The location and view are great. I booked the all-inclusive but there is not much to use in the evening. The food served for dinner needs improvement.

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

Pros: the hotel is renovated, good mattresses, linen. Excellent breakfast. The location right next to the promenade street is both a plus and a minus, because if the windows overlook it, it is noisy until 1 am. Cons: no private beach, small pool, very few sun loungers and all are already taken at 8 am. Terrible service, in the bar, if you don't pay attention, they underfill the alcohol. Very poor cleaning...

Excellent location excellent breakfast.

Breakfast is bad. The variety is small. They collect the remaining cheese and serve 4-5 types of old cheese again the next day.

Wow what can I say. I have just arrived today the welcome I got was amazing. The room is huge.the staff are amazing. It's been a while since I have had my bags taken to the room. Not much of a welcome or information shared on arrival. The rooms are spacious and clean, we did have a faulty toilet but it was fixed immediately, so good service there. A complaint as such is that the cleaners seem to start at 8am,? Now I work hard all year & really don’t want to be up, dressed and out for 8am! Looked at all reviews and had my doubts. Very clean hotel and only criticism was that the food wasn’t hot. Tastes ok lukewarm. The hotel location is excellent you are in walking distance of shops bars restaurants and beach, in 15 minutes walk could be at flower street in 30 minutes walk nesebar old town, which you must visit.
