Apartment Hotels in Sunny Beach

Pleasant experience at the begging of September. Special impression was food. The chief is very creative, there were a lot of interesting tastes and creations. Bravo for him! The stuff in the hotel is mostly from Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. Some of them very nice, specially girls from Ukraine, but some of them always frowning and cold. Well, we need more local Bulgarian stuff !

Rooms are really clean, pool is amazing. The place is just tre right size, not too much walk to bar/restaurant/pool. Perfect place with kids. Little playground right next to it. Food was tasty, maybe a bit more snacks would be nice in-between meals and another person behind the pool bar but all together great value and really enjoyable holiday.

The food is mainly good but it's very repetitive. The room are ok, but the mattresses are no good, especially if you have back pain. The room service is nice but they don't clean your room for the whole of your stay which is a bit of an issue when you stay for 2 weeks. Staff is nice but most of them have limited to non English, but you can have support at the reception. The hotel is 6 minutes walking...

Nice location - quiet but point to all kinds of transport - bus, mini train. Perfectly clean hotel and all hotel area. Food very tasty and various. Thematic nights in the dinner time. Very polite staff, all people working there want that you feel very special. I will highly recommend the hotel. Thank you to all the staff!

The Hotel is with a great location. Rooms are cleaned each and every day, spacious... Amazingly soft bed mattresses. The chef is from Turkey, so you get the best of the Mediterranean cuisine, drinks are on the house all day long, very generous and friendly bartender. Amazing, simply amazing..

Great hotel to stay, perfect 👌 ambient, employees goes out of their way and beyond to serve hotel guests. Food variety is excellent 😋,every day different meals, freshly BBQ fish, meet. Rooms are always spotless clean. Need to mention Erhan and Taner, also the girls in the lobby,😊👌, always smiling, very kind, entertaining and keep guests happy 💯% while having great cocktails 😊😊😊 I can highly recommend...

Cold water but god damn the food and rooms were amazing the location it is a bit far from beach but a nice little morning walk is also nice so it didn't really matter to us if it was far (it's like 15 minutes slow pace) the ground are beautiful and there were cats

Bed was broken, room was dusty. A lot of food but the same every day. Great location, close to beach, 3 pools with loads of chairs, very nice park, loads of plants. Great bartenders by the pool and 2 o'clock snacks really good. Overall 4 stars rating,

Everything is great, room clean, bed really comfortable, the pools are clean and has areas for children, park for them, most of the stuff does not speak English, the sweet part of the bufe is quite weak, but all in all i would come back

Great atmosphere, the animation team is doing a great job (miss u guys), the food is good but the disadvantage is the cleaning service which was a little bit poor. Overall a great place to spend your vacation!

Great hotel with all-inclusive but strange price policy as it can change from day-to-day due to high season or other not so evident arguments.

Settled on 06/07/21. Immediately upon arrival at 8:00 we could not be accommodated. Due to the previous settlement of a large number of people. Promised to check in at 14:00. Before check-in: We ate in the bistro which is located on the outside of the hotel. Compared to restaurants within walking distance, this bistro has the largest selection of dishes and reasonable prices. We walked to the beach...

Hotel itself is beautifil, but this is the only + of the hotel. Stuff is not polite. I arrived at 12:30, needed to wait for room to be the ready. They didnt allow go to restaurant for lunch, because check in is from 14:00. They even didnt want to provide password to wifi before check in!! Food was very poor, bad quality. It is what it is, a no frills complex. If you expect 5 star, you'll be disappointed, if you're realistic you'll be pleasantly surprised. Apartments are adequate and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Had a great time staying here.

Staying at this complex at this time 4/06/18. Rooms lovely, clean and within walking distance to beach, restaurants , shops etc. IT WOULD OF BEEN GREAT IF WE COULD OF SLEPT BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE BEEN WOKEN UP BY PEOPLE WHO KEEP NOCTURNAL HOURS WISH WE'D OF KNOWN THIS BEFORE WE BOOKED. SO JUST LETTING YOU KNOW HOTELS GREAT BUT IF YOU KEEP "NORMALISH HOURS " OF SLEEP AND AWAKE MAYBE THIS COMPLEX...

Nice apartments a little small wi-fi a bit weak towels only replaced every fourth day but other than that ok for a visit quite close to shops and restaurants

The vacation in this hotel was great however food was horrible and was same all time. Staff was awesome and kind. And the best was Moni Animation. She was amazing and her activities was so funny.

Did not stay here, but used their pool. 5e entrance pp. Very helpful receptionist. Not enough bins around the pool, people keep leaving rubish on floor, shame.

The pool is nice, the foog and the bar is great, but the best thing is the staff. Every worker there is very friendly, especially the animator.

Very good plays, the rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is ok. They can do espresso coffee, not instant one.

For 3 stars good hotel. Nothing fancy, but all ok. Rooms they clean everyday. Sometimes in bathrooms was unpleasant smell of canalization. Stuff nice and frendly. Pool and area clean. Food normal, just all reapeted so was boring. Location good.

Best value for money ratio. Free and strong wifi, underground parking lot, very good location and friendly service. Recommended.

Hotel is quite basic but adequate, room spacious & very clean, It would be quite a challenge to cooks a meal with limited utensils but numerous restaurants very close to hotel. Please be aware that rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy from the main road which runs past the hotel, we moved room to the back of the hotel, we were offered a choice, breakfast was quite good the usual kind of thing...

What a wonderful place to stay for a holiday. STAFF, are brilliant, polite and respectful. LOCATION, is outstanding, beach, shops are very close etc. APARTMENT'S, are large well equipped, air con and peaceful. POOL, no problem with lido's any time you go to the pool. All in All a great little Village to stay.

Very nice, really friendly staff, easy walking distance to both Sunny Beach and Nessebar old town. Convenient for supermarkets with plenty of other restaurants in its vicinity.

Nice accommodation in a nice location Positive: one spit from the beach, nice staff, you can pay by bank card. Negative: it has only been used since the handover ... it could be renovated ... Wifi only on the ground floor. The rest later ....

Great hotel with awesome terrace, close to the beach (actually first line) and away from the noisy center with discos clubs and pubs. It has swimming pool, also really nice restaurant downstairs. The beach is less crowded that the center of Sunny Beach (Slnchev bryag). Walkable distance to Sveti Vlas (Sveti Vlas). Also you can rent a bike from the Rent-a-car downstairs and reach the old town of Nessabar

Amazing hotel ,very clean, every day fresh towels ,very nice and helpful the people in the reception and bar.All that you need for an excellent vacation.

The pool is great and clean. The restaurant is one of the best in sunny beach but not many people know about it. The kitchen and the service is perfect! Great place!

Rooms are spacious, food is good. Prices are affordable, only downside is that its a bit long walk to the beach, a taxi is better to get to the strip.

The apartment was alright with everything you needed. The decor was slightly unique but not a problem. Our mate decided to book it out of season so most things were shut. Like a zombie apocalypse. Owners were friendly and recommended some good places to eat that were open.

Very nice hotel, rooms are cleaned every day, tha staff is welcoming and friendly. Downside is that kitchen is not very well equiped. Also parking lots can be a problem.

I overall like the stay, it's pet friendly and relatively close to the beach. My room happens to have internet, and it's serving me just fine. The only negative side is that there's a lack of kitchen utensils - no pan, no knife, no pots.

My husband just spent 4 days at this place. He was very impressed by the friendly staff and would highly recommend this hotel.

Having a small kitchen unit inside the room was nice. The owners were friendly and helpful and spoke English. The room was quite small, but still comfortable and good value.

Excellent staying! Well spent money for the outstanding return of the staying at the hotel. Supermarket 24/7 right next to the hotel,swimming pool 24/7, restaurant.. Our room even had stove, refrigerator,plates.. highly recommended. teenagers are welcomed. Good location. 15 minutes to the beach.

Clean location, spacious apartment, but there are problems with how to get to the location because the booking address is not correct. Otherwise everything is ok.

A little difficult to find the reception. We had to ask twice how we could get to the front desk. Accommodation very ok, very nice complex.
