We had an absolutely fantastic time, Rooms cleaned everyday, staff were really helpful, asked for a kettle for our Room it was there within 10 minutes 😀

The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful, rooms very dated and small for a family of four. The bathroom always flooded when you have a shower. The sofa bed that's provided was pieced together with timber. Food was hit and miss for quality was usually cold or slightly under cooked, we were all inclusive and tended to eat out on some occasions. The pool area is very tidy but only three slides...

Stayed here for 2 nights after our flight home was cancelled; they gave us a room with no hassle at all; went bed and breakfast even though our previous hotel was all inclusive; breakfast selection not vast but satisfied us; rooms are spacious very clean; sea view amazing but you get noise from bars so not for everyone would definitely stay here again in future

Air cooling system was not working at first night ant it was very hot. After informing receptionist about that she/he did write something on paper, and same for several times. After harder discussion in reception we got another room. Anyway hotel is quite good with good kitchen.

We spent 12 days there. Service was great with room cleaners and very good and helpful service in dining room.. Bartender was great. Sea is very close and pool is cool.. The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals.. for most guests trashbins are unknown things.. It should be much better place if there...

Very close to the beach, really good service and pools are clean. The room I was in, which was 616 had no tv access, There were no channels to watch, Blanket also wasn't comfy and so wasn't the pillow, Elevators stop randomly at stages even tho no one is there.

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly. The food was still then cold and tasteless. This hotel has potential of being a really good hotel but clearly the staff are not putting the effort in.

Cheap as chips, absolute bargain, wife had pork in a pickled sauce and chips, I had the full mixed grill, both meals came with a complimentary small beer, I also had another small beer, total bill came to 44.40 Bulgarian levi, £19.05 sterling, what an absolute gem of a place, even had live music 🎶

The best restaurant in Sunny Beach, we visit it every year. They have the best chicken and the band is playing some lovely music that everybody knows. And the staff is really helpful and looking after you. And the Host/owner is the most lovely lady she is the best. They are always happy to see you. It’s definitely a place you need to visit. A huge recommendation❤️❤️

The pool had no hand rail so I couldn't get on it a I'm disabled, disappointing as it was so sunny I needed to cool off, ended up using the baby pool with assistance. People were down at 6 am reserving sun beds which was a pain. The restaurant staff needed lessons in customer service. Otherwise we had a good time, the apartments were spacious & clean.

Truly an amazing experience in this amazing all- inclusive hotel. The food we were offered was very tasteful, the staff was really friendly and offered us a great experience during our vacation. The location of the hotel is very good, only one minute away from the beach. For our little kids it was amazing due to the many activities that the hotel offers.

The Zefir hotel is basically OK. There is nothing to complain about and there is nothing really exciting about it. We enjoyed our time there. Everything was simply OK. I can't say a single bad word about the hotel. Location is great - close to shops and the beach (see attached photo).

I can't even find the right words to describe my experience here. Hotel Iskar was Incredible. Incredible in every way possible, you are treated like a true guest as if it were someones house. And then there's the food which is nothing less than perfect. The flavours of each element work incredibly well together and look amazing as expected. I really hope I will have the chance to stay there again.

The hotel is clean. The room is quite large, I have a double bed and a single. The food is local food. I am all inclusive and the drinks are local products with real Coke zero or normal coke. The pool is large and the area clear. There is a life guard during the day.

Highly recommend to you. Perfect location, very friendly staff, simple clean rooms for little money. Who wants to have to double the price gets you more pay. Perfect for families with children as it is very much the offer is, everything is manageable and everything is clean. Even the toilets by the Pool are cleaned every 30 minutes. The location is alrite. Its not too far away from the centre. Most people use the bars away from the hotel for this reason where drinks can be found cheaper.

We tried to get accommodation here, but we waited at the reception for n hour before someon came to tell us there's no room. Otherwise the outdoor area looked fantastic.

Everybody is lying about the hotel, there are no insects , nobody is shouting and everyone treats you good and the breakfast is good. The real scammer are booking sites!!! They wanted to make us pay 464 euro for the same stuff , but when i made a reservation through phone it was 250 Euro(488.95 bgn). So if you paid more than this for 5 nights dont complain to the hotel , you got scammed

I had a wonderful time at the hotel! The service was outstanding. They made me feel valued as a guest and were always ready to assist with any requests I had. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant vacay.

We travelled to Bulgaria in September - October 2017 and what we didn't realise then was this is just as their season I'd coming to a close. Half of the shops and restaurants around the hotel had closed so we were stuck eating at the hotel most nights, as it was out of season the menu was quarter of the size. Great hotel for young people. About 10 minute walk to flower street (the main strip) down one well lit main road which has a police station half way down. The road has no strip clubs or anything on until you reach flower street, so no dodgy looking people standing around. A small supermarket next door. A English restraunt (I think the bloke who owns it is English aswell) about 200 metres down the road...

Very nice hotel with decent rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel manager, Stanislava Petrova is an exceptional person, great professional, she is doing her best for the guests. Although we faced some challenges, she was always very helpful, so we will return for sure.

Bed was not double as specified, and we had to improvise so the baby could sleep well enough. Also wifi only in lobby and this was not specified. Food was monoton, but edible. Parking paid and full, had to go somewhere else. And 2 elevators for 11 floors, not so great at meal hours, so better get a lower floor and use the stairs.

It's clean and tidy but old, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is ok and often if all inclusive. The outside area is heavily shaded by tree's but this doesn't allow the pool to get warm. The hotel is opposite the bus station and only a 10 minutes walk from sunny beach center. If you arrive by car you have to pay LV 10 per day. The hotel is very cheap for a stay and will stay again....

Good hotel for good price. Accomodation is up-to-date, new interiors, small fridge and fairly nice mini bathroom. Breakfasts were always england-like, eggs, toasts, beans. Dinners were buffet style, variety of choices, no problem here. Good thing were free drinks including instant coffee. Considering HDP level of the region, hotel is really, really fine.

The hotel has really convenient location both to the beach and to lively streets. On the beach there are enough sunbeds and a bar where you can get water, beer, juice. We had a fantastic stay! The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main strip but far enough for peace and quiet when you want it. The beds were comfortable and our rooms as cleaned and fresh towels were provided. The staff were perfect, anything we asked for they were always willing to help. There was enough choice within the food and there was something for everyone.

I had a great vacation there. The room was luxurious and the view was amazing. The food was great and the staff was very polite. The beach is in front of the hotel and there's even their very own beach bar, which was a pleasant surprise! What more can you ask for? 10/10 would visit again.

Perfect! The hotel isn't big and isn't small. Rooms are clean with daily servise. Personal is perfect, receptionists, waiters, chefs, maids, ... Eating? Bulgarian kitchen is amazing. Distance from the beach is between 7-8 minutes with small baby walking. All journey you can see restaurants, markets, souvenirs. The holiday turned out just great. Food, drinks all inclusive - at the height of meat dishes, sweets, fruits very much, not when it ended.
