Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening

I left my bag with new cosmetics in the belongings room. I asked to keep it for a few weeks. I asked if it was okay and nothing would happen to it. I returned to the hotel again for 3 nights

The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

They didn't even care that it was stolen, they didn't want to check cameras, nothing, they said we only keep a week on the day I left them, they said we'll keep it for you, and now they only keep it for a week, it was a small bag that didn't even take up space and the storage room was huge empty, no one helped, they just looked at me like what do you want at all In no hotel have I ever had things stolen...

Fantastic hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Cant wait to go back next year. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very close to the boardwalks which takes you to the incredible beach. Although we stayed very much out of season, the hotel remained quite busy

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, always going out of their way to help and make sure we were comfortable

Had a wonderful stay at imperial hotel in sunny beach all the staff where extremely pleasant especially Rado who couldn’t do enough for you made our stay amazing and extremely helpful on our last day with where to freshen up before transfer to the airport what facilities where still available to us on our all inclusive my advice if you leaving late the all inclusive is only available for the lunchtime...

The rooms are cleaned every day top service. The bar staff can't do enough for you . The swimming pool is very warm and cleaned every day

I also booked a manicure, pedicure, and massage at the spa — all three treatments were absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Total bliss! The cocktails were top-notch, too — perfectly mixed and very reasonably priced

The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and just steps from a lively street full of shops, bars, and restaurants. We had such a great time and would definitely return without hesitation

Here last October and back again - returning to a hotel is a first for us in over 40 years. Hotel is elegantly built, sea view rooms large although as others point out getting in and out of bath/shower can be a challenge

What an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever come across

The buffet breakfast and evening meals had so much variety — there was something for everyone, and it was all delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax

Food is buffet with an amazing selection, particularly breakfast. It is about 2km from the centre, so quiet. As in our 80s we often take the bus opposite the sister hotel one way

Lovely location, we had to pay extra for a sea view( 15 leva perday) but so worth it. The rooms are big and good A/C, only little grimes we have are the shower floods the whole bathroom, no lip on the tray

Amazing location, right on the strip at the beach, couldn't ask for anything more! Cleaners in every day, they work so hard. Staff really helpful.

Stayed at worst places, location right next to the beach, bars are right next to the hotel, if you're a light sleeper take some earplugs, rooms facing the sea are the ones affected, we were round the back Room was clean , shower was amusingly low !,bed was uncomfortable, sheets and linen clean, room was cleaned daily to a good standard, cleaner's were friendly and spoke

Location why's, it couldn't be faulted, straight on to the shopping strip and onto the sandy beach which was immaculate. Would I go again? Maybe to the area but not the Hotel

We had an absolutely fantastic time, Rooms cleaned everyday, staff were really helpful, asked for a kettle for our Room it was there within 10 minutes 😀

Also door to balcony is in dire need of a service(my job) as it does nit close properly and sealing gasket missing from frame

Air cooling system was not working at first night ant it was very hot. After informing receptionist about that she/he did write something on paper, and same for several times

Clean, good food! Beautiful garden , ok pools with an ideal depth. For families with children, great animation team!

After harder discussion in reception we got another room. Anyway hotel is quite good with good kitchen

– Alcohol was poor quality — beer was watery, wine sour, cocktails full of artificial flavoring. – Beach sunbeds were "reserved" early in the morning with towels, but people didn’t show up for hours

Private beach within walking distance. Fun and energetic animation team. Currency exchange, hair salon, spa available (though poorly promoted). Cons: – No proper orientation or information at check-in

– Only two towel sets were given, even though we were three guests. Sadly, after returning home, we noticed my husband’s gold chain had been switched. – Hot dishes at the buffet were often lukewarm or dried out

We didn’t get directions to the beach, dining areas, spa, cleaning schedule, or anything else. – Reception staff seemed cold and unwelcoming

Very varied food selection, great for families with kids — pasta, fries, nuggets, even baby food jars. We loved the live cooking stations during meals. Themed dinner nights (Italian, Mexican, Bulgarian, etc

– Iron was provided only the next day after asking, and the staff member was rude. – Cleaning policy unclear — for two days, only the trash was taken. Full cleaning happened only after we left a tip

Very close to the beach, really good service and pools are clean

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

Service was great with room cleaners and very good and helpful service in dining room. Sea is very close and pool is cool

It should be much better place if there are normal guests

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly

The beach area - sunbeds are on the second line, most with bird droppings after the night, which no one cleaned. The restaurant is a separate part that spoils all the good impressions of the hotel

The animation was amazing! They had different features every night with special guests. The beach was near with enough sun beds and umbrellas.

Good location , the hotel itself is failrly good however the food could be more versatile. Loved the beach access. Is perfect for families as well.

We stayed 3 days in MPM Hotel Astoria. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Reception was very helpful and the whole hotel was tidy and had a good vibe. No lines to the bar neither in the restaurant

All I can say everything was perfect anyone not happy with this hotel should have spent more money.Would highly recommend and will be back next year

The beach is clean,very comfortable entrance to the sea with children. We live in room 602, with a slice of sea view. The hotel is quiet autumn, a Wake up service. Wifi works perfectly in the room

Near bus stop (2 minutes) and a good supermarket. Room cleaned daily, very clean. The air conditioning in the room works. The hotel has its own pool with free sunbeds for residents

Very tasty,always eggs,pasta, sausages, meats,sausages,vegetables very much,a variety of drinks,desserts and fruits. All the staff are very friendly

Upon checking out told us to hold onto bands for 2 more hours and have lunch and enjoy the complex bit longer. Staff made the trip more enjoyable especially the young girl at bar in lobby

The only negative is the very cold pool, but we always warmed up in the water gymnastics with the animator Lara, she did not let us freeze

Checked into this hotel for a night and found staff so friendly from start to finish. Room basic but amazing shower and comfy beds. Free access to beach bar and beds on beach

Was in a great location right opposite the beach our board was all inclusive but we ate out most nights as the food was catered for the local Bulgarians which was not our taste the coffee is good but it's served in tiny cardboard cups and the drinks are served in tiny and flimsy plastic cups

This is our first time staying at this hotel. There were only positive emotions left, good rooms overlooking the sea, delicious food. The beach is very close, there are hotel sun loungers and a bar

Pros: proximity of the sea and the center of Sunny Beach, nice surroundings, a clean pool, lots of sunbeds, outdoor space for eating, a mini fridge in every room, always hot water in the shower, terrace, good food (there's something for everyone; at least two types of fruit and two types of cake every day), a good hairdryer, lots of storage space, good tv, trees and greenery around the pool

Advice: buy a sim card for internet, only 15 leva for 15gb- don't rely on the hotel one, take the keychain off the key and keep it in the "socket" to have power when you leave the room, eat the meals as soon as the restaurant opens bc you'll have a choice of what to eat, take advantage of the pool and the sunbeds, don't pay for all inclusive, pay only for the 3 meals and buy drinks yourself - it's...

We're inside and she's still coming in even while we're telling her not to come. Parking place is pretty hard to find, as you can pressume, they charge you parking spots that aren't even parking spots

People park everywhere, and i mean everywhere, HOTEL ENTRANCE (about 6-7 cars), sidewalks, back entrance, on the grass,. I understand the need, but it's just too much, and as I said they charge you that

Not gonna lie, they clean our rooms almost every day and they are taking out the garbage too. But one thing that most of the people hate, they don't knock when they intend to come into the room

Long story short, if you don't mind tiny mistakes in terms of hygiene and not the tastiest food in the world and all that stuff, go for it. The hotel is nice and the best thing is the location

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

I was not a guest there but I walked into the lobby and asked for help with finding a local car rental and the clerk was very helpful she searched on Google and called to make sure they have cars available.

Overall, a good hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. During our stay, the outdoor pool was closed for part of the time due to murky water. There is also an indoor pool at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this hotel on my solo trip. What caught my eye was the food there - and it was served really well. The kitchen staff did excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

We stayed for two nights but they failed to tidy and clean the room after the first night until we asked them to do so. We needed to ask them to replace the towels, amenities and water

Breakfast is bad. The variety is small. They collect the remaining cheese and serve 4-5 types of old cheese again the next day.

You pay extra to get VIP service as such but it was a farce at the Preferred pool area, anybody could go in due to the fact orange towels are issued with your bag on arrival but once they were put for wash you were given brown towels the same as all hotel guests so in my opinion it’s wasn’t really worth the extra money

There was a large pool and a with a swim up bar and easy access to the beach. The entertainment team were brilliant,great fun was had with the daytime activities which enabled us to meet some lovely people

All in all this hotel was amazing and we are avid travellers staying in quite high end hotels throughout the year and place this hotel on a high rating. The beach was beautiful although we didn’t use it

The orange towels were to differ you from other guests, we did ask at reception but told no more as they were waiting on an order for them coming in 🤪🤪🤪

The best hotel I have ever stayed in!! We have had the most amazing time. On arrival we were greeted at reception, checked in and had our luggage taken upstairs to the 5th floor for us

If we needed to ask a question such as where is the bus stop or the free bus to the aqua park they were more than happy to help and even allowed us to take a picture of the bus routes

In front of the hotel on the beach there is a beach bar and massages. The beach there is perfect!! And the price is small for that you get there ! Best vacation !!!

It's a very busy part of town so if you want to be in the mix this is where you should go if you want a quieter stay look and going much further up the strip where it is a more sleepy vibe, but I've got no complaints thanks for the great memories

The room was clean and well decorated with stunning view to the beach.

The hotel is 3 stars so you get what you pay. Next to pool is the best ( simple) food place and best people to serve you (with reasonable prices). If we come back it is bekose of the food place!!!

The hotel is in a very nice setting, the food was very tasty and varied. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. We will definitely return one day. Karcsi

Just to know: nobody tells you before but you have to pay 15 Lev’s/day for two seats and an umbrella, because the hotel doesn’t have its own beach

The staff were friendly and helpful. If we needed something like an iron they had it. Tania one of the chefs was amazing, made us feel at home. We had great service at the bar too

Evrething was perfect,rooms ,service and location! Specially I like the animation! There is 3 kids who are very lovely and very polite! This 3 kids they make me feel child again I really enjoy dancing with them !

We have only popped in here for food and drinks about 3 times so far this week. Every visit was a great experience, staff are friendly and helpful. Food and prices are brilliant, drinks are ice cold

So good hence why we keep popping back. Top marks for the outside area, clean and tidy too, pool looks great. But we've not stayed within the hotel but have used their toilet whilst visiting
