This is a great hotel with a chilled out vibe. No rushing for sunbeds, or queues for the buffet. The food was nice and for the youngsters, they have a pizza oven, which is on all day. The staff are nice, and a special shout out to the animation team for always putting on a great show. The gym needs a good upgrade as some machines were broken, and were broken throughout our stay.

Good and cheap hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Food was really really good. Not a lot of choise but what they serve is fresh and tasty and that's what mates the most. Cocktails are not amazing they put way to much alcohol in. But for what i paid i got an amazing holiday.

The hotel is on the south side of sunny Beach but the centre is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride away. The staff in reception are very helpful and speak good English. The pool is big and the children's pool with slides is a must. Walk through the rear gates of complex over a road and straight onto sand and sea.

Spacious room, delicious food,polite staff,close to the sea and surrounded by many shops and cafes. Of the minuses: no Wi-Fi (bought a separate card for Internet )and not cleaned the room (had to go and ask to change the towels and clean the room),in the end, the maid service did not impress.

Hotel lovely, restaurant is a bit of a shambles. Not enough staff to get the tables cleaned for the next ones to come in .. can never find any sugar for coffee the staff don't know how to fix the coffee and tea machine if it needs resetting. Very clean, big rooms, good food, nice atmosphere, well trained personal. What we didn’t like was that half of the beach seats were occupied with towels at 6 am, even though the hotel policy forbids it. Most of the time people never even come back to their seats or stay very little, while the ones who actually stay at the beach have to wait for someone to take their towels.

Really nice place to stay and rest. Good food and nice service. Only two things that are minus and why I give 4 stars: 1.The private beach is always full from the early morning and you can't find a spot even before 8am. 2.Fire alarm woke up us in the mirning around 8am. without any reason.

The hotel was super clean, the people very friendly, and a great place to stay and enjoy. Pools are a little cold and not a lot of animations on the evening, but you can access the other Riu 50m away if you want.

Nice views, big rooms & beds. Food is pretty good. I'm overall giving it a 4 star rating on Maps, as I would rate the hotel as 4 stars (using standard hotel ratings) I recommend against the SPA services - the tables they use for massages are torture devices, the head holes and tiny and uncomfortable, and it's impossible to breath.

Fittet perfect on our demands. Cheap and quite. Although we were lucky with the side - on the other side of the hotel is on of the largest discotheques at sunnybeach, Lazur. The room we got is massive for 2 adults, 2 children and an infant. The pool is good and the kids love it. The food is not good. Breakfast is ok but main dinner is awful.

I was not a guest there but I walked into the lobby and asked for help with finding a local car rental and the clerk was very helpful she searched on Google and called to make sure they have cars available.

Just back, stayed a week. Rooms were large. Whole hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and after the first day they knew exactly what I wanted from either the breakfast or the bar. My main complain was the lack of WiFi in the rooms. Otherwise it was pretty good. The apartment was spacious, there were things for cooking, the breakfast was also pretty nice, the pool was enjoyable, etc. Cleanness of the kitchen part can be improved and the road leading to the hotel is less than ideal for walking, but those were not major issues.

The owners of the hotel and personal are very responsive. Clean environment, healthy air from mountains, magnificent sea view and quit place for rest. I resommend for all.
