Most things were great. Room was excellent pool was excellent and clean. Staff were friendly .our room was very nice had a big suite. Big beds very comfy settee .plenty of wardrobe storage. Close to some lovely restaurants. Efficient cleaners. Knocked to see if you needed anything if you were in your room. Fridge in your room air conditioning. Balcony with pool view.

Very cheap hotel, rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. The pool is nice. Very close to the strip. Food is mostly cold, and choice is limited. Restaurant employees in the hotel are a bit moody. Dimo and Lubo the bartenders are nice.

We had the most amazing time at Hotel Golden Ina for our second year here. We were a group of more than 60 people, accommodated in 25 rooms. We loved that the hotel is right on the beautiful Rumba Beach and the children really enjoyed the pool. The food was delicious and various every time. The location is fantastic, it has its own beach, the food is excellent. But the maids are extremely rude and don't do their job properly every day. They also charge the parking garage and block your car so it takes you a whole day or two to get your car out.

The tranquil family plan, easy access to the beach

We had no balcony and when we asked to upgrade they wouldn't. The view was of a waste rubbish area, the beds were low and uncomfortable the sink was in the shower which wouldn't stay on and the shower curtain was too short soaking the whole floor. the curtains didn't meet and the cistern lid kept sliding off. The food was always cold and not enough tables for the amount of people

Very good hotel , located in the a good place, the food is great and the whole environment is well maintained and organized. There are many pools there and a big aqua park for the older and the younger. You have drinks included all day, you have an open bar at the pool with a snacks kitchen and a bar on the private beach of the hotel.

This is a great hotel with a chilled out vibe. No rushing for sunbeds, or queues for the buffet. The food was nice and for the youngsters, they have a pizza oven, which is on all day. I stayed in Hrizantema in July 2020. In 2021 the hotel is closed due to renovation works. Hrizantema is a nice hotel located in Sunny Beach region. Overall the hotel is not bad. Good food and entertainment the only reason I won't give 5 stars is the cheap non alcoholic drinks they include in the all inclusive. I was forced to buy juice from shops outside hotel so my child can drink something other than water.

I’ve stayed at this hotel the past 10 days and have had the most amazing experience. The staff are so helpful and accommodating and kind. The food is excellent every night is different foods and every night it was fabulous. There is lots for children to do, I have a 4yo daughter and she loved every minute of her holiday. Couldn’t fault this hotel, stayed here for 4 nights. Nice size modern room cleaned daily. Good food variety at the buffet each night, outdoor snack area by the pool bar which served snacks and deserts in the afternoon. Excellent resort located near the dunes. Our newly renovated room was very comfortable and had a sea view. The beds were comfy, and we had a superb sleep. The food was simply delicious, with a huge assortment of meats and salads (including fish, prawns, mussels, rabbit, lamb, pork, and chicken). Lovely hotel right next to the beach in Sunny Beach. Its a resort similar to those in other tourist destinations, with more than one building. Food and drinks available from early morning till midnight. We had cosy sea view room with comfortable bed , equipped with everything needed for a short stay.
