Hotels All-inclusive in Sunny Beach

Very good value the room was spacious and clean .....so was the room service .....the hotel staff was very friendly ......hope to visit again next summer .....Sunny beach has something for everyone .....cant wait .

Fantastic family run hotel, 30 + generous rooms, friendly staff, wide variety of food, breakfast and menu, own taverna in grounds but not too close to disturb at night, plenty of sunbeds so no need to wake early to claim, we are returning in a few weeks to stay longer than last time, so looking forward to it x

It has a restaurant with delicious menu and normal prices. Everyone from the personal is friendly and trying to help you with everything. The apartments are huge and had everything to make you feel comfortable

This hotel really deserves its 5 stars! Nice comfy and big rooms, great everyday service, helpful and kind administration team. Perfect location, quite silent, short walk to the beach, full of shops and services

And very tasty for me :) what I didn't like is people smoking everywhere. They sit outside usually but it's all covered by common roof so smoke spreads easilly. But it's a common problem in Bulgaria unfortunately

Also waitress service is nice and always in the place. Breakfasts are repeatable as some already said, but amount of things to choose is enough to change even every day during a week stay

A Turkish bath and a water bath is pretty good. There is a pool inside and outside. Finish looks very good, at least in some places, and some items fall off but it is not critical

Ok, might see some small breaks on the wall and really a small bit of smell, but if you don't require perfect Western European 5* standard, you will not notice

Fridge in your room air conditioning

Very cheap hotel, rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. Food is mostly cold, and choice is limited. Restaurant employees in the hotel are a bit moody. Dimo and Lubo the bartenders are nice

Room was excellent pool was excellent and clean. our room was very nice had a big suite. Close to some lovely restaurants. Knocked to see if you needed anything if you were in your room

Snooker, table football, sauna - paid. So all inclusive just about the food. Trainer in the gym there, so the entire inventory in disarray. Mats to practice on the floor there

Everything was amazing. Can not wait to visit the hotel again 👌

Beautiful location, crowded restaurant, and beach. The food is terrible and the pool is very dirty. I give no more than 3 stars.

Rooms are okay, location is great! However food and drinks are low quality. Dinner meals are one and the same every evening, lunch is one and the same every time and there are No slices of bread for breakfast

Drinks are coca cola wanna be, alcohol is bad. In total try not to eat in the restaurant, which is with the size of a big apartment, but should serve 8 floor Hotel with more than 100 rooms

We went last year in the middle of June and it was really good. Simple clean and everything to hand. Among the minuses, the beach bar and sunbeds are not free. Otherwise good level of service

Theres a few high steps for wheelchair users to get up, but most restaurants along the strip do have a ramp and most shop owners would help

Great hotel with amazing staff, couldn't do enough for you. Hotel was spotless and very well kept inside and out. Great food ( lots of variety) for everyone

They helped me get up the ramps as I was not able to get up there myself because the angles were too acute. I would definitely stay at the eye hotel again

I had a 9 year old and 17 year old who loved the hotel and what they had to offer. I would defiantly recommend this hotel and as a family we would love to visit this hotel again in the future

The grounds of the eye hotel were absolutely immaculate inside and out. The accommodation was very good, although no disabled rooms

The pool area was cleaned unbelievably by all the staff in the morning There was literally a squad of 20 people cleaning the pool and the area. The staff were very helpful for me as I'm a disabled person

Best location near beach and nice people

The downside was the parking lot, which is crowded and cannot support the number of guests they have. The food variety is wider than other locations in the same price range

The truth is we were hungry the road. The room smell is clearly not 4 stars. Well, in General the main sea. Glad that you can at least relax a bit

I personally don't like the way Bulgaria spices the meat, but it was good. They also have kebabs, pizza and pancakes freshly made on the spot!

You can find what you need in the rooms mainly, always hot water and clean kitchen stuff. The people in reception are professional but also friendly. Just 5-10 mins walking to beach but also great swimming pool

We had an apartment and we lived it very big rooms and very clean Rooms were spotless and cleaned all the time Everyone was very nice and helpful really nice people there

Kids friendly, good service and environment. The relation between quality and price it's good. The localization is an other positive point: close to the beach.

People were down at 6 am reserving sun beds which was a pain. The restaurant staff needed lessons in customer service. Otherwise we had a good time, the apartments were spacious & clean

Fabulous hotel, very clean!! Pool fantastic especially with the slides! Reception staff very helpful and friendly! We came with 4 adults and 3 children aged 12 , 8, 6 and we would 100% return! Bus stop

We spent a few days on the way back to Ireland. Well,really suprised for a 3 Star Hotel, it is absolutely great, the same quality with a 5 Star Hotel in terms of tideness, service, and clean rooms

10 min to the beach, on foot. All inclusive was great. We had cocktails all day long. I didnt like the white wine. Food was OK, sometimes a little cold. Fun time over the wekend.

Stayed in in July 23 with our daughter and 2 grandchildren. Lovely clean hotel, rooms cleaned every day, can’t fault it at all

What we liked: + Children playground + Drinks and rich food - never hungry + Cleaning service + Helpful stuff + Value for money Vacation was great. Of course you can find better hotel, but not for this money

the beach is sandy and was fantastic as the water had around 26°!!! The hotel is not so big -the pool and restaurant are small, probably in a regular season would be crowded

The room is quite large, I have a double bed and a single. I am all inclusive and the drinks are local products with real Coke zero or normal coke. The pool is large and the area clear

Perfect for families with children as it is very much the offer is, everything is manageable and everything is clean. Even the toilets by the Pool are cleaned every 30 minutes. We come next year definitely again!

And then there's the food which is nothing less than perfect. The flavours of each element work incredibly well together and look amazing as expected. I really hope I will have the chance to stay there again

Clean and well maintained hotel with good service and food. The lack of Parking from natural collisions - if there is a place in front of the hotel, he parked for free, if not, look in the same area

Cool! Clean,beautiful,comfortable,the grounds are huge,the staff is polite and attentive. recreation for children and for parents. looks better than the photo online.

I can't even find the right words to describe my experience here. Incredible in every way possible, you are treated like a true guest as if it were someones house

The range of activities and entertainment they offer for the kids is of a very high level, and they are very patient with them. The entertainment staff also has a great deal of respect for both adults and children

Evrething was perfect,rooms ,service and location! Specially I like the animation! There is 3 kids who are very lovely and very polite! This 3 kids they make me feel child again I really enjoy dancing with them !

Food: The food was the worst aspect of our stay. The ultra-all inclusive turned out to resemble a mediocre canteen, with dishes being overcooked, reheated from the previous day, tasteless or simply unappetizing

Very tasty and varied food, clean and beautiful rooms, and we can’t help but mention the animators, three young people made fun, interesting games for us every day, you can become real friends with them

This was very disappointing and made all the meals a low point of the day for us. Location: The hotel is centrally located yet quiet, right on the beach with a beautiful view

There are also evening shows, for example, Michael Jackson, my younger sister really liked him, everything was top notch, if there is another opportunity, we will definitely come back to you!❤️

The location is alrite. Its not too far away from the centre. Most people use the bars away from the hotel for this reason where drinks can be found cheaper.

Clean hotel with very polite staff. Not far from the beach. Worth mentioned is the good breakfast and dinner!!!

We tried to get accommodation here, but we waited at the reception for n hour before someon came to tell us there's no room. Otherwise the outdoor area looked fantastic.

Staff were always friendly and helpful on reception, the pool bar, restaurant, and the cleaning staff. I travelled on my own, and there weren't too many people around my age to chat to, unfortunately

There were probably only around 60-70 sun loungers around the pool, so it might be difficult to get one if the hotel is busy. The same goes for a seat in the restaurant

All inclusive pool bar is open from 10am-10pm, and from 7pm there was a singer for a few hours. One night, there was a dance show

Get there early! Restaurant opening times when I was there: Breakfast 7:30-10am Lunch: 12:30-2pm Snacks: 4-5pm Dinner: 6:30-8pm

Booked this as All Inclusive through On The Beach, and I think it was good enough value

Fantastic hotel staff are so helpful rooms a great size and breakfast has everything to choose from

Overall we have really enjoyed our time at The Grand sunny beach the food is amazing and delicious I can’t fault it, the staff seem a bit miserable 😞 , but we had to buy us own water for the room as we only got one bottle and we were here for a week, although i bought small bottles and kept refilling them at the drinks station

This hotel is all inclusive including drinks. Great location next to the beach, nice atmosphere, kind and helpful staff that will often joke with you

The room is great it has a wet room shower and there’s a mop left on the corridor to avoid slipping after use and the air con in the rooms and TV which are easy to use and the beds are comfortable with a choice of pillow types

The communal area and lifts are far too small for the amount of rooms. It’s one small pool for over 1000 guests and 2 lifts that hold 4 people at a time and not enough sun loungers and the could do with a good clean

All staff lovely and very friendly. The manager Valentina seems to always be there but despite the long hours always has a smile and warm welcome for you. Found all staff to be very pleasant and hard working

however the location is fantastic it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and all the shops and night life with its own private gate which makes it very assessable

We spent here 10 days with kids and are totally satisfied with accommodation, service, cuisine. Staff is friendly and nice, enough food in restaurant and enough places for all visitors in restaurant and near the pool

Friendly staff and super positive bartenders :) The hotel is clean, tidy, modern. The room was cleaned every day, the bed and towels were changed three times in 7 days (without asking, it's good)

The city center is 3 km away, there is a public transport stop under the hotel, which is very convenient. In general, only pleasant impressions from the rest remained, I recommend it!

The beach is 200 m away (there are paid and free zones), supermarkets and pharmacies are nearby. It is very convenient that the hotel has currency exchange at an adequate rate

loved my week stay here with my parents, the staff gave us a goody bag of food because our flight was delayed which was so sweet

Breakfast basic but plenty, full cooked available at extra cost. Food in restaurant very good, quick and fairly priced. Hotel is 600 m 15 mins walk from beach, 500 m from Flower Street

We were there from 13 june for two weeks. It was our first time to L&B hotel but it won't be our last. Lovely, friendly staff from bar staff to cleaners

At night, no distance at all, very quiet. Perfect for us middle-aged couple

The hotel's restaurant staff, especially Tania, deserve a special mention. Tania's constant cheerfulness and radiant smile made our dining experience delightful every time

The Fenix pool bar (happy hour 24/7) is just fabulous, well prices, the most friendly staff you can find. Downsides The breakfast and evening meals are still very poor, breakfast is bearable but evening meals very poor

I enjoyed the hotel and it was the first time at sunny beach and I will go back next year with my daughters

The view was of a waste rubbish area, the beds were low and uncomfortable the sink was in the shower which wouldn't stay on and the shower curtain was too short soaking the whole floor

Great hotel close location to beach and a good pool,food not so good but it's cheap to eat out so it's ok

But for me that the only major issue they have, great holiday centre for young and old like me

Hotel next to beach and all the local shops, its a great location. The hotel very clean, cleaners work hard all day to keep it clean. Rooms are a bit dated but again clean

Fast service for drinks and another bar over near the relax pool (sun loungers were always available here) There was a wide array of excursions, from water parks, boat trips and quad biking

The beach was a 5 minute walk using the gate near the park and octopus. From the main entrance it was about 8 minutes. The animation team were amazing, they entertained both us and our daughter

4m we were able let our daughter to play while we watched from the side. The Big slides were good too kept us entertained, the octopus for children was able to entertain our daughter

The food was what you would expect from an all inclusive repetitive but had quite a few choices, the food was cold most of the time even if you got there at opening times

We stayed here for a week 27th June - 4th July. Oh wow we miss it so much and wished we'd booked longer, we arrived late and was greeted with dinner bags they had prepared for us

We are fully inclusive,so always food to eat,but not all dishes are to everyone's tastes. Drinks a plenty,poolside has lots of beds available,slides for adults and kids
