Can’t believe this is only a 3-star hotel! The interior and rooms are beautifully decorated and perfectly clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a good breakfast buffet and amenities. Although it isn’t accessible by car, the hotel recommends a nearby parking garage and the hotel’s location is perfect for getting around the city, shopping and sightseeing. Definitely recommend for exploring München.

Central location, 10 mins walking to literally everything you could ever need. Very quiet, clean. Staff is friendly and worked diligently to get us an early check in at 10am even though check in is at 3. Rooms are small so be prepared. Otherwise clean, modern, rain shower head, comfy pillows. There's a bar and breakfast area but the bar was never open and breakfast was too pricey for the limited options.

Great location for anyone that wants to be close to everything! My fiance and I stayed here for several days this summer. (2024) and had a wonderful time. The front desk was very helpful guiding us on where to go and what to do. Everyone spoke great english was was very kind. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping offered to come by daily. The water pressure and temperature were great. Really no compliments from us! I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for just a nice comfy bed in the middle of Munich.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location. About 5-10 minute walk to Marienplatz but in a shopping district that is super quiet at night. Super comfortable beds, hot high pressure shower, spacious room. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here anytime I’m in Munich!

Before I stay, I was afraid of the loud music of the bar in this hotel but the room is so quiet.
So satisfied with the clean room, especially the bath tab 🛁
And, their staff is very flexible. When I checked in late night, all shops were closed around the hotel. I was starving so much but the reception staff provided me nice popcorn for free.
Highly recommended, and would love to stay again.

Loved this place! Unique atmosphere and great experience. Visited with my partner and had a great time. Pretty good drinks and food, will visit again.

Located in the middle of city centre in Munich. Everything is very clean and quite brand new. Staff are amazingly friendly and are willing to help ASAP. Perfect for business trips.

Very reliable. However, some details need to be adjusted. Cleaning crew woke me up at 8:25 to clean the room, out because it was in a workday. What happens to those who are visiting in the week and don't wake up early?!

Well now, this was quite an interesting experience.
The welcome was quite warm and fuzzy (despite the short two-day stay) and the instructions were incredibly clear.
Which is exactly where the real issue starts.
The room was tiny (small does not begin to describe it), the doors require 4 weeks of strongman traibing to be operated, there was no fridge/mini-bar, an improvised "open" closet is made available (barely) and perhaps most importantly: they did not clean the room DESPITE the receptionist being EXTREMELY inquisitive on timing and convenience.
In other words: they had ONE job...and you can pretty much figure out how that went down.
Two stars, at best, and that's just because I'm in a good mood.
