Location: in the town of Bansko, 160 km from the airport of Sofia and 145 km from the airport of Plovdiv, opposite the starting station of the funicular.
Consists of five buildings.
The hotel has 157 rooms.

3 days in a row there was no body lotion in the spa area, I asked on the first day to full the tube in because there is nothing left and I was assured it would be done. Two next days - the situation remained the same - no body lotion at all.
we started to feel bad and threw up for two days later non stop.
half of our vacation ruined
we came to the restaurant to ask only for refund for the food that we threw up any ways and they refuse
The Spa facilities are great and food choices are fantastic.
The food is fantastic! There is a very youngish looking waiter in the main eatery, that is amazingly attentive! Always has a smile and spots when your glass or plate is empty. Definitely one of those up for promotion soon types.
The concierge, checking desk and in-house bar staff are also amazing. The in-house bar always has staff walking through to check whether you would like anything else.
Rooms are top quality. Built in radio for rooms throughout. It's like a small dial within your room.
The hotel is about 50m from the major crossroads that is packed with bars and other shops. Including a 24hr mini mart.
Not yet used the facilities on offer, but there is a spa, pools, massages. Lots of things.
Highly recommend!
Everything about the hotel is luxurious: the decor, the service, the rooms, the breakfast, the restaurant and the spa.
Whether you are here for skiing (winter) or hiking (rest of the year) during the day then what better way to relax than an hour in the spa followed by a memorable meal at one of the in-house restaurants?
The Teppanyaki bar was closed during my visit but no great shame as I dined instead in the Come Prima restaurant. Wow. I really was blown away with how good the experience was. It has won awards but is worthy of a Michelin star or rosette in my opinion. Try it, you'll see!
The spa has 4 different types of sauna(!), steam and snow rooms, IR therapy rooms, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and also the first time I saw poolside loungers the size of double beds perfect for couples.
Everything is clean and impeccably maintained.
To all the staff: you do a great job and should be proud.
I really hope I have the opportunity to stay again. 🙏
When we came back, the room was clean and there was a small surprise. The hotel left me a cake with a sign "Happy Birthday".

The most favorite place for me is the SPA which is well organized and provides many different experiences. It is clean and well maintained.
Overall I would recommend this place which is an example for excellence in service, cleanliness, very good quality of food.
