Hotels with heated pool in Sunny Beach

Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No way I am ever staying here

Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening

The hotel also has a good DJ, as well as the chef who makes delicious burgers!, Ground floor shop, Billiards, and pool bar!Umbrellas and sunbeds can also be taken at Ultra all inclusive or directly on the beach,At the pool beds and sunbeds for everyone!The rooms are cleaned every day, it is a hotel for all ages! Super !Thank you Bulgaria and Victoria Imperial Pallace

The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

Appearance gorgeous, but for a 5 star hotel a lot of minuses-the rooms, the corridors have not seen the repair. Linen and towels are changed rarely, the rooms are also clean rarely

Entertainment is very good, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the food is a nice mixture of Bulgarian cuisine with the best of European most popular dishes

There is a game room, mini golf, lots of pools, an aquapark for the bigger and smaller ones, a bar, a restaurant, if you are going here you will have the time of your life!

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service and a pleasant experience. I would be happy to visit it again.

Beds are comfortable,maids are in every day, and fresh towels are given, and the room is kept spotless. The food is good, has plenty of choice and good quality. Drink, on the other hand, was typical all-inclusive gut rot

This hotel was amazing the food was great and plenty of choice, staff were friendly and helpful although could smile more, rooms were lovely light and cheery and comfy

You are not allowed to use the sister hotel next door despite the pool being much much larger and there being lots of free sunbeds

The guests from the sister hotel however are allowed to reserve sunbeds at our pool despite being reported to hotel staff. Concerns were not dealt with fairly. The entertainment team were young and enthusiastic

The area was lovely and we did some trips out which were fab even though it was the end of season, didn’t get to try out any of the outside pools but the indoor one was amazing

Swimming pool is very small with limited sunbeds for the hotel size. It is totally impossible to get a sunbed unless you get up at 7am

We tried to get accommodation here, but we waited at the reception for n hour before someon came to tell us there's no room. Otherwise the outdoor area looked fantastic.

The location is alrite. Its not too far away from the centre. Most people use the bars away from the hotel for this reason where drinks can be found cheaper.

I had the breackfast included and the only thing that bordered me was the fact that I found some fly in the cereals, which for a 5 start hotel is something inacceptable. Probably they were stored inappropriate

Pool is clean, although sunbeds could be washed - guests are given hotel pool towels which does cover dirty part, but still. Other than that - super happy to pick this place

Can't fault it! Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing. Tory the senior receptionist had a great sense of humour. Hotel was spotless, food was good and the pool was lovely. Would definitely return

Room was clean and prepared exactly at 14:00 - could be earlier, but it's a middle of the season and they're fully booked. Breakfast is ok, fresh and tasty. Beach is basically less than 5 minutes away of walking distance

The food was consistently delicious, whether I was grabbing breakfast or enjoying dinner. And after a day out exploring, I treated myself to a spa session—which I highly recommend

Pool areas varied and amazing

It was never fixed the whole holiday so up and down 6 flights of stairs multiple times a day. Bedding and towels changed once. Even had to go out and buy our own toilet roll. Hardly any staff to get help from either

The room was dark due to all the tall trees surrounding it but the pools were lovely but cold. I’ve been to Bulgaria many times but this is not a place I would go back to, there are many more which are much nicer

We came for a 10 day stay, arrived at 11pm with a map drawn of how to get to our room, in the pitch black, after finding the building we then went into the lift as we were on the 6th floor, this then broke down into pitch black

It took us over an hour to find the room and that was only because two boys directed us. The security staff were not very helpful either. The complex itself was too far away from the beach and restaurants

Safe to say we wont be returning! Bulgaria itself is the only thing that made up for it, the restaurants and bars were brilliant, beach is about 15 mins walk away but very nice once there!

On that wider point, I'd say Bulgaria has some catching up to do and only has the fact it's marginally cheaper in its favour e

Usually enough lounger space (though there is quite a weird (from Western European perspective) VIP area near one of the pools that you have to pay extra to lounge at and no one in the 2 weeks we were there ever sat/lay there

In terms of that comparison, the pools were probably nicer at Harmony Suites and you did have the option to use other complexes that are part of the same company e

Always hard to write a review because mostly it's relative to your expectations, and I have to bear in mind this was our visit to Bulgaria, having previously had family (young kids) beach holidays in Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Spain

On this theme, I wasn't too impressed that the football activity that was available for kids - my son went once - was about 10 dollars for an hour, reflective of the fact there wasn't much that was "included" in your stay

Spacious and clean rooms. Nice balcony with seaside view. As a light sleeper, I appreciated that the room seemed to be soundproofed. Also, the AC was quite silent when it was on.

Wonderful Location Room and Hotel immaculate. Food and drink Plentiful and Varied. Rooms and All the public areas were kept pristine

Special shout out to Luda who cared for our room Everyone on Reception and Restaurant staff. The Sky Bar and Marine Bar were Excellent WE are returning in September we were so impressed

The Hotel was clean and bright. We had to change rooms as there was a terrible smell from the bathroom. Food average but always lots of choice. Pool area very disappointing

Small pool so not able to have a good swim and rather grubby at times. Sunbathing area limited with no umbrellas, so you roast or lie in the shade

They gave us a picnic bag as the restaurant had closed and it was late when we arrived The rooms are very clean and spacious. There was just enough hanging space for me and my daughter to put our clothes

Pools and garden are first class. Apartments are spacious and clean. Design is typical Bulgarian, glittery to kitch. Low quality beddings, pillows, courtains, toiletries. Brown towels while the hotel standard is white

Cleaning came on the fifth day, which was completely okay becase as I've said, the apartment was clean when we came and we haven't managed to make it dirty by the cleaning time :) The pool always had a very pleasant temperature and was clean, the surroundings of the hotel weren't noisy, the only tricky part was parking at times as there were many hosts and henceforth many cars to be parked somewhere...

Very nice personal, nice pools , vrey clean complex and pools i have never seen cleanest pools, they have underground garage if you need it, fine restaurant, no problems for young couples, very quiet, very satisfied

Very spacious apartments with stunning balcony views, equipped with all the necessary utilities (everything seemed brand new). Within the complex, there is also a bar by the pool and a restaurant

Everything exceeded our expectations! The location is just stunning! Very large clean swimming pools, surrounded by green areas that turn the place into a relaxing oasis

Good service, good food, friendly and helpful staff. It is fairly priced, don't expect anything fancy. Take into consideration that you should walk about 10-15 min to the seaside. Suitable for traveling with kids.

The hotel is small, but cozy. Clean and bright, perfect location to major attractions in the resort. Couple of minutes to bus station with all routes to other resorts around - Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Saint Vlas.

They give me the key and they do not bother me with any nonsense, they clean the room once a day and it is very discreet. The prices are good and the price is good.

A middle-class hotel, but the prices are also average. To the beach, about 1200 m. Downstairs, a well-stocked shop. I recommend it for a weekend getaway

There was plenty of fresh food and choice, each meal time and I think everyone was all inclusive. The staff all round the hotel were friendly and helpful when needed

Rooms were spacious and clean although the décor is a bit drab. Plenty of storage space and a free safe also a fridge and a litre of water replenished every day

Food was of excellent quality, - breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner, with an amazing choice - hot and cold. Pool areas are again kept very clean. Music is played all day, but at a low level, only pumped up at around 8p

Very beautiful resort, we eat good and the animations is amazing! Also the barmans and bargirls are very funny and professional.

I cannot say this happened but the music did change at various times throughout the day and got louder as the evening approached. A good point for us at 11pm sharp everything stopped the music, bar closed which was great

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and checking in was no problem. As the restaurant was closed we were given a bag with sandwiches and apple etc. The bar was about to close so grabbed a drink

Both pools are easily 40 meters across, great for any keep fit fanatics for the early morning swim. The hotel is really child friendly, the lifts go from any floor all the way down to pool level, so no stairs

There is a kids club, a kids pool attached to the right hand pool, there is a lifeguard on duty at each pool. The areas round both pools are so big that you never feel crowded

Staff all over the hotel are just superb, their attitude is excellent, special mention to Lora the customer relations manager, she is fantastic and can sort any problems or give advice to the guests, speaks about 6 languages

the room is cleaned every day. food is generally very steep, all cooked deliciously and from the main restaurant, just not crawling. the hotel is better than expected

Just comeback from a fabulous 10 days holiday. Location fantastic, away from the noise but close enough to the middle of Sunny Beach if you want nightlife

The beach is amazing and only a 200 meter stroll from the hotel lobby. Fabulous sand and a gentle slope into the water with no rocks, super safe with lifeguards every hundred meters

The all-in is literally all-in. food and drinks all day long and even snacks at night. several bars ranging from beach bar to pool bar ,open till 1800. I received an awesome room with big balcony facing the sea

Cleanliness from the room was not the best. but that's probably due to the carpet floor. And the inner pool area is amazing

Burgers chicken salads are all provided as snacks just a few to mention. The bar was fully stocked with lots of drinks good quality and these were available when we needed them obviously they close during the night

That's on the flip side of that soon as you walk out the hotel there are lots of bars unrestaurants on the beach strip goes on for about one mile lots to do the bar on the beach was very poor only serving beer and one soft drink plenty of sun lounges on the beach though

Outside areas were also lovely, pools warm but unless you're quick the sun loungers are taken by about 6am every morning, but that seems to be the same where ever you go these days! Hotel manager was an absolute star

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, always going out of their way to help and make sure we were comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax. The pools and the waterslides were well maintained and fun for the kids. The meals were normal with a good variety for everyone

With 4 pools and brilliant slides, our kids are still having a blast after 4 days—they spend all their time in the water and haven't gotten bored yet! The slides are very safe, and the staff is wonderful

-There are a lot of trash around the pool and sunbeds, because people cannot keep clean. In Aqua park there are many people which are not guests of the hotel and this is very uncomfortable

There are plenty of bars, and the location is perfect. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff quickly resolved it by giving us a new room with no hassle

We are currently staying at the Kotva Hotel in Bulgaria, and we couldn't be more impressed! This is our second visit to Sunny Beach, and Kotva Hotel is definitely the winner

Last year, we stayed at Barceló, but I have to say, Kotva surpasses it in every way. Pool bar running from 12 till 18:00 with plenty of food variety. The rooms are lovely, and the food service is well-timed

Service was great with room cleaners and very good and helpful service in dining room. Sea is very close and pool is cool

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

It should be much better place if there are normal guests

You can find two shallow pools for children and one deeper for those who can swim. There are holes in pool underwater wall so you can swim through (nice attraction for elder children)

Basic room and amenities(only shower gel and slippers). Poor variety of food and repetitive, but good report price-quality. Pool area was ok.

Also on the territory there is a huge pool, and three bars, a large choice of cocktails, I want to note the bartender Redji will make the best cocktail, the territory of the yard is large is divided into zones, a lot of greenery

A lot of entertainment for children, playground, children's room with different games, as well as not leaving the territory of the hotel you can do tattoo with henna. Thanks for everyone, see u next summer

hello, during the entire stay I had a very nice and fun experience with the entertainers. They make you have fun and laugh a lot through their creative games, football, music to everyone's liking

The holiday at this hotel was amazing. The food was plentiful and delicious. The entertainers were amazing and the program was great too. The drinks and all the staff were the best

Food - we only stayed for bed and breakfast and had no issue with the breakfast selection, plenty of verity, from international, Mediterranean too full English, we went once for the evening meal which was ok, (they didn’t charge us for the main meal only the drinks, we had to inform the reception we only paid for b&b so paid for the meal the next day) I would say the service in the hotel restaurant...

Absolutely amazing, Quiet and relaxing holidays. And the best food you could ask for, we stayed for 1 week and every day there was something different. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Pool was usually quiet and no music ( if thats what you like) and had a gentleman who was a lifeguard also. Gave great comfort as we have a 10year old. Space between sunbeds and pool towel provided

Hotel is different, but quirky but we liked it. All usual amenities, right on the beach, great pool and gardens. Plenty of choice, fresh and no need to go hungry. Could be little tastier but maybe that's just me

This is a little gem with everything you'll need, including a beautifully appointed spa Austrian style steam house, an outstanding hamam and massage therapist, gym, and indoor pool

The rooms are immaculately kept, and the food is varied, creative and locally produced, and tables are laid with fresh linen - lovely! I could live on the soups and fresh bread alone! It has a laid-back vibe, great staff, and it is the only hotel I have ever re-visited and will continue to revisit

My favourite part of my vacation was getting to meet the entertainment animation team, especially the one guy among them with the pretty hair and sunglasses, he was the coolest and nicest person ever and I feel like anyone could be convinced to join activities just because he asked, the best animation I’ve ever seen

The bad reviews of this hotel are totally exaggerated. The food is acceptable for all-inclusive food for Bulgaria in the price people pay at this hotel. Some people want the Melia hotel for the price paid here

They were amazing with my 3 children,they had so much fun and they were so friendly they felt more like friends. Daniel was a gentleman and runs the team very well their all like family

One more thing - the morning queue to the door of the aquapark, and then running to book a sunbed is something unforgettable

One plus point is about 4 bars serve free drinks till 1800hrs, then after it is about 2 bars till 2300hrs. They have a good enough range of Bulgarian alcoholic drinks

Extremely clean throughout the hotel. Lots to do to keep all ages entertained. Food in the restaurant to a high standard. The only downside is that it is extremely busy around the larger pool, slides, and dining room

The restaurant was fine, but why don't the bartenders speak English? It's really strange At least the entertainment program and the animators were great. We apologize if we were loud and drank a bit too much

vegan, vegetarian & Meat lovers you won't be disappointed. McDonald's food is yummy Kids gave it 5⭐️ 24-7 water cooler and hot drinks. No need to bring beach towels they're provided. Evening entertainment is great

You want to go out no problem the staff will baby sit from 9pm-11pm for a small fee. Kids play centre, games, pool, play station all here. Currency value £1 is double no need to bring loads of cash

I’m glad that the water park doesn’t operate during rest hours — otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to relax. The kids didn’t want to leave the pools

First time in bulgaria so First time staying at this hotel and wow is all i can say everything is wonderful from reception to pool we was on the 3rd floor the room is lovely and big food was amazing staff in all areas was great totally recommend this hotel and hopefully we will be back next year

Couldn’t fault the food at the buffet there was always something for everyone. Plenty snacks available outwith mealtimes at the restaurant terrace and pool bar with hot dogs, toasties, sandwiches and pizza

Stayed here for a week, found it a bit of a let down, the 2 slides are only on at certain times, hardly any staff speak English, Food is cold every night and not a great choice, and everyday during our stay approximately 50 kids turned up for some kind of summer camp about 3 times a day and filled half the pool which spoilt it for the kids who have paid to stay here

This hotel Is good and funny, The room Is beauty and confortabile. And the pool Is good with the games room,spa and all. But the service isn't very good because they don't ask indication and don't give help at the people

On the downside, the hotel can get noisy in the evenings, and the air conditioning isn’t always strong enough on very hot days. The pool area is lively but often crowded, so it’s best to grab a sunbed early

The animation team does a fantastic job keeping both kids and adults engaged — from pool games and mini discos to evening shows and themed events

Kids seem to love the mini club, while adults can join in the fun or just relax with a drink by the pool

Crew had no minimum English skills except reception. same buffet everyday. facilities were old and in a bad state.

MPM Hotel Kalina Garden is perfectly located — just a few minutes’ walk from Sunny Beach and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful

We were a bit disappointed to see that the water in the swimming pool was extremely cold, and being most of the day shadowed. The animation team was absolutely fantastic, doing their absolute best to entertain us

The outdoor pool is a bit cold in September, but the indoor pool is still hot and there is a sauna. The beach is about 3 minutes away, right next to the strip

The indoor pool's temperature was uncomfortably cold. Finally, organizing kids' club activities by age would improve the experience for children of different age groups

The whole hotel is modern, there are several bars and there is a continuous programme of activities during the day - and in the evening there are shows, which are surprisingly entertaining and of high quality

Great hotel, I was there in summer 2023. Loved the atmosphere, service, decorations, music, location, games and animations (foam party in the pool was awesome!). The food and coffee were delicious. I surely recommend.

The staff is undoubtedly the best I have ever encountered, helping us with what we needed. The food is simply outstanding. Every day they make other recipies, and I loved it

They were constantly cleaning. One area I think needs sorting is the hot tub in the spa area, buttons didnt work, water was murky and the outflow was green. All staff work hard all day every day

Whilst the restaurants and bars have set opening hours the range of food and drinks available are more than enough. The dining room staff are very efficient in clearing the tables sometimes too efficient

Food choice was extensive constantly refreshed, apart from Sofia in the lobby bar who wouldnt know what a smile is let alone disturb her annoyed look, the staff were friendly and welcoming

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. Food is tasty, fresh and quite diverse. I like the pool and the fact that there are many sunbeds. It is a nice surprise that the drinks are actually very strong!

At the pool it is forbidden to reserve the sunbeds but people do it anyway. The staff members try to remove towels but not enough. We stayed 7 days but only managed to get a subbed at the pool 1 day

We came back from Bulgaria yesterday and we were completely satisfied. The hotel was close to the sea, beautiful, modern, clean, every day cleaning the room, clean towels. Great selection of tasty food

There was always very long line for food during lunch and dinner. The alcohol drinks were joke, it is just an alcohol with dye served in small plastic cups, which were everywhere glasses would be much more pleasant

This is a good place for both families, couples and friends. They do lots of activities and shows for everyone. The hotel, however, does seem too small to the amount of guests staying here

Beautifully renovated and a huge buffet. The food is tasty but doesn’t offer many healthy options. Everything seems to be either pizza, pasta, fried food or swimming in gravy

The Fenix pool bar (happy hour 24/7) is just fabulous, well prices, the most friendly staff you can find. Downsides The breakfast and evening meals are still very poor, breakfast is bearable but evening meals very poor

restaurant was to busy ate out most nights & when we did eat in hotel at night not much to choose from not very good at all

The view was of a waste rubbish area, the beds were low and uncomfortable the sink was in the shower which wouldn't stay on and the shower curtain was too short soaking the whole floor

There was no poolside entertainment or music at all — we ended up bringing our own just to create a bit of atmosphere

Perfect if you want to be close to everything. The rooms themselves were also quite nice, modern and comfortable. The downsides: Unfortunately, the staff were generally rude and unhelpful, which really let the place down

The beer was awful, the brandy and whisky were of very low quality, and the juice tasted cheap and overly sweet. The only drink that was somewhat decent was the gin and tonic, but you can't drink that every day

The salads – mainly tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions – seemed to be leftovers from lunch and were most likely reused for dinner, as they had a sour, off-putting taste. I even tried an omelet that tasted moldy

Food is also quite good, personally I enjoyed. Big swimming pool with few slides. Nice snack bar and evening show. You can expect communication with staff in either of 4 languages, Russian, English, German or Bulgarian

We have enjoyed vacations at this resort. To consider, easy acces to the beach and you can go over the sand dunes or to follow nice street with many small shops. Rooms are good as price/quality

Beautiful, large pool, entertainment programs

The hotel it's very clean, professional staff, the food is very delicious and has a great variety. Perfect for families but also great place to relax for single people

The entertainment is nice, different games & shows during the day! Pool is also nice with lots of sunbeds & clean pool. There is a sauna & small small gym but its good enough

They cleaned it every day, changed the towels. We had a coffee machine and a tea kettle, which I liked. The pool was very big and there were some animation activities
