Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening

I left my bag with new cosmetics in the belongings room. I asked to keep it for a few weeks. I asked if it was okay and nothing would happen to it. I returned to the hotel again for 3 nights

The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

They didn't even care that it was stolen, they didn't want to check cameras, nothing, they said we only keep a week on the day I left them, they said we'll keep it for you, and now they only keep it for a week, it was a small bag that didn't even take up space and the storage room was huge empty, no one helped, they just looked at me like what do you want at all In no hotel have I ever had things stolen...

I also booked a manicure, pedicure, and massage at the spa — all three treatments were absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Total bliss! The cocktails were top-notch, too — perfectly mixed and very reasonably priced

The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and just steps from a lively street full of shops, bars, and restaurants. We had such a great time and would definitely return without hesitation

Here last October and back again - returning to a hotel is a first for us in over 40 years. Hotel is elegantly built, sea view rooms large although as others point out getting in and out of bath/shower can be a challenge

Food is buffet with an amazing selection, particularly breakfast. It is about 2km from the centre, so quiet. As in our 80s we often take the bus opposite the sister hotel one way

Very close to the boardwalks which takes you to the incredible beach. Although we stayed very much out of season, the hotel remained quite busy

Had a wonderful stay at imperial hotel in sunny beach all the staff where extremely pleasant especially Rado who couldn’t do enough for you made our stay amazing and extremely helpful on our last day with where to freshen up before transfer to the airport what facilities where still available to us on our all inclusive my advice if you leaving late the all inclusive is only available for the lunchtime...

The rooms are cleaned every day top service. The bar staff can't do enough for you . The swimming pool is very warm and cleaned every day

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

Service was great with room cleaners and very good and helpful service in dining room. Sea is very close and pool is cool

It should be much better place if there are normal guests

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly

Location why's, it couldn't be faulted, straight on to the shopping strip and onto the sandy beach which was immaculate. Would I go again? Maybe to the area but not the Hotel

Stayed at worst places, location right next to the beach, bars are right next to the hotel, if you're a light sleeper take some earplugs, rooms facing the sea are the ones affected, we were round the back Room was clean , shower was amusingly low !,bed was uncomfortable, sheets and linen clean, room was cleaned daily to a good standard, cleaner's were friendly and spoke

2nd trip to this hotel and still brilliant, location is fantastic, close to many bars and places to eat, you get 10% off at aura which was lovely, found a cracking bar 5 mins from hotel called the pub opposite the red lion at back of grand hotel food really cheap 6 lev for an Omelette and drinks are really cheap, big screens for football aswel, only 10 mins from the strip, big pool area though does...

We had an absolutely fantastic time, Rooms cleaned everyday, staff were really helpful, asked for a kettle for our Room it was there within 10 minutes 😀

Air cooling system was not working at first night ant it was very hot. After informing receptionist about that she/he did write something on paper, and same for several times

Very varied food selection, great for families with kids — pasta, fries, nuggets, even baby food jars. We loved the live cooking stations during meals. Themed dinner nights (Italian, Mexican, Bulgarian, etc

– Iron was provided only the next day after asking, and the staff member was rude. – Cleaning policy unclear — for two days, only the trash was taken. Full cleaning happened only after we left a tip

Upon checking out told us to hold onto bands for 2 more hours and have lunch and enjoy the complex bit longer. Staff made the trip more enjoyable especially the young girl at bar in lobby

The only negative is the very cold pool, but we always warmed up in the water gymnastics with the animator Lara, she did not let us freeze

Checked into this hotel for a night and found staff so friendly from start to finish. Room basic but amazing shower and comfy beds. Free access to beach bar and beds on beach

Was in a great location right opposite the beach our board was all inclusive but we ate out most nights as the food was catered for the local Bulgarians which was not our taste the coffee is good but it's served in tiny cardboard cups and the drinks are served in tiny and flimsy plastic cups

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

I was not a guest there but I walked into the lobby and asked for help with finding a local car rental and the clerk was very helpful she searched on Google and called to make sure they have cars available.

Overall, a good hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. During our stay, the outdoor pool was closed for part of the time due to murky water. There is also an indoor pool at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this hotel on my solo trip. What caught my eye was the food there - and it was served really well. The kitchen staff did excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

We stayed for two nights but they failed to tidy and clean the room after the first night until we asked them to do so. We needed to ask them to replace the towels, amenities and water

Breakfast is bad. The variety is small. They collect the remaining cheese and serve 4-5 types of old cheese again the next day.

The swimming pool is nicely cleaned, there are free drinks, ice cream and pizza, the cleaning service was excellent, we didn't have any problem with it, the workers are really nice and helpful, the entry to the beach is just across the street with a wooden walkway, all and all a really nice hotel

Hotel Golden Ina Sunny beach My husband and I were quite reluctant when we booked our holiday in Golden Ina hotel

The sea entrance is suitable for children and the beach and sea were very clean

Pros: proximity of the sea and the center of Sunny Beach, nice surroundings, a clean pool, lots of sunbeds, outdoor space for eating, a mini fridge in every room, always hot water in the shower, terrace, good food (there's something for everyone; at least two types of fruit and two types of cake every day), a good hairdryer, lots of storage space, good tv, trees and greenery around the pool

Advice: buy a sim card for internet, only 15 leva for 15gb- don't rely on the hotel one, take the keychain off the key and keep it in the "socket" to have power when you leave the room, eat the meals as soon as the restaurant opens bc you'll have a choice of what to eat, take advantage of the pool and the sunbeds, don't pay for all inclusive, pay only for the 3 meals and buy drinks yourself - it's...

We're inside and she's still coming in even while we're telling her not to come. Parking place is pretty hard to find, as you can pressume, they charge you parking spots that aren't even parking spots

People park everywhere, and i mean everywhere, HOTEL ENTRANCE (about 6-7 cars), sidewalks, back entrance, on the grass,. I understand the need, but it's just too much, and as I said they charge you that

Not gonna lie, they clean our rooms almost every day and they are taking out the garbage too. But one thing that most of the people hate, they don't knock when they intend to come into the room

Long story short, if you don't mind tiny mistakes in terms of hygiene and not the tastiest food in the world and all that stuff, go for it. The hotel is nice and the best thing is the location

You pay extra to get VIP service as such but it was a farce at the Preferred pool area, anybody could go in due to the fact orange towels are issued with your bag on arrival but once they were put for wash you were given brown towels the same as all hotel guests so in my opinion it’s wasn’t really worth the extra money

There was a large pool and a with a swim up bar and easy access to the beach. The entertainment team were brilliant,great fun was had with the daytime activities which enabled us to meet some lovely people

The best hotel I have ever stayed in!! We have had the most amazing time. On arrival we were greeted at reception, checked in and had our luggage taken upstairs to the 5th floor for us

If we needed to ask a question such as where is the bus stop or the free bus to the aqua park they were more than happy to help and even allowed us to take a picture of the bus routes

In front of the hotel on the beach there is a beach bar and massages. The beach there is perfect!! And the price is small for that you get there ! Best vacation !!!

very central to everything, it can of course be a little noisy so I wouldn't stay here if I was in my 50's looking for a quiet and relaxing time but highly recommended if your maybe a bit younger or go for the atmosphere

After reading previous reviews of this hotel, I was very disappointed with my stay. -If you are not traveling with children and are looking for a decent place to sleep, it is ok

If you are traveling with children (I wasn't), good luck getting them to sleep due to the loud atmosphere around the hotel. On one side you have one of the main hotspots in Sunny Beach (Fat Cats and other bars)

It's a very busy part of town so if you want to be in the mix this is where you should go if you want a quieter stay look and going much further up the strip where it is a more sleepy vibe, but I've got no complaints thanks for the great memories

This hotel doesnt look like 4 stars at all. It is close to the beach but they do not have any sunbeds for their guests. The personnel is nice, the food and bar OK. Some improvment is needed for sure

Completely fine for a cheap place to stay! I was a bit scared after reading some reviews, but I enjoyed my time at Hotel Colosseum. Right next to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to the 'strip' of bars on Flower Street

Booked this as All Inclusive through On The Beach, and I think it was good enough value

The beach is very close and is being cleaned every night. So is only sand - no rocks or pebbles. Colosseum has no agreement on the beach - no sunbeds or drinks there - outside of the hotel you're on your own

Overall a good place to stay comparing price and distance to the beach and the center. I'm giving 2 stars less due to 2 reasons

In Sunny Beach I saw other hotels with a better approach. Guess each manager applies different rules

A peaceful little gem of a hotel, surrounded by tropical vegetation in a quieter corner of Sunny Beach

Hotel is in a super location with a super clean and green garden. Very quiet place in the middle of sunny beach. Tennis courts are top maintained, and the minigolf also. Definatelly will be coming back here.

- A cute 18 hole crazy golf course, surrounded by exotic plants and an aviary - A comfy and informal bar with low prices and a large selection of drinks (amazing cappuccinos :)) I travelled to Oleander House with 21 friends from my tennis club in Ireland and thanks for the staff we created memories that will stay with us for a lifetime

Do not leave any open food products on the floor as there will be an army of ants in it at the morning. The sunbeds are reserved with a towels before 10 am so be early if you want to have a spot

The best part of the Hotel is that its located only 500 meters from the Beach. Two sunbeds and a pafasol costs 27 BGN and if you wants, there is also free spots on a Beach where you can go with your own towel

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lion as a group of 3 in August 2024. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a pool view, balcony was a bit small but was still nice

The hotel is in a great location and not a long walk to get to the main ***** of Sunny Beach and the beautiful beach
