Very friendly person. Always help in suggestions and it is the Best cleaned place in Sunny Beach compare with the same Level accomodation place. A super benefit is the possibility to play table tennis.. :-)

The vacation in this hotel was great however food was horrible and was same all time. Staff was awesome and kind. And the best was Moni Animation. She was amazing and her activities was so funny.

Did not stay here, but used their pool. 5e entrance pp. Very helpful receptionist. Not enough bins around the pool, people keep leaving rubish on floor, shame.

The pool is nice, the foog and the bar is great, but the best thing is the staff. Every worker there is very friendly, especially the animator.

My sister was here recently. Impressions from the hotel are very good. She liked the hotel staff, and especially the girl Olga(incredible person), who was sitting at the reception. She always smiled and was very friendly with hotel clients. Be sure to come again.

Amazing people. Great service. Please ask for Mariela. The hotel is very quiet and yet not far away from the center. The rooms are clean, well maintained, large and very stylish.

Fair, clean, family friendly hotel. With our promo prices spend there one week. Parking for free, pool, bar by the pool. I didn't like the payment option... Only cash! I didn't like the fact that all money in front! Recommend it for families with children that wanted to have a different option than going to the beach, BTW it's 10 minutes away, so great thing aswell

Great place to stay clean apartments good location the beach is a short walk there is a bus stop outside the gates where you can get a bus into town and all the tours seem to go from there as well the pool area gets the sun for most of the day there are shops open 24 hours at the front of the apartments so even if you turn up at 2 in the morning like we did you can still get some basics take your own...

Our room was excellent. Very clean and we had two balconies. We stayed on the top floor. Everything was nice good kitchen facility, air con , lovely chamber lady. The only down point is design flow in terms of balcony balustrade giving possibility for toddlers to climb on.

Spacious apartment, clean, nice, 3balconies, salt water in swimming pool, fine staff.only one problem was with air conditions, only one from three worked.

So far it's been really nice. The bar is great, aswell as the drinks and people working here. Overal a great experience thus far.

You get what you pay. Clean and large rooms. Air-conditioned. You have a kitchen. 400 m away from the beach. Lots of markets and restaurants around.

Good location, decent service, ok facilities but to be expected for its price, kitchenette not very well equipped in terms of cutlery or utensils, great pool and everything is relatively new

The accomodation was comfortable. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The parking is not free, but cheap and safe.

Best cost-to-taste lasagne in Bulgaria, nice pool and friendly staff. Would be 5 star but bed sheets werent changed and the kitchenette was sub-par with very old/worn kitchenware. Perfect for a cheap holiday as 15 minute walk from the strip.

Stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much came back again. Clean, fresh apartments, friendly staff who try hard to make you comfortable and a stocked bar and tasty restaurant are all reasons for staying. And it's far enough away from the busy vibrant strip but only a short walk or bus ride if you want to spend time there.

Beautiful place. Really enjoyed being here. Staff were fantastic, the new girl took a lev per serving but never mind. Other staff was great very helpful. Definitely will be going again!

Got a 2bedroom apartment which was very clean. Although most of their staffs couldn't speak english, they were still very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to all amenities. Beach and night clubs are about 10 to 15minutes walk away I would recommend and would visit again. For night outings, a touch would be useful as the country itself does not use much street lights.
