pool slightly — especially for kids

Private beach within walking distance. Fun and energetic animation team. Currency exchange, hair salon, spa available (though poorly promoted). Cons: – No proper orientation or information at check-in

Overall, the hotel is in a very good location, food okay but very monotonous, very poor and bad Breakfast, paid Parking, wi-fi surcharge, duźy problem with leźakami the pool, which is busy in the evening

The Fenix pool bar (happy hour 24/7) is just fabulous, well prices, the most friendly staff you can find. Downsides The breakfast and evening meals are still very poor, breakfast is bearable but evening meals very poor

restaurant was to busy ate out most nights & when we did eat in hotel at night not much to choose from not very good at all

The view was of a waste rubbish area, the beds were low and uncomfortable the sink was in the shower which wouldn't stay on and the shower curtain was too short soaking the whole floor

The stuff works very much so that tourists can have an enjoyable vacation. I admired that 🙏 Large apartments, clean pools, they even have a library 🙂, animation programs for all ages, good food & icecream 🍧

They cleaned it every day, changed the towels. We had a coffee machine and a tea kettle, which I liked. The pool was very big and there were some animation activities

You pay extra to get VIP service as such but it was a farce at the Preferred pool area, anybody could go in due to the fact orange towels are issued with your bag on arrival but once they were put for wash you were given brown towels the same as all hotel guests so in my opinion it’s wasn’t really worth the extra money

The orange towels were to differ you from other guests, we did ask at reception but told no more as they were waiting on an order for them coming in 🤪🤪🤪

There was a large pool and a with a swim up bar and easy access to the beach. The entertainment team were brilliant,great fun was had with the daytime activities which enabled us to meet some lovely people

The room was amazing! Super clean and the bed was so comfy! We had our room cleaned every day, the cleaning staff were very friendly and we felt super safe allowing them into our room when we were at the pool

The animation was amazing! They had different features every night with special guests. The beach was near with enough sun beds and umbrellas.

Animation is good and the show programs are interesting. The sports activies are done nicely and the children are happy.

And the puddings were my fave last time! I love how they lock the pool door overnight so you simply can't reserve beds with towels in the early hours, so no 3am bed patrol And they open the door at 9am and there's a relaxed feel as you all enter the pool area and take a bed

A wonderful place for a family holiday. The room was clean and cozy. The food was various and delicious. The staff were amazing. Especially the animation team - they were fantastic.

The beach area - sunbeds are on the second line, most with bird droppings after the night, which no one cleaned. The restaurant is a separate part that spoils all the good impressions of the hotel

First time in bulgaria so First time staying at this hotel and wow is all i can say everything is wonderful from reception to pool we was on the 3rd floor the room is lovely and big food was amazing staff in all areas was great totally recommend this hotel and hopefully we will be back next year

It's not a little issue but everything other was great - hotel services, pool, interiors and exteriors and the 24/7 busy main street of Sunny Beach

The wide terrace was also furnished and overlooked the pool and the iconic Kuban Hotel

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future

Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh

Let it be known that the hotel is big and in the height of the season there are too many visitors from different nations, some of whom are too noisy and sometimes with rude manners

First holiday to Bulgaria Sunny Beach, stayed at the Barcelo Royal Beach, frome the start the staff have been welcoming we arrived late early hours check-in was fast was also given a courtesy food bag with sandwich fruit and water

We had a 1 bedroom apartment pool facing on the 5th floor we could also see the sea which was fab. The rooms are spacious and clean, maid service everyday

Service towards the end of our stay regarding the bar by the pool slowed towards the end of our stay but overall the quality was good with us having a brilliant time

Todor the guest relations manager helped us on the last day as we didn't fly home till 11. 15pm collection at 8pm he kindly arranged the courtesy room for us to shower and get ready for our trip home

I enjoyed my time at the Izola. My room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily (which felt excessive these days!) Staff started early and cleaning throughout the day

I was incredibly apprehensive after reading the previous reviews but luckily went with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and helpful welcome I received. Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lion as a group of 3 in August 2024. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a pool view, balcony was a bit small but was still nice

The hotel staff were friendly most of the time but some seemed a bit unbothered or like they didn’t want to be there at times, but friendly enough

There is not enough sun loungers for all of the guests and we had to go down at 7am each morning to ensure we got 3 sun loungers together

Near bus stop (2 minutes) and a good supermarket. Room cleaned daily, very clean. The air conditioning in the room works. The hotel has its own pool with free sunbeds for residents

Good three star hotel on the beachfront. Beautiful views from the rooms. Private pool, restaurant.

The beach is clean,very comfortable entrance to the sea with children. We live in room 602, with a slice of sea view. The hotel is quiet autumn, a Wake up service. Wifi works perfectly in the room

Very tasty,always eggs,pasta, sausages, meats,sausages,vegetables very much,a variety of drinks,desserts and fruits. All the staff are very friendly
