Eurostars Book Hotel

Really enjoyed our stay, friendly helpful staff, breakfast was very nice. Rooms very comfortable clean and great decor. The hotel is not too far from the centre but personally we preferred to walk into town for more traditional and historic surroundings.

A wonderful hotel very near to tge Munich main station. The Front office Staff are amazing!! Rooms big and comfortable. Had one of the best and most relaxing vacation at this Hotel.

Rooms are nice, fairly large and comfortable (very large double bed). Toilet is separate, which is nice.
A bit pricey, but probably the location right near the old city and train station is the cause.
Breakfast at 20eu per person is too pricey in my opinion, so we did not try it.
One complaint - we left our luggage at the front desk for the day. When we returned in the afternoon - the lobby was very hot, and the restrooms are locked - so can only be used with a room key. Had to wait in a long check in line to get a key, while melting there.

The location was great- not far from central station. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Breakfast was sufficient and had a nice selection of hot and cold food. The biggest compliment was to the staff and the receptionist. Laura was so friendly - got us checked in early and remembered us for our breakfast check in and gave great local info. Would highly recommend.

Towel hookers located outside the shower space. You will be seen naked if you open the shower door to reach out to the towel

The room was tidy but a bit dusty (dust hanging on the ceiling), one silverfish was spotted

Sofa bed was not too comfortable

Stayed here for 4 nights, Staff are so friendly and told us local recommendations which we used. I would give the staff 10/10, such kind people! Bedroom and bathroom spotless everyday. Always accommodated any requests we had. Beds very comfortable and they always greeted us with the biggest smiles!

I really enjoyed my time here at the hotel. Especially the young sweet staff (mainly from Spain maybe?) are so friendly and nice!
The Reception team and bar were really charming, professional and cute!
The room was spacious and calm, the coffee machine in the room a lot appreciated. The location is really good, very close to main train stations.
I will be back for sure!

Although there was a lot of building work going on around the hotel we heard very little noise. Because of this the views weren't great admittedly, but otherwise this is a truly fantastic hotel. 5 minutes and you are at the main station. It's a stylish hotel and very clean and modern. The large bed was super comfortable and the room had plenty storage and a nice bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I would recommend it to anyone. Loved it.

Let’s start by saying how AMAZING the front desk is… I have no words. I’ve never met kinder people at a hotel. They are helpful, understanding and we left to go to a different city with plans of coming back and we were able to leave a bag of gifts there with them. They are phenomenal. The rooms: so clean. I don’t know how to explain how amazing their rain shower head is… maybe it’s because it’s rectangular ? Because I have one at home (round) and it’s never made me this happy. The have all the products you need for taking a shower which was lovely. It’s a 5 min walk to the main train station which made it absurdly convenient and there is a shuttle bus right next to the station that takes you straight to the airport for only €12. The location is convenient but not aesthetically pleasing. I don’t know how else to put it. And the price was extremely reasonable. Whenever I come back, I’ll be staying at this lovely, clean, conveniently located hotel.

My fiancée and I have been fortunate enough to be traveling a lot recently. We’ve been nomads for the last 14 days staying in various hotels and riads across multiple countries. With that said, this is one of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed at so far! The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and provided us with some fantastic recommendations within walking distance. The hotel itself has a book theme to the interior with each floor being dedicated to a different genre of books. We’re staying on the 2nd floor (which is dedicated to “adventure” books) in the Moby Dick room. Our room has a comfortable king-sized bed and lots of storage space for our oversized bags and our recent loot acquired from the Christmas markets. The bathroom is perfect for a couple and the shower has incredible water pressure (which is one of my favorite elements of the room). Not sure if this is standard in each room but our room has (what appears to be) a towel warmer rack; it’s come in HUGE for us as a modified dryer — we’ve had to do a few loads of sink-laundry to make it through our extended trip! The hotel also has a sauna and a 24-hour fitness area (which unfortunately we weren’t able to utilize during our stay). The hotel is easy walking distance from the train station and within reach of the old city as well. 10/10, will definitely stay here when we return to Munich.
