Hotels All-inclusive in Sunny Beach

Staff on the restaurant took a long time to get our drinks and sometimes we were on our main course by the time we received our drinks. Some staff were seen on their phones during dinner

Overall, we had a great stay here. However, the lack of entertainment & poor drinks selection would probably put us off coming back. The Good SERVICE 5/5 - the hotel has (mostly) chosen a really great team

Always very friendly & efficient. LOCATION 5/5 - the hotel is on the beach FOOD 4/5 - lots of choice, tasty, a little repetitive ROOMS 3/5 - A little dated, more 3-star quality, but acceptable

POOL AREA - 4/5 - it's enormous, you'll always get a sun lounger. The pool was chilly though! The (Not so) Good DRINKS 2/5 - both beers were dreadful, the wines were undrinkable

No Bottled drinks, except beer in the Asian restaurant. After 2 days out of a 15 day stay, we drank in bars along the beach or went to the Carrafour supermarket in front of the hotel and drank on our balcony

If they had more drinks choices (draft & bottled beers, cider, ale or stout) & evening entertainment, I'd consider booking again for next year

I will give you 5 stars because for my opinion everything was great. The bar with drinks and beer was great. For this price I think everything was very good

Wonderful hotel, far exceeded our hopes. We very much liked the big room, the friendly staff, the tasty food, the location - central but also close to Nessebar, and as close as it can be to the beach.

Large rooms and balconies. Tasty and varied food. There are animators, and a gym. There is only wifi in the lobby. Three swimming pools and a small slide for children.

A hotel that has disappointed expectations. Advantages - it's close to the beach, has very spacious rooms and the evening program for kids very successful. Disadvantages - the service which leaves much to be desired

Good accommodation,great food but I have to complain about the parking. It is way too small plus you are rushed when you park in front of the hotel,even to get out your luggage from or to your car

It give the impression that it's not finished. There are still many things to be improved. Big rooms with old and used furniture. Bathrooms are big but without shelves and hangers

The premium rooms are really close to the beach, where we could have beers and soft drinks and the resort is really well located. In other words, if you organise a big trip with a group of friends, it is worth coming

The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The lobby was stunning and we had amazing drinks there to set the tone for our beachside escape

Dining: The dining options were phenomenal! With a variety of restaurants to choose from, we indulged in everything from fresh seafood to gourmet international cuisine

Pour yourself beer taps in snack bar and premium restaurant. Pool beach side is nice and quiet. I would definitely go there again

I think that coming with 50 other people from Budapest helped because they treated us as special guest, they gave us a free champagne bottle on our last day and let us host a small party in a reserved area

Room: Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with a private balcony overlooking the sea. Every morning, we were greeted by the sound of the waves and breathtaking sunrises

Probably the best value for your money on the Black Sea Coast. Can't fault a thing, maybe except the people that put towels on sunbeds, but i understand that that's difficult for a hotel to police.

Not a lot of choise but what they serve is fresh and tasty and that's what mates the most. Cocktails are not amazing they put way to much alcohol in. But for what i paid i got an amazing holiday

Honestly a great place to be, great clean rooms, new figures made from towels left in room everyday, daily room cleans to keep them clean and tidy, great food and wide variety to please all eaters, wonderful friendly staff working hard to keep the restaurant clean, hard working entertainers keeping all guests smiling and plenty of sports for those unhappy with just sitting by the pool all day

Good location, big room, the food was great(lots of fruits and vegetables, sea food, grill, pasta, sweets. Each evening there is a show (Latino, Bulgarian, Mexican. Nice personnel and entertainment team

The hotel has a private beach not far away with a small beach bar opened from 10 to 16:00 where you can find drinks, ice-cream and some sandwiches but is all the time crowded, you have to stay minutes in the sun to get something

Perfect! Clean rooms, clean pools! Several restaurants with a variety of food every day! Friendly staff! We are staying for the second time and we will be back for a third for sure!

But our showerhead in the bath was two times broken, because of low quality, we asked at the reception and they sad the craftsman will come in 30 minutes, but he never come

Wonderful place! clean rooms, cleaned every day, a lot of food, snack bar, ice creams, clean waterpools, water slides, bodyguards, everyday their animators did a show which was amazing, nearly to the beach and sea, on the one side city and on the other sea and little shop

The Food was bad, I heard from a lot of people which I learned in Bulgaria Sunny Beach that in almost every Hotel food is not great. But outside is always delicious food

Great hotel for a family holiday. Rooms spacious and clean - daily cleaning was standard. Very friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the bars and main restaurant

Excellent food which was varied and there was something for everyone. There was a great animation team for the children and adults too

Placious stablishment with decent swimming pools and it was hella quiet, which was great. however cousine was almost the same for entire week. Seriously that was the weakest part

Love this hotel will definitely be back,its so close to everything and the great glarus karaoke bar, food not amazing but u won't starve,the Hawaii restaurant opposite is amazing for food and very cheap

We had an absolutely fantastic time, Rooms cleaned everyday, staff were really helpful, asked for a kettle for our Room it was there within 10 minutes 😀

Stayed here for 2 nights after our flight home was cancelled; they gave us a room with no hassle at all; went bed and breakfast even though our previous hotel was all inclusive; breakfast selection not vast but satisfied us; rooms are spacious very clean; sea view amazing but you get noise from bars so not for everyone would definitely stay here again in future

2nd trip to this hotel and still brilliant, location is fantastic, close to many bars and places to eat, you get 10% off at aura which was lovely, found a cracking bar 5 mins from hotel called the pub opposite the red lion at back of grand hotel food really cheap 6 lev for an Omelette and drinks are really cheap, big screens for football aswel, only 10 mins from the strip, big pool area though does...

One top tip from me for Bulgaria this was my 15th visit is never go all inclusive or that to there, the food at hotels is usually bland and repetitive, food is very affordable and well priced to eat out espically if you go off the strip, the pub did great cheap food also Jupiter steak house does great food including the best cheesey garlic bread you'll ever have

Good taxi company to use is ians, they are honest and cheap and you can Watts app them and they will give u a fair price 20 lev to nesebar and St vlas for example here's their no 00359878376700

The hotel also has a good DJ, as well as the chef who makes delicious burgers!, Ground floor shop, Billiards, and pool bar!Umbrellas and sunbeds can also be taken at Ultra all inclusive or directly on the beach,At the pool beds and sunbeds for everyone!The rooms are cleaned every day, it is a hotel for all ages! The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

Stated as five stars, but it is clearly Bulgarian. In fact, there is a solid four. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool is spacious, through the promenade of the sea

Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No way I am ever staying here

Overall, dirty! The food is good, but the tablecloth and the dishes are disgusting! The tablecloths were often dirty! Bad noise isolation in the rooms are Smoking, and not just on the balcony

Appearance gorgeous, but for a 5 star hotel a lot of minuses-the rooms, the corridors have not seen the repair. Linen and towels are changed rarely, the rooms are also clean rarely

Drinks are typical for Bulgaria: W/R wine, beer, some alcohols including whiskey in all-inclusive options (for me great)

There are enough sunbeds for all guests in the pool area and no one decided to make reservation by putting towel on it. I really appreciate this! The pool area is totally great and large enough

You can find two shallow pools for children and one deeper for those who can swim. There are holes in pool underwater wall so you can swim through (nice attraction for elder children)

Walk between the hotel and the beach takes 5 min and there is plenty of free of charge space so you are not forced to pay for sunbeds and an umbrella like in Golden Sands region

Water coast is shallow, for instance 100m off shore water depth is about 2m. In Golden Sand region 2m depth is 2-3 times closer

Water is the pool is perfectly clean and warm. Hrizantema is a good 4* Bulgarian hotel with an excellent pool area and close to a nice beach where you aren’t for forced to hire a sunbeds

We are gutted it's already booked up for next year!

I had a 12 day vacation in this hotel and I had such a good time now I’m just sad to be home again. We got the exact room we asked for, it got cleaned properly every day

Also in general people are constantly cleaning the hotel and in the restaurant they get empty plates and glasses super fast

I am there now, and although the rooms are basic they are comfortable and the food has been good... probably could do better with English bacon but then that says more about me. Great time and would come back again xx

The hotel is right on the strip so there's loads going on (just need to avoid the "adult" clubs and shops lol). The food at the hotel is warm and there's lots to choose from with there being different choices each day

What a fantastic hotel for the kids! The slides are great fun! We had a junior suite so loads of room. A massive super king-size bed in a separate bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area for our children

With 4 pools and brilliant slides, our kids are still having a blast after 4 days—they spend all their time in the water and haven't gotten bored yet! The slides are very safe, and the staff is wonderful

There are plenty of bars, and the location is perfect. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff quickly resolved it by giving us a new room with no hassle

Good hotel, so a lot of people. The food was delicious, just a fight for a place at the table. Cleaning in the restaurant all the time. Cleaning in the room every day, change of towels and bedclothes, nice cleaners

We are currently staying at the Kotva Hotel in Bulgaria, and we couldn't be more impressed! This is our second visit to Sunny Beach, and Kotva Hotel is definitely the winner

Last year, we stayed at Barceló, but I have to say, Kotva surpasses it in every way. Pool bar running from 12 till 18:00 with plenty of food variety. The rooms are lovely, and the food service is well-timed

-All inclusive meals are just Ok if you want to eat the same things every day. -There is no bar where you can buy a good espresso or nice cocktail like Mojito or Frappe

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

Service was great with room cleaners and very good and helpful service in dining room. Sea is very close and pool is cool

It should be much better place if there are normal guests

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly

The room I was in, which was 616 had no tv access, There were no channels to watch, Blanket also wasn't comfy and so wasn't the pillow, Elevators stop randomly at stages even tho no one is there

Private beach is 2 minutes away from the hotel. Great coffee, money exchange with fair rate directly at the reception. This time we came without travel agency for the first time

I recommend the hotel, the rooms are large and clean, the food is fresh, diverse and very tasty, the yard is large and it has a lot of plants and trees

The only thing the bothered me were two waiters at the a la carte restaurant who were really rude

And don't forget - the food is like a 5 star Michelin restaurant. If you're wondering where to stay in Sunny Beach - this is the place for you

Arrived back home from here today 29/8/23 after spending a fantastic week. The hotel is absolutely perfect,away from the noise and hustle and bustle of flower street. The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for you

The rooms are clean and tidy and kept that way every day by the great cleaners. The food is 5*****!! If I was to go to this area again then I wouldn't hesitate to book Helena sands hotel

Lots of space around the hotel and activities to keep guests busy throughout the day. The beach was just a 5 minute walk away with beautiful views. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future it was brilliant

Nightmare for tea and coffee machine. Toast was a battle with one toaster. Waiting staff did an amazing job, The restaurant was very clean. Food was not always hot but a good selection

What a beautiful hotel, we loved it! Rooms were very clean and spacious, bathroom was very clean and spacious too. The food was lovely with a different theme every night lots of choice including English options

He is what makes this hotel, he has brilliant hospitality and customer service and would return based on that alone! The room sizes are very generous for a family of our size which we love! The staff in the upstairs restaurant are lovely and friendly and very patient

Breakfast was good too a nice selection of cooked and continental. Lots of pools to choose from however I was quite happy with the heated indoor pool

We went as a family for the first time to Bulgaria, we wish we had of came a week earlier as a lot of places-trips were closing for the season, but with that in mind we still found things to do with our family

( The cakes and desserts were amazing ) The outside area and pools and sunbeds were spacious and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The hotel was in a good location a 10 minute walk to the beach and resort

The only bad thing i would say are the lifts were very slow and unpredictable. Otherwise this is a superb hotel which i would recommend and definitely stay in again

The staff is just amazing, the animation team did a great job of keeping kids and adults entertained. As a picky eater I can say the food was absolutely delicious

The front desk manager Nasko is an absolute gem, 1000000 stars to whoever hired him. Absolutely lovely hotel in a great location

The food was acceptable, with the exception of the main course all others were the same in all 5 days we spent there - same cheese, salami, salads etc. The dessert was disgusting and believe me I'm not a picky eater !

This hotel was chosen based on the high score on Booking (8. 8) but from my point of view is overrated! The 3. 9 stars on Google reflect the reality

Hotel good, rooms good, but the view is gorgeous, the staff is friendly, the food was unusual but tasty, nice trips. Furniture and paintings, the rich interior. The restaurant is huge and very tasty food

This hotel Is good and funny, The room Is beauty and confortabile. And the pool Is good with the games room,spa and all. But the service isn't very good because they don't ask indication and don't give help at the people

The drinks from the bar were pretty low quality wise, although the pool bar staff tried their best to compensate with their positive attitude

Also, the drinks are mostly local and you can get whatever you want, just ask. Must go to Aqua Park and must avoid Luna Park(not worth it)

Although I'm not 100% sure what caused this, we only ate and drank what they offered as we had an all inclusive vacation

Was really nice holiday, sincerely I don't know why the rating is so low, it's perfect for family's, food is good, the room was clean and large. The children had a great time.

Everything is done by foot and nearby. The dinner is not very much different every evening but there are so many restaurants nearby for not a lot of money

Breakfast and lunch is very good and the snackbar is very nice with kids. They can get ice cream, food and drinks all Day on their own. There is a lifeguard That watches everything very good

Would be great to improve air conditioning in the lobby, restaurant and bars as it gets really hot with many people in one space

But overall it is a lot of waiting, in the restaurant, in the bars, for the elevators. Most days we walked up tp the 6-th floor just because you have to wait forever for the elevators

Animation team is very friendly and shows interest. The bathroom and rooms are clean and the airconditioning works perfect

Air cooling system was not working at first night ant it was very hot. After informing receptionist about that she/he did write something on paper, and same for several times

5th Year They have started upgrading, the pool is brilliant again, it seems the rooms are being redecorated etc. Staff great, the Fenix restaurant is ok for simple good food

The Fenix pool bar (happy hour 24/7) is just fabulous, well prices, the most friendly staff you can find. Downsides The breakfast and evening meals are still very poor, breakfast is bearable but evening meals very poor

Great hotel,was in 2013 and 2014 with a child. The food is delicious , with an open balcony and hear the music

We stayed here for a week 27th June - 4th July. Oh wow we miss it so much and wished we'd booked longer, we arrived late and was greeted with dinner bags they had prepared for us

Breakfast lunch and dinner was really nice in the restaurant, there's a snack bar thats open inbetween these times and the food there was also amazing. There's so much to do with a pirate ship for the kids 0

Rooms not very well looked after, cleaning service is ok, pool area, you will see cups all over the place, there’s no service pretty much, you have to help your self to a drink, you have to stand at the bar to get a drink

Fast service for drinks and another bar over near the relax pool (sun loungers were always available here) There was a wide array of excursions, from water parks, boat trips and quad biking

Our first visit to Burgas and Bulgaria, and we chose this hotel due to its location and slides available. we spent 7 days in this hotel, initial couple of days were amazing experience, food, location and swimming

00 You can only change towels wet for dry after 4pm The animation team are great and do their best but they need better structure, announcement and coordination Their evening show is in house so nothing special

A very solid hotel. On the first line. Gorgeous views from the rooms. In the heart of the resort. Next to Luna Park. Cafes and restaurants, entertainment for every taste. Huge private pool.

Nice hotel! Clean, and superefficient waitresses in the restaurant. Minus for slow elevators and keysystem...

Very nice staff, varied food and the entertainment team had a lot of activities planned. Bulgarian themed evening food was the best. If you visit, remember to ask for your a'la'carte dinner.

The problems with no food, variety of dishes, operational work for adding food on the dispensing table, very quickly remove the dirty dishes from the table. Guests: in the subjective view of 80-85% - Germans

Animation only for German pensioners. First line, left-pool and from the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid on the beach. Get a room with sea view-sooo cool!!! View of dining - we had the top floor

Spacious studio, modern. Extremely clean. Good & various food but just desert must be improved. Personal very kind. Merit its 4 stars A bit expensive but Quality is there.
