This is a great hotel with a chilled out vibe. No rushing for sunbeds, or queues for the buffet. The food was nice and for the youngsters, they have a pizza oven, which is on all day. Good accommodation,great food but I have to complain about the parking. It is way too small plus you are rushed when you park in front of the hotel,even to get out your luggage from or to your car. Luckily there is a big parking lot in an intersection nearby which was free to park on.

I spent 4 days in this resort late September and I really had a great time. I had a 12 day vacation in this hotel and I had such a good time now I’m just sad to be home again. We got the exact room we asked for, it got cleaned properly every day. What a fantastic hotel for the kids! The slides are great fun! We had a junior suite so loads of room. A massive super king-size bed in a separate bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area for our children. Stayed as a family of 5 in August 2023. 2 rooms but only one was cleaned in the week stay. The food was to a good standard. The quests were mostly Eastern European. The best thing about Kalina Garden Hotel was the animation team, we are extremely pleased by their work and activities! They were always friendly, very active and dedicated to what they do. We very much enjoyed the first two days of our holiday, very relaxing, not too busy, and then three bus loads of schoolkids, and supposedly supervising adults arrived from another country. The hotel is on the south side of sunny Beach but the centre is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride away. The staff in reception are very helpful and speak good English. The pool is big and the children's pool with slides is a must. Walk through the rear gates of complex over a road and straight onto sand and sea.

The best hotel I have been to in my life! The pools and aquapark are amazing! Fantastic Hotel, food was amazing, plenty to choose from. Easy access to the beach, which was very clean. The weather was beautiful, sunshine all day. The Strip of Stalls that ran along the beach had a wide variety of goods and bars. Altogether a fantastic holiday and we will return.

Overall we have really enjoyed our time at The Grand sunny beach the food is amazing and delicious I can’t fault it, the staff seem a bit miserable 😞 , but we had to buy us own water for the room as we only got one bottle and we were here for a week, although i bought small bottles and kept refilling them at the drinks station. The communal area and lifts are far too small for the amount of rooms....

It's not that great. Location is good for the sea, beach and eating and drinking. Also the rooms are fairly nice and cleaned every day. But the food and alcohol at the hotel are dismal and the entertainment is over and done within an hour. Horse meat is on the menu a few times per week and the beer is weaker than a shandy. This Hotel is lovely, prime location for beach, shops, bars & restaurants. We were in room 12A, beautiful room with a view that was gorgeous. Facilities in hotel were good, staff all friendly and helpful. The reason why not 5 stars was the food, it was ok, but not very warm and samey every day. But other than that it was a perfect holiday and we will definitely return.

Even tho we faced a tiny issue upon arrival the services have been great so far, staff is great - Angel, Kris, Daria and the ever funny Barush make the evenings at the bar fun and precious. Food is great, sea is a step away from you and as a guest u truly feel appreciated.

It is a good hotel, well placed , almost on the beach. The pool was great, clean, enough space, enough sun beds. The rooms were cleaned everyday which was a big plus, spacious rooms, good food, enough variaties of foods. Had a great time in my two week stay. Enjoyed my 9am fitness swims before others got in the pool. Food was top quality and plenty to choose from. Location was good for the beach but abit of a walk for the main bars ie: Flower street etc. Staff inc' cleaning staff are hard working and friendly.

Wonderful hotel with an amazing view and excellent location. The service and food were perfect, and the room exceeded my expectations with its comfort and amenities. The staff were incredibly attentive and made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The hotel is super! Food was always enough, even if coming at the end of all imposed with the mountain. To the beach: 100 m sunbeds free. Room cleaned every day, bed sheets every three days. Cocktails and ice cream fill up.

The best hotel in all sunny beach! Cozy and Stylish rooms, friendly stuff, delicious food in restaurant, nice swimming pool, jacuzzi baths is a special love!! Comfortable location: in 5 min from central bus station, 5-7 min from beach, around plenty restaurants, stores! What else do you need to have a great stay?! It was amazing experience there! Great location, very close to the beach and the main strip. The hotel stuff is warm and helped us a lot to locate some places. Clean rooms and the food was very tasty. No hesitation for the next visit of Sunny beach. The kids were very happy with the water slides.
