Ski Bulgarian-German hotel, located at the foot of the Pirin mountains, in one of the most beautiful Bulgarian towns - Bansko. Built in traditional Bulgarian style, which features a combination of stone and wood. Modern comfortable rooms. Beautiful yard, the numerous verandas and balconies, with views of three mountains - Pirin , Rila and the Rhodopes.
A welcoming atmosphere and excellent service guarantee You a pleasant stay and true relaxation at the foot of the Pirin mountains.

Location: 800 m from the centre of Bansko, 400 m from the ski lift. 140 km to Plovdiv airport, 160 km to airport Sofia.
Consists of one 3-storey building.
The hotel has 33 rooms.

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Tanne. The apartment suite was spacious and comfortable beyond our expectations, clean, with gorgeous views. Breakfast freshly prepared. Even though we were the only guests for some days (staying in low season) we could use all the facilities, heated pools and the variety of saunas. The staff were friendly, kind and available. A short walk to the center. Strongly recommended, we would gladly stay there again.

Stayed here as part of 7 day Ski trip to Banko. The managers kept us some food on checkin as the restaurant was closed and were helpful all the way through the stay. They asked if they could put on different food for dinner in the evenings as we didn’t always eat in the Hotel as we were meeting other friends. The rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was great and the pool and sauna was just what was needed each day after a day on the slopes. We were a family group of 8 and we would all stay here again. It is also very convenient for the gondola and local shops restaurants. Approx 5 mins walk each morning to Gondala which was brilliant.

Traditional Bulgarian hotel, great location - restaurants, supermarket, gondola. Nice breakfast&dinner. Room with balcony, warm and with comfortable beds. We loved the spa facilities after skiing all day. I would definitely recommend.

We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. The selection was quite random, but we all enjoyed it every morning. The spa / pool area is lovely and clean. You could spend a good few hours relaxing in there. The location is perfect. The hotel is just located off the main street with bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the gondola too. The only cons really were that we weren’t sure which room we actually booked as this wasn’t very clear when booking. I managed to get in touch with the hotel and they confirmed this for us. Also there’s no kettle in the room, we bought our own travel one. 100% recommend for a ski holiday.

Amazing hotel, perfect stay for a ski holiday

There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. Good accomodation, friendly personnel, good facilities, varied breakfast. Enjoyed the view from the balcony in our room. You need to do a bit of walking if you want to go to the gondola.

I had a great stay at Hotel Tane in Bansko. I had to adjust my reservation due to personal reasons, and the staff offered several helpful options. A big thank you to the receptionist who even helped clean the snow off my car – such a kind gesture! The room was spacious, warm, and very comfortable. The kids loved the spa and swimming pool. The location is perfect, just a 6-7 minute walk to the gondola. I’d definitely stay here again!

Hotel was very clean and we got plenty of use of the pool and spa after returning from the slopes. Dining area was good and the breakfasts were just what was needed. The dinners were just ok with limited choice. We walked up the street one evening and had a brilliant meal at a reasonable price. Partly to see a bit of life, as the hotel is quiet. The hotel has a great location, just a short walk to all the ski hire shops and the Gondola station.

We were greeted by a dirty room where, in the end, the guy from the reception came to clean it himself, but even then, he didn’t do it properly.
The hotel’s internet is practically non-existent, unusable, as it keeps disconnecting, making it impossible to work.
The hotel itself doesn’t deserve 4 stars; it barely earns 3.
The elevator is out of order, so we had to walk up and down the stairs every day.
Breakfast is not served before 7:30 AM, while the gondola starts operating between 8 and 8:30 AM, which makes it impossible to get in line on time. We end up arriving late and waiting for an hour to board.

Booked here with Crystal Skii, stayed for 7 nights, the rooms were nice and big with; a large double bed, en-suite (with bath), tv, safe, free wifi and a balcony. The rooms were clean and tidy, the radiators kept the room nice and hot (could open the door for fresh air).
Games room with pool table, and some old arcade games.
Food was great, plenty of choice, all very tasty, we didn’t have a bad food day while being here. Always went up for seconds!
Service was great, Ivan and Evo were friendly and always met us with smiles.
The spa was just what you needed after a day on the mountain, heated pool, large jacuzzi, 3 saunas, 1 steam room, ice machine, Russian Baths chilling area (robes provided).
Gym had enough for a push, pull and some legs (all machines no free weights) had a gym sesh every day and had no trouble.
Location was 5 minute walk from the busy area perfect for avoiding all the noise from the drinkers, 7min to gondola. Shops nearby for grocery’s.
Overall very enjoyable stay!
