Courtyard by Marriott Munich City East Hotel

That was by far the worst Hotel I’ve ever visited.
It was just for one night due an event that was hold at the same location.
- ROOM: there were black Long hair in the shower, on the carpet and even on some furniture and I don’t have black hair…
- the bed sheets had also some very suspicious strains in red/ purple and black
- SERVICE: at the check in, the man on the first day was almost annoyed at the beginning I had to ask him how the elevator works that felt like asking him a very big favor but he did show me even it was annoying for him
- RESTAURANT: the man behind the bar was busy with some coffee and on his phone but after he noticed he was kind and did smile and I was able to get a roomservice the food was good penne with Shrimps and fresh Ruccola and beer
- the next day I asked if could get breakfast as roomservice as well but the staff was a different one and so the woman on the phone said no we don’t provide such services so I accepted that what can I do anyways
- VIEW/ LOCATION: there is much traffic right to the hotel as a street and down train tracks so even at night woth closed windows it’s quite loud
- for my next Munich trip I will definitely avoid this hotel.
