We had an absolutely fantastic time, Rooms cleaned everyday, staff were really helpful, asked for a kettle for our Room it was there within 10 minutes 😀

The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful, rooms very dated and small for a family of four. The bathroom always flooded when you have a shower. The sofa bed that's provided was pieced together with timber. Food was hit and miss for quality was usually cold or slightly under cooked, we were all inclusive and tended to eat out on some occasions. The pool area is very tidy but only three slides...

Stayed here for 2 nights after our flight home was cancelled; they gave us a room with no hassle at all; went bed and breakfast even though our previous hotel was all inclusive; breakfast selection not vast but satisfied us; rooms are spacious very clean; sea view amazing but you get noise from bars so not for everyone would definitely stay here again in future

We spent 12 days there. Service was great with room cleaners and very good and helpful service in dining room.. Bartender was great. Sea is very close and pool is cool.. The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals.. for most guests trashbins are unknown things.. Very close to the beach, really good service and pools are clean. The room I was in, which was 616 had no tv access, There were no channels to watch, Blanket also wasn't comfy and so wasn't the pillow, Elevators stop randomly at stages even tho no one is there.

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly. The food was still then cold and tasteless. This hotel has potential of being a really good hotel but clearly the staff are not putting the effort in.

Air cooling system was not working at first night ant it was very hot. After informing receptionist about that she/he did write something on paper, and same for several times. After harder discussion in reception we got another room. Anyway hotel is quite good with good kitchen.

Fairly basic hotel, clean enough and in a decent location. The pool is shared with the adjacent hotel, but it is huge, so plenty of space. Breakfast is very good and recommended. There's no kids club or any kind of entertainment or activities, but places with evening entertainment nearby

Just back from this hotel the staff are awesome friendly and very welcoming pool immaculate clean. Cleaners in daily towels every second day . They even gave us a packed lunch for airport never had that before would highly recommend this hotel

Very helpful staff. Accommodated us and our dog on the spot and even got a parking spot. We spent a lovely two nights here. Breakfast was typical of most places you find in Bulgaria. Would stay again

No, there was no sleeping in the room, the air conditioning was not allowed on by the hotel - too expensive !!!! No problems, so were not solved.

A basic hotel which is fine at a bargain price. Interesting communist relic, somewhat worn in places, freshly refurbished in others. Limited facilities, offset by good pool and great pool bar, plus excellent hard working entertainment team.

The Hotel Pomorie is a large 3-star hotel, just two minutes walk from the seafront. The rooms, that we had, were spacious and clean with their own balconies and a shower room. Truly an amazing experience in this amazing all- inclusive hotel. The food we were offered was very tasteful, the staff was really friendly and offered us a great experience during our vacation. The location of the hotel is very good, only one minute away from the beach. For our little kids it was amazing due to the many activities that the hotel offers.

The Zefir hotel is basically OK. There is nothing to complain about and there is nothing really exciting about it. We enjoyed our time there. Everything was simply OK. I can't say a single bad word about the hotel. Location is great - close to shops and the beach (see attached photo).

I can't even find the right words to describe my experience here. Hotel Iskar was Incredible. Incredible in every way possible, you are treated like a true guest as if it were someones house. And then there's the food which is nothing less than perfect. The flavours of each element work incredibly well together and look amazing as expected. I really hope I will have the chance to stay there again.

The hotel is clean. The room is quite large, I have a double bed and a single. The food is local food. I am all inclusive and the drinks are local products with real Coke zero or normal coke. The pool is large and the area clear. There is a life guard during the day.

Highly recommend to you. Perfect location, very friendly staff, simple clean rooms for little money. Who wants to have to double the price gets you more pay. Close to the beach, the rooms are clean and neat. Some of the staff is very rude, but they have employees that really deserve tips. The food is amazing, and different every day, they always have some kind of fish, pork and side dishes.

The pool had no hand rail so I couldn't get on it a I'm disabled, disappointing as it was so sunny I needed to cool off, ended up using the baby pool with assistance. People were down at 6 am reserving sun beds which was a pain. The restaurant staff needed lessons in customer service. Otherwise we had a good time, the apartments were spacious & clean.

The location is alrite. Its not too far away from the centre. Most people use the bars away from the hotel for this reason where drinks can be found cheaper.

Nice appartment. Very close to the beach (aprox. 5-7 min walk), has access to the pool downstairs and it is cozy. The only thing is that the cleanliness could be improved, meaning that the bathroom didn’t exactly look like it was just cleaned. Otherwise, a good quality for the money.

Was here last week 14th - 21st may with my daughter, grandson & niece.
