Dirty rooms, terrible service, and stole money from us, at the last day, big scammers. Never again!!!

I don't recommend this Hotel Polo Resort Bulgaria, because they are some scammers, they force you to enter your card details so they can steal money from your account be very careful with this big hotel a big dislike and i don 't recommend it

She was always there to assist us whenever needed, which made our stay even more pleasant.
We were a group of four, and we were delighted to be given a spacious accommodation with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place was truly magnificent and provided us with all the comfort we needed.
The hotel boasts its own picturesque pool and a restaurant that serves delectable food. What impressed us further was the accessibility of both the room rates and restaurant prices, making our stay budget-friendly without compromising on quality.

The pool is great and clean. The restaurant is one of the best in sunny beach but not many people know about it. The kitchen and the service is perfect! Great place!

Rooms are spacious, food is good. Prices are affordable, only downside is that its a bit long walk to the beach, a taxi is better to get to the strip.
