Great Location, But Disappointing Stay
While the location is good—close to Cratos Beach and Cratos Casino—the overall experience left much to be desired. It’s important to note that if you want to use the swimming pool or beach facilities at the Cratos Hotel, you have to pay extra, and it’s not cheap.
**Positives:**
- Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Cratos Beach and Casino.
- Room Size:The room was spacious enough and equipped with air conditioning.
- Amenities:There was a minibar in the room, and a supermarket close to the bungalows, which was convenient.
**Negatives:**
- Hygiene:The swimming pool was so dirty that it had formed a slimy layer, making it too risky to swim in. The room wasn't very clean either, which made us uncomfortable. Overall, the entire property didn’t look clean, and hygiene seemed to be a low priority.
- Lack of Reception:There was no reception on-site, which made it difficult to address any concerns or requests during our stay.
- Breakfast: Due to the lack of cleanliness, we decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel.
- Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi didn’t work throughout our stay, which was frustrating.
- Water Issues: We didn’t have access to cold water because of the heat; only hot water was coming from the shower, kitchen sink, and bathroom sink. Unfortunately, the staff couldn’t resolve this issue.
- Service: We stayed for five days, and during that time, nobody checked in to see if we needed anything.
It's a shame because this could be a beautiful place if the owners put more effort into maintaining it. I hope they address these issues in the future, as the location and potential are great. More attention to hygiene is definitely needed.

Very poor overall, scruffy site, should have been torn down 20 or 30 years ago, greasy low quality good. Not family friendly. Cannot recommend

Very locally placed complex Musthapha and his family are very good hosts nothings a problem very spacious rooms balcony minutes from Kyrenia money exchanges car hire all local casino right next door Big pool.
They serve food all day speak perfect English all.the sports shown there U will bump into a few expats during your stay who.like the info from home.
