What I liked is that there is a door separating the dressing area from the room, which gives more privacy.
Most of the reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. However, there was an older blonde woman at reception who seemed unmotivated and uninterested in providing service. I never saw her smile, and I did not enjoy the interaction. In hospitality, attitude and friendliness really matter.
There is also a small self-service shop downstairs with no staff, offering light snacks, drinks, and personal hygiene items. I really liked this idea as it is convenient.
Overall, it’s an okay place for a short stay.
The hotel doesn’t tell you the rooms won’t be cleaned, you need to notice that there is a poster in the lift telling you this.
Room was not clean on arrival, looked like blood on bathroom wall
Spacious rooms but without carpet, therefore missing a bit comfort to me
