Great food, kind staff and great food.
I highly recommend the hotel!
The spa was one of the best I have visited.
The massage therapist was very professional and the spa environment was really relaxing!
The hotel 1 minute of waking from the funicular.
The service of the staff at the hotel is excellent, from the reception to the spa, everyone is very respectful of the customers.

There are not enough electrical outlets in the room, these days we all have cell phones, computers, tablets, electric toothbrushes and more....
First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent.
We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service.
The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax.
However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.
