We have been guests of this hotel a few times in the past. Still, this year we were extremely disappointed: extremely dirty room, strong smell of mold, you can see on the walls the traces of mold, old furniture, bad sheets, old pillows, piles...we knew that it does not offer luxury accommodation, nor did we expect something like that, we just wanted a clean room, where we could rest after a day of skiing. In the 4 nights of accommodation they did nothing but pick up the garbage and change towels (the only positive aspect). I would not recommend this accommodation, there are better accommodations in the area comparable in price. It would be the case to renovate the location, which would require this price.

The lobby looks great not like the rooms that are outdated and a lot of malfunctions including the elevator. The food in the restaurant is decent. The wifi is terrible.

Old fashioned hotel, spa lacks a little bit.
Great staff and decent meals, the biggest bonus is that the hotel located really close to city center and the gondola which makes things easy.

Nice hotel. A bit old-fashioned but clean and convenient. Swimming pool and Sauna. Decent breakfast selection

Holtes is located in a fantastic location within walking distance of the ski lifts, and the food is delicious. However the hotel itself is quite old, and the rooms are not up to par. The hairdryer was not working, and they do not provide towels for the spa in the rooms.

Such a nice place! Great spa and the pool has been recently refurbished.
Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The staff are very knowledgeable for tourists so if you want to know something, just ask them.
The restaurant has also been refurbished and has a great selection of really nice food.
Oh, and don't forget to check out the Juice bar 👍

Nice hotel with nice and polite personnel. The Wi-Fi in the rooms is not so fast. Nice SPA. Food is the best, delicious!

I saw other rooms in the Fotos of the web site and they give us other Standard double room.
They don't know English.

Great Apart-hotel. Nice apartment with balcony and a great view, staff nice and efficient, lovely pool & sauna complex, gym, nice outside space, child friendly. Close to gondola and town. Would definitely recommend.

Casa Karina is a nice hotel in Bansko, with spacious clean rooms. Very good breakfast and dinner. A well equipped gym. Also there is a nice swimming pool available along with a sauna and steam bath. Looking forward to my next trip to Bansko to stay at Casa Karina.
