Hotels All-inclusive in Sunny Beach

Only one restaurant and bar open so long time waiting We stayed all inclusive and the drinks were really really strong 💪 got the feeling some staff didn't want to be there, or they weren't interested in tourists but this may be due to us visiting at the end of season

The restaurant at the hotel was top-notch, serving delicious meals with plenty of variety. The location is ideal, close to major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely return!

The best hotel in all sunny beach! Cozy and Stylish rooms, friendly stuff, delicious food in restaurant, nice swimming pool, jacuzzi baths is a special love!! Comfortable location: in 5 min from central bus station, 5-7 min from beach, around plenty restaurants, stores! What else do you need to have a great stay?! It was amazing experience there! Definitely recommend and will come back next year!

The hotel’s pool area was a highlight – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. I also enjoyed the bar, which offered a great selection of drinks in a cozy atmosphere

During our stay the pool water was tested daily for chemical levels etc. Restaurant has plenty of choice of various foods to try and satisfy all tastes

Food let the place down in all honesty most of time evening meal was lukewarm at best but there was a microwave if you wanted to warm anything through

Very nice hotel, very nice and polite staff. Food and drinks was realy good, you always have choice. Cleaning service was wonderful

10 min to the beach, on foot. All inclusive was great. We had cocktails all day long. I didnt like the white wine. Food was OK, sometimes a little cold. Fun time over the wekend.

Stayed in in July 23 with our daughter and 2 grandchildren. Lovely clean hotel, rooms cleaned every day, can’t fault it at all

What we liked: + Children playground + Drinks and rich food - never hungry + Cleaning service + Helpful stuff + Value for money Vacation was great. Of course you can find better hotel, but not for this money

the beach is sandy and was fantastic as the water had around 26°!!! The hotel is not so big -the pool and restaurant are small, probably in a regular season would be crowded

Beach bars were mediocre but bartenders like Ivan and a lady from Zvete were great

At first, I didn’t liked their food on the dinner, but then I realized that there’s something called snack bar from 12 to 14 and you can eat things like fresh pizza, fries and others

Just came back the food and services we're rubbish the only good about the place was the outside bar and snack bar and the pool also they need to cut them trees down as we couldn't see the pool off the balcony

Great hotel for a family holiday. Rooms spacious and clean - daily cleaning was standard. Very friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the bars and main restaurant

Excellent food which was varied and there was something for everyone. There was a great animation team for the children and adults too

The Food and Drinks are very tasty. The room is clean and beautiful. The only criticism is that there are not enough sockets in the room.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly. The size of the hotel is impressive, there are pools and slides. In dining room buffet, the food is delicious. Access to the sea through the bridge, walk 2 minutes.

Not a lot of choise but what they serve is fresh and tasty and that's what mates the most. Cocktails are not amazing they put way to much alcohol in. But for what i paid i got an amazing holiday

The hotel has a private beach not far away with a small beach bar opened from 10 to 16:00 where you can find drinks, ice-cream and some sandwiches but is all the time crowded, you have to stay minutes in the sun to get something

Well impressed with the service and the food plenty for children and adults and only a 5min walk to all bars restaurants and beach had a great time can't fault it gaynor

Probably the best value for your money on the Black Sea Coast. Can't fault a thing, maybe except the people that put towels on sunbeds, but i understand that that's difficult for a hotel to police.

Perfect! Clean rooms, clean pools! Several restaurants with a variety of food every day! Friendly staff! We are staying for the second time and we will be back for a third for sure!

Service towards the end of our stay regarding the bar by the pool slowed towards the end of our stay but overall the quality was good with us having a brilliant time

After I asked to change the room, because our stinked with sewer, she said that it’s OK and we just need to open the windows. After a day and a good job of General Manager we got a new room

The restaurant was abundant in choice and the food was wonderfully prepared

Enjoyed this hotel very pretty and offers lots of facilities, and right on the beach ,rooms could do with redecorating and better cleaning service, the spa and beauty treatments are well worth a visit, meal's are good local food and continental breakfast, offering plenty of choice

The location is excellently with it not being too far from shops, the beach and a shopping centre attached to it with a discount in some stores due to staying at the hotel

Had a lovely time here with the staff being so friendly. Room service was very good with towels being replaced daily and the general upkeep of the room maintained daily

Close to a bus station, and 20 minute walk to the Old Town. The restaurant is nice and cheap. Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning in each room

Excellent location and excellent hotel. 1 min walk from the beach and the best clubs in the area La Cubanita beach bar, Cacao Beach Club, Bedroom Beach Club - the best party destination

Fantastic services in nice place and amazing rooms

Fairly quiet and the staff are very friendly. The proximity to the beach is close and very convenient. There is a nice and small pool which is usually empty. Rooms are pretty okay and suffice for general comfort.

A very solid hotel. On the first line. Gorgeous views from the rooms. In the heart of the resort. Next to Luna Park. Cafes and restaurants, entertainment for every taste. Huge private pool.

Nice hotel! Clean, and superefficient waitresses in the restaurant. Minus for slow elevators and keysystem...

Very nice staff, varied food and the entertainment team had a lot of activities planned. Bulgarian themed evening food was the best. If you visit, remember to ask for your a'la'carte dinner.

The most important advantage - the hotel is on the beachfront, which is rare for Sunny beach.

We had a really lovely week here, the hotel was spotless with a fantastic pool and water slides. Food was good, drinks average, snack bar was terrible though

We didn't like Sunny Beach centre as the restaurants are poor and its more for partying than we wanted with our 4 year old

We much preferred Nesibar old town which is 10 minutes on the bus and only a couple of £s, it's beautiful there and the bars and restaurants are lovely

Great hotel with a great location. Close to Nessebar and the center of Sunny Beach. Nearby there is a children's playground and shops and restaurants with delicious food.

This is the place to have any meal! Breakfast, lunch and dinner! A relatively small menu list literally means that a) everything's fresh, b) the chefs know their menu and c) you're gonna have a great time! The waiters are super polite and on time too! Make sure you have a reservation for the evenings too

This Hotel is lovely, prime location for beach, shops, bars & restaurants. We were in room 12A, beautiful room with a view that was gorgeous. Facilities in hotel were good, staff all friendly and helpful

Location was good for the beach but abit of a walk for the main bars ie: Flower street etc. Staff inc' cleaning staff are hard working and friendly

Fantastic family run hotel, 30 + generous rooms, friendly staff, wide variety of food, breakfast and menu, own taverna in grounds but not too close to disturb at night, plenty of sunbeds so no need to wake early to claim, we are returning in a few weeks to stay longer than last time, so looking forward to it x

Everything is done by foot and nearby. The dinner is not very much different every evening but there are so many restaurants nearby for not a lot of money

Breakfast and lunch is very good and the snackbar is very nice with kids. They can get ice cream, food and drinks all Day on their own. There is a lifeguard That watches everything very good

Special thanks to Tetiana Kaminska, who explained how everything works in the restaurant and made sure all the tables were cleaned promptly and to a high standard

Would be great to improve air conditioning in the lobby, restaurant and bars as it gets really hot with many people in one space

She was friendly and even recommended a nice beach for us to visit nearby, which was really lovely. Overall a nice budget hotel for a family holiday

Animation team is very friendly and shows interest. The bathroom and rooms are clean and the airconditioning works perfect

The swimming pool is nicely cleaned, there are free drinks, ice cream and pizza, the cleaning service was excellent, we didn't have any problem with it, the workers are really nice and helpful, the entry to the beach is just across the street with a wooden walkway, all and all a really nice hotel

On the negative side, I think the food could be more varied, but that just might be how all-inclusive gets

My only complaint is the food, it's really classy and elegant and the kids might not like most of the food. The attractions that the hotel's staff provide are really fun and might make your stay better

Great hotel for families, located a little south of the chaotic Sunny Beach shopping streets. Super clean hotel, absolutely shiny everywhere at all times

Friendly staff, and the animation team did a great job creating activities for both kids and adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach

Very cheap hotel, rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. Food is mostly cold, and choice is limited. Restaurant employees in the hotel are a bit moody. Dimo and Lubo the bartenders are nice

Room was excellent pool was excellent and clean. our room was very nice had a big suite. Close to some lovely restaurants. Knocked to see if you needed anything if you were in your room

Snooker, table football, sauna - paid. So all inclusive just about the food. Trainer in the gym there, so the entire inventory in disarray. Mats to practice on the floor there

Everything was amazing. Can not wait to visit the hotel again 👌

The downside was the parking lot, which is crowded and cannot support the number of guests they have. The food variety is wider than other locations in the same price range

The truth is we were hungry the road. The room smell is clearly not 4 stars. Well, in General the main sea. Glad that you can at least relax a bit

I personally don't like the way Bulgaria spices the meat, but it was good. They also have kebabs, pizza and pancakes freshly made on the spot!

With 4 pools and brilliant slides, our kids are still having a blast after 4 days—they spend all their time in the water and haven't gotten bored yet! The slides are very safe, and the staff is wonderful

There are plenty of bars, and the location is perfect. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff quickly resolved it by giving us a new room with no hassle

Dirty wallpaper and curtains, dirt in the bathroom, in the bed stale was felt. Pools and sunbeds good, but it would be better to clean. Aquapark great for children, but without all inclusive

We are currently staying at the Kotva Hotel in Bulgaria, and we couldn't be more impressed! This is our second visit to Sunny Beach, and Kotva Hotel is definitely the winner

-All inclusive meals are just Ok if you want to eat the same things every day. -There is no bar where you can buy a good espresso or nice cocktail like Mojito or Frappe

Last year, we stayed at Barceló, but I have to say, Kotva surpasses it in every way. Pool bar running from 12 till 18:00 with plenty of food variety. The rooms are lovely, and the food service is well-timed

One of the best hotels in sunny beach.

Fairly basic hotel, clean enough and in a decent location. The pool is shared with the adjacent hotel, but it is huge, so plenty of space. Breakfast is very good and recommended

There's no kids club or any kind of entertainment or activities, but places with evening entertainment nearby

For this price, its good! Ideal location place- Near to sea, nice pool, nice prices for drinks at bar. Rooms ar old, need fresh up sheets and furniture🙂 kids enjoy👍

Next time I would choose only breakfast and try other restaurants nearby

Very helpful staff. Accommodated us and our dog on the spot and even got a parking spot. We spent a lovely two nights here. Breakfast was typical of most places you find in Bulgaria. Would stay again
