I find this situation extremely disappointing with no hel from the receptionist . As a result, I was forced to cancel my reservation, causing inconvenience and financial loss.
Dionis was a great stay when all you need is a place to stay for a few nights.
The parking was small and full at the time of our visit so we could not use it at all.
The staff is not only indifferent to guests but also incapable of completing simple tasks like writing an invoice.
Even if you manage to disregard the dull interior and cheap furniture of the lobby and rooms , you won’t be able to disregard the old und uncomfortable mattresses, which are way too soft and you basically feel all the springs below your back .
The room was not the cleanest , but the bathroom was just filthy, with long black hairs on the tiles around the shower cabin.
In the morning there was not only no breakfast , but also no internet in the entire hotel …
Don’t go there . Better buy a tent or sleep in your car .
The only comment I can make is regarding the cleaning stuff which was really loud early in the morning right infront of our door.
Cons: Air Conditioning doesn't work, beds are uncomfortable(you feel the springs), mold in bathroom.
DO NOT STAY HERE, PAY A LITTLE MORE ELSEWHERE.
The exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, including personalized recommendations and assistance, made us feel like home.
