Hotels with beach in Sunny Beach

Stayed at worst places, location right next to the beach, bars are right next to the hotel, if you're a light sleeper take some earplugs, rooms facing the sea are the ones affected, we were round the back Room was clean , shower was amusingly low !,bed was uncomfortable, sheets and linen clean, room was cleaned daily to a good standard, cleaner's were friendly and spoke

Would we go back , probably not, it's just not our cup of tea,Nessabar old town is wonderful,we were told that the resort after Sunny Beach is ok but generally it's a five out ten

Location why's, it couldn't be faulted, straight on to the shopping strip and onto the sandy beach which was immaculate. Would I go again? Maybe to the area but not the Hotel

A number of people, not us suffered from bad stomachs and diarrhea, they'd complained to the rep regarding this , we found the food ok , it's a matter of choice, personally I don't usually go all inclusive but we did this time , we're not picky but plenty of folk moaned

The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful, rooms very dated and small for a family of four. The bathroom always flooded when you have a shower. The sofa bed that's provided was pieced together with timber

If you like tat shops and getting p@#£ed all week, fine whilst rotting in the sun but hey ho. This is my honest opinion, go and make your own mind up , happy holidays peeps

The hotel also has a good DJ, as well as the chef who makes delicious burgers!, Ground floor shop, Billiards, and pool bar!Umbrellas and sunbeds can also be taken at Ultra all inclusive or directly on the beach,At the pool beds and sunbeds for everyone!The rooms are cleaned every day, it is a hotel for all ages! Appearance gorgeous, but for a 5 star hotel a lot of minuses-the rooms, the corridors have not seen the repair. Linen and towels are changed rarely, the rooms are also clean rarely

The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

Stated as five stars, but it is clearly Bulgarian. In fact, there is a solid four. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool is spacious, through the promenade of the sea

Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No way I am ever staying here

Overall, dirty! The food is good, but the tablecloth and the dishes are disgusting! The tablecloths were often dirty! Bad noise isolation in the rooms are Smoking, and not just on the balcony

Very close to the beach, really good service and pools are clean

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

Service was great with room cleaners and very good and helpful service in dining room. Sea is very close and pool is cool

It should be much better place if there are normal guests

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly

Lots of space around the hotel and activities to keep guests busy throughout the day. The beach was just a 5 minute walk away with beautiful views. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future it was brilliant

I have never visited a hotel with such dishes in an All inclusive! Rooms were spotless and cleaned in detail every day! Amazing service! A lot of fun activities for the kids during the day and after dinner to keep them occupied

What a beautiful hotel, we loved it! Rooms were very clean and spacious, bathroom was very clean and spacious too. The food was lovely with a different theme every night lots of choice including English options

He is what makes this hotel, he has brilliant hospitality and customer service and would return based on that alone! The room sizes are very generous for a family of our size which we love! The staff in the upstairs restaurant are lovely and friendly and very patient

The bar staff have great sense of humour and are very smiley and welcoming. The rooms are lovely and clean , cleaned everyday and sheets and towels changed everyday

We went as a family for the first time to Bulgaria, we wish we had of came a week earlier as a lot of places-trips were closing for the season, but with that in mind we still found things to do with our family

( The cakes and desserts were amazing ) The outside area and pools and sunbeds were spacious and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The hotel was in a good location a 10 minute walk to the beach and resort

Stayed here once before and was a magnificent experience!! At the time my daughter was 6 months old so cleanliness was of upmost importance (still is now), friendly staff was a must and the range of food and being able to warm up baby food was compulsory! All of these things were well supplied!! The spa was amazing! I most definitely recommend the Turkish bath and massage!! Every staff member was kind...

I have just stayed at the marvel hotel for 11 days Sep 2024. The hotel was very clean there were always cleaners to be seen around the hotel inside and outside. I had my room cleaned every day with clean towels

Pros: close to the beach and clean, big rooms Cons: the hotel is crowded between other hotels, has no green space or playground for children

This is our first visit to Bulgaria and we chose this hotel based on the affordable price for us as a family of 6. The hotel is beautiful, incredibly clean and well presented

The only bad thing i would say are the lifts were very slow and unpredictable. Otherwise this is a superb hotel which i would recommend and definitely stay in again

Air cooling system was not working at first night ant it was very hot. After informing receptionist about that she/he did write something on paper, and same for several times

Clean, good food! Beautiful garden , ok pools with an ideal depth. For families with children, great animation team!

After harder discussion in reception we got another room. Anyway hotel is quite good with good kitchen

Hotel next to beach and all the local shops, its a great location. The hotel very clean, cleaners work hard all day to keep it clean. Rooms are a bit dated but again clean

The Fenix pool bar (happy hour 24/7) is just fabulous, well prices, the most friendly staff you can find. Downsides The breakfast and evening meals are still very poor, breakfast is bearable but evening meals very poor

5th Year They have started upgrading, the pool is brilliant again, it seems the rooms are being redecorated etc. Staff great, the Fenix restaurant is ok for simple good food

The hotel is super! Food was always enough, even if coming at the end of all imposed with the mountain. To the beach: 100 m sunbeds free. Room cleaned every day, bed sheets every three days

Fine - very good hotel. Their loungers on the beach. Liked the themed evenings which are sometimes made in the dining room, with the décor and cuisine of different countries.

Best hotel in sunny beach, i am recommending to go there. Good food and also best location, only a few minutes from the beach and also the centre

I was in this hotel for 1 week. The hotel is beautiful, it has a great location right next to the beach, it is very convenient. The rooms were nice and clean, the food was delicious and varied

Overall: If good location by the beach are your top priority, and you don't mind subpar food, this hotel might work for you. However, I would not choose to return to this hotel

Very tasty and varied food, clean and beautiful rooms, and we can’t help but mention the animators, three young people made fun, interesting games for us every day, you can become real friends with them

There are also evening shows, for example, Michael Jackson, my younger sister really liked him, everything was top notch, if there is another opportunity, we will definitely come back to you!❤️

Every evening there is a show and some entertainment programs as well as during the day, the animators were responsible for the entertainment, to whom I want to say a huge thank you

The hotel is constantly clean, there are cleaners there who clean your room at the highest standard, and the rooms look immaculate. The food and service were also top-notch

Hotel ok + well located-close to the beach is 300-400m + pool + free drinks - no room for children - lack of space for computer work - wi-fi Internet at additional cost kiosks with games rpg, when logging in with the cruel scenes of murders, the children unwittingly

Good stuff first, Food is great and you have tons of choices, but you get bored from that much food because it's always kind of similar, but not always the same

Pros: proximity of the sea and the center of Sunny Beach, nice surroundings, a clean pool, lots of sunbeds, outdoor space for eating, a mini fridge in every room, always hot water in the shower, terrace, good food (there's something for everyone; at least two types of fruit and two types of cake every day), a good hairdryer, lots of storage space, good tv, trees and greenery around the pool

Advice: buy a sim card for internet, only 15 leva for 15gb- don't rely on the hotel one, take the keychain off the key and keep it in the "socket" to have power when you leave the room, eat the meals as soon as the restaurant opens bc you'll have a choice of what to eat, take advantage of the pool and the sunbeds, don't pay for all inclusive, pay only for the 3 meals and buy drinks yourself - it's...

Hotel is placed at a really nice location and it's quiet at night, almost like you are not in the city center. Pool is nice and clean, except its floor. The floor has some sharp tiles and I cut myself, so, watch out

People park everywhere, and i mean everywhere, HOTEL ENTRANCE (about 6-7 cars), sidewalks, back entrance, on the grass,. I understand the need, but it's just too much, and as I said they charge you that

We are a family of SIX visiting for the second time, (as big family’s will know we do struggle to find hotel rooms big enough to cater for us) the rooms available for big family’s do not disappoint

The big minus was if you miss any meal for even two minutes out of the schedule, staff will lock the bufee door and turn off the lights, making you very nervous and putting a pressure on you not to miss a meal

I would very highly recommend Premier Fort to any family no matter the size

All in all, we had a lovely time, and our kid really enjoyed every day's activities, especially disco for kids with hotel's animators. The hotel definitely needs improvement but i still recommend it

The first room that we got was not as near as we booked (sea was barely visible, and we wanted a terrace with a sea view), so they gave us a better room with a beautiful view and a big terrace

The main complaint regarding the room was the smell. It smelled like mauld all the time even if we had all the doors open to ventilate

The beach is clean,very comfortable entrance to the sea with children. We live in room 602, with a slice of sea view. The hotel is quiet autumn, a Wake up service. Wifi works perfectly in the room

Near bus stop (2 minutes) and a good supermarket. Room cleaned daily, very clean. The air conditioning in the room works. The hotel has its own pool with free sunbeds for residents

Very tasty,always eggs,pasta, sausages, meats,sausages,vegetables very much,a variety of drinks,desserts and fruits. All the staff are very friendly

Beach clean, good restaurant, sand clean, sunbeds enough for everyone

It is a great place for a family. We rested there late in August 2021. Entertainment, sport activities, animators for kids, the own beach. The food is various and tasty

It was really pleasant staying in this hotel. With kids I can say it was perfect. The beach was a few minute walk

The food is delicious, we visited only the Italian restaurant ( reservations must be made on arrival, free of charge) Entertainment team was doing it's job and invited to do different activities to cheer up public

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious with everything you need. Everything is clean and the resort offers plenty of amazing activities. There are multiple events throughout the day with awesome animators

We had to wait for 3 days for them to change the beach towels and, on the last day, we ran out of shower gel, as they only refilled them once during our stay

Hotel area: Staff was kind and helpful, no complaint here; Cocktails were just juice, like in most all inclusive and a lot of times we had to stay in a line to get a drink (even for water); Big downside for us was that everything closed down at 11pm

We also had a balcony towards the city which was nice for fresh air and drying clothes (although very windy). The rooms were clean, but they didn't clean them daily. The bedsheet was never changed during our stay

Hotel food: Diversified food and tasty veggies and fruits, but some trays were always empty (like pancakes); A lot of times it would get overcrowded in the restaurant. Horrible coffee throughout the entire area

But there was always staff on the hotel floor, I'm sure they would have served us if we had asked them to. The rooms were pretty quiet, the noise from outside didn't bother us at all

However, there were some loud children staying at the hotel, and they did wake us up a few times when screaming on the hallway

If you are traveling with children (I wasn't), good luck getting them to sleep due to the loud atmosphere around the hotel. On one side you have one of the main hotspots in Sunny Beach (Fat Cats and other bars)

Nice view, best location!!! First roll to the beach and close to bars, shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, there are airconditions, fridge and everithing. Perfect for families and for single

Its okay, cleaning service okay but they don't speak English at all. Rooms kinda small but everything alright. Good location for young people. Very loud at night.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good, but nothing can make it up for not being able to chill/ sleep in your own room because of all the noise from the bars, crowds, and the amusement park exactly next to the hotel

On another side there is an amusement park for kids that is open until late at night. Warning to parents with small children- the music is so loud and echoes through the hotel hallway like there is a disco in the hotel

I am happy I didn't see this previously. -If you are planning an early checkout as we were (0615), you will have to call one of the numbers posted on the door as there is no one at reception during this time

The weather end od July is perfection, but it is pretty busy so you need to reserve in advance. Make sure you bring your towels on the beach early in the morning to reserve your sits

The food is good and the beach is two steps away. The resort has very good Spa and is very affordable for awarded hotel. The serving personal at the restaurant needs to learn to smile and become more invisible

Great food and service, we were there just for the restaurant/ food. Great fish soup and everyhing else. Awesome location.

We have only popped in here for food and drinks about 3 times so far this week. Every visit was a great experience, staff are friendly and helpful. Food and prices are brilliant, drinks are ice cold

So good hence why we keep popping back. Top marks for the outside area, clean and tidy too, pool looks great. But we've not stayed within the hotel but have used their toilet whilst visiting
