Always a good and nice experience, indeed among our Regional team is destination when we visit Munich.
Until last night... when I was checked in by a RUDE, stressed , impolite receptionist.
A part some lack of basic knowledge on reservation (unable to see if breakfast could be invoiced like requested in my reservation.. which at the end I did not care so much, I asked for a quiter room not close to the lift and he lost his temper), he gave me such bad answer like 'that's it if you like..otherwise you go out and come back later, I am working until 11 pm...etc).
to get out the rest of nice team this guy is the shorter one with kind of blond hair.
the rest of the team, including the wine bar is very nice and approachable.
I really hope you can adjust the reception team with employees able to work under pressure with good manners.

Every single one of your staff are professional, friendly and helpful. To start off with that was my first time in Munich. They showed me which way to go and explained it nicely. Breakfasts were absolutely my favourite. Such a variety of food. Room was really nice and not to mention the location of this hotel is so convenient.
Highly recommended.
Definitely coming back.

Great location for shopping and culture and Munich atmosphere. Large rooms well equipped and very clean. Comfortable big beds.
They are very dog-friendly: our two dogs get a toy, a goody and a nice bed each.
The breakfast was great…. All typical specialties that you do wish to eat here.

Great location, Wonderful staff. Rooms are modern. We really enjoyed our stay.
Walk to all the main attractions in Munich and the S banh( sub train). Excellent choice for families w children/ toddlers.
