Rooms cleaned daily and comfortable, pay the extra for a sea view, it really is worth waking up each day to view of the beach and the sea

Staff all over the hotel are just superb, their attitude is excellent, special mention to Lora the customer relations manager, she is fantastic and can sort any problems or give advice to the guests, speaks about 6 languages

Both pools are easily 40 meters across, great for any keep fit fanatics for the early morning swim. The hotel is really child friendly, the lifts go from any floor all the way down to pool level, so no stairs

Food, Buffet restaurant has so much variety that I would challenge anyone at any of the mealtimes that they could not find something to eat. Food is available between the restaurants and the snack bar from 7

There is a kids club, a kids pool attached to the right hand pool, there is a lifeguard on duty at each pool. The areas round both pools are so big that you never feel crowded

30pm so their no shortage of food or drink. Overall if you need a beach and a pool and a relaxing holiday with everything catered for then the Majestic is the place to go

I also want to thank Michaela, Nicole, and the other receptionists for their helpfulness, as well as our two lovely housekeepers, who were exceptional. Kudos to all the restaurant staff as well; their service was spot on

Melia Sunny Beach Hotel: where do I start? I contacted the hotel ahead of our arrival with a couple of requests, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The trip was a surprise birthday present for my husband

When we arrived, the reception was busy, but Grabiella did her best to attend to everyone as quickly as possible, showing politeness and professionalism

The food is very nice, clean rooms and Tlthis year i experienced exceptional sevice from Peter the guest experience manager, he helped me with some issues right on the spot! I would recommend his service and the other staff as well

Went on a wrestling trip here, one of the best places to shop, swim, and explore the beach alone, all inclusive giving us beach, indoor and outdoor pools, spa access, and much more

Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening

Great spot on the beach where it is located, had lots of fun here wrestling and meeting people - very cheap items here as well to purchase. Very fun beach activities and sports to play during the day

We stayed in the premium block with views over the pool and part beach. What people need to understand about Eastern Europe is the countries culture, which is often misinterpreted as rude

What I would say is that May in Bulgaria is not the warmest and there’s not many ppl about but I loved this. There is a crown exchange right outside the hotel and we just changed the money as we went along

I’ve seen one review that said the food in the premium restaurant was ‘too posh’. Pizza, pasta and breaded chicken too posh?! My 6 year old had a plate full of random food every night

We dined in the Italian which was lovely and the Mexican which was ok. We really don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel and would go again. My 6 yr old is asking to go again

If you’ve been to places like Budapest you will understand. You’re not going to get a Greek welcome. Please keep this in mind and be open minded when travelling to other countries

The market shops outside the hotel I thought were really expensive. Like UK prices or even more for snacks. We walked to flower street a few times and felt safe

Food - we only stayed for bed and breakfast and had no issue with the breakfast selection, plenty of verity, from international, Mediterranean too full English, we went once for the evening meal which was ok, (they didn’t charge us for the main meal only the drinks, we had to inform the reception we only paid for b&b so paid for the meal the next day) I would say the service in the hotel restaurant...

This is a little gem with everything you'll need, including a beautifully appointed spa Austrian style steam house, an outstanding hamam and massage therapist, gym, and indoor pool

The rooms are immaculately kept, and the food is varied, creative and locally produced, and tables are laid with fresh linen - lovely! I could live on the soups and fresh bread alone! It has a laid-back vibe, great staff, and it is the only hotel I have ever re-visited and will continue to revisit

I also booked a manicure, pedicure, and massage at the spa — all three treatments were absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Total bliss! The cocktails were top-notch, too — perfectly mixed and very reasonably priced

The buffet breakfast and evening meals had so much variety — there was something for everyone, and it was all delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax

The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and just steps from a lively street full of shops, bars, and restaurants. We had such a great time and would definitely return without hesitation

Well, actually everything is fine, but poorly cleaned, the food is delicious and sometimes identical, to the sea 5 minutes in the room everything is normal shampoo and soap are given only once for 2, and in Egypt every day, under the bed found 2 shampoos, pool cool

Well I asked my travel agent to choose a destination and hotel, so to be fair I was going in blind. As my flight was delayed I arrived at the hotel just after midnight. All the facilities were closed

The hotel has two outdoor pools and an indoor pool. The staff were polite and courteous and management are always on hand to assist should you need them. As a single traveler I enjoyed my stay

In addition to this there is a small food bar on the terrace that again serves amazing food. While there the pool area did get busy but if you get your towel on early you'll be fine

The hotel was spotless and the refurbished rooms were really good. The hotel has two main restaurants and the food was second to none. there is so much choice and variety each day

The hotel does have its own private area on the beach with loungers and umbrellas (free for hotel guests), the only downside is that they don't have a beach bar for drinks so you have to take that with you or purchase drinks and snacks from the other bars along the beach, again I didn't experience any issues getting a sun lounge

This really spoils the overall impression of the hotel. We’ve been patient for 9 days, but today was the last straw. Last year, during the high season, none of these problems existed

The hotel was really good. The staff was very nice. Entertainment team was the best. I really enjoyed staying here. And the food was delicious as well.

Rooms were cleaned and cleaned and bedding changed even though we were only there 2 nights, they were spacious and more than served its purpose

There are no clean glasses at the bar, and the queues for food are huge. And to top it all off, seagulls can easily steal your food. You clearly need more staff to handle the number of guests

Which brings me on to location, you are literally just around the corner from some bars, restraunts etc. and only a 5-10 min walk to the mall where you will find countless market style shops, bars and restraunts

Stayed at worst places, location right next to the beach, bars are right next to the hotel, if you're a light sleeper take some earplugs, rooms facing the sea are the ones affected, we were round the back Room was clean , shower was amusingly low !,bed was uncomfortable, sheets and linen clean, room was cleaned daily to a good standard, cleaner's were friendly and spoke

A number of people, not us suffered from bad stomachs and diarrhea, they'd complained to the rep regarding this , we found the food ok , it's a matter of choice, personally I don't usually go all inclusive but we did this time , we're not picky but plenty of folk moaned

The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful, rooms very dated and small for a family of four. The bathroom always flooded when you have a shower. The sofa bed that's provided was pieced together with timber

Would we go back , probably not, it's just not our cup of tea,Nessabar old town is wonderful,we were told that the resort after Sunny Beach is ok but generally it's a five out ten

Location why's, it couldn't be faulted, straight on to the shopping strip and onto the sandy beach which was immaculate. Would I go again? Maybe to the area but not the Hotel

If you like tat shops and getting p@#£ed all week, fine whilst rotting in the sun but hey ho. This is my honest opinion, go and make your own mind up , happy holidays peeps

Service was great with room cleaners and very good and helpful service in dining room. Sea is very close and pool is cool

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

It should be much better place if there are normal guests

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly

The room I was in, which was 616 had no tv access, There were no channels to watch, Blanket also wasn't comfy and so wasn't the pillow, Elevators stop randomly at stages even tho no one is there

Breakfast, lunch and dinner ten out of ten (some do not like cooked fish, but it is not noticeable against the General background of impressions), Breakfast buffet with a rich selection of dishes, lots of vegetables, cheese, desserts

Food is quite nice and deffo tasty. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Short walk to the beach ( did with a 1 yold and very doable). Overall good experience and would recommend

They cleaned it every day, changed the towels. We had a coffee machine and a tea kettle, which I liked. The pool was very big and there were some animation activities

The staff was smiling and helpful. The centre was 1,7 km but if you don't like ealking, you can go by mini train

The restaurant was big enough, we always found a table. There was a lot of food to choose from

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, providing impeccable service throughout our stay. When we requested a crib for our son, they were very prompt, and it was already set up in our room upon check-in

You pay extra to get VIP service as such but it was a farce at the Preferred pool area, anybody could go in due to the fact orange towels are issued with your bag on arrival but once they were put for wash you were given brown towels the same as all hotel guests so in my opinion it’s wasn’t really worth the extra money

The orange towels were to differ you from other guests, we did ask at reception but told no more as they were waiting on an order for them coming in 🤪🤪🤪

It might be used more in peak season when the staff are under more pressure but we found that if anything, the Hotel is overstaffed

The hotel, staff and food were exceptional couldn’t fault anything apart from The Preferred Club, it is a bit of a rip off

We even went to dreams which I believe is the sister hotel and watched all the entertainment staff do their own show which was amazing and added a personal touch! There English is amazing and they also spoke 3 different languages fluently to make everyone feel welcome

My husband and I have recently returned from 2 wonderful weeks at Secrets Sunny Beach, we had a wonderful large suite on the 12th floor, which our fabulous maid kept spotlessly clean and provided fun novelty towel designs

The hotel is super! Food was always enough, even if coming at the end of all imposed with the mountain. To the beach: 100 m sunbeds free. Room cleaned every day, bed sheets every three days

Fine - very good hotel. Their loungers on the beach. Liked the themed evenings which are sometimes made in the dining room, with the décor and cuisine of different countries.

Best hotel in sunny beach, i am recommending to go there. Good food and also best location, only a few minutes from the beach and also the centre

1) The seagulls are a nightmare… flying around all day just waiting for food and they are noisy and dirty. staff cleaned poop up every morning but you risk getting pooped on by the pool

We had a small issue with our room and it was dealt with within minutes Bravo to reception , The room is everything we expected high floor stunning views over the sea and room facilities bang on !! , New pool bar is brand new with all the drinks you need ( not a huge selection of food but the restaurant is very close if you want more ) ) The entertainment team are working hard to please at the...

Stayed for 7 nights, they even put food on for late arrivals… Spotlessly clean, lovely sea view room, food was really good with great choice, staff friendly and helpful

We are currently on our third day at the Sentido Neptun and it is a great Hotel , as expected spotlessly clean , food has variety for everyone , we have an older child so no issues with fussy children eating

We had some apprehension for coming to Bulgaria and the resort in general but this is a great place and Hotel to Holiday in, Don’t believe the negative reviews as there aren’t any negatives just positives

2) People smoking on the restaurant terrace at breakfast, lunch and dinner. they need to segregate areas for smokers as nothing worse than eating and cigarette smoke around!

This is the place to have any meal! Breakfast, lunch and dinner! A relatively small menu list literally means that a) everything's fresh, b) the chefs know their menu and c) you're gonna have a great time! The waiters are super polite and on time too! Make sure you have a reservation for the evenings too

The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were very polite and pleasant. The room was serviced everyday no matter what time we got up. Food in the restaurant was basic but edible

Just back from a week at the hotel. It's the start of the season so quiet but lovely. The staff are all very nice and helpful. There were other residents who required the doctor and he was very good

Chose this Hotel based on reviews & price, we were not let down. The hotel's atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed & is spotlessly clean. The staff work tirelessly & do everything they can to make your stay pleasurable

The hotel wasn't as dated as I thought it would be. The rooms were fab and the bed was so comfortable. The view from our balcony wasn't great,it was out onto the road and grass was overgrown at the pavements

It is in the quieter north of the resort & is a pleasant 20/30 mins stroll, along the promenade, to the livelier centre. We would gladly return to this hotel & would highly recommend it to friends & family

The grounds of the hotel are amazing and kept very well. There definitely isn't enough sunbeds or tables and chairs outside the bar area. I would say that the one main downfall was lack of a wc outside

Nice pool, air conditioning through out, the entertainment team was totally the best, they literally keep everyone entertained all day and through the evening, darts, water polo, archery, botcha, volley ball and loads more such lovely people would recommend

And the animation crew is amazing! Thank you to Sveti and Niki for highlighting our days with their activities! French pétanque, stretching, darts, quiz night… wide choice of things to do! We will be back for sure!

I recently stayed at HVD Club Bor, and it was an exceptional experience! The hotel truly stands out in every aspect, making it the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday

The entertainers did a good job with kids and adults with a lot of games. The sea was not good because of sea wood

All the entertainers are very loving and funny, our children have a great bond with them and it is like family and coming home! We can only recommend it and we would give it 5 stars! See you next year!

We needed a weekend getaway, and chose HVD Club Bor for our short holiday. If only we could stay longer !!! The hotel was amazing, spotless clean! Beautiful swimming pool surrounded by pin trees

The room conditions are good for a 2 star hotel. There is room cleaning every day and the personnel is kind. The food is GREAT, very diversified and tasty. Awesome view to the seaside from top floors.

Checked into this hotel for a night and found staff so friendly from start to finish. Room basic but amazing shower and comfy beds. Free access to beach bar and beds on beach

Hotel area: Staff was kind and helpful, no complaint here; Cocktails were just juice, like in most all inclusive and a lot of times we had to stay in a line to get a drink (even for water); Big downside for us was that everything closed down at 11pm

The only negative is the very cold pool, but we always warmed up in the water gymnastics with the animator Lara, she did not let us freeze

Was in a great location right opposite the beach our board was all inclusive but we ate out most nights as the food was catered for the local Bulgarians which was not our taste the coffee is good but it's served in tiny cardboard cups and the drinks are served in tiny and flimsy plastic cups

We also had a balcony towards the city which was nice for fresh air and drying clothes (although very windy). The rooms were clean, but they didn't clean them daily. The bedsheet was never changed during our stay

The beach is clean,very comfortable entrance to the sea with children. We live in room 602, with a slice of sea view. The hotel is quiet autumn, a Wake up service. Wifi works perfectly in the room

Near bus stop (2 minutes) and a good supermarket. Room cleaned daily, very clean. The air conditioning in the room works. The hotel has its own pool with free sunbeds for residents

The first room that we got was not as near as we booked (sea was barely visible, and we wanted a terrace with a sea view), so they gave us a better room with a beautiful view and a big terrace

We are a family of SIX visiting for the second time, (as big family’s will know we do struggle to find hotel rooms big enough to cater for us) the rooms available for big family’s do not disappoint

All rooms are supplied with a washer which really helps when having children

I would very highly recommend Premier Fort to any family no matter the size

The big minus was if you miss any meal for even two minutes out of the schedule, staff will lock the bufee door and turn off the lights, making you very nervous and putting a pressure on you not to miss a meal

All in all, we had a lovely time, and our kid really enjoyed every day's activities, especially disco for kids with hotel's animators. The hotel definitely needs improvement but i still recommend it
