Entertainment is very good, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the food is a nice mixture of Bulgarian cuisine with the best of European most popular dishes

There is a game room, mini golf, lots of pools, an aquapark for the bigger and smaller ones, a bar, a restaurant, if you are going here you will have the time of your life!

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service and a pleasant experience. I would be happy to visit it again.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect space to relax

The guests from the sister hotel however are allowed to reserve sunbeds at our pool despite being reported to hotel staff. Concerns were not dealt with fairly. The entertainment team were young and enthusiastic

Swimming pool is very small with limited sunbeds for the hotel size. It is totally impossible to get a sunbed unless you get up at 7am

You are not allowed to use the sister hotel next door despite the pool being much much larger and there being lots of free sunbeds

Keen to engage you around the pool during the day. In the evening it was the same entertainment team. Poor standard of nighttime entertainment

It’s the second time I been to Bulgaria but not this hotel it is a lovely hotel staff are all friendly and helpful activity staff wonderful and try to get everyone to join in during the day Night time activities not great could do with some outside entertainment coming in for a bit off a change food was ok plenty variety I definitely go back to this hotel had a lovely holiday thank you everyone☀️

An absolutely beautiful place with the most friendly staff, delicious food, and daily entertainment! Special thanks to the most fabulous Animation Team (Dany, Lera, Misha, and Ari) and bartender dream team (Alim, Azamat, and Syimyk) who made our stay the best possible experience! The food was consistently delicious, whether I was grabbing breakfast or enjoying dinner. And after a day out exploring, I treated myself to a spa session—which I highly recommend

The location is also ideal—super close to the beach, shops, and local spots. Everything I needed was just a short walk away, which made things really easy and stress-free

My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and really comfortable, with everything I needed already in place. One of the highlights for me was the on-site restaurant

As a resident you receive a 10% discount for all spa treatments. The massage and facial I had were absolutely wonderful and left me feeling completely relaxed

I would also recommend the local bus services which travel from the Old town Nessebar down to sunny beach. Cost was 2 BG leve (€ 1 ) and run every 15 minutes

The staff were outstanding— friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel truly welcome throughout my time there

We tried to get accommodation here, but we waited at the reception for n hour before someon came to tell us there's no room. Otherwise the outdoor area looked fantastic.

The location is alrite. Its not too far away from the centre. Most people use the bars away from the hotel for this reason where drinks can be found cheaper.

On that wider point, I'd say Bulgaria has some catching up to do and only has the fact it's marginally cheaper in its favour e

Usually enough lounger space (though there is quite a weird (from Western European perspective) VIP area near one of the pools that you have to pay extra to lounge at and no one in the 2 weeks we were there ever sat/lay there

In terms of that comparison, the pools were probably nicer at Harmony Suites and you did have the option to use other complexes that are part of the same company e

Always hard to write a review because mostly it's relative to your expectations, and I have to bear in mind this was our visit to Bulgaria, having previously had family (young kids) beach holidays in Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Spain

On this theme, I wasn't too impressed that the football activity that was available for kids - my son went once - was about 10 dollars for an hour, reflective of the fact there wasn't much that was "included" in your stay

The weather end od July is perfection, but it is pretty busy so you need to reserve in advance. Make sure you bring your towels on the beach early in the morning to reserve your sits

The food is good and the beach is two steps away. The resort has very good Spa and is very affordable for awarded hotel. The serving personal at the restaurant needs to learn to smile and become more invisible

The Hotel was clean and bright. We had to change rooms as there was a terrible smell from the bathroom. Food average but always lots of choice. Pool area very disappointing

Small pool so not able to have a good swim and rather grubby at times. Sunbathing area limited with no umbrellas, so you roast or lie in the shade

They gave us a picnic bag as the restaurant had closed and it was late when we arrived The rooms are very clean and spacious. There was just enough hanging space for me and my daughter to put our clothes

Cleaning came on the fifth day, which was completely okay becase as I've said, the apartment was clean when we came and we haven't managed to make it dirty by the cleaning time :) The pool always had a very pleasant temperature and was clean, the surroundings of the hotel weren't noisy, the only tricky part was parking at times as there were many hosts and henceforth many cars to be parked somewhere...

Very nice personal, nice pools , vrey clean complex and pools i have never seen cleanest pools, they have underground garage if you need it, fine restaurant, no problems for young couples, very quiet, very satisfied

And I'm not even talking about the attention to detail which went to the desing of the whole complex; wherever one looks, they can see statues, a great variability of plants, or architectural perks which overally create a very comfortable enviroment for relaxation and regeneration

Our apartment was clean, bright, spacious even for 5 people as promised, modern - also in a practical sense, as there was a kitchen corner with 2 hobs, big fridge (again, very handy when it comes to 5 people), oven, washing maschine etc

Concerning accessibility of places; sea is located basically down the street, and on that street there is a small supermarket, hot dog stall, children attraction park, and also a few retail shops with clothes and other things

One doesn't have to walk on foot if they don't feel like that; there are many taxis around and even buses with 2 levels going back and forth from one part to another since morning till evening

Good service, good food, friendly and helpful staff. It is fairly priced, don't expect anything fancy. Take into consideration that you should walk about 10-15 min to the seaside. Suitable for traveling with kids.

The hotel is small, but cozy. Clean and bright, perfect location to major attractions in the resort. Couple of minutes to bus station with all routes to other resorts around - Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Saint Vlas.

They give me the key and they do not bother me with any nonsense, they clean the room once a day and it is very discreet. The prices are good and the price is good.

A middle-class hotel, but the prices are also average. To the beach, about 1200 m. Downstairs, a well-stocked shop. I recommend it for a weekend getaway

Both pools are easily 40 meters across, great for any keep fit fanatics for the early morning swim. The hotel is really child friendly, the lifts go from any floor all the way down to pool level, so no stairs

There is a kids club, a kids pool attached to the right hand pool, there is a lifeguard on duty at each pool. The areas round both pools are so big that you never feel crowded

Staff all over the hotel are just superb, their attitude is excellent, special mention to Lora the customer relations manager, she is fantastic and can sort any problems or give advice to the guests, speaks about 6 languages

Doesn't feel crowded anywhere although it is full- mid August! Plenty of beds and parasols at the 2 pools. Never wait more than 30 seconds for a drink! Beach is literally outside the gate and across a road

Just comeback from a fabulous 10 days holiday. Location fantastic, away from the noise but close enough to the middle of Sunny Beach if you want nightlife

30pm so their no shortage of food or drink. Overall if you need a beach and a pool and a relaxing holiday with everything catered for then the Majestic is the place to go

The best choice we made for this year’s vacation! Everything was wonderful! The reception staff was very friendly, the room was cleaned daily, the food was very good and varied, the drinks were very good and of high quality, the pool was very clean – everything was amazing! We even found free parking! The sea is close to the hotel, just a 2-minute walk away!

Just back from an excellent family holiday at the imperial resort. Located away from the busy area of flower street but close enough in a taxi or the little road train that runs from 10am @6lev per person

Food was really good wide variety and different themed nights, food available all day and also a room open from midnight with snacks and frsh fruit if you get hungry through the night

Staff were amazing, bar staff were very quick and attentive, Rado was especially helpful nothing was a problem and made a point of chatting to visitors

There is also a train on the main road that goes to nessebar. The hotel is kept clean throughout, although slightly worn in places. Food and drinks are very good for an all inclusive

Very close to the boardwalks which takes you to the incredible beach. Although we stayed very much out of season, the hotel remained quite busy

room was adequate for 3 adults, clean fresh towels and accessories daily. Room cleaned daily pools very clean

The location and view are great. I booked the all-inclusive but there is not much to use in the evening. The food served for dinner needs improvement.

They didn't even care that it was stolen, they didn't want to check cameras, nothing, they said we only keep a week on the day I left them, they said we'll keep it for you, and now they only keep it for a week, it was a small bag that didn't even take up space and the storage room was huge empty, no one helped, they just looked at me like what do you want at all In no hotel have I ever had things stolen...

I celebrated my birthday at the Toscana restaurant with my family. We were taken care of by the staff the whole time. We had a beautifully arranged table and there was a surprise champagne waiting for us

We did not expect such wonderful service. I had another surprise from the staff when they brought me a great dessert with a candle and all the waiters sang me a song. The food was more than delicious

In morning, before 8:00 sunbeds from swimming pool was reserved with shoes, towels, sunglasses. and people come at the pool after 2-3h. The cocktail bar was no taste, just water and syrup

Disappointed about cold water in swimming pool , on Kids swimming pool the same temperature, very cold 🥶 The premium pool have better temperatures

The rooms are immaculately kept, and the food is varied, creative and locally produced, and tables are laid with fresh linen - lovely! I could live on the soups and fresh bread alone! It has a laid-back vibe, great staff, and it is the only hotel I have ever re-visited and will continue to revisit

Pool was usually quiet and no music ( if thats what you like) and had a gentleman who was a lifeguard also. Gave great comfort as we have a 10year old. Space between sunbeds and pool towel provided

Plenty of sunbeds on beach and around pool. We do miss how well towels and beds were managed last time (if a bit strict 😊). The beach is wide and as we seem to be in a lagoon usually very calm

Never had a problem getting sunbed irrespect of the time of day. we spent most of our time at the pool. A special mention to the animation team of Tsetso, Tsanko, Dima, Rona, Sonya & Delisiya

This is a little gem with everything you'll need, including a beautifully appointed spa Austrian style steam house, an outstanding hamam and massage therapist, gym, and indoor pool

Here last October and back again - returning to a hotel is a first for us in over 40 years. Hotel is elegantly built, sea view rooms large although as others point out getting in and out of bath/shower can be a challenge

You can find two shallow pools for children and one deeper for those who can swim. There are holes in pool underwater wall so you can swim through (nice attraction for elder children)

The holiday at this hotel was amazing. The food was plentiful and delicious. The entertainers were amazing and the program was great too. The drinks and all the staff were the best

The only downside was the older gym and the harder pull-out bed with the added mattress, but it was manageable. Truly one of the best hotels I have ever experienced

Also on the territory there is a huge pool, and three bars, a large choice of cocktails, I want to note the bartender Redji will make the best cocktail, the territory of the yard is large is divided into zones, a lot of greenery

Lunch was 12 -14;30pm which was served in the main restaurant, again a good choice, Hot & Cold snacks 12 - 5pm we only had the Pizza & salad But they also was serving ice cream, fruit and cakes

We stayed at Hotel Marvel in July with our family. Overall, our impressions were mixed — there are many good things, but also disappointing aspects. Pros: Spacious, modern hotel with a fresh renovation feel

Evening dinner was 18;00pm till 21;00pm good choice of themed nights, lots of meat dishes, If you are Vegetarian or Vegan you may struggle

Very varied food selection, great for families with kids — pasta, fries, nuggets, even baby food jars. We loved the live cooking stations during meals. Themed dinner nights (Italian, Mexican, Bulgarian, etc

– Alcohol was poor quality — beer was watery, wine sour, cocktails full of artificial flavoring. – Beach sunbeds were "reserved" early in the morning with towels, but people didn’t show up for hours

The hotel was not too crowded, there was no need to wait for anything. Even at the pool there were always some free sun loungers. The other tourists were mainly from Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania

Everything is done by foot and nearby. The dinner is not very much different every evening but there are so many restaurants nearby for not a lot of money

Breakfast and lunch is very good and the snackbar is very nice with kids. They can get ice cream, food and drinks all Day on their own. There is a lifeguard That watches everything very good

We spent two weeks at MPM Kalina Garden and overall, we are very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and the service was of a high standard, which really contributed to a positive experience

Pool area: The sunbeds were unfortunately very hard and uncomfortable. We also noticed that the area around the pool was quite slippery — we saw several children slip and hurt themselves

The Fenix pool bar (happy hour 24/7) is just fabulous, well prices, the most friendly staff you can find. Downsides The breakfast and evening meals are still very poor, breakfast is bearable but evening meals very poor

restaurant was to busy ate out most nights & when we did eat in hotel at night not much to choose from not very good at all

The view was of a waste rubbish area, the beds were low and uncomfortable the sink was in the shower which wouldn't stay on and the shower curtain was too short soaking the whole floor

The stuff works very much so that tourists can have an enjoyable vacation. I admired that 🙏 Large apartments, clean pools, they even have a library 🙂, animation programs for all ages, good food & icecream 🍧

Food is quite nice and deffo tasty. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Short walk to the beach ( did with a 1 yold and very doable). Overall good experience and would recommend

They cleaned it every day, changed the towels. We had a coffee machine and a tea kettle, which I liked. The pool was very big and there were some animation activities

The animation team were fantastic many thanks to Bobby and Geri worked so so hard because the hotel was not full the entertainment was held in the pool bar but as the hotel fills up it will move elsewhere all in all a very good hotel will go back

The sunbeds on the beach were included and clearly marked with Sentido Neptun parasols. All bars were all inclusive apart from the lobby bar which seemed to sell import alcohol rather than local

First time in bulgaria so First time staying at this hotel and wow is all i can say everything is wonderful from reception to pool we was on the 3rd floor the room is lovely and big food was amazing staff in all areas was great totally recommend this hotel and hopefully we will be back next year

It's not a little issue but everything other was great - hotel services, pool, interiors and exteriors and the 24/7 busy main street of Sunny Beach

The wide terrace was also furnished and overlooked the pool and the iconic Kuban Hotel

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future

Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh

Let it be known that the hotel is big and in the height of the season there are too many visitors from different nations, some of whom are too noisy and sometimes with rude manners

Nice pool, air conditioning through out, the entertainment team was totally the best, they literally keep everyone entertained all day and through the evening, darts, water polo, archery, botcha, volley ball and loads more such lovely people would recommend

Absolutely outstanding experience here at Barcelo Royal Beach. We arrived here in July via Jet2Holidays for two weeks for our Honeymoon and everything we experienced was of a highest standard

Pool area was immaculate, beds comfortable and always somewhere to sit. Perfectly located from the beach, 3 min walk. Beach area was decent, plenty of good bars to sit and watch the waves

I enjoyed my time at the Izola. My room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily (which felt excessive these days!) Staff started early and cleaning throughout the day

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lion as a group of 3 in August 2024. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a pool view, balcony was a bit small but was still nice

The hotel staff were friendly most of the time but some seemed a bit unbothered or like they didn’t want to be there at times, but friendly enough

There is not enough sun loungers for all of the guests and we had to go down at 7am each morning to ensure we got 3 sun loungers together
