Generally an alright hotel, but the biggest problem for me was the bed. It must've been really old and i woke up with a sore back every day.

The location is good and the staff were always nice. The room however had 2 major issues. The air-conditioning didnt work and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was no bed frame and the bed was on the floor and you can feel the springs in the mattress. It is a lower priced hotel so i feel my 3 star rating is accurate and fair but all thing considered i would not return.

Really bad service. What is written in booking is very different. Dont trust them . The fridge and the Air conditioner dont work and they cant change the room.they dont pay back. It's an old uncomfortable hotel.

Pros: The location is pretty good.
Cons: Air Conditioning doesn't work, beds are uncomfortable(you feel the springs), mold in bathroom.

The free parking offered by this hotel is a massive plus although cannot be booked in advance. Rooms are clean service is good and 24/7. Air conditioning is a bit antiquated but still a decent option especially if needing to stay near train station

Has WiFi but in my room it was very Bad unfortunately. Furthermore very polite and friendly employees and a little but good covered parking spot.

Unhelpful reception, heating in room always on 25 C, guests are not allowed to change temperature, Short bed, bathtub only. Mini carpark. Not recommended! Ruined my stay in varna!

The attitude of the staff was horrible. They didn't let us know there is no water over the 2 calls we had for the reservation, however, when on site, the grumpy receptionist said "you know there is no water and there isn't going to be any anytime soon, right" (zero care given whether we gonna stay or not). Then he started patronizing me and I needed to be polite to calm him down. Absolutely unacceptable.
Then - the hanger was broken, the sheet was torn, there were ants in the room. Bathroom was without ventilation and the AC was set on "hot" - it was 25 degrees outside...the moist in the bathroom was disgusting, and there was no window to open and let the steam off.
DO NOT GO THERE!
