Hotel was very clean. Breakfast wasn’t great.. we found it hard to get a table each morning and food was cold. Noticed a lot of people handling the bread and putting it back again. Pool area was very clean. Guys in charge of towels didn’t speak..only time they spoke was when they told us to move because they needed to clean the pool. Found it hard sometimes to get a sunbed if you were later going...

Me and my family spent a lovely week in Sunny Beach staying at this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well maintained with the housekeeping staff always available to change towels etc. The food was good and there was plenty of variety at every meal. The hotel might consider extending breakfast to 10:30 or 11am as the restaurant could get very busy at times...

Just returned from a week at best western this was our 3rd time check in was great really polite lady on reception we arrived early and gave us our room. Room was good clean as usual, breakfast was included and was good. The thing that let this holiday down was they have made a change to sun beds do not allow you to get a sun bed or towel before 10 am so a mad rush and then at 6 pm the whole pool...

We had an incredible time! The hotel is very clean, modern, beautiful and it has a great central location. We received excellent customer service and got a free upgrade to an even bigger room. The staff was super kind and professional. The slides and pool truly make you forget about the beach! Breakfast was delicious and varied, there were also some vegan and sugar free options. Cozy, clean, with delicious breakfasts. We went to dinner, for 60 leva we simply ate too much Wi-Fi in the room was very bad, there was no constant connection

Nice hotel,all you need is there however bathroom/ showers require a bit of tlc. Location close to busy road but when you cross the road there us a beautiful beach ⛱️ 😎 very good experience overall.

Hotel Wela is definitely a great choice. The place definitely surprised and satisfied us in terms of service and quality. The food and the local beverages are tasty and plentiful, the staff amazingly friendly and willing all the time. Daily programs for kids and adults in and around the pool are fun for all. Heads up in case you don't like a bit of music around the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable...

We just spent a week there (July 9 to July 16). Overall the hotel Is not bad at all - all inclusive service Is stunning, animators' everyday show perfect. Bar at the pool absolutely great. But there are some issues I need to highlight - the room. We were facing a significant water leak from the shower In our room no. 228. The bathroom was basically full of water coming from the bottom concrete base...

Very nice for families so prepare yourself for being surrounded by screaming children most of the time. Beware the parking is 10 euro/day but they gave us a little discount for staying 10 days. Food is okay, even as a vegetarian i had plenty to eat. Nice entertainment during the evening.

Food was delicious. There would be 5 start from me, but room was very noisy due to noisy old fridge, fuse box and location of room itself.
