5 star hotels All-inclusive in Sunny Beach

This hotel has tasty food and nice swimming pools, but: 1. The manager Lili Radeva has no clue how to work with clients. After I asked to change the room, because our stinked with sewer, she said that it’s OK and we just need to open the windows. After a day and a good job of General Manager we got a new room. 2. Definitely one of the best hotel on the Sunny Beach. Breakfast costs 18 leva per person and it's very very rich. Hotel is clean and employees were always nice. We had one issue with noise from hall (A/C pipes) and they repair it in hour after anouncement. Thank you!

Enjoyed this hotel very pretty and offers lots of facilities, and right on the beach ,rooms could do with redecorating and better cleaning service, the spa and beauty treatments are well worth a visit, meal's are good local food and continental breakfast, offering plenty of choice.

Had a lovely time here with the staff being so friendly. Room service was very good with towels being replaced daily and the general upkeep of the room maintained daily. The restaurant was abundant in choice and the food was wonderfully prepared. The location is excellently with it not being too far from shops, the beach and a shopping centre attached to it with a discount in some stores due to staying...

Spacious room, delicious food,polite staff,close to the sea and surrounded by many shops and cafes. Of the minuses: no Wi-Fi (bought a separate card for Internet )and not cleaned the room (had to go and ask to change the towels and clean the room),in the end, the maid service did not impress.

I recommend the hotel, the rooms are large and clean, the food is fresh, diverse and very tasty, the yard is large and it has a lot of plants and trees. The only thing the bothered me were two waiters at the a la carte restaurant who were really rude. I would only suggest to install a small playground (some swings, a slide etc) which would be helpful for parents to keep children busy.

Helena Sands is the best hotel I've ever stayed in and believe me, that's many. The location is superb and the seaview rooms are fantastic. The spa is incredible and I've always enjoyed my stays. And don't forget - the food is like a 5 star Michelin restaurant. If you're wondering where to stay in Sunny Beach - this is the place for you.

Arrived back home from here today 29/8/23 after spending a fantastic week.The hotel is absolutely perfect,away from the noise and hustle and bustle of flower street.The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for you.The rooms are clean and tidy and kept that way every day by the great cleaners.The food is 5*****!! If I was to go to this area again then I wouldn't hesitate to book Helena sands hotel...

The staff makes all the difference. I was pleased with them. They are very attentive and are alaways ready to help. The food and locations are great. The only thing that could use an upgrade is the rooms. They are starting to show their age. Overall, this is an amazing place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

It is an ideally located hotel, at the beach, with a nice design. What amazed me the most and made me have an excellent time is the good quality of staff. From the room maids to the manager,, who by the way it is present all day long around the reception, all people are very dedicated and this reflects in all services. Very clean, big rooms, good food, nice atmosphere, well trained personal. What we didn’t like was that half of the beach seats were occupied with towels at 6 am, even though the hotel policy forbids it. Most of the time people never even come back to their seats or stay very little, while the ones who actually stay at the beach have to wait for someone to take their towels.

Really nice place to stay and rest. Good food and nice service. Only two things that are minus and why I give 4 stars: 1.The private beach is always full from the early morning and you can't find a spot even before 8am. 2.Fire alarm woke up us in the mirning around 8am. without any reason.

The hotel was super clean, the people very friendly, and a great place to stay and enjoy. Pools are a little cold and not a lot of animations on the evening, but you can access the other Riu 50m away if you want.

Nice views, big rooms & beds. Food is pretty good. I'm overall giving it a 4 star rating on Maps, as I would rate the hotel as 4 stars (using standard hotel ratings) I recommend against the SPA services - the tables they use for massages are torture devices, the head holes and tiny and uncomfortable, and it's impossible to breath.

This hotel Is good and funny, The room Is beauty and confortabile. And the pool Is good with the games room,spa and all. But the service isn't very good because they don't ask indication and don't give help at the people.

Lovely hotel & staff; the food is great, the beetroot they serve is amazing. I usually don't indulge in beetroot but when I saw it cut up like that on the buffet table, amongst all of the vegetables; I knew it was calling me. So good, so red, so juicy! A great place, worth the money. Nice staff, especially the tall gentleman from reception. The room was big, the pool was clean, and they even brought a topper for the bed(they were 2 single beds). Distance to the beach is approximately 10 minutes, which is great, and a lot of non-stop supermarkets nearby.

Great, the pool is very enjoyable, the atmosphere is mostly relaxed. The rooms are spacious. The beach is close, it’s far from the central part of Sunny Beach but there are still a lot of things in the area, it’s very close to Nessebar. The restaurant is closed but there is another one just next to the pool, as well as other restaurants around. Costa Coffee is close, on the way to the beach.

Food was good. Staff was nice. Location is great. Prices are expensive. I only give it 4 stars because we were the only ones in the restaurant at dinner time, which was a bit unsettling.

The hotel was recently redecorated with impeccable design and luxury custom furniture. The beach is private and one of the best beaches in Bulgaria.

Small cozy hotel on the first line. Excellent rooms. Good courteous staff. Well maintained beach with umbrellas and sunbeds. There is not a big pool. Near the main street of Sunny Beach. Near the clinic Bulmedica. Bus stop. Police. City Polyclinic.

Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas...Pretty empty. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No green. No way I am ever staying here.

There were some minor inconveniences like some stuff around the rooms being broken or people leaving towels to take up the sunbeds around the pool. The Villas are great. The food is good and the beach is two steps away. The resort has very good Spa and is very affordable for awarded hotel. The serving personal at the restaurant needs to learn to smile and become more invisible. The weather end od July is perfection, but it is pretty busy so you need to reserve in advance. Very nice hotel, rooms are cleaned every day, tha staff is welcoming and friendly. Downside is that kitchen is not very well equiped. Also parking lots can be a problem.

I overall like the stay, it's pet friendly and relatively close to the beach. My room happens to have internet, and it's serving me just fine. The only negative side is that there's a lack of kitchen utensils - no pan, no knife, no pots.
